Personality

When Working his primary occupation Andrei tries to remain very calm and calculating. He always tries to think five steps ahead of his enemy. When he's working with a team he often tries to get to know them the best he can so he can utilize the unique abilities of each of his team mates to the max and push them to their limits and beyond.

When Working his Secondary occupation Andrei is usually very friendly and often tries to make a deal with his costomers, especially when his customers are tight on cash. He'll give them all kinds of discounts if it means that he can make a sale. Whe's dealing with his more.... "illicit customers".... He is very business like and will not take any lower than his prestated offer, if it comes down to a firefight, so be it. He loves a challenge.

When he's not working and having an off day he's actually quite friendly. Though he might look a little rough around the edges, he's actually a great big teddy bear. When he meets some one new and they get on his bad side he will often challenge them to a game of Russian Roulette (how he got his nickname), if they win, well he will appologize and go about his business, sometimes he even makes new friends. However if they lose, well you get the idea.

As the hustle and bustle of the Wing city morning came under way, Andrei Pankov walked along the sidewalks of mainstreet heading to his store so that he could open. He was running a bit later than usual today but what the hell, he was his own boss he could open anytime he wanted! The young Neo Soviet would have been wearing a red shirt with a sickle and hammer on the back and his store's logo on the front, along with some glasses, blue jeans and some black sneakers. Under his left arm he held a Russian newspaper and in his hand he held the keys to his store, in his right hand however he held a cup of coffee with a mug that said something in Russian. The man would sigh as he approached the door to his store and scramble with the keys to try and find the right one. "Damn I need to narrow this shit down... I feel like a fucking janitor." He would say with his slight Russian accent as he finally found the right key, pushed into the door and slowly opened it. As he proceeded inside of the store he would pass mannequins wearing the latest in body armor and protection, then pass some ailes with different gear and various toys like air soft rifles and paintball guns. Once he had finally reached the counter near the back, where all of the guns were, he would set his paper down onto the counter along with his coffee and take a seat on a stool near the cash register and begin to read his paper. Occasionally he would chuckle and mutter something in Russian, followed by sipping some of his coffee. That's when he realized, he had forgotten to turn the "Open" sign on. He would sigh as he stood up from his stool and walk over to the window of the store and flip a little switch that would have turned the open sign on then grumble as he walked back to his stool to resume his reading and sipping of coffee. One could tell that he was most definately not a morning person...

Roulette would have put down his cup of coffe and wave at the woman in the rather strange armor. "Hello, Welcome to Pankov's Military Surplus. Thank you, I just opened yesterday... There's still some stuff in the back I need to unpack and put out on display out here.." He would chuckle then pick up his mug once more and take a couple of sips. "Need anything specific and I can take you into the back of the store and show you what I got. If I don't have it then I'll order it for you." He would say in his accent and a smile on his face, though his tone of voice would have said that he was rather tired and probably didn't get very much sleep the night before.

Roulette raised a brow as the female began speaking. "Im not too sure about all of that stuff but I have frag sabot rounds. Once they hit a target they explode on impact and pretty much incinerate it's target. No idea what an M- 219 Cain is but I could probably order it for you. However I do have a AS50, M110k.50, McMillanTac.50, Sniper rifles. As for modifications.... Not too sure about a 'piercing' mod but I have accuracy modifications, and spring modifications that will allow your weapon to fire with more stopping power. As for those grenades, i could probably find the human counterparts... The M89 Hornet's nest, Throw pull the pin, throw it into the air and it explodes into tiny beads that explode on impact. Also have Incindiary grenades... High explosive damage if that's what you're talking about." He would chuckle and look at her with a bit of curiosity. It was obvious that neither of them were from around here, not to mention that Roulette knew NOTHING about all of these new fangled futuristic weapons... He only knew what he grew up with. "If You're unhappy with my selection I'll gladly order more stock, specially if it means bringing some one like you back." he'd chuckle rather flirtily.

Roulette would sniff and twist his mouth all to one side as he looked at all of the images. "Hmmm... That stuffs pretty fancy... Could come in handy too..." He'd begin to think out loud and put a hand to his chin in thought. The Neo Soviet would then lean back and try to calculate all of the earnings he'll be making, what with his retirement pay, merc pay, and the money he'll be getting from the store. "Sounds fine to me... One condition. You say you want five percent of the earnings in my store if I agree... Well I have a counter offer. You supply me for free and work for me on my 'Team' and we split the proceeds 50/50 from the jobs we do." He would say and lean forward and look at her helmet and narrow his eyes in an attempt to try to see through the glass.

Andrei reached out his five fingered human hand to meet hers and shake it. "Andrei Pankov. You may call me Roulette." He would chuckle as he shook her hand. "So... You're obviously not from here, neither am I, Where do you come from, what exactly are you?" he would inquire with a raised brow, never having seen a quarian before. The Russian would stand up from his stool and shove it back against the wall, which had a lot of guns and ammo boxes on it. Most of the guns on that back wall were hunting rifles, shotguns, and mostly self defense weaponry, if you wanted he heavy stuff you'd have to ask Pankov for his 'special weapons'.

"Mass Relay?" He would say full of inquiry, however after he said that he would hold up his hand and then sigh. "Wait, Nevermind... I don't want to know... my head might explode." He'd chuckle and crack his neck. He would then be taken aback slightly, when the female asked where he was from. Most of the time people didn't really care where he was from. "Well I am from the Neo Soviet Republic based in Neo Russia. When the NSR are basically a bunch of the peasant class of the Republic of Russia. When they had finally had enough of being treated like dirt they ceceded from the country and retreated to the south eastern parts of Russia and started their own country." he would say with a smile and point to a Neo Soviet Propaganda poster right above the door on the way out. "Borʹba za rabotu! Rabota v boĭ!" he would say in his native tongue. "Work to fight, Fight to work. My country's motto." he would say with a slight chuckle.

"Let's just say I had a bit of a falling out with the leaders of my country..." he would say and look down at one of his hands. "They did something to me that I can never forgive." He said with a simple nod and cleared his throat. He had remembered that he still had a cup of coffe.. "hey! You want something to drink? I have Vodka, coffee... If you're hungry i can make lunch. I have a kitchen in the small office/ apartment upstairs. I can close up shop early today and we can hang out up there? Or down in the basement where the shooting range is." He would chuckle and lean on the counter with both elbows and look at the female.

Roulette would nod rather sarcastically as he found the correct key and unlocked the door. He would then push it rather hard and ther would have been a loud thump comming from the door way as he pushed the door open. "I hate this door.... It always gets stuck..." He would grumble and walk into the back of the store and over to a staircase leading down, which was conveniently located under the one going up. "Ladies first." He would chuckle and give a slight bow. "You keep telling yourself that. I didn't go through a year of military training and on top of that Special forces Spetznaz straining just to talk tough Why don't you put your money where your mouth is, sweetheart?" He would smile as he descended the steps and flipped a switch and all the lights came on to a rather open underground bunker esque type of thing. He would then walk over to a rack filled with nothing but sniper rifles and assault weapons. "Choose your weapon." he would say and point to the selection.

"Come back soon! I get bored really easy and I'd hate to shoot up the block!" he would chuckle with his Russian accent as he reached out and picked up a sawed off single barrel shotgun and examine it. "Hmm... This baby could use a new paintjob.." He would sigh and hold it out with one arm and look down the sights. "Hmmm... Sights could use some tuning... Could use a new grip too... this one's kinda old.... and.... not too good..." he would sigh as he continued to inspect the weapon.

Roulette would sigh as he sat down at a table near the staircase and began to unload the weapon so that he can tinker with it. Once the weapon was empty he slowly took the weapon apart piece by piece and removed a cleaning kit from under the table and opened it. He pulled out what looked like a very thin toilet brush and began to run it down the inside of the barrel cleaning all of the soot out of the barrel of the weapon.

Roulette was completely unaware that there was some one even near his store, for he was till in the basement cleaning his weapon. He would look at his watch and sigh as he patiently waited on his companion to return so that they might resume their shooting contest. "Damn this shotgun was dirty..." he would say aloud as he removed the formerly white cleaning brush from the barrel of the weapon, which was now almost jet black. "No wonder you were shooting terribly the other day." He would say and begin to clean the other parts of the weapon once he had completed the barrel.

"God damn bikers...." he would mumble as he heard all of the noise that was goin on back up top. "Why do they always gotta revv their god damn engines right next to my bloody store? I mean seriously! What the fuck?!" He would begin to rant to no one in particular as he continued to clean his shotgun, he didn't even hear the person upstairs. "Who's dick do i have to suck to get some peace and fucking quiet around here?!" he would exclaim then let out a heavy sigh and resume his cleaning of the shotgun. Once the cleaning was complete, he would slowly put the weapon back together and reload it to it's full capacity once more. "There you go darling! Good as new!" he would say as he cocked the weapon.

There were no automatic weapons actually in the store, all of the automatic weapons that Roulette sold were infact in the basement with the shooting range. It was illegal to sell fully automatic weapons to civilians in wing city so he hid them in his basement. Most of the weapons actually in the store were old decommissioned assault rifles converted into nothing more than hunting weapons. Through out the rest of the store there would be different little aisles for different things. However, no explosives in the front. Just old army stuff and souvenirs like night vision goggles, binoculars, camo suits, etc. All of his 'good stuff' was kept in the basement with the shooting range or upstairs in the apartment/ office.

It was a bit of a slow day today at Pankov's Army Surplus store, not very many customers at all. Infact, a whole of one all together today was all he had, and they didn't even come into the store to buy anything. Andrei Pankov, the owner, of the store sat in the basement of his store where he kept all of his 'special' products and where he also kept his shooting range. He was down in the basement taking inventory and making notes to get more of vertain products and which products he can get rid of. Moments passed and he had finally finished. He slowly walked over to the desk near the staircase and set down the pen and clip board and reached into the chest pocket on his red Pankov's Army Surplus shirt and pull out a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. "Time for a smoke break" he would say in his accent and pluck a cig from the pack and place it between his lips. When he went to flip his lighter's spur, nothing would come out. He tried again and again and still nothing. "Oh for the love of-!" he would exclaim and storm up the stairs and enter into the back the store then open a door and enter the front of the store where he sold most of his legal wares. The Neo Soviet would walk over to a display case which had nothing but lighters, pluck a key from his jeans pocket and open it long enough to pluck a lighter, light his cig, then replace the thing back onto the display. "God damn cheap ass lighter..." he would say and simply throw his little disposable lighter into the trash.

"glupyĭ legche." The Neo Soviet would mutter in Russian as he spat into the trashcan onto the little disposable lighter. With his lit cigarette he would then put the fancier lighter back in it's display and shut the display case. As he turned around he would notice a rather... Flambouyant female enter his store and go from shelf to shelf examining all of his wares? "Can I help you with anything?" He would inquire with a light chuckle as he walked over to the counter, which was infront of a rather large selection of hunting rifles, shotguns, and handguns. "Looking for anything in particular, sweetie?" He would chuckle with his slight accent and look at her rather kindly.

"Becareful, None of the stuff in here is a toy. You could hurt yourself. So, don't go messing with anything that has a 'do not touch' sign over it, alright?" he would chuckle and take a drag of his cigarette and blow the smoke into the air above him. The Neo Soviet would sit down on a stool behind the counter and lean his elbows the counter and watch the female carefully so she didn't do anything she wasn't supposed to. That and to make sure she didn't get hurt.

"They're called bullets. They're used for.... Well... they're used to do bad things. Very bad things." He would say as he looked at the bullets she was pointing at. He would sigh and take another drag of his cig, closing his eyes as he did so. He would hold the smoke in for a couple of seconds before blowing it out through his nose. He would look over the female and shake his head a little bit, as he saw how 'innocent' she was... How untouched by the modern world she was. "Please, don't touch dear, that is unless you plan on buying them." He would remind her as he saw her finger make contact with the box.

"Try for yourself." he would chuckle and hand the cigarette to her. "Put it between your lips and inhale." he would say to her. It was always better to show than tell. It's easier for people to understand that sometimes. As he handed the cig to the female he would notice the young man come in and sigh. "Hey, kid, Are you 18?" he would inquire as he looked over at him with a raised brow. When the female would ask why he sold 'bullets' if they were so bad he would simply laugh and look at her dead in the eyes. "I sell them because, sometimes people can turn these little bad things... into good things. People like me... sometimes. I can turn Bad things into good things... and good things into bad things." He would say with a straight face as he looked at her.

"You don't have to go kid geez, just don't touch any of the guns!" He would call out to the kid before he left the store then turn his attention back to the rather strange female. "That's called a cigarette... It's filled with Tobacco... and some other stuff. He would then take it from her and place it between his own lips once more and take a couple of more puffs. "It's an acquired taste, i guess." he would chuckle and his brow would perk once more as the female asked what they were used for. "They're used to kill. From very, very long distances. Much farther than an arrow can reach. In the right hands, they can be used to kill bad people. However in the wrong hands... you get the idea." He would say and glance back over to the young man that had walked in. "Come over here, The reason I asked is because I'm not (legally) allowed to sell fire arms to minors... And I just wont do it. No telling what you teenagers are gonna do with power like that." he would say rather smoothly with his slight Russian accent.

"You give me three, maybe five dollars for this knife and come here every day for training lessons. I'll show you you don't need a fancy gun to take down one stupid little zombie.. Hell...
