Storkuia stalked around the edge of the woods. Her ears listening for anything that could give her away. She had been alone long enough to know what to listen for and wasn't happy when she had snapped a twig. This caused her to freeze in place, to make sure no one heard her. Her mind was set on one thing. Get the male wolf who ran away from her so many months ago. Slowly she crept forward one stealthy paw at a time. Slowly she was out enough to see the male she was after.

Storkuia slowly inched herself out of the tree line, using the dead grass as cover. She had thought she was down wind of the other wolves, but she was wrong. Slowly ever so slowly she stepped forward. Her ears were now flat against her head as she got even closer.
Swiftpawwoke up and frowned. "You smell that?" He asked as he rose to his paws, his nose up in the air. He thought the scent smelt familiar, but he couldn't place it. He was on alert now, he stood in front of the den with his paws spread protectively. Little did he know it wasn't the pup the female wolf was after, but him.

Storkuia stalked closer as she came in sight of the wolf she was hunting. Her fur on the back of her neck rose as she prepared to leap on him. She coiled herself up waiting for the right moment to make her move, and then she bounded forward, running at her 'pray'. The speed she was going was almost to much to keep up with, after all she was the lead hunter in the old pack. She was almost on him now, and would plow him down if he didn't act quick.

Swiftpaw jumped as he seen the blurred form of the russet wolf. He knew who she was by the speed she used to come at him. He was off to the side of her as she passed harmlessly by him. "You know you really should remember who you are going after before you use the same tactic over and over again." He taunted and crouched down with a scrawl on his face. He seemed to not like this female very well.

Storkuia "I wouldn't have to use this tactic if you would stop running away from me!" The female wolf whined and crouched her front end down playfully. She almost seemed like a little puppy still. "You know I have been following you now for weeks, and I find you here? With other wolves instead of me." She barked as she leaped forward attempting to catch him off guard.

Swiftpaw growled and jumped again off to the side. "You are still slow. Why do you keep following me? Won't your mate be mad to find out that his little girl ran away?" He teased as a small smile played across his face. By they way he was talking everything seemed to be alright.

Storkuia seemed taken aback as she feel to her haunches. Her eyes seemed to get wider as she took in the very large wolf. "Who is your new friend. Swifty?" She asked as she held her voice in check. She didn't want to seem like she was afraid, after all she did come from just below the mountains. Her light brown eyes seemed to glow with wonder. "I tell you I have never seen anyone as bit as he is." She giggled and found her paws.

Swiftpaw "This would Be Stein, and he is much bigger then you for a reason." He rolled his eyes at the female and shook his head. "And this is Storkuia, she is a bit annoying, but harmless enough." He reached a paw over to push her over before chuckling himself.

Storkuia growled playfully and bounded around the wildflowers. Her bushy red, brown tail sticking straight up in the air. She had her nose to the ground chasing a rabbit that had evaded her for the last ten minutes.

Swiftpaw frowned as he watched the younger wolf play. He almost rolled his eyes until he remembered he used to be like that. He was still frustrated that she had followed him all the way here, leaving her old pack behind.

Storkuia bounded over to Surprisa and gave her a sniff. "Is she your girlfriend? She smells like you." She giggled and started making circles in the dirt with her paw. Her bushy tail wagging from side to side.

Swiftpaw "Oh her? She isn't anyone really, just some wanna be wolf who keeps following me." He laughed and shook his head. "Her name is Storkuia, she followed me from another pack." He grinned at her and pressed his head against hers.

Storkuia shivered, now this was a wolf she was scared of. "I...I was only..." She stammered as she sprawled on the ground like a little puppy who was hiding form another wolf. Her eyes seemed to grow bigger, and her bushy tail was cucked between her legs.

Swiftpaw "Um, sir, she isn't a threat. More of a little pup. Her name is Storkuia, and she seems to like me very much." He rushed over to the leader and stood close to the female wolf, who was clearly frightened.

Storkuia Swiftpaw smiled at his little sister and nudged her head with his nose. "You know I think Storkuia has some dinner if you want some. She said she killed it all by herself." He chuckled and stood up waiting on the little pup to follow him.

Storkuia "You know I killed this myself. It was a really fast deer to." She smiled at the little pup as she stood up wagging her bushy tail. She locked eyes with Swiftpaw smiling for a minute before ripping off the hide of the deer.

Swiftpaw laughed and went to eating on the neck of the deer. He was glad it was a young doe, it would be tender enough for little Wolfina to tear though. He lay down next to her and started tearing at the still warm flesh.

Storkuia seen that Wolfina was able to tear into the flesh, smiled happily before she got her fill. She stood up and walked over to the pond to get a drink. After she was done with that she watched her reflection in the mirror like surface. She thought she was a pretty wolf.

Swiftpaw "Do you like it?" He asked as he pulled his head up from the meal. He looked around for anyone that could be lurking and smiled when he didn't see any.

Storkuia "Oh I am new to the pack. I followed him all the way here from below then mountains. Let me tell you he was hard to keep track of. Though he didn't know I was following him." She grinned before she wrapped her bushy tail around her hunches. "I would be Storkuia, it is a pleasure to meet you. Oh yeah the big, very big white wolf helped me learn how to hunt. That's how I got the deer." She smiled with pride showing itself fully.

Storkuia "Yeah, I did, and he was very hard to follow. He made tracks going one way and then track going another way. And sometimes his scent would just dissappear all togather." She said with a backwards glance at the tree lines. She felt like she was being watched.

Storkuia "Uh...because I liked him. And he was with my old pack for a little while. He was nice to me. But I think I have someone else to start following around now." She smiled and thought back to watching the big white wolf save her from a mad buck. Her tail started wagging of it's own accord.

Storkuia looked at the leader and smiled. "If you are hungry you can have some to. It was my first kill and I wanted to share it with the pack." Her tail wagged back and forth as she seemed proud about her first kill. "I had the white wolves help though. If it weren't for him I would be buck meat by now." She giggled and went back to her day dreaming.

Storkuia woke up from her small nap. She took a groggy look around before her eyes landed on the small boy. She was up to her paws in a flash as she watched him run over to the berry bush. Her eyes lit up as she crouched, ans started stalking that way. Slowly, ever so slowly she inched herself closer. She had never seen anything like this and she wanted to know what it was. Soon she was close enough to run up and get a good sniff. She scrunched up her nose at the smell that came from the odd creature. 'What the hell is this thing?!" She yelled as she ran back a distance. She didn't want the boy to attack her or anything.

Storkuia seen the little pup with her ears down and bounded over to her. She nuzzled the little thing and smiled down on her. "You know you don't have to watch that. I could go catch you something. I'm a good hunter now after I caught my first deer." She grinned, the pride from her first kill still with her, and it's been about a week now. She eyed the boy and plastered a stupid grin on her face. "What is that thing anyways? I have never seen anything like it." She laughed and rolled onto her back.

Storkuia "Yes, I'm sure it does smell better. And judging by the way you smell you need to lick yourself clean. And I wasn't asking what that was. I was asking what you were." She rolled back up right and giggled. She still seemed to be a puppy herself. She looked over to Fr. Wolfpaw and smiled at him. "So this thing is what you call a human? I have never seen one before." She went back to watching the human boy with that stupid grin on her face.

Storkuia watched Wolfina and smiled. "Well I don't think that would be such a bad idea." She smiled at her and lay back down on her back. She closed her eyes and took in the clean air, that is until she got another sniff of the boy. "Okay, before you do anything else. You really have to clean yourself. Maybe make you smell more like us, because you stink." She wasn't meaning to be rude, but she always comes out that way.
