Overall Appearance: Pretty and slim, Rose isn't a bombshell, but neither is she homely. More likely to wear battle-ready clothing than a dress, Rose doesn't pay much attention to how she looks, though she does take care of her shoulder length blonde hair and skin when the situation permits. Her eyes are sky blue, and she tends to dress to match them.
Personality: Rose has changed a lot since her playful and trouble-making childhood. Though still an eternal optimist and a lover of fun, she has matured considerably and developed a determination and willpower that makes her a reliable companion in times of conflict, as well as pleasant company in more relaxed times. Slightly tomboyish, and not a fan of the idea of chivalry, Rose prefers to deal with her own problems when she can - and sometimes tries to even when she can't, rather than relying on others, due to a fierce independence.

Combat:
- Illumination: Rose's spells leave a debuff on their targets, creating flashing sparks in their field of vision and making them more vulnerable to basic light energy blasts, such as those from her staff. Attacks of pure light magic have an additional explosive effect if they strike an enemy within a few seconds of one of Rose's more complex spells. (Passive)
- Basic Light Blasts: Generic magical blasts.
- Light Binding: Rose can create a rope of light within twenty feet of her position that she can use to bind an enemy and burn them. Applies Illumination.
- Prismatic Barrier: Rose can shield her allies with reflective spheres of light magic, blocking physical attacks and reflecting energy-based attacks of weak to moderately high power. More powerful strikes will shatter the shield, but will still be reflected in part. Does not apply illumination to the ally, however an enemy striking the shield or hit by a reflected attack does receive the debuff.
- Lucent Singularity: Rose creates an anomaly of light within twenty feet of her position, that slows the movements of those near to it, friend or foe. Rose can detonate the singularity to deal powerful AoE damage to enemies (but not allies, so long as Rose has a clear idea of their alliance) within the vicinity, applying Illumination.
- Glowing Gaze: Rose fires two beams of light magic from her eyes, that reflect off of their target, dealing potent magical damage, applying Illumination and potentially igniting their target. The reflected ray then travels back directly towards Rose, even if she has moved, now a healing ray. This secondary healing ray can pass through multiple targets on its way back to Rose, meaning she can potentially heal several allies for minimal energy cost with it if she positions herself right.
- Final Flash: Rose gathers energy to herself for at least a round in order to charge this powerful spell, before releasing an incredibly destructive wide ray of rainbow light-magic in a straight line forwards, that scythes a path through enemies, dealing powerful magic damage and setting them alight in magical fire. This beam can travel a great distance, and travels through physical barriers unhindered, as it has no physical substance. Applies Illumination to all enemies it hits.
Illusion:
- Colour Spray: Rose creates a swirling beam of bright and disorienting colours that fills a target's field of vision, blinding and potentially stunning them.
- Mirror Image: Rose creates one or several illusory double of herself that mimic her movements, or move as guided if channelled.
- Minor Image: Rose creates an illusion of light, which is purely visual.
- Invisibility: Rose manipulates light around one or several targets to make them invisible.
Other:
- Healing: Rose can use her magic to heal wounds.
Equipment:
- Luminescent Rod: Double-ended bladed sceptre, the tips of which are charged with light magic, and capable of launching pure light magic projectiles.
- Boots of Mystic Winds: Rose's boots grant her increased running speed and the ability to walk on air for short bursts of up to ten seconds, with a half a minute cooldown.
- Mana Crystal: A magical stone that can be charged with energy prior to a battle, giving the user an increased mana pool to tap into.
- Invigorating Vengeance: An amulet, that when the wearer is knocked unconscious, instantly activates to rejuvenate them partially and restore them to a conscious state, relieving them of moderate fatigue and moderately healing them. One usage per day.
