Talullah flitted into the bar, her wings fluttering in agitation. She was always nervous about new places, and her wings always gave her away. Sighing, she looked round the room, offering a small smile to anyone who looked her way. Eye's were alway drawn to her wings, considering they almost touched the floor, and were at least 3 feet above her head

was happy to have found somewhere quiet. The place she had ended up at, completely by accident, was peaceful and serene. She sat down, and earphone in one ear as she disentangled herself from her bag strap. Assuming she was alone, she was singing along to the song on her iPod, 'Fairytale', By Sara Bareilles.

"Cinderella's on her bedroom floor
She's got a
Crush on the guy at the liquor store
Cause Mr. Charming don't come home anymore
And she forgets why she came here"

She belted it out as she removed a several small crumpled paperbacks from her bag, spreading them out on the grass in front of her as she tried to decide which one to start

Talullah tangled her fingers of one hand in her hair as she picked up a book, studying the blurb on the back cover. She bit her lip, sighing as she realised she'd read pretty much all of them before. She dropped it back on the grass, spotting a new whole in her jeans. She rubbed at the grass stain on her knee, exposed by one of the many holes in her jeans. Her wings fluttered in agitation as they sensed company, but she payed them no heed. She continued to sing along, although a little quieter than before.

Talullah already knew there was someone nearby, but she was relaxed. Her wings on the other hand, with a mind of their own, were not. They fluttered, and with two flaps, lifted her to her feet quite comfortably. Her mind automatically had a mental barrier, of which she was completely unaware, and all it's possibilities. "May I help you?" she questioned, a little too calmly. When she was nervous, her voice became icely cold and calm, giving away none of her fear, with the exception of her clearly agitated wings

Talullah "Bit dangerous" she mumbled, cocking an eyebrow before dropping back onto the grass. Her wings soon settled, coming to rest together in the middle of her back. They twitched occasionally, as any living thing would. She began piling her books back up, choosing the thickest one with the title 'Fatal Voyage' by Kathy Reichs. She flicked open the front cover, scanning the all too familiar prologue. She glanced at the only other person there every so often, curious as to his identity

Talullah "The bad boy type" she muttered under her breath, incredibly sarcastic. She hadn't meant to be, but sometimes she didn't think. She continued to bury her head in her book, hoping he hadn't heard

Talullah fluttered into the bar, her wings flicking in agitation as her feet touched the floor. The eventually came to rest together in the middle of her back, as they were unable to fold. They twitched occasionally as she sat on a bar stool, ordering a fresh apple juice

Talullah remained seated at the bar, allowing her wings to flutter occasssionally. She had an earphone in her ear, her other listening warily. She sang along quietly to her song, perfectly in tune. She had a sweet voice, and although she wasn't aware of it, no matter how quietly she sang, it carried through the room. It was just that 'type' of voice

Talullah eyes widened as they flicked to Aria. She frowned, unsure of what had just happened as she had been distracted by her song. She hopped to her feet, tapping the person firmly. "Hello?" she cocked an eyebrow, studying the wings on her back

Talullah "Still alive. Good start. Come on Lullah, what are you supposed to do" she muttered to herself, trying to think. "You should, like, have a drink?" she suggested, sounding horribly pathetic. "Could anyone help?" she questioned to the patrons in the bar

Talullah "I don't even know who it is" she frowned, looking a little worried. She took the water, holding it out to the person on the floor. "Think I should move her?" she asked Jacob, lost for ideas

Talullah "Your too hot?" she asked, looking startled. She refilled the glass, trying to find some ice. She wasn't the brightest of sparks, but she did her best by acting on impulse. She basically put and entire tray of ice into the glass, thrusting it at the girl

Talullah "No problem" she nodded, still looking a little shellshocked. Her wings have a couple of steady flaps, creating a gust, but they soon settled again. "Sorry" she mumbled, wafting at her wings with one hand, clearly not used to them.

Talullah gave a small smile of relief as it seemed she was ok. "No problem" she smiled, returning to her seat. She really fancied a glass of wine, but was unsure as to wether it would be a good idea. As she contemplated it, she caught Jacob's eye, flashing him a smile of thanks. He was kind of cute, but she stopped that thought immediately. She would stop speaking or even breathing altogether of he came over now. She sighed, folding her arms on the bar top

Talullah eyes flicked to Jacob occassionally, a typical thing to do when people were curious. She ruffled her own hair, hoping to catch him looking her way at some point. She really had to stop acting like, a, well, teenager with a crush. She shook her head, opting for the glass of wine to distract her. She payed attention to Aria, nodding with a smile. "Nice name" she commented, her eyes flicking over the woman.

Talullah hazel eyes lit up as Jacob looked at her, and she was prepared now. She could cope if he spoke to her, or came over. She visibly relaxed, her agiatated wings settling in the middle of her back. The light caught them occasssionally, causing rainbows to be thrown on the film.

Talullah "No chance." she shook her head vigoursely, eyes wide in worry. "I'm really not the type" she insisted, despite the fact she was kind of excited. She got easily wound up, despite being almost 20, and often had the enthusiasm of a labrador puppy.

Talullah returned Jacob's smile quite calmly, but as soon as he was out of earshot, she let a typical schoolgirl squee, followed by giggles. She waved to Aria, smiling as she returned her attention to Jacob. She took a deep breath, deciding to tale the bull by the horns, so to speak, and go over. She motioned to the seat opposite him, smiling. "Is this taken?" she asked politely, hazel eyes glittering. Her voice was indrecibly quiet, almost inaudible, yet it carried

Talullah "Thanks" she mumbled, still smiling. She sat down gracfully, her wings seperating to rest either side of the chair back. She bit her lip, letting out a small 'dumb blonde' giggle at his words. "I'm Talullah." she introduced herself, offering a hand to shake. "Most people just call me Lullah" she added as an afterthought

Talullah returned his smile with a dazzlign grin of her own as he kissed her hand. Why was she being such a 'girl'? She wasn't normally like this. She mentally shook herself, folding her arms on the table top. Her eyes flicked around the bar curiously for a moment, dragging her fingers through her roughly styled hair

Talullah "This isn't really something I'd do" she admitted, giving a sheepish smile. She retrieved a glass of wine, sipping it in the hope it might help. Her eyes were heavily outlined with kohl eyeliner, and it made her eyes look bigger, and quite 'doe' like. She blinked, her wings twitching

Talullah "I guess I don't normally make the 'first move'" she explained, tucking a strand of stray hair behind her ear. That was true, she'd never spoke to guy first, she'd always waited for them to come over to her
