TETRS (called 'Tetris') is a military organization that operates outside the normal chain of Terran military command. TETRS is a small but effective organization, recruiting only the best that Terra has to offer, training and preparing them for any combat-related circumstances. The special forces of the Terran military, TETRS troopers are promptly dispatched into any situation that might threaten Terran security.

TETRS troopers are equipped with a wide variety of weapons and armor, the most prominent being the ANDEE Battle Suit.

ANDEE
Armored Neurologically-Directed Enhanced Exoskeleton

Designed by Cleo Eriaji and worked on extensively by a host of Terran scientists, the ANDEE represents the pinnacle of Terran infantry defensive technologies. The ANDEE is composed of the strongest materials throughout galaxy, including:

Impervium: a dislocated metal alloyed from the alien metals pullum and silicis, found on the planet Fundam, located in the Carina-Sagittarius Arm of the Milky Way galaxy. Pullum and silicis are smelted together to alloy impervium, but only through extreme heat. Impervium has a solidus point of 1.3 million degrees Fahrenheit, and a liquidis point of 1.5 million degrees Fahrenheit.

Exceptionally tough, hard and durable, impervium is the metal alloy used in the Terran ANDEE. The entire Plate of the armor is almost completely comprised of impervium. Because of its superior strength and high-melting point, the alloy is practically impervious to lead, plasma, and most other piercing, heat or smashing attacks. Impervium is also extremely magnetic (30,000 gauss), and is in fact held together in the ANDEE design via a series of densely energized internal magnetic fields.

Muteki: a metallic liquid found on the planet Peniculus in the Crux-Scutum Arm of the Milky Way galaxy, Muteki has been christened “Tek” by TETRS troopers. Muteki liquid has the ability to absorb massive amounts of energy, a trait which proved extremely useful in furthering the defensive capabilities of the ANDEE. The substance was molecularly frozen and incorporated into the armor. A thick layer is plastered over the Plate, while a Muteki “gel” substance flows freely throughout the Pillar. Two densely concentrated “gems” of Muteki are also embedded in the palms of the ANDEE.

The ANDEE armor consists of four layers: The Plate, Pillar, Foam and Skin.

Plate: the outer section of the armor, and the only layer that is completely exposed to the environment. The Plate is constructed entirely out of high carbon impervium, a dislocated metal alloyed from alien elements. Only the hellish core of a Neutron Star (1.5 Million ºF) can generate the heat required to forge impervium.

Pillar: an elastic shell just below the Plate. It serves a myriad of important purposes essential to the functionality of the ANDEE. Its primary function is structural support. The Pillar keeps the ANDEE closely knitted together through a series of densely energized magnetic fields. The Pillar is also responsible for movement throughout the system. A neurological transmitter at the base of a TETRS trooper's neck connects to his central nervous system. The pathway collects chemical signals released by the brain and transmits them into kinetic action. Whatever the trooper tells the suit to do in his mind, it does. The Pillar seals the remaining two layers of armor, air-locking the trooper from a potentially hostile environment. Muteki Gel flows freely throughout the Pillar, offering significant protection and further absorption of energy concentrates.

The Foam: a thick layer of protective foam separating the Pillar from the Skin. Engineered to absorb up to 10 million Newtons of force, the Foam is capable of protecting the trooper's structure from even the most powerful exertion of force or shock wave of energy.

Skin: the final layer of the ANDEE. Thin and tight, it clings closely to the trooper's body like a jumpsuit. The Skin is responsible for accommodating all of the trooper's biological needs, as well as maintaining reasonable living conditions throughout ANDEE in general. An extensive temperature regulator keeps the entire suit at a safe temperature in even the most extreme environments, while a thermal disruptor nullifies his heat signature. A particle filter prevents any poisons or toxins from entering into the trooper's system, including radiation and electromagnetic waves. The Skin's bioscan technology sterilizes and seals any prevalent injuries upon detection (although series medical attention is not something ANDEE is able to give). Jutting from the Skin along the shoulders, back, and quadriceps are a series of energy generators, which supply a constant shield of densely protective energy around the Plate, in addition to the Muteki Gel coat.

Directly in the center chest plate of the ANDEE is the Fusion Reactor. Arguably the most important piece of the armor, the Fusion Reactor supplies seemingly limitless power to the ANDEE.[/size]

A small detachment of Tetris Troopers would likely be recognized by the Chimera's radar as they approached the impressive airship. The troopers thrusted passively towards the ship, gauss-rifles slung over their shoulders.

"Crew of the ship, Chimera," the foremost of the five troopers spoke out, patching himself into the ship's audio system. His armor was noticeably different from the rest. Much sleeker and conservatively built. He had no discernible firearm on him. "...I am Cleo Eriaji. I come in peace and with the greetings of the TNG. I request boarding rights into your ship."

A squad of three TETRS Troopers entered the bar suddenly, gauss-rifles extended as they advanced on Bladewolf, seemingly paying absolute no attention to the battling TIB agent or the Taiyou ex-empress.

"Lycastraphone hormones detected in the area!" the foremost of the squad shouted, looking towards Bladewolf and attempting to push past Manehkin and Korlyn. Waisting no time, one of the troopers fired a pistol-looking device at Bladewolf, loaded with a lethal anti-Lycan serum designed to temporarily neutralize his werewolf state and render him unconscious.

With the first shot dodged, the troopers would fire a large volley of serum darts at the wolf. With numbers on their side and the sheer quantity of the ammunition, it was unlikely that the wolf could continue dodging, especially in the close-conditions of the bar and the superb accuracy of the neurologically-enhanced troopers.

A squad of three TETRS troopers stormed into the bar, gauss-rifles extended as they advanced towards Bladewolf, heedless of the ensuing battle raging about them.

"How the hell did he escape our custody?" the foremost growled, immediately motioning for the other two armored-troops to establish a perimeter around the werewolf.

"Stand down!" another trooper demanded, training a familiar looking serum-gun at the werewolf, "let go of the girl and STAND DOWN!"

Having succesfully subuded Bladewolf, the man would find himself in human-form, locked away in a padded containment room somewhere in Fort Veritas. A glowing inhibitor-collar was snapped around his neck, the nuero-toxins and psionic energies emitting from the device working to prevent Bladewolf from achieving Lycan-transformation. He was confiscated of his weapons.

A man in a plain suit sat in a chair opposite Bladewolf, numbly looking over a few files on the tin table before them, bolted into the ground.

"...so here we are again, Bladewolf," the man grumbled, "...what is with you and randomly attack innocent people at Gambit's?"

"Oh, you'll see a psychiatrist alright..." the man scribbled down on his papers, "..in fact, you'll be going to the 'RIP'. Rehabilitation Center for Insufferable Paranormal-Individuals. You'll also need to register yourself under the city as a super-human." The man, NPA special-agent Walters, groaned and rubbed at his temples.

"...we want to help you, Bladewolf," he asserted with a nod, "...you're hardly the first super-human to lose control of his powers in the city. A few months in rehab and you'll have full control over yourself."

"Well randomly attacking her at the bar for no valid reason isn't 'helping her.' I'm sure you knew that, though," agent Walters stamped a sheet of papers with a nearby seal, sliding the documents along with a pen over to Bladewolf. "Sign there, please."

"RIP is a high-security facility, but it's not a prison. It's built off the coast of the Atlantic. Gorgeous place from what I've heard. You'll be put in a class with other paranormals like yourself. Together with trained professionals, you'll learn to master your powers before they master you." The agent chuckled. "...don't sweat it, kid. RIP has an 92% graduation percentage. You'll do fine."

Captain Baron Riggard, better known among Vengeance Company as Caesar, stood encamped a good ten miles away from the AFRICACOM base, another Tetris trooper at his side. The ANDEE fusion reactor was all but de-activated, a sound-wall barrier encircling the small encampment and a heat-dampener clipped around his belt. Superposition Wave-Frequency Oscillators masked his comm radio waves. For all purposes, the two Tetris soldiers were invisible.

"There's our cue," Caesar spoke in his helmet, his on-board scouters and visual-relays magnifying the approaching Rakis for the viewing pleasure of the Resistance soldier. "I'll put the word out to the 44th." He turned to the other soldier at his side. "You got visual on this, Vandal? It'll be a good ten minutes before our backup arrives. There's an army of men with guns down there, but I want you to worry about that armor. Mingle with troops. Those cannons can't touch you if you're surrounded by Shins."

The Tetris troopers were not alone, of course. Many miles out, an eager regiment of Terran Marines were itching to get involved with the long-planned ambush. Unfortunately, Aschen radars made it impossible to cloak an army of that size. The rebels were just far enough to avoid detection. Once Tetris blocked communications, they'd go for it.

"At ready, trooper..." Caesar's breath had begin to steadily increase, "...finger on the guard..." They were still waiting.

"Good," Caesar breathed. "on my mark, we're going in. As soon as we make contact, I want you to put a CN-Blast right in the sand. Give them a dust-storm to choke on. Take out that forward armor first, then the rear. After that, the Fuel-rods. Use your maurader as long as you can, but don't waste time reloading. It'll only slow you down. I'm approving Nova I if things get tight, but nothing beyond that. We don't want to destroy the continent." The Tetris Commander breathed deeply. He was no novice to combat... but two Tetris troopers against a fortified Aschen military base? They only needed to hold out for ten minutes but... could they?

"Three." He swallowed the dryness in his throat. ANDEE was equipped with extensive temperature regulators, but Caesar still felt as if he were in a cooking oven. He watched the Rakis trudge lazily through the dirt.

"Two." His armored fingers flexed over the grip of his Gauss rifle. A thin bead of sweat rolled down his forehead and swabbed into his eye. He hardly blinked.

"One."

The signal went up.

And just like that, the near-dormant fusion reactor of Caesar's ANDEE hummed into life, the nearby heat-shield short circuiting as it suddenly found itself unable to cope with the awesome power of a star. The commander soared into battle, his thrusters propelling him off the mountainside at a velocity many times the speed of sound. It would take him three seconds to cover the ten-mile distance. Assuming Vandal was following formation, he'd be right behind him.

As Caesar approached the base, he de-accelerated considerably, blurring over the Rakis line, the hot African sun shimmering off the plates of his armor. He offered a quick spray of his Gauss rifle at the filed troopers below him, tossing a frag grenade into the dusty masses. As the Tetris trooper approached the shielded Aschen base, he charged a seismic focal-point in his palms before unleashing it in a rushing shockwave around him. The attack had a strange, purple-ish hugh. The

(...) blast immediately started disrupting Aschen communications, introducing a reverse frequency-oscillation pattern to the Imperial relay circuit. All of this Caesar executed with the utmost efficiency, accomplishing the rehearsed battle-plan in a matter of seconds. When you can move as fast as you can think, things tend to get done quicker.

Whoever the Aschen had been expecting, they probably hadn't been expecting Tetris.

Caesar brought his hand back as Nikita cannoned towards him, offering a slight energy-compression barrier to weaken the strength of the agent's attack. It didn't do much. The Tetris trooper was hit hard, staggering backwards and clutching for two grenades at his belt to counter-strike. Before he had the chance, however, he was suddenly side-kicked into the air.

As he fell, the trooper dropped his grenades into the scattering Rakis. Caesar flipped twice in the air, his thrusters at last allowing him to regain control of his flight pattern. He turned swiftly to face his opponent, snarling beneath his visor as he surveyed the Aschen Combat Skin. Things just got a lot trickier.

"Shin murderer..." Caesar roared, fists in at the ready. His thrusters blared as he charged Nikita, aiming to land a blinding straight-punch against the LDA agent's helmet, followed by a swift jab to her armored side.

Caesar growled, crossing his hands over his visor and flaring his shields as the missles took their flight. The explosives hammered against the impervium plating, knocking the commander back a good ten meters.

"You doomed yourselves, Shin!" Caesar growled, watching as Nikita spiraled forward for a spearhead tackle. He made no efforts to dodge. Just as the woman was about to throw herself against the commander's armor, Caesar's fingers gripped around the handle of his slide-blade, strips of metal retracting out from the hilt and folding into a long, sharpened edge of solid impervium. As the girl collided with him, Caesar would attempt to impale her with it.

He was vaguely aware of another combatant who had entered the battle, his scouters picking up energy-discharges in a position where no soldiers ought to be. Caesar was too occupied to handle it now, but it was certainly a point of interest.

Caesar grunted again as Nikita literally flash-stepped out of his reach, his blade swinging through empty air. Was this girl really that fast? The sharp shin across his back a half second later answered that question for him. The Tetris trooper was sent soaring towards the dirt, leaving an imprint of his armor against the sand as he landed. This wasn't going the way he'd hoped. The Aschen Power Armor, combined with the sudden appearance of the Reverance, made things seem quite bleak. If their re-enforcements didnt arrive soon...

"Gods be damned!" Caesar roared as he watched the Reverance take chunks out the Terran line. None of these Seraphim had anywhere near the firepower to even remotely fend off the looming Aschen ship. Tetris was all they had at this point.

"Vandal, you seeing this?" Caesar spoke into his scouter, "there's no way we'll last with that thing in the sky. I'm going to go Nova. I need thirty seconds of cover, do you think you can afford me that?" The Tetris Commander was already prepping his ascension into the ANDEE's first Nova State, his fusion reactor sputtering and whirring at the mental command of its trooper.

Caesar had, thankfully, been neglected. With Vandal's support, the Tetris commander at last managed to achieve full Nova I. The fusion reactor in his chest glowed brightly, a faint aura eminating about the commander's armor. The ANDEE was now producing 3.8 x 10^26 joules per second. As much energy as the sun.

The trooper grunted as he finally stabilized the power shift in his suit. Nova was useful, but it put a huge drain on the armor. He couldn't sustain this energy state forever. Blaring up into the skies, Caesar's scouter quickly targetted every AA cannon mounted about the base.

"Time to even the odds..." Caesar growled, quickly re-directing several second's worth of power into the muteki gems in his palms. Boosting his thrusters, the trooper soared about the base with impossible speed, high-intensity beams of superenergized unpolarized light blasting out of his hands in blinding gold pillars.

The sound of metal boots on ceramic floor filled the hallways with a deep, resounding cadence. The marines began to retreat almost immediately, offering cover-fire but focused on getting through the next doorway.

"Fall back!" they roared, "everyone fall back! He's here!"

A moment later, Hiro and the Divine Will and would be treated to the sight of an armored figure, his frame large and imposing. His appearance was unlike any of the other Terrans they'd seen up to this point. His armor was a woven pattern of glimmering metal plates painted red and white; his mirroring visor a deep shade of sanguine. In one hand he wielded a standard Gauss rifle. In the other, he calmly gripped a long, narrow blade.

"Well. Nice to finally meet you two in person," the figure spoke to his two opponents, his tone so coy and mischievous that they could almost see the smile beneath the helmet. He spoke with a strange accent that sounded slightly of an Northern Irish tang. "Name's Candycane. Tetris 67. Vengeance Company." He rolled one of his shoulder forward, as if he were preparing for a simple boxing match. Behind him, a series of massive blast-doors shut tightly. The trio was now locked in the hallway by all physical means.

"I'll the guy who's kickin' both a'your asses today. Lemme' know at any time if you feel like surrendering." He twirled the blade in his hands like a child might swing a wooden sword.

Candycane chuckled; a soft, musical sound that was pleasant to listen to. "What, not even the pleasure of a name? I'm heartbroken." He twirled his blade once more through the air, stretching out his chest in a seemingly unconcerned manner...

And then he was between them both.

There had no pause. No charge-up of energy or brief interlude of preparation. One moment Candycane can had been standing at least a dozen meters away from them both. The next, he was hardly five feet in proximity. If either possessed any supernatural sense of vision, they might have just barely noticed the subtle motions flashing between the two instances; the blurring of red-and-white across the floor, a whispering gust of wind left from the blinding leap. But surely they must have been mistaken. No one could move that fast.

Right?

Without giving either of them a chance to consider what had just happened, Candycane struck. With his right hand, he whipped the sword around, attempting to catch Hiro across the neck. The blade, forged of solid impervium and enchanted with hundreds of intricate spells and prayers, would likely disrupt Kala's phasing abilities, if not negate them entirely.

With his left hand, Candycane simultaneously turned his Gauss rifle on the Divine Will, literally firing at point-blank range into his chest. There would be no chance of him missing.

All of this, the twelve-meter leap and the two-front attack, was done in roughly a second and a half. The actions were so sudden and dis-conjoined, they almost looked like they belonged in separate points of time. It was like watching a scratched DVD skip between scenes. It didn't make sense.

Hiro's attack was successful, the force indeed sending Candycane spiraling towards the roof of the ship. Before Kala could follow up with another attack, however, the trooper once again vanished, his metal frame blurring into nothingness. He would attempt to flash-step once again, this time directly behind Hiro. The Sakaaran would wait at the top of the ship for Candycane's flailing body only to find that the trooper was already behind him.

Lashing out with his leg, Candycane attempted to deliver a crushing stomp-kick to Hiro's backside, sending the summoner barreling down into the ship's floor much the same way he'd sent him up.

"Not bad," he cracked his neck, "almost felt that one." He examined his blade, noting the fine crimson blood on the gleaming steel.

"Weird. I thought gods weren't supposed to bleed..."

The flames slithered up Candycane's leg, engulfing the entire limb in the strange, multi-colored fire. They succeeded in distracting Candycane long enough so as to prevent the kick, but any heat damage would be negligible. Impervium didn't even BEGIN to deteriorate until at roughly 1.5 million degrees Fahrenheit. If the flames were that hot, the entire planet would be burned to a crisp in seconds.

"What can I say?" Candycane landed opposite Hiro, the flames dissipating, "I like peppermint." The visor made a quick pass of Kala, as if sizing him up. "Last chance to surrender. You're good, but there's no way you can win. Even if you beat me, there's two hundred and ninety-nine more troopers with the same armor and skills. Some of them are even better then I am." He lifted his blade and pointed the tip at the Sakaaran. "You picked the wrong planet to invade, friend. Submit."

"Shit," Candycane growled, suddenly aware of the pressing heat wrapping about his armor. Warning lights lit up in his visor. 2 million degrees and climbing. How was the rest of the ship not being damaged? Clearly there were other powers at work here.

Although 1.5 million degrees was the temperature at which impervium began to deterioration, it took weeks-to-months for the metal to actually melt entirely at that temperature. At 600 million degrees, impervium began to melt on contact. Such an enormous heat-level would require gargantuan amounts of energy to create, but who was to say that Hiro COULDN'T do that? Candycane didn't want to find out. He needed to protect himself. Quickly.

But not here.

Looking towards the nearby wall, Candycane briefly charged his thrusters before smashing through it, hopefully using the heat of the flames to help him. He'd like to have kept the fighting in the ship, but there was no way the Trireme would be able to handle what he was about to do next. Standing out in the open air, the cosmic flames still dancing off of his armor and growing over hotter, Candycane crossed his arms over his chest and began to power up. It began slowly. Subtly. Hardly noticeable at first. But then, like a generator cranking into life, the ANDEE's true power revealed itself. A gold aura formed about Candycane's frame, the fusion reactor in the center of his chest glowing brightly as it kicked into an entirely new gear.

"Entering NOVA One," Candycane logged into his scouter, "outputting 3.8 times 10 to the 23'rd joules." He grit his teeth as the ANDEE rumbled in the wake of such awesome power. His armor was now roughly producing as much energy per second as the sun. All at once, the flames surrounding Candycane would likely begin to dissipate, or at least would be forced off of the trooper's frame as he projected a large, energized Kevlin field about his armor. If successful, the temperature of his suit would begin to drop almost immediately, the internal environment regulators quick to begin res

restoring stability.

"Well I'll be damned," Candycane grinned, looking back at Hiro with a nod, "you actually made me go NOVA. I'm impressed." The gold aura surrounding Candycane flickered briefly, the fusion reactor struggling to keep up with the power-output. Although Candycane was exponentially more formidable now, it appeared he was slightly more unstable in such a condition. Obviously the NOVA state was taking a toll on his armor.

"Why don't you come out here in the sky and we can have a real scrap?"
