The Auditor turned about upon the spot, and paced forwards toward the centre of the bar. As she walked, she herself dissolved away into glittering lights, returning to whatever realm she inhabited when not keeping order.

The Auditor did, however, leave a passing comment as she vanished.

Character Portrait: The Auditor The Auditor says,

This is a ten storey building, Rage. Not only would the inclusion of rafters on the bottom floor be a disaster of aesthetics, it would be structurally impractical and quite frankly rather silly. We do have beanbags, if you want, though...

The Auditor suddenly and miraculously prevented the autohit, by lieu of her in-character modliness. Godliness. The second one, definitely.

Abruptly, a swirling of energies appeared in the centre of the bar, spiralling upwards in a cyclone of white and black. These shapes coalesced in the centre, until eventually the shape of a robed woman could be seen.

Ahem.

The Auditor paced quietly over to David, Qala d Alaha, breezing past Kisa, Vampiric Rage, and Fianna in the process.

Are you quite well, sir? I assume that you would be interested in going home, at this point, yes?

The Auditor noted the absence of said individual, and assumed he had found his own way out. She herself vanished, entirely.

A cloud of mist appeared in the centre of the bar for a brief moment to announce the arrival of The Auditor. Shapes and shadow fluctuated at the centre of the mist, before the cloud dissipated. As it faded, the figure of a woman could be seen, clad in dark robes. The Auditor lifted Her head, eyes flashing as She surveyed the fight occurring.

I demand...
She began from within her cloak, lifting a dainty grey hand to halt the proceedings. Any attempts at the discharge of powers would prove useless while Her hand remained raised.

...an explanation for this bullshit.

Quite.
The Auditor replied, dusting Her hands off.
A merry little rhyme, that...

With that, The Auditor faded into the background, though She was still present. She was always, present...

I choose option C, actually.

An area of absolute calm developed within the swirling vortex, both splinters and winds banished from there. Within this area, there appeared a dim glow, and from this glow stepped forth the robed figure of The Auditor. She raised Her eyes from the ground, Her hood shadowing Her face, and with Her divine grace, She was displeased.

That being the option of disagreeing entirely with the proposition. You are the ruler of all magic, you say? Well I am more. I am She who rules the Gods themselves, I am The Auditor, and you have displeased me.

The robed Goddess stepped forwards, and where She trod, the winds died. Splinters and metal fell to the floor limply, and even the vortex itself was banished. She lifted a dainty hand towards Kyrad, and pointed Her finger.

Cease this nonsense, or I shall be forced to cease it for you. Make your choice, dear.

A pity.

The shadows that attempted to pass close to The Auditor vanished before they touched Her, the winds did not even stir Her robe. The Goddess smiled, and spread her arms. Across the bar, the winds and vortex died, and the floor began to reform. Reality itself conformed to The Auditor's wishes.

I am above you.
Was Her simple reply. She detected Kurt's magics, and amplified them with her own powers - which themselves did not employ mana or magic. Upping the strength of Kurt's dispel to Godly proportions, The Auditor doubted that Kyrad could maintain his powers against a God of Gods.

Additionally, The Auditor added her nigh-on-infinite power to Vampiric-Rage's attempts to dispel Kyrad. There was a line you never thought you'd see...

But then they were gone, and She stood as radiant as ever She had, in all Her glorious power. And then She raised Her hand, and towards Her domain came forth a power greater than that of Her subjects - for all were Her subjects, and in Her shadow they did tremble and despair, and love Her for Her beauty, and Her power, and Her justice.

There came forth Her power, and so it was that Death came to the world. Beneath Her gaze, Gods shook, Demons cowered and the greatest Powers were rendered nought. Kyrad was its object, and upon him the World itself crushed. So it came to pass that She demonstrated Her power in all of its glory.

And there shall be a reckoning to come of it.

And thus poured from the heavens a Wrath greater than that of the Gods; Destiny herself was nought in The Auditor's eyes, just another child to be laid across her knee and disciplined.

It was an End to all things. A localised End to all things. An End to all things named Kyrad, that were located in Gambit's bar. Those things, they were Ended. It was the Ennnnd.

And then, it Ended. For The Auditor was in Her Domain. All, was Her Domain. And in Her Domain, She was Absolute.

And so Kyrad would, very, very likely, be Gone. Gone where? It was uncertain. Should he live, he would certainly be Gone from the bar. Perhaps he would be elsewhere. Perhaps he would be Destroyed.

One thing was for certain, with the amount of capitalised letters in that post, some shit was going down.

Midway through the commercial, something appeared to go wrong with the transmission, and the TV shifted channels to a channel advertising pet insurance that happened to be showing a canine with a broken leg.

At that point, a big bubble appeared around the whole thing, to replace the metaphorical one that had been formed out of character. This effectively isolated all of this from the rest of the bar, possibly causing the occupants to go to a different version of the establishment, possibly some sort of second floor. There were no hints at all in this post.

Regardless of whether Blaze was in space or not, The Auditor decided that this was a silly thing, and that it was not going to happen.

And so it was wished, and so it was. She swept a hand from above, and it was no more.

The Academy library was expansive and full of tomes regarding magics of all kinds. It was amongst the most extensive collections of magical knowledge officially registered, and people came from many parts of the country to visit it. As such, with the recent tightening of security on the Academy, the librarian was required to issue passes allowing entrance rather than simply having it open to the public.

Selphina, the librarian, was currently distributing a trolley of new arrivals amongst the shelves, keeping an ear out for the opening of the library door that would announce the arrival of the newest applicant, who was due in approximately two minutes. And would arrive in exactly forty seven seconds -- by her count, anyway.
