Corruption chuckled inside Masons' head, "Now now nightmare? Oh please I am more than that. And are you sure your brother would like seeing you smoking at such a young age. Tsk, tsk." he remarked with a grin.
Corruption laughed, "I am you, well the part of you that you thought you got rid of way back when. Don't you remember? I would say I am hurt. But that panic in your voice makes it oh so enjoyable, I am actually glad you forgot, if only for that reaction."
Again Corruption laughed, "Did you really think it would be that easy to get rid of me?" he asked, "Sorry but I don't think I will. You see I like it in here."
"Nah, see it is our head. I am a part of you after all. Don't you remember that? Pity. It must be so dull to be that stupid..." the voice chided him.
"Hmmm you could ignore me... but then who knows what I'd do. Oh no not to you but say... Hmmm how about Zekil? I could hurt him. He is a weakling anyway."
A laugh echoed in his head, "Oh please do you really think that talking to you in your head is the only thing I am capable of doing?" he asked him.
"Oh really? Care to test that theory Mason? I think I hear your dear brother right now. Last chance." the voice mocked him.
"I will take that as you still don't believe me. All right let me prove it. Pardon the sudden pain." he teased him as he forced his control over Mason.
"Go ahead hurt him, you know you want to." he whispered to Mason inflicting pain on him as he did so.
"Oh don't try to break free you asked for this remember? Hmmm how about you cut off his hand! Oh that should be fun. Go on do it!"
"Oh come now you already came this far. Wha has he done for you? Save you? Everytime you were in danger you saved yourself! You died and he didn't rescue you. What kind of brother does that?"
"Come on is that all? Isn't that the hand that made me? Isn't that the hand that put the shadow in into you?" he whispered to him.
Zekil looked at him as he backed away, "Mason... what are you talking about? I-It's me Zekil..." he whispered. He did not want his wings to be cut off... again.
"Well you are the one that said you wanted to drink his blood go on, have a drink, you deserve it... I wonder how it will taste... does demon blood taste different that human blood?"
Corruption watched as Mason smoke, "hmmm decisions, decisions... do I announce my presence or let him wonder for a bit..." he thought to himself. "How about a whisper a tickling in the back of his mind?" he thought to himself as he lightly prodded the back of his head sending Mason a slight headache.
Corruption chuckled, "humans, so easy to toy with." he thought to himself as he wandered around in Masons' head poking it as he increased the head ache sending him images from past nightmares of Masons to flash in his head.
Corruption chuckled, "Oh here we go how about we show him a past memory! One he hates, let's see... Ah-ha, here we go." he thought to himself as he sent Mason the image of Zekil killed and dead, his wings chopped off as well as his legs from the knees down.
Corruption smiled as he thought of a fun idea. "Oh-ho let's see how this works." he thought to himself as he took over Masons' body and mind. "there we go let's go kill a person!" he thought to himself as he grabbed a discarded knife and followed a random person whistling happily.
