Physical Description: he's pretty skinny he has brown hair with a light golden tinge and blood red eyes

Personality: he can be very childish which leads to his motto, "What's the point of being grown up if you can't be childish sometimes?", he is also extremely stubborn, he is easy to annoy but it takes a certain topic or someone harming and/or threatening his friends to throw him into anger, and once that happens he will show little to no mercy, he hates the sight of blood and thinks killing is wrong

Equipment/Abilities: He uses mithril gauntlets sometimes switches out to a 1 handed scythe with a chain attached to the bottom which he wraps the chain around his arm but will occasionally wrap the chain around his hand and swing the scythe around as a ranged weapon, his abilities include teleportation, lightning magic, the ability to use any bladed weapon with ease, the ability to transform, and the ability to create anything from thin air (the only thing he cant create is living things), for armor he uses magic clothes with in the default form look like a white morphsuit that can change into any kind of clothes without having to undress it also gives extremely high defense no matter which kind of clothing it takes the form of

Historical Background: Storm's past is shrouded in mystery, especially since he claims he has 'bad memory', so if anyone were to ask him about his past he'll either give a vague answer, a few different things about the same point or time, or tell something then when asked about it later it is very likely to have a few changes, he claims he even has trouble remembering last week, but the few things to stay the same are that he grew up on one of the many Earths, lived a decently normal life, then one day he started hearing a voice in his head, the voice's name was Arashi and he told Storm about amazing adventures, then one day Storm woke up on a random world so Arashi lent Storm his powers, Storm then made some friends and started travelling time and space together
