Personality
Calm and Reserved, Ruthless and Powerful. These are but a few words to describe the being known as Ryuoku Kyūketsuki. has fully succumbed to her demonic powers and mastered them , in a state of over focus at all times, her opponents are dead before they even feel the sting of her blade
Equipment
Ketsueki gyakusatsu: a legendary Katana which is said to drink the blood of the foe's it defeats. when released it devours all of the blood in the surrounding Area which Ryuoku can use to Amplify her abilities. Uses a style of sword play that uses the blade and the Sheath
Abilities:
Blood Manipulation: Ryuoku can control the blood of anything to her will. she can use the blood form anything, and can even control people by manipulating the blood in there bodies
Kyuketsuki Gyakusatsu: Forces her into an even deeper state of over focus, making it to where she can see a complete 360 degrees around her, and even pinpoint opponents weak spots by watching the blood flow in there body. it also amps up her movement speed and strength. the downside is after using this technique she has to feed, or she will die
Gyakusatsu Hasami: Ryuoku can send a wave of dark energy out of her blade. This ability can be amplified what she releases her sword and uses the blood to make the wave more powerful and has a greater area of damage
Ketsueki bōkyaku: Ryuoku's strongest technique. She unleashes a barrage of unending blood spikes, as she delivers a fatal onslaught of impossibly fast attacks. the blood spike do not end and keep barraging the opponent until thy are dead or Ryuoku cannot keep the attack up anymore
All of her special techniques leave her in a state where she needs to feed as sometimes her blood is used

Ryuoku Kyuketsuki's Story
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki Alexis looked up at her sister "i think today i will die" she said with tears in her eyes
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki smiled as she stood and began to walk over to Alexis. hand on her katana "hmm a soul alchemist, delicious" she muttered to herself
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki Alexis looked up at Walker "will you stay with me until the end?" she asked still crying
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki walks over tho Alexis and walked, she smiled as she looked down at the two women "hello" she grinned
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki Alexis hugged walker "thank you so much for everything" she said as she kissed walker on the cheek. She then turned to Ryuoku and spred her ams wide "just do it" she said as tears poured from her eyes
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki /me smiled as she watched the patrons in the bar, she licked blood from her fingers as she hummed a haunting tune to herself
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki looked around for someone to entertain her. She hungered for the taste of fresh warm blood
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki began to thirst for blood, she hadn't fed on fresh blood in a while and she was becoming desperate. she walked into Xipil Pounig on accident "oh pardong me" she said looking at the woman hungrily
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki smiled at the thought tearing the woman's head off so she could bath in the succulent sweet Crimson liquid that she hungered for. She then looked at Grenville and smiled "Stop talking you stupid man, if your going to do it just do it" she said shortly
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki woul lick her lips as the bullet was deflected. she then turned to teris "my aren't you a big fella?" she said placing a hand opn her katana
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki ran at Teris full speed and aimed to smash him in the stomach with her katana which was still sheathed
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki flipped away from him as her katan was knocked from her hands, she runs back at him with speed unimaginable and aims blows to strip his armor from him
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki is knocked back from the blow. She lands on the ground with a loud smack, She was weakened from not feeding. She held her hand out "Devour the Universe, Ketsueki gyakusatsu" she said as her Katana turned into a pool of blood and made it's way over to her hand. It then formed back into the blade, and she took an offensive stance
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki her katana flashed as his foot came near, the strike would either strip the aromor from his foot or actually slice into his flesh. she looked at him with glowing crimson eyes "I will feed upon you" she said
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki "Shit!" she said as the blade dug into her arm and crimson life flowed from the wound" i am to weak, i must feed" she said as she was pinned to the ground "Damnit!" she cried out in pain as the bullet drove it's ay into her shoulder . She needed to feed or she would die
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki gasped as she tried to catch her beath "im..impossible" she said "Kyuketsuki Gyakutami" she said weakly and turned into a bool of blod which seeped down through the floor
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki Appeared in dark corner of the bar waiting for the chance for someone to stuble by her so she could feed from tham
Ryuoku Kyuketsuki ran around the bar dodgeing the bullets and running up to teris and leaping into the air. she aimed her blade at a weak spot in his armor , right into his armpit
