Tayrn LeBeau found herself standing outside of her husband's bar with both hands shoved deep into her black jacket. She wasn't sure if she actually wanted to go inside as there were a lot of negative memories with the bar itself. Still, she didn't travel this far just to not go inside, right? Stepping from foot to foot, she finally released a deep sigh and stepped across the street, her direction taking her to the front of the bar. Shoving her dark brown hair out of her golden brown eyes, Tayrn finally shoved open the door and found herself in a room that appeared quite tense. Pausing a moment, she shook her head before making her way towards the bar, clearly determined to avoid all signs of drama, at least for the moment. She really wasn't in the mood to be shot at, again.

It wasn't her business... she needed not get involved in whatever was happening in the bar. She kept repeating that to herself as she slid up onto one of the stools and ordered a vodka. Shifting so that she could see everything that was going on, Tayrn just pretended that she was just another patron and with luck, no one would recognize just who she was. Sipping silently on the drink, she tried to keep from tensing up at the sight of several weapons. Lord, please say she wasn't going to get shot. She really hated being shot.

At the mention of a bounty, Tayrn attempted to keep from overreacting, and instead just glanced over at the two speaking with each other. It seemed strange that she hadn't been contacted yet about any bounties, but after what happened last time, she really wasn't surprised. Taking another sip of the vodka, she crossed one leg over the other and quietly watched the strangers in the bar, wondering if there was anything to get involved with.

It appeared that whatever had been going on was now over. At least for the time being, but that was pretty normal in Gambit's. Sighing, Tayrn leaned against the counter, still sipping on her vodka. Years ago, she would already been on her third bottle and halfway beneath a table, but that was then and this certainly was now. She didn't have anyone to talk to, and it appeared that no one even noticed her walking in. She supposed that was a good thing, but was kind of hoping there would be some excitement surrounding the reappearance of Gambit's wife. Lord, was that all she was now? Just someone's trophy wife? It looked like it was time to start killing again to recreate her name and make a new legend for herself.

Tayrn LeBeau released a deep sigh before ordering another vodka. Once it was in her hand, she continued to sip upon it, glancing momentarily at the young boy as he took a seat. Wasn't he too young to be in the bar? Realizing she had no room to talk since she raised her first born in the bar, she returned her attention to her drink and tried to think of something to do that would get her back in the news.

The young looking boy looked over at Tayrn and waved at her with a friendly look on his face. He thought he might as well try to start a conversation here in the bar, get to know some interesting people, it might serve as a good story to tell his friends at school someday.

"Aren't you a little young to be in a bar, kid?"

Tayrn seriously hoped he didn't just look young for his age. Her luck would be that he was over twenty-one and somehow she just insulted the boy. But, her instincts were saying otherwise, and she generally trusted her instincts unless she was drunk... then she tended to do the opposite.

The young man looked over at the group of people as they entered the bar, and then looked back at Tayrn, "I know I know, I shouldn't be in a bar, but it's not like I'm trying to order drinks with some fake ID or asking someone to buy me drinks, more here to just relax" he said with a casual tone, and stretched.

couldn't help but arch a brow at the sudden influx of men entering the bar. Perhaps the fight wasn't quite over yet? Shaking her head before returning her attention towards the kid, she smirked when he admitted he was indeed underage. Yep, she called it. It appeared her instincts were still quite intact. But, she really couldn't chastise the kid because she spent most of her younger years drunk in a bar with a fake ID. At least he wasn't attempting to do the same.

"I guess that's right. Well, if you're going to stick around, then be careful. If stuff happens, get out quick, mmkay?"

The young looking boy looked over at the group who had entered, "Looks like there is a gun exhibit somewhere in this bar, as they don't look like entertainment" he said with a chuckle, and looked at Tayrn again, and nodded his head, "I'll be careful, don't worry about that, and I'll get out quicker than you can yell at me for not being quick enough" he said with a grin.

"Well, kid. I'll hold you to that. The name is Tayrn LeBeau, by the way. Might as well introduce ourselves, hmm?"

She didn't want to worry the kid, but she was also packing quite a few weapons beneath her jacket. It was zipped shut for the most part to keep them hidden, but that didn't mean she couldn't get to them quick enough to actually use them. Shifting her gaze towards the woman on a raptor before gazing over towards the Irishmen, Tay released a deep sigh. It looked like trouble might happen regardless of how calm it currently seemed in the bar. Just another day though.

The young looking boy looked over to Kane, shaking his head, "Not at all sir, just trying to make a joke, seems like I suck at it like usual, but seriously, is there a gun convention going on or something? You guys don't look like you would be the gentle giants, apologies if that offends you" he said with a grin and looked at Tayrn, "I'm Joshua Parsons, nice to meet you Ms. LeBeau" he said with a polite tone.

"It's nice to meet you as well, Joshua. Why are you here anyways? Surely not to piss off a bunch of Irishmen?"

Sighing, she ordered another vodka and upon glancing at the raptor once again, she noted the woman was beside the beast, not on it. A mistake one could make when partly drunk, right? Shrugging off the thought, she stole a glance towards the group sitting at the tables before once again looking back at Joshua. Her mind wondered and she briefly thought about ways to get back into the papers. Someone most definitely had to die, right?

"Yeah......don't think you look like a care bear either" he said with a chuckle, "I'm actually Irish myself on my mom's side" he stated, and nodded his head, turning back to Tayrn, "I'm here just to see what all the talk about this bar is about, and it hasn't been disappointing so far, not as full of action but still an interesting place" he said with a smile.

"Well, my husband would be glad to hear that, I suppose. He's always happy to hear that people still come to check out the bar. I'll be sure to let him know that someone still finds it interesting."

Smiling wryly, Tayrn returned to her glass of vodka, trying to recall just how many she had drank so far. The more booze inside of her, the more likely it was that she would do something stupid. Every time the door opened, she found herself glancing at it in hopes that Gambit or Renee would come walking through, but neither did. Her youngest daughter, Gabrielle was also missing, but she never was one for that bar, so Tayrn never really looked for her inside the different seedy establishments. Shaking her head, she ordered another vodka and tapped her fingers against the top of the counter.

The young looking boy smiled at Tayrn and chuckled, "So your husband is the owner of this bar? That's pretty interesting by itself" he said with a smile on his face, and got up, and sat by her. "You look like you are thinking deeply on things, that might involve you past? Usually does" he said with a curious tone.

"Yes, Gambit is my husband. It definitely led to an interesting life for a while. But now, I'm back and I find my name and face forgotten. I've just been trying to figure out how to get back into the limelight. I'm a bit of an attention-seeker, I guess. One has to be in this city though, right?" Smiling softly, she sipped on her vodka, debating on how much to tell Joshua.

The young boy smiled as he heard that, "Ah, coming back to realize that something happened and you aren't as big as you remember, attention-seeker's are a source of stories, which I like, so I like you" he said with a kind tone, and nodded his head again, yawning.

"I figured that time would move on without me, but I wasn't expecting to be completely forgotten. My husband is till famous because of this stupid bar, but no one remembers his wife. Even though she was once a top-notch assassin who also danced on the side." Shrugging, Tayrn attempted to keep from sounding completely bitter although, that was exactly what she was, bitter. "My two daughters seem to be the opposite... more like their father in that they don't really care about attention and often shy away from it."

"I'm sure you are still a positively awesome assassin, and a great dancer Ms. LeBeau, I am really sorry that you aren't as famous as you were before, people are just stupid sometimes you know? Throw people aside like they are nothing and mean nothing, but in the end, they are just assholes to begin with" he said with a warm smile.

"I guess you're right. I'm thinking about going off and killing some people just to get in the papers again, but that seems a bit rash. I don't know why I crave the attention so much, but I do." Finishing the glass of vodka, she opted to stop, not wanting to get drunk in front of Joshua. "Also, you can just call me Tayrn."

"Nothing's wrong with trying to get attention Tayrn, I think it's pretty cool actually, though I don't ever seem to get attention, I think that you should go for it, and do what you like" he said with a warm smile again, and chuckled. "Sorry, I like being respectful" he said with a polite tone.

"You're certainly one of a kind, that's for sure. Most kids your age would be trying to drink and causing all kinds of problems. I know that from experience. Maybe I will start assassinating again. Though, I'm sure there are tons of bounty hunters that already get the good jobs. I'll have to research it." Smiling, she glanced around the bar, noting it had died down immensely.

"Well thank you for the compliment, I just don't like being a troublemaker unless I need to be, It's unneeded, and I feel like those kid's are immature and beyond the brink of stupidity. I think that you should look into it, tell me some stories of your jobs if you do anymore, would love to hear them" he said with another warm smile.
