Brighter than the sun..

a character in “The Multiverse”, as played by TheEclips3

Description

Image

Name: Syrella Infernus
Age: 23
Species: Human
Race: Goddess of Fire
Sub-Race: Avatar/Half Magus (Serves Jareth directly)
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 110lbs
Hair Color: Red/Blond
Eye Color: Forest Green/Red

Syrella stands a mere five foot four inches in height, and weighs barely over one ten. Adorning her attire is a thick, dark red cloak that appears to have an ever moving flame pattern on it (Received from her father upon his death). Beneath her cloak she has a variety of different outfits she wears, but most of the time it is a fur armor top with a knee length fur skirt, leaving her midsection exposed. Her eyes are a beautiful green in hue, unless she is angered. Then they take on the colors of the fire's she controls.

Personality

Not easily angered and never quick to judge. Syrella was born a goddess through magical means, her father being a keeper of fire known as Cyndre. It was unknown what her mother was exactly. Only that Syrella received a very potent control over fire, the power of which has been described as a goddess by some of her past companions in her previous travels. Syrella is smart, resourceful, and above all else, ruthless and merciless should any of her family or friends be in harms way.

Equipment

Her equipment is as follows:

Fire: Your standard flame, can be heated to almost any intensity (Her mother*)
Soul Fire: An almost silver flame that can strike at the very soul of your opponents, growing in strength with each soul acquired. (Galance*)
Which Flame: A dark green flame that completely engulfs and consumes anything it touches (Velekost*)
Cold Fire: A deep blue flame, burning cold enough to freeze what ever it touches upon contact (Velekost*)
Dark Fire: An almost invisible flame that consumes oxygen at forty times the speed of normal fire. (Developed in an emotional explosion)

[* is the name or person she acquired the ability from]
(Current Souls: 21 +1 special)

Syrella will often create swords of fire to attack with, rapidly striking and manifesting these flame weapons. Her manipulation over fire is rather amazing, she can literally control every aspect of flame. Up unto manifestation of multiple forms of fire at once, and as far as being able to subdue a forest fire and extinguish it.

So begins...

The front door to the bar would open slowly. What was this? A newcomer to Terra as well as Gambits! The young woman made her way into the bar. Features hidden by a red cloak that resembled a slowly burning fire. Small hands lifted to pull back the hood.

Beautiful red locks with a few blond highlights would grace the eyes of those lucky enough to take notice. Forest green eyes almost seemed to shine with an untainted justice. A small half smile adorned her lips, bright eyes looking about the room.

Syrella then made her way to the counter, daintily she took a seat and looked around for a tender.

Syrella nodded softly, "Just a glass of red wine please." Her voice was angelic! Like a songbird chirping in the wind. She smiled towards the man with a light nod of her head before returning to observing the room.

The front door of the bar opened quietly. A young woman in her early twenties wearing a cloak that wavered like a flame entered the room. Forest green eyes bright and happy, a small smile caressed her lips. Flowing red and blonde hair fell past her shoulders without being hindered. Her gaze would cast about the room quickly before she made her way to a table near the very edge of the bar, the outskirts of the room.

Quietly she sat, alone. This was her second trip to this strange place from Syriass, ever since that portal was discovered in the cave.... and the people of this realm really were rather intriguing. Hell, at least it wasn't an iron age..

Syrella raised her hands when the rifle was pointed in her direction, the smile on her lips only widened. Excitement! Hoorah! "If I were here to cause trouble the room would already be alight sir." She nodded her head respectfully towards Wraith before slowing making her way down to her seat, "Just int'risted in the happ'nins." She grinned, deep emerald gaze met that of the soldier who aimed the rifle in her direction.

It would be at this moment anyone paying attention could feel a draft of wind in the room. The air in the area was slowing being drawn towards Syrella in a steady wave.

For an interesting get along... a long in the fireplace popped rather abruptly. And it was not your normal fireplace log pop. This pop was rather loud, resounding, and flung a piece of hot coal across the bar suddenly. Massive air pocket, one would assume, had just erupted. More or rather pulled from the wood. And in this moment the fire would also raise, as if being supplied by forced air combustion. Before settling back down.

Syrella giggled. The coal had slid to her feet, one finger innocently twirled her hair.

The woman stood slowly, removing her flame-like cloak and placing it neatly folded upon the chair. Her garb was that of a fur armor top and fur skirt, sleeveless and the skirt went down to her knees. She had actually be very interested in Wraiths reaction to the coal that had burst from the fire. And with that thought in mind. She glided(Metaphorically) across the floor towards the rather cold man, and the... feline he was conversing with. Her melodic voice would raise to Wraith, "You don't like fire do you?" The curiosity in her tone was quite evident.

Syrella shook her head, "I don't believe you." She breathed in his direction. The colder air around him caused her warmer breath to create immediate large clouds of vapor. "You're colder than everyone else. I think you're interesting!" One would never guess she'd recently survived a war with a vampire coven and a dark lich lord.

She turned her gaze towards the... feline that much reminded her of Felicia from her home planet, "Excuse me sir feline. But if you value the air as much as I do you'll kindly lower your weapon." She looked towards the rest of the group, "As you can see the conflict has ended. And I don't predict any chance that war will arise within the next few moments. And I would much like to know about this creature." She motioned towards Wraith. She said creature... not man. Ouch

Syrella grinned towards Wraith, "Again, you're lying. And you'll be seeing more of me." She giggled. Winking in his direction before making her way back towards her chair, acquiring her cloak and heading out the front door.

The front door to the bar opened rather quietly. And in stepped a young woman in a cloak that flowed like fire. Bright green eyes scanned the room. Well, at least this time she didn't walk into a hellstorm of bullets. No, this time there was only one other patron in the room. She breathed a half sigh of relieve, the other half of the sigh was disappointment.

Making her way to a booth near the bar she removed her cloak, and folded it neatly on the table. Beneath the cloak her garb was that of a fur armor top and a knee length fur skirt. With a silent nod towards the other patron of the bar Syrella made her way to the counter, ordering a glass of red wine and a small salad.

Syrella received her salad and drink, turning from the bar with a soft nod she retreated to her nearby booth. Carrying her salad and wine with her till making her way to her seat. Placing both items on the table. Gingerly she took a seat, and a small nibble of her salad. Looking towards the men at the dark booth. But remaining silent, and continuing to slowly eat the small salad.

Syrella was in mid bite when she noticed the man known as 'Wraith' enter the bar. She had spoken to him briefly the other night, and found him to be rather intriguing whether he wanted to admit it or not. And that coy grin would spread across her lips once again. She set down her fork and stood, taking a sip of her wine before making her way over to Sacha. Hips swaying side to side, as she approached him she raised her glass to him out of respect, "Its good to see you again." Her melodic voice rose. The small smile remaining upon her lips.

Syrella grinned at Sacha's words, smiling down at her glass as it began to frost around the liquid area's. "I would hope so. It's not like I've intended any harm." She giggled. Her green gaze then turned towards 'Captain Josiah', who rather rudely bumped his way into the conversation.

Rather than be a complete bitch about it, she cleared her throat to get Josiah's attention, then politely spoke, "Excuse me sir, but I was just engaging in conversation with this man, can you business wait?" She asked it a smile, tilting her head to the side cutely.

Syrella glared at Josiah, who had acted like she didn't even exist. So rude! She huffed slightly, but let it slide off her shoulders. Instead she would smile back towards Sacha, "Do you mind if I sit with you? I find your particular... special features to be fascinating." She grinned. Still holder her glass of wine, she still stood. She was rather polite, not sitting unless he allowed her to. She was very interested in the air temperature around this man. After all, it was virtually her opposite.

She smiled, taking a seat next to him and sliding her chair up to the table before she sat her glass down in front of her on the table. "Well... Your reaction to fire.. and the way the air around you gets colder. I'm very sensitive to air temperature." She giggled.

She placed her palm over the top of her wine glass, beneath her hand, visible through the glass a light blue flame could be seen within the glass. It lasted about three seconds before she removed her hand, and tilted the glass to the side. The liquid within it had frozen solid. And it took a lot to freeze 12% alcohol.

Syrella sighed, though she couldn't help but get a small smile on her face from excitement. She just didn't like bullets. And as such, once they began flying, she ducked under Sacha's table. Sure... she could get herself involved... but why reveal her power?

Syrella giggled, glancing up at Sacha from under the table. To be honest Syrella really enjoyed seeing men in action. "Perhaps it is because they have not yet learned to use their power wisely... To use it only when absolutely necessary?" Her grin only spread as he opened fire on the 'immortal' child captain... thing... And then magic n shit began flying everywhere.

Syrella giggled and crawled out from beneath the table. Settling herself back into her chair she looked over towards the two soldiers. Picking up her wine glass, the frozen wine quickly returned to liquid state, and to this she took a sip. "Well wasn't that.. interesting." She grinned.

A grin spread across the woman's lips, "I wasn't talking about the foolish child." Her emerald gaze studied Sacha, "The other day you told me you weren't very interesting. And I didn't believe you. Now I know that you are indeed a very interesting individual." She grinned, sipping her wine once more.

She shrugged, "Oh I don't know.. maybe that you're basically my polar opposite." She laughed, finishing off her glass of wine before setting the empty glass down on the table. She looked towards him, for a moment her forest green gaze seemed to alight with flames. And very brightly as well. Before slowly fading out. "You control ice." She whispered to him. Like she needed to whisper? Everyone had just witnessed it.

Syrella would indeed touch his hand. And he would find that she, like him, much mimicked her natural element. However she wasn't burning to the touch. Her body temperature was probably close to one hundred fifteen degrees. At the touch of his colder skin she couldn't help but giggle, "Fascinating...." Her eyes looked down towards his hand. A small amount of steam lifting into the air from the touch before she slowly pulled her hand back.

She shrugged, looking down towards her hands a bit nervously, as well as her empty wine glass. "Well... there's a lot I'ld like to know about you. But I don't think I'ld be able to learn it all in one evening." She giggled, looking back up towards him with a smile, "And there's probably a lot I want to know that you're not allowed to tell me. Mr.Soldier."

She giggled, nodding softly, "My name is Syrella." She grinned, he would get her really name because well... she didn't have any aliases. "Its a pleasure to meet you Wraith. And yes... another glass of wine would be nice." She smiled.
