Renée LeBeau

"You're just like your father..."

0 · 2,851 views · located in The Infinite Void

a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by Faithy

Description

Cursed with a small to medium frame, Renée learned at an early age how to make up for it by creating muscle mass and toning the rest of her 5'9 body. Spiraling long raven hair drapes across both shoulders, circling around until reaching her slender waist. Peering out from behind long luscious lashes that match perfectly with her hair is a set of red orbs although she generally keeps in brown contacts to keep people from staring at her. Half of her face is covered by the long bangs that never stay brushed back away from her eyes. When she's out and about on 'business', she has a particular outfit she wears. Starting from the bottom and moving up, Renée wears a pair of red skintight boots that conceal her entire leg up to her thighs. The sides of the boots are closed together by a series of belts and buckles and they’re made so that the knee can still bend easily. Covering up her arms from the wrists to halfway up her arms is the same skintight material that her boots are made of, and like the boots, belts and buckles close the material over her arms. Finalizing the outfit is a fitting leather top that has two buckles, which close around her neck. The left side of the top is clenched together by the same things as her boots, leaving both shoulders bare. The rest of the top follows her curves down to her calves, the sides splitting at her hips for easy moving. Peeking out from where the sides split is a pair of red shorts.

http://www.madman.co.nz/wallpapers/gilg ... 8_1280.jpg<-- A piccy to help show what I mean.

Other than that, depending on her mood and the temperature, the bottom of her form is covered by a pair of dressy slacks, or shorts that are rather skimpy. The shorts show off her extremely long, slender legs. Covering up the top of her form is a range of t-shirts that are quite cute and show off her curvaceous form. Some end above her navel, while others continue until reaching the waist of her pants. Of course, she has class and would never wear anything so tight that it was more disgusting than sexy. Finishing out the outfit are two different forms of outwear. The first is a long metallic blue jacket that rests a few inches below her knees and has a collar. The second is a black hooded cloak that when properly fastened with the black buttons and loops give a shadowy appearance allowing her to hide easily. She also has a pair of wire frame sunglasses with dark red lenses to help with the illusion of being mysterious, but more so to hide her true appearance.

Personality

Like her mother, Renée strives on being able to do whatever she wishes, but she isn't reckless. She has quite a bit more sense than her mother, especially when it comes to alcohol. Despite what her parents wanted, she has become a fighter and is quite skilled with whatever weapon she happens to come across. She is also quite skilled with the abilities she received from her father. Cool and collect, she always seems to know what to do when faced with an adverse situation. She’s slightly cocky and self-assured, but only when she has experience in what she’s doing. Though she's not shy, she doesn't bother making friends with just whomever she comes across. However, once she has chosen a person as a friend, she is loyal and very protective. Any foe of her friend is a foe of her and more than once she has killed in order to preserve the life of her companion. To strangers, she’s extremely brassy and psychotic; taking pride in torturing any that stands in her way of whatever prize she happens to be seeking.

Equipment

Weaponry:

.::.Playing cards.::. Like her father, Renee has the ability to manipulate energy and uses playing cards to energize and throw at things to explode them. Also, they're fun to use for playing poker and other card games.
.::. Renée wears sheathes on her arms that house short swords or long daggers within them.
.::.She keeps a sword dubbed the Solar Morning Star, which is kept in a sheathe placed upon her back.
.::.Two B+T MP9 customized sub-machine guns are holstered at her waist. The guns have been customized to hold 4.6mm proprietary rounds in an extended 50-round clip, resulting in an increased rate of fire. As well the fore-grip usually found on the front has been removed.
.::.On her hands two specialized gloves contain a group of hidden blades that slide forward over her knuckles with the simple flick of her wrist. Both these blades are made of a hybrid alloy and are not easily broken even by the most forceful of methods.
.::.Using a combination of an old shoulder harness and a pair of nylon cases, Renée has hidden a pair of asps.

History

Once upon a time in a land not so far way, Renée was born to Tayrn and Remy LeBeau. She was taught at an early age how to take care of herself and was also taught how to use the powers she had been born with. A curiosity took her away from her family and she has been struggling to get back ever since.

**Depending on the RP, she will either be played as a teenager or a child.**

Obviously if she's a child, she wouldn't wear the outfit in the first part of her description, but would probably be seen in t-shirts and shorts/jeans. Her hair and eyes would remain the same, and she'd look the same only shorter. :P!

"It's 'cus 'm ugly, ain't it...?"

Frowning, Renée leaned back as she was currently on her knees and stared at him as she once again was pushed away. She wasn't getting that he didn't want to be with her because she was drunk. No, her drunken state wasn't allowing for clear thoughts. Instead, she simply though he wasn't attracted to her and the fact that he wasn't staring at her body added to that speculation. Scowling a bit, she stared at her hands, unsure what to do. He was treating her just like her other boyfriends did the moment they found out she was a mutant. Or maybe she didn't kiss him with enough passion? Maybe that was it. So, with that distorted thought in her head, she leaned forward for the third time to kiss him, her fingers moving to stroke his cheek in the process.

"dun reject me..."

Dammit. What was a man supposed to do?

In order to buy himself some time, his hand came up to a little higher than her chest, holding her back and ignoring the particular implications of such an action. "Now, ain't cause you're ugly. I talk to pretty girls, remember?" With a small sigh, he said, "Alright, I won't, but I promise you're gonna hurt me if ya remember this in th'mornin'."

His decision made, he leaned forward to meet her kiss briefly, only allowing it for a few seconds. "Damn girl, can't even recognize when she's drunk. Alright, go to sleep. Surprised you haven't passed out yet. I'll be right here, so don't complain."

"Dat's not what I ... arg! You're so insufferable!"

Even though he kissed her, it wasn't what she wanted. Her body was primed for something else to happen, but it didn't. He once again mentioned that she would hurt him if she remembered things in the morning, but she still didn't understand why it was that big of a deal. She clearly had control of her motions at the moment, and that meant she was in the right frame of mind to decide whether or not she wanted to have sex, which at that moment, she did. She didn't want to sleep nor did she just want to snuggle with him, although that sounded good too. Frowning, she continued to kneel beside him, staring hard at him.

"If dat were true den you'd actually look at me and not beyond me, like you've been doin'. I know what I want and dat ain't gonna change."

"I'm insufferable? Recognize when ya don't know what yer sayin'!"

It wasn't as though he didn't want it, but more the fact that his own personal code wouldn't allow him. And surely anyone with manners would do the same, after all, taking advantage of people certainly wasn't right. "I ain't lookin' at ya because yer almost naked and it ain't right, not because I don't wanna. And besides, what're ya doin' tryin' t'bed a stranger, huh? Y'don't even know me that well!"

That was as close to logic as she would be likely to understand.

"Dat's not true! I know yer name and dat yer a swordsman! Plus, we've met at de bar like t'ree times already! Dat's more dates den most people have before dey sleep wit' de o'der person. If you didn't wanna sleep wit' me den you should have jus' left me t' my own devices. Dis jus' feels like you led me on fer nothin'!!!"

Crossing her arms against her chest again, she scowled hard at him. She wasn't even sure why she was so upset that he wouldn't sleep with her, but for some reason it was really hurting her self-esteem. The room all of a sudden bolted upwards towards her and she fell forward against him, hissing under her breath.

"Augh..."

He quickly reacted this time, catching her before she fell, only after realizing that they were on the bed and it would've been alright to let her go. Slowly, he laid her over on the bed, scowling back at her.

"That really ain't much at all. Just 'cause daft girls do it, doesn't mean it's a good idea. Yer smart enough to know that, I hope. Ain't go no problems with sleepin' with ya, but if we're gonna, I wanna do it properly, and not when you can't even think straight enough to know ya ain't thinkin' straight."

Finally giving up, Renée allowed him to lay her onto the bed. The room was still spinning and if she was honest, it was starting to really hurt her head. He was right, she wasn't thinking clearly, but she didn't care. What she wanted was to sleep with him whether or not she would remember it the next day or not. Sure, remembering it might be grand, but with her experience... it was never a good thing to remember her sleeping attempts. It appeared that being drunk made her have a one track mind, and that track happened to include romping with him. Sighing, she curled up against him, draping a leg across his lower half and an arm across his chest.

"Dat's where yer wrong. I wouldn't forget sumfin liked dis. Not ever."

Sangrei sighed for perhaps the fourth time that night and reached over to pull the blankets over them. It probably wasn't completely safe to fall asleep in such a sketchy area, but he would take his chances. Renée wasn't the only one who was tired and not thinking clearly.

"We'll see in th'mornin', if y'haven't bashed my face in."

Renée LeBeau snuggled close in against Sangrei, wondering why she would bash his face in come morning time. Chalking it off to his paranoia, she shifted so that her head was resting against his chest. Hearing his heartbeat comforted her in more ways than she would ever admit, and it wasn't long before she was out cold. Her body remained tight against his, almost as if she was subconsciously afraid he was going to leave her.

The man reached for his swords, making sure they were nearby. More likely than not, he would wake up to a lot of pain, in which case, he figured he deserved some sleep. Originally, he had planned on standing guard outside, but with how tightly she was clinging to him, that wasn't going to happen. Instead, Sangrei closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.

"G'night."

Renée LeBeau rolled over in the strange yet extremely fluffy bed, still mostly asleep. There was something bothering the young girl, but of course being asleep, she couldn't think what that something was. Supposing it didn't matter, Renée attempted to return back to her deep sleep, but the REM was already broken, so the point was pretty moot. Before sliding open her eyes, she subconsciously wondered where she was and how she got to wherever it was she happened to be at. The last she remembered, she was in her father's bar, getting drunk and talking to that guy... that one guy that always seemed to be at the bar at the same time she was. Maybe he was stalking her... or maybe she was just being paranoid. Either way, she needed to open her eyes and figure out where exactly she was. Stretching, LeBeau opened up her eyes and found herself staring at a strange ceiling.

"Jus' were de hell am I...?"

Sangrei had already woken up a few hours prior and slipped out of the bed, as soon as he had checked that Renée was fast asleep. Excusing himself briefly to take a short walk, the man had left the run-down hotel. He had returned to the room while the girl was still asleep, carrying with him a plastic bags and two paper cups.

As Renée awoke, the swordsman was finishing the last of what seemed to be an egg sandwich, sitting in the chair where her clothes were draped. At her voice, he looked up, commenting, "You're in a hotel down the street from Gambit's. Got drunk and wouldn't consent to stay there, so I brought you here."

The wrapper was crushed into a small ball and he took a sip from one of the cups, which both contained coffee.

"There's food for you if you want it. It might not be as warm, but it's food."

Groaning, Renée rolled over on the bed to face Sangrei. Why was he in her hotel room? Squeezing the bridge of her nose, she tried to remember what had happened last night, but her mind refused to work. Everything was fuzzy and her head hurt a lot. This was the first time she had ever gotten so drunk that she couldn't remember events. This behavior was more like her mother and that irritated her a lot. Sitting up, she couldn't help but groan and the thought of eating anything made her stomach clench up in rebellion.

"Ugh, what is dat? It ... uhh... my head. Why're you here? What did you do t' me?!"

She struggled to get off the bed, but her head was spinning like a merry-go-round. It was about that time, she noticed that was wearing nothing more than her undergarments. Widening her red eyes that were no longer covered by her sunglasses, she let out an ear piercing scream and lunged at him, intending on killing him for what she thought he did to her regardless of what he did or didn't do.

The scream caused him to wince slightly, though luckily it was early enough that likely no one would come running. He pressed on the hilt of his sword, flipping it horizontal, and spun it so that the sheathed blade was pointed at the gut of the angry female. With his other hand he held the cup up to his lips, though his eyes were trained on Renée.

"I brought you here after you made the wise choice to drink yourself under the table and get wasted. You stripped and tried to bed me, while I continuously told you that you would regret it in the morning if you did. If you don't believe me, note that you're wearing clothes. People generally don't have sex with undergarments on, and it would be ridiculous for me to try to put them on you after if it had happened."

Finishing his recap, Sangrei took another gulp of coffee before setting it down next to him. He reached behind him, tossing the clothes at Renée. "I don't take advantage of drunks," he told her, "So put some clothes on, have something to eat for that hangover I'm sure you have, and then you can decide if you want my head on a stake or not."

"I knew this was a bad idea."

The moment the sheathed sword was placed towards her gut, she slid back onto the bed, tugging her knees up against her chest. The screaming and movement made her head hurt even more, making her regret even moving. Did she really have that much to drink to drink under the table? What did that saying even mean anyways? She was at the bar counter, not at table so she couldn't really go beneath the table. Even with his logic, she still wasn't sure if she could trust him or not. Of course someone could put the undergarments back on after having sex, it wasn't like it was impossible or anything. Slinking to the side to keep from being smacked by her own clothes, she ignored them for a moment and glanced frantically for her sunglasses. Did they get broken?

"Ridiculous? Yes, but it could happen. Why did you stay here if we didn't have sex? It doesn't make sense to me. Not at all. But, dat's not important dis very second. What is important is my sunglasses are missing. Do you know where de're at?"

Grabbing her clothes, she fought to put them on, finally giving up before actually getting anything on. Her body wasn't functioning right, and that really irritated her. Deciding to stay as she was for the time being, Renée leaned forward to grab for the food, cautiously opening up the sack. The smell hit her nose, and she shoved it away from her, flopping over onto the bed with a groan. It made her absolutely sick to the stomach.

"I wouldn't sleep with a stranger, drunk or not. So, you must be thinking of someone else... Sangrei."

"Yeah, they're on the ground to your right," he said, pointing in the general direction. "Careful you don't step on them." The sword flipped back down to its position leaning against the chair's armrest. "And you even remember my name. We're off to stellar start here," Sangrei quipped wryly, clapping slowly.

He bobbed his head from side to side, musing, "Sure, I guess it could happen, but it seems like too much hassle. I certainly wouldn't go through that much trouble. In any case, I'm pretty sure I'm not mistaken. Do you see any other females in here? No? I didn't think so, but if you have to lie to yourself about a night where nothing happened, feel free to do so...Renée."

"Finally," he began, "I stuck around because it wouldn't have been good to leave you here not knowing what happened at all last night, and where you were. Though seeing as how you're unconvinced of my innocence, leaving probably would've been the easier thing to do. In any case, believe as you like." The man stood, dusting himself off.

"...You stayed to watch over me? Why... you barely even know me. Why would you care what happened to a drunk stranger?"

It just didn't make sense to her, not at all. She wasn't used to guys just taking her to a hotel and watching over her. Frowning a little, she rolled over to grab her sunglasses and placed them up on a table out of the way. She glanced over at him again, wondering what he though of her unnatural eye color. As much as she was mocked for the way she looked, this was the first time in years that a stranger had seen her without the glasses. It felt unnatural to her, but at the same time, kind of satisfying.

"Look, I'm sorry for assuming the worst about you. I just... no guy ... I mean... It's not like you found me attractive anyways."

She was stammering and that just made the situation even worse. Frowning, she slid to the edge of the bed and slid to her feet. Her body ached and she wondered if she was still a little bit tipsy. Did she dare ask him how much she drank? No... that was something she didn't need to know.

"Because I wouldn't feel good about leaving a drunk lady to take care of herself. Call it whatever you choose. Not every person is just terrible enough to let something like that happen."

It was partially true, he supposed. Not many men took a woman to hotel without the intention of bedding them. But certainly, he wasn't most men. As for her eye colour, well, he wasn't one to talk, considering the gray spiral in one of his own. Not to mention, there were always stranger things to see. No, the swordsman almost paid no heed to the strange eyes.

"Don't worry about it. It's a good assumption, especially when you've just woken up with a headache." Sangrei quirked a brow at her, leaning to the side to pick up his coffee again. "I didn't say that. I find you attractive enough. But, if I happened to bring you here with the same intentions as others, as I told you last night, I'd do it while you hadn't had enough alcohol to knock out a tiger."

With that, he drank the rest of the coffee, crushing the cup and tossing it towards the garbage can. Of course, it missed, and he scowled at it before walking over to properly throw it away.

There were guys out there that didn't take advantage of drunk girls? Was she in another time dimension of something? Keeping her thoughts to herself, she just shrugged a little and reached over for the second cup of coffee. Sipping it a little, she watched him miss the trash can and couldn't help but giggle. Of course she ignored the comment about her drinking enough to knock out a tiger, because she was fairly sure tigers didn't drink.

"So... what you're saying is, had I not been sloshed, you would have had sex with me?"

Yeah, leave it to her to think about sex first thing in the morning. The coffee was bitter and she thought about spitting it out, but knew that would be rude and she needed something to help with the migraine. Sitting forward, she watched him picking up the cup and found herself staring at his butt before gazing at the rest of his body. In all honesty, he was pretty nice to look at.

"...How much do I owe you for the room?"
