Background Unlocked: Rune Walker was created by the Human Weapons Program, the same one responsible for the group known as the Rixy Brothers. As such, he shares their iconic white hair, red eyes, and bar code under his left eye on his cheek. His genetic abilities include the Adaptability Trait, however it has also been confirmed he was given the ABRAX (All Battle Responsive Advanced Extreme) Battle System known as ArkAngel Rafael.
His other abilities have been confirmed as well as enhanced physical abilities across the board, as well as the ability to use psychic powers.
