Personality
A high-ranking member of the science directorate in the Taiyou Empire. He is the inventor of many powerful Taiyou biological weapons, such as a classified insectoid weapon that is designed to consume all life. He is one of the leading contributors to the Omega Project, and he is one of the most brilliant biological engineers alive.
So begins...
Seno Miyagi's Story
Seno Miyagi spoke up as he entered "With the proper genetics a creature that could eat suns is entirely within the realm of possibility, i would need samples and some time to work with them." The Man said as he stepped into the bar. "Minister Angelique.. a pleasure to meet you again... the Empress fares well, as is Yuriko." He added before inclining his head somewhat. "And your friend?" He asked, motioning to Cashmere.
Seno Miyagi nodded. "I was also responsible for the current weapon employed by the Empire, Yuriko Omega.. she always had psionic talents, I exploited and amplified them further."
"Combat my creations? When you're up against a monster the size of a house that can move faster then a ninja... I have devised all outcomes to an engagement, Miss Cashmere... may I have your DNA? I would like to make something... I wonder if the LDA would sell me your DNA, Minister Angelique... I would very like to use your abilities to enhance Yuriko's." He said eagerly.
"How bad could it be, she's brain damaged... psychotic.. I can't even get laid anymore... she just... floats around and talks to herself at home." Seno said shrugging. "It wouldn't matter to me if she died or not.. if the experiement is a success, then she's all the more powerful." Seno said with a nod. "If it fails, she dies, it's of no consequence, I can find another." He added, his voice flat, as if he was talking about the weather. "As for the DNA... I would advance science."
"I would like to see you try, I have your DNA... The DNA of Saundra Cain, Jackson Cain, and Helena Cain were not hard to come by, the variables are not hard to isolate. If you tried to kill me rest assured the Empire would hunt you to the corners of the universe." He added, confident. "Your intellect is a mutation... though your sister shares many of the same traits. Threats of violence did her well.." Seno added. "Human rights... humanity is my playground... did you know I created the Blue from the immune cells from your mother, Minister Angelique?"
He cleared his throat and slowly rose to his feet, staring at Claire for a moment, something flashing behind his dark glasses as the room began to shake and shudder. "I'm fully aware of your abilities.. I have a set of abilities of my own... and that wasn't an insult I pulled them from the LDA's registry." Seno said, his glass floating up and into his hand. "But perhaps I've had a little too much to drink." He said turning around and looking up. "Raphael McGregor is an interesting specimen though..." He said, hinting at Raphael's current location.
Seno Miyagi stepped into the bar quietly, saying nothing as he walked through the throng of people. "Hmm.." He said as he looked to the battle that had unfolded around them. "Interesting." He added before he turned to the counter of the bar, approaching, his steps well placed and deliberate. "A Scientific breakthrough... I just love to get my hands on Scatteran DNA."
The setting changes from Gambit's Bar to Dead End
Seno Miyagi "Well well well if it isn't Minister Angelique." Seno said with a neutral expression as he turned to face Claire within the crowded bar. "How have you been?" He asked, forgetting the insults he spewed at her the night before. "Empress is taking some girl to Niihama, and hitting on some guy named Izumi." Seno said as he looked out the door. "Motoko is assigned to round up some Mafia types."
Seno Miyagi cleared his throat and then watched Claire for a moment. Then he let his gaze fall to Yuriko and then he looked to Durrani. "Have you heard from Gouda?" Seno asked as he tilted his head some. "They're supposed to coordinate against Hataf." He said before motioning to Claire. "I hear the Aschen has took the initial steps against the Red Halo."
Seno Miyagi frowned somewhat as he turned to look at Claire. "What's got you so upset?" He asked as he glanced back to Yuriko, whom was idly floatng around and minding her own business. "There was a skirmish between Imperial and Red Halo forces not to long ago I see." Seno said as he turned back to the drink, sipping it. "The Blue deployment was an astounding success.. have you heard from Hataf since the deployment?" Seno asked Durrani.
Seno Miyagi paused a moment and then shook his head. "Science, and the advancement of mankind is paramount to the emotions you exhibit. I did what was needed to be done." He said offhandedly. "Therefore I have no shame or guilt. I desire to make Yuriko more powerful, so she can better function in battle. Why do you think your DNA is incompatible? It's complex yes.. it's all slapped together.. but I could work something out."
The setting changes from Dead End to Gambit's Bar
Seno Miyagi walked into the bar. It seemed that Gambit's had been a meeting place of sorts, hidden from the media, both Aschen and otherwise. Peering around, he would wait for his guards to show up in the bar, Yuriko and Motoko, though he was betting Motoko was on an adjacent rooftop, and that there were Taiyou soldiers milling around the area, hidden from view. All in all Seno hoped the meeting would go smoothly.
Seno Miyagi shouted. "Yuriko!" He then would get up from his seat, withdrawing a small LED pen light from his jacket he turned it on as he watched Yuriko float towards the stairs. 'Major.. I'm going to need some backup here.' He said via cybercomm to the waiting Motoko Kusanagi, before sending a signal via cybercomm to several Imperial Guardsmen scattered in the city. "Damnit.. can't I ever enjoy a drink?" Seno asked before turning to Claire. "You going to help?"
Seno Miyagi spoke up "No. I just can't afford losing her, the Empress would have my head, but I am confident in her abilities." He said as he followed the woman towards the stairs. "I think Yuriko could more then handle this on her own. She's very powerful and I haven't seen her fail yet. Her mind is lightning fast and I've seen her take out pretty big targets." Seno said as he followed.
Seno Miyagi wasn't finished yet, withdrawing another silver sphere she hurled it towards the corpse of Yuriko. "Come on.." He said as the sphere struck the dead body, then cracked open, slathering her in a bluish green goo, which rapidly spread all over her body, then it rapidly billowed up into a blue cocoon, an umbilical cord seen through the membrane, and roots impacting the ground as the body of Yuriko was suspended in a biological tank, the bloody wound on her back slowly closing up before the membrane became opaque, and a shell began to grow around it.
Seno Miyagi shook his head. "I care about her enough to revive her after she was killed." He said as he looked out the window at the two cocoons, one with a forming house sized insectoid creature, and the other with Yuriko suspended inside. "I've been perfecting my... goo projects for awhile, I have one that can mutate into a number of things. It really all depends on the genetic loadout.. and I will play in my lab, maybe next time my goo will save your life."
