Habits: He tends to observe things by scent, and sometimes breaks personal space rules by accident.
Strengths: He's incredibly fast and strong, very good at hand to hand combat, and you certainly don't want to get caught by his animal form
Flaws: He is technologically ignorant. If he was given a machine of any sort he would likely sniff it and hand it back. Same with any sort of weapon that isn't a spear or a sword.
Likes: Being outside in nature, open spaces and stretching out in his Tiger form. He loves to run for miles at a time and hunt
Dislikes: Enclosed places. Cities, or generally anywhere there's no nature. Boats(he gets seasick). And swimming (but he can swim if need be)
Weaknesses: He is a dumb creature and does not read or write. He even only speaks limited english knowing only to communicate with gestures and the language of felines. He is easily tricked by intelligent species
Quirks: His sniffing habits as well as his tendency to nap on any occasion where he feels safe enough to do so.
Powers: None other than his ability to transform into a tiger, his speed and strength that come with that side of him.
Eventually he parted ways with his surrogate mother in order to explore and live and thrive on his own. He is still learning the ways of the world.
Personality: Most of his personality comes from his tiger form and being nurtured in the wild. He is instinctive and has the potential of being wild and fierce. He does have a peace loving side however and generally prefers solidarity in the beauty of nature. Other than that I leave the rest to be developed as time passes for him.
