Shakaurduraug

A mysterious woman with a pale complexion and a ghostly gaze, she is the leader of VOID, a group seeking to end strife through bringing a silence unlike any other.

0 · 698 views · located in Hayslem City

a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by ClockworkTowers

Description

Description
Shakaurduraug is a relatively tall woman who wears what looks like a long black robe crossed with a long-sleeved hoodie. Her right hand is always covered by a black glove, and her left hand, being robotic in design, resembles the larger pincer of a crab. Her black boots are always well-polished, and her skin always white as printing paper. Her black hair is wavy and flows to just above her elbows. In her eyes, one could see a black haze, the pupil itself being a foggy and a darker gray.

Personality
Shakaurduraug isn't too quiet by normal standards, and can hold a normal conversation to a large extent, but she enjoys lacing words with cryptic meanings, often turning towards that direction if she hasn't already. She seems reclusive and secretive overall, spilling little of anything meaningful while she talks. She does however interact with others often, for she leads a cultist group that seeks to bring Voidspace to the world, and to grow their influence, interaction is key. She disdains seeing people put in unnecessary danger.

Equipment
Left Hand: Magreeb's Claw
Shakaurduraug's left hand has been replaced by a robotic claw designed like a pincer from a crab. It got it's name from a mythical creature who also has claws like these, and are known for their impressive melee combat skills. Shakaurduraug herself is more than capable in close combat, thanks to this claw and her swift strikes

Artifact: Black Rose
A healthy and very alluring black rose. It is vibrant and retains all of it's petals. Purple lines are starting to fluctuate through it by this point, all over the petals and leaves. It seems to be very dear to her, and seems to revitalize itself when bathed in water.

- Petals Remaining: 20 out of 20

-------------------------------------------------------------------
Voidspace Magic - Shakaurduraug's Specialties
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Voidspace is an unknown dimension for the most part, but energy spawned from there is a direct counter to energy from the real world. When energy from Voidspace is used in the real world, it can potentially deteriorate whatever it touches.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Spell: Nullwave
Shakaurduraug fires a strong pulse of negative energy from her right hand in a cone in front of her. It also prevents magic from being used by the afflicted.

Spell: Netherchains
Shakaurduraug throws several binding chains of negative energy at one foe to try and still their movement.

Spell: Riftpulse
Shakaurduraug can create small local portals to Voidspace itself, up to a limit of four. She can then radiate pulses of negative energy around any of them.

Spell: Voidstep
Shakaurduraug accesses Voidspace for short periods of time to teleport short distances.

Spell: Nonsphere
Shakaurduraug launches forth an orb of negative energy from her right hand to potentially deteriorate by a large amount one foe.

Spell: Minus
Shakaurduraug uses negative energy to transform her right hand into a blade made entirely of said energy. The same energy can also form into a shield for defense, absorbing and nullifying everything levied against it.

So begins...

Shakaurduraug appeared within the bar in a quick purple flash. As tron lines dissipated around her new position, she scanned the bar with murky eyes. Her skin was extremely pale, almost literally of a white color. Her eyes had a murky depth to them, being very hazy overall.

In one pocket on her large robe was a black rose with some purple line stretching across it now. It had very alluring petals on it however.

Shakaurduraug focused her eyes upon Chemo before steadily walking up to him, stopping about a ruler's length away in front of him.
If that was meant to be a compliment, then thank you. But I assume you want something of me. What is it?

Her eyes narrowed slightly.

Shakaurduraug was actually a rather tall and alluring woman, despite her oddities, and groups of mercs in the past have tried to harass and pick fights with her probably based on this fact.
If you start fighting, I'll need to intervene, and I'd rather not do that.
She stated.

What is a "Nerfherder"? You guys are weird, even for mercenaries. At least you haven't tried to hit on me yet.

A blindingly bright purple flash rapidly expanded throughout the bar for a brief moment before fading as quickly as it rose. Tron lines fled the epicenter's wake, leaving in it's place a very tall and alluring figure dressed in black robes. She brandished her right hand as it was sheathed in a blade of void energy, a look directly into a place that simultaneously exists and not-exists. A true contradiction in the form of a reverse dimension.

Her voice was of ice.
This fighting. Cease it at once.

Shakaurduraug responded to the one called Renegade.
Or you can be the better souls and instead focus on your own agendas with each other, without resorting to weapons.

She whacked the table next to her with her blade, the table immediately glowing a bright purple as it deteriorated into nothing amid a flurry of tron lines. There was nothing of the table left.
Cease this meaningless squabble.

Shakaurduraug kept her blade ready until she was certain everyone had disarmed themselves. When this was done, her hand returned to normal, the blade of energy surrounding it now gone. She had a black glove on the hand her blade was previously a part of. Her left hand was a mechanical claw with two large pincers. Her arms retreated to her side, and she brandished a black rose. The rose had purple tron lines covering its petals however, creating an enigmatic and iridescent glow.

It had a number of petals remaining.

In the water, Okora was relaxing. She rarely got a chance to experience an actual bathhouse, and was quite enamored with the experience already as far as the water went. It seemed she wasn't alone this time, however, as she was currently talking with four other women.

One of them was a humanoid with pink skin and red eyes. She seemed to lack a nose, and had antennae arranged in a fashionable parted medium-length hairstyle. She also had several holes dotting her upper arms, and had a sizable bust. Her expression seemed to be a cool smile, perhaps with some curiosity thrown in for good measure.

The next was a younger face with purple glasses and black hair that was braided. She had red eyes as well, and had a confident look. Adjusting her glasses, she also took the opportunity to wipe the condensation off of them. She had the most lithe physique of the girls present, proving that there was justice in some body types.

Then there was the taller woman who was far paler in skin complexion, with her skin being nearly entirely white. Her eyes were foggy grey ones with a black haze in their appearance, and she had longer flowing black hair. Her shoulders had purple digitized streaks running through them, and the same patterns could be found just above her modest, but well rounded, bust.

Sitting at the edge of the water was the last woman. She was a very intriguing mix of flesh and machine, and she radiated an otherworldly energy. Her platinum blond hair fell to her thighs, and her eyes were golden, like she were a heavenly being. She had six arms, each made of some kind of metal. Of the women present, her figure was the clear winner in size and shape.

Okora herself wasn't a bad sight either, as she was very fit for a woman like herself. Though her muscle was not too visible, her body showed the fruits of her constant training in its shape and physique. Her own black hair was cut in a shorter style, and her eyes had dark pupils. She didn't have her Scouter with her this time, and it seemed her skin was the darkest among the women.

Oh, come on, Sesame. You have to admit that he's pretty adorable getting all flustered like that!
Okora turned her gaze over to the super shy and blushing Iviri, chuckling. Sesame pondered a moment, sinking her pink body a little deeper into the water.
Well, I'll give him that much. He just seems odd, though. I mean, he's eating so much in one sitting! It almost reminded me of me...

The woman with the foggy eyes looked at Iviri following Sesame's comment.
There is something odd about him. He isn't normal. His soul seems...silent.
At this remark, the woman with the six metal arms gave a gentle smile. Her voice had a powerful quality to it.
Of course. He's got a very storied past. I wouldn't underestimate him, though. He's as strong as any of his siblings are.

Huh? Is that so? If he was a few years older, I might have been interested... Unless he's one of those guys who look young, but are actually like adults?
Nyst posed the question, and Sesame answered.
I don't think that's the case, here.
They then witnessed Iviri climb onto the massage table. The girls all glanced over at the process, then back at each other. It was at this time they then shared a small laugh with each other.

"Sample the locality... see the sights... your ship will be fine without you for a few days..."

The words rang through the woman's head a few times, words spoken by her XO back aboard the Pride of Langara, the Imperious Class Command carrier of which Admiral Montrose was in command of.

She stepped into the bath area, the water shimmering before her, eyes narrowing from the glare of the lighting that danced across the water.

Standing at 5'7" with a slender, tightly toned muscular body, Amelia Montrose stood slightly apart from the rest of the people within the bath, with an olive colored towel wrapped around her bust, for modesty, frizzy, curly red hair that spilled in almost every direction, and shiny, smooth olive skin that seemed to glow in the light.

She took a step forward, dipping her big toe into the water, and scowling, for a woman of her looks, the scowl pressed on her face took away from her otherwise radiant appearance.

"My command carrier's spa is nicer than this trash dump... but... when in Caprica..." She said quietly to herself, while slender fingers tugged at the towel, pulling it away from her body, exposing a dark colored, and light grey double tank top, and olive colored short-shorts made from a synthetic material.

Completing her ensemble, was a set of gold colored hexagonal dog tags, and a bar-code tattooed upon the skin of the nape of her neck.

Slowly, she stepped into the water, gods only know what filth contaminated this wretched place.

The sound of multiple females conversing caught Demor's sensitive ears, and he opened a Draconian Eye as he lay on the massage table next to Iviri. He examined each of them with his keen eye, smirking slightly before taking a monstrous bite of his food, possibly revealing himself to view from the observing females. His eye went to the masseuse as she ran a finger up his spine, a purr-like growl escaping his throat as he chuckled. "Well, if you insist... Ultimate massage it is for me." he smiled.

While the Masseuse went to work, Demor's eyes went back to the group of females, even catching the Aschen Admiral briefly in his vision before his eyes fell upon Okora. The woman intrigued him, and out of the group she was with, he sensed a sort of leadership from her that the others either had and didn't match up to her, or did not have all together.

"Hey Iviri... I think you've got some fans~" Demor teased, nodding to the group of girls sneaking peeks at him, especially as they began to share a giggle. Demor's tail twitched smoothly behind him, hugging the table for now, the seven foot-long appendage a scaled, muscled behemoth weighing an easy hundred and forty pounds by itself of pure muscle and bone. As the male Drachini ate, his eyes went over to the group of women again, even towards the Aschen woman, taking in their curves, their features... and most importantly if possible, their level of magical prowess to see how they compared to his own. They were all impressive from what he could sense, though he was also hiding his own power considerably. Sighing softly, steam left his nose from his innate Water Magic usage and he continued to eat while getting his massage.

"I guess the same...well wait, what is the dif..."

Iviri's words were cut off as the some of the females activated all sorts of magic, which suddenly had an interesting affect. In addition to their own hands, countless tentacles emerged from the table and wrapped around, and only around, them. Some to hold them in place during the massage, but others...they also assisted with the massage.

BUt of course, if one looked at it objectively, it was a perfectly reasonable idea. As they were boneless, they could adapt to the physiology of any species that came to the table, and to the characteristics of that individual. They also had the strength to dig into the really tough areas with a lot of stress was built up, and make themselves shape in the perfect way to deal with them.

"What the...eh...ahh...."

Iviri was taken totally off guard, having never gotten a massage before, and was a bit surprised by all this. Of course, having been raised in a lab, this was actually the first time he had seen any tentacles at all. However, the massage worked into each and every one of his stressed up areas, and relieved all the tension and soreness he had been feeling. As a result, he could not help but release a sigh of pure bliss.

And then, as an added bonus, the women themselves gave a personal touch. They used their precision and experience to get into the most problematic areas personally, and provided extreme relief to those areas. Their touch was practically comparable to divine beings themselves.

The combo of these two forces was what made the Ultimate Massage truly ultimate. By the time they would be done, Iviri and Demor would probably be more relaxed and relieved then they had ever felt before.

That said, Demor's words did not escape him.

"F-fans?" he questioned with a blush. However, all that tension immediately got re-released during the massage. "...okaay~".

He was still embarrassed, but in the middle of this massage, it was impossible for him to really have a reaction due to the overwhelming feeling of bliss he had, occasionally letting out a sigh or other noise that indicated such. Some people might have questioned why he made those noises, if they didn't see him getting a perfectly normal(?) massage.

"Eh, so thats what an ultimate massage looks like?" another boy questioned, sitting across from a man at a table. Jaune had just come here by chance, but had run into someone rather major, although it looked like few others had noticed. Then again, no one would really expect the leader of the Adventurer's Guild to show up at a bathhouse, now would they?

"You have not had one yet, Jaune?"

"Nah, I always end up getting pulled into playing a game of basketball or soccer while I am here by others. You?"

"A few times...they truly are divine".

As for what the two they were playing, it was not just the water and massage tables, or the food, that was available. There were also games, such as chess. There was also a room for video games. Baths were not just meant for getting clean on Origin, they were also a social gathering place where you could meet all kinds of people.

The girls continued their conversation as Iviri and Demor experienced the massage, though the arrival of another lady who seemed rather reluctant and unhappy caught their interest. Okora, being the type to make comments, was first to go, calling Amelia out in the process.
Oh, a novice! Heh. Hey! Why so shy!?

Sesame joined in with a giggle, diverting the conversation back to their group.
Tee hee hee! Her expression tells me she's actually upset, Okora!

I see!
Okora chuckled, covering her mouth a bit as she did so. It wasn't a particularly haughty laugh, but a more condescending one. She continued,
Well, I guess when compared to you...it's likely she's just jealous of your cooking skills. Clearly, boys like their muffins large and firm, yes? I'd say compared to all of us, you have the best muffins around.

Um, I believe we're forgetting someone.
Etaass had a pout on her face as she held her towel up around her body. Okora shook her head and shrugged.
Well, you're a deity figure, so you don't count. You're not limited to the conventions we mortals are. So of course your recipes will produce top notch results.

The girls all giggled again, sans one of them, the ever stoic Shakaurduraug.
A face of strife itself is in our presence. The ugliness that is conflict may soon follow. Perhaps we should watch our own mouths and hearts.

The lithe and flat Nyst looked over to Amelia.
Shakaurduraug, you've been serious this entire time. What are you sensing?
She seemed worried when Shakaurduraug continued.
To speak ill of someone invites aggression. True peace comes when such a circumstance is avoided.

Okora then interjected.
Oh, lighten up! She's clearly uncomfortable, yet she's in a place where this sort of thing is normal. If you get that self-conscious in such a location, then perhaps you don't visit! If you're going to visit new locations, you need to be ready to participate in whatever local customs are a thing. Practically a rule of thumb!
Okora spoke with all the confidence of a regular space traveler.

Okora~! Don't be too mean!
Sesame replied, almost appearing concerned for a moment, though it seemed to be more of a mocking concern. With a smirk and entirely too much pointed jabbing in her tone, Okora called out to Amelia a second time.
Hey! Greenhorn! You lost? The beach is outside the city!

The girls all giggled at this, even Shakauduraug had a small smile at the remark.

The woman was entirely within her own thoughts, staring down at the water as it lapped at her feet. She scowled, there was some kind of magical infusion, and the Aschen could practically sense it. Disgust welled up in her gut as years of Aschen propaganda against magic washed across her psyche.

Her own internal monologue was broken however, by the words of another. Amelia's blue eyes moved quickly towards the one called Okora. A brief scowl crossed Montrose's face. The disgusting creature dared to address her? And in an insulting manner such as this? Montrose scoffed slightly, the Aschen Empire burned entire worlds to glass for less of an insult.

She noticed every one of them lacked clothes, was that what the Xenos was alluding to? The bathing suit the Admiral was wearing?

"Excuse me?" Amelia asked with a slight Caprican accent.

She was going to make it a personal note, to discipline Colonel Decurion when she returned to the Pride of Langara, to place herself in such a humiliating position, to be humiliated by xenos no less.

"Do you have a problem!?" The woman retorted. "Where I come from, disgusting creatures like yourselves would forfeit their lives for addressing their betters like that." Montrose quipped.

"I am an Admiral within the Aschen Fleet; I don't sample the local fare, I don't visit new locations to experience them... I visit locations to assess their strategic strengths, and weaknesses so that they can be conquered for the glory of our Empire. Fewer things make me more uncomfortable than the thought of disgusting Xenos like yourselves gazing upon a genetically pure, unclothed Aschen body. It rolls my stomach in ways that only the sewer recycling systems of a Reverence II can." The Aschen woman was in the water at this point, making her way slowly towards the group, committing each of their faces to memory.

The Aschen people had long memories.

"I'll ask again, do we have a problem?" Montrose was clearly unhappy.
