Rinnel Cormey began to drink slowly, it was his first time here and it seemed a nice enough place. But there was something wrong here, he frowned trying to catch it, but whatever it was disappeared.

Rinnel Cormey looked up, there was a girl looking at him for a few seconds, then turning away. That was odd, he wasn't that out of place, there were weirder people than him here. And there was still that feeling which he couldn't quite place.

Looking again he noticed the girl stand up and hesitate for a moment, almost stepping in his direction, this intruiged him, what was it that the girl found so fascinating and yet seemed to be repeled? A question without an answer at the moment, then she walked out the door, his curiosity was aroused now and he downed his drink in one gulp and walked up to the door, seeing her just outside it. He began to debate whether to confront her about it....

Rinnel Cormey wondered, he really shouldn't be intruding like this, but he was half drunk already and while his manners and such stayed, his sense of privacy was practically gone, he slowly slid through the shadows till he was almost behind her, then addressed her in a quiet, pleasent voice "What is it that troubles you, Lady?"

"Ah, sorry, I didn't mean to intrude but .... You seemed troubled. You were .... Hesitant to do anything, it seemed to me, sorry if I was mistaken." Rinnel spoke again, fearing he may have been a mite bit impolite in his attempt to initiate conversation. "My name is Rinnel Cormey."

Rinnel Cormey looked at her for a second, then stared up at the night sky, "Do you want to talk about it? Or do you want me to leave you alone?" Politely, as always.

"Of course, my pleasure." He replies, bowing. "I am a knight, but I find this world quite lacking in honesty, words weren't meant for twisting to peoples ends, they are meant as an expression of the feelings inside, a way for others to know what you think."

"Unfortunantly, we are rare, I have yet to find another in this world, after I was summoned against my will." He pauses almost lost in thought, then seems to recover, "I have a painful past, and the loneliness of this world gets to me at times, I am sorry to burden you with my pains."

"Another plane, at least that is what I think, it confuses me. I was drawn into a vortex which ripped a chunk out of my world and .... and destroyed a lot more, then I wandered in an abyss, a world without light, I was then summoned out of there, by a mage of some sort, he tried to bind me to his will but I escaped. I've wandered this land for a while now. People seem to age quite fast, and I have learned to live. But not to like, mostly I get myself drunk...." With that last comment Rinnel actually looks embarrassed, and stops talking. He looks back up at the stars.

"I don't know how old I am." Still staring upwards, "I am a Knight, discourtesy isn't what I do, and besides, many people assume that the best way to get things is to take them, I find asking works so much better." He then looks down at Nevaeh, "And I assume that somewhere out there, one of those stars is my home, and they are calming besides."

Rinnel Cormey shook his head, "You needn't apologise." He stared off again, before rousing himself to the present. "I apologise if I'm poking but why was I the subject of your scrutiny earlier in the bar?"

Rinnel Cormey smiled, "Well, it is rare that I talk to anyone, I'll admit to following you after seeing you look in my direction. You looked anxious about something, as I said before, and I couldn't help but try to offer my help. Although I come to think that I may not have gotten around to that yet."

"I care not which, but if I go inside I do not doubt I would most likely get drunk and ... I am not exactly a most exemplary character when I am so intoxicated." He smiles at her, "I would not like to have you see me so degraded."

Rinnel Cormey shrugs, and turns around, re-entering Gambit's with Nevaeh. As he walks in he pauses slightly, looking at a small girl with a glass in her hands and a older girl with what looks like a toolbox, grimaces as his eyes flicker slightly red before coming back under control, he purposefully heads for the bar, looking anywhere but at the two girls.

Rinnel Cormey nods, ordering it from the touch screen before settling back down. His smile seeming faded as he recalled the reasons he drank. He waited for their drinks to arrive.

Rinnel Cormey looked gratefully at Nevaeh, he had never been good at starting conversation, and after so long he was even worse. "I never really thought about it, I usually go for what puts me out fastest." He replied, thinking, "I don't really know, I try not to taste them most of the time." He takes a long gulp from the beer, then puts his mug down.

Rinnel Cormey looked at the beer slightly mournfully, "Do you have any hobbies you like doing?", Again conversation had seemed to stall, and before too long he'd be out again, out to the point that the mournful voices in the back of his head that reminded him of all he had lost finally gave him blessed silence.

Rinnel nods at this, "Ah, yes, and I don't mean to be nosy but what constitutes 'useful information'?" he looks into his mug, suddenly realising he was quickly becoming intoxicated.

Rinnel smiled at this comment. "Most information is useful, if you can find a use for it." He looks at his almost empty mug, realising he was quickly becoming intoxicated.
