Description

ImageImage

A doll like creature that is constantly dressed in some form of delicate lolita style, Her love, who had ben unable to live with her death, wished her rivival and took to a last bill attempt…the art of witchcraft.
He created a construct, or a large doll like creature to be precise, that had been made to represent his lost beloved, with fixed ringlets of hair, curved tinted lips, skin, pale as cream, and delicate pale gray eyes.

However…things, went awry, and the demon that was called upon, gave him his love, but…her doll like frame was not of human flesh, merely a vessel to carry a broken soul. With result, the Doll can never age, never die and memories from the past whilst alive had been vanished... Along with anything of remembrance about her love.

He was driven to madness at such a revelation, having already sacrificed so much to just bring her back he destroyed himself into a world of fire, abandoning the confused creature in their home.

So begins...

The Doll let her pale, almost porcelain coloured digits press against the wood of the door to the bar, giving it a light push, her ball joints giving a small creak as she did so, it was either her, or the door...however the Doll let her dark gray eyes roll around gently at the patrons of the bar, her figure cast into her all black kuro lolita dress. Wisps of black hair curled around her rounded face, she had been drawn there, to the bar with the sense of life that radiated from it. The lights, the chatter, everything drew her in. Awkwardly, the Doll placed one foot in front of the other, pigeon steps for the first few paces, before it returned to normal, she did not mind that her joints where on view, not at all...she only minded that there was a distinct lack of anything exciting, and it had been so promising from the outside...

Character Portrait: The Doll The Doll says,
She moved across the space of the bar, head lolling slightly to one side as she moved through a small group of people, making her way toward the place that most people gathered, by the bar counter her eyelids slowly closing, a tiny click admitting with the movement before they raised back up, tilting her head oddly to look for a tender that could inform her of her whereabouts.

The Doll let her eyelids close half way as she glared, her fingers clacking on the bar top as she turned her head too and fro to look around, wondering, how busy the place seemed to be...not very, so at least one person could off her a sign that there was someone tending. These people, where really something, not only had the entertainment been an useless endeavor...any newcomer seemed to receive a less than warm welcome. Oh well, it was no bother for Doll.

"Excuse me..?" She called for a tender, the soft, and very delicate voice drifted forth from her closed lips. Cold blue and gently glittering against the lights, though it seemed that they never opened once before since her creation. Black hair moved around her shoulders, as she brought her fingers up to it, slowly bending her fingers into it, her eyes still with a half closed glare to it, well...wasn't this worth coming in for?

The Doll was glad to finally have some interaction, raising a hand upward, all fingers turning to clench lightly bar her index, which remained pointed up into the air, as if making a point...or, was about too. The Doll did open her eyelids all the way as her dark eyes lightened, however when the robotic woman turned from her to speak to another, apparently wishing to go somewhere else, they closed half way again. Slowly, she lowered her hand again, not even bothering to return the question as she shook her head, closing her eyelids all the way.

Lowering her head slightly, Doll rest her fingers against the bar counter. It was obvious, she was not human, only pretended to be...or not even that, she was made that way. Ball joints where on show, so it was not exactly hard for one to guess. She took just a moment to gather her thoughts, raising her head again and opening,

The Doll looked at the robotic woman, and the small group that she was conversing with. "New...dresses? I think my form of attire is enough as it is.." Doll commented, her voice floating forward as her lips didn't move, letting her eyes focus on Motoko, just trying to work out what about her made the two of them similar...then the question of her origin spewed from Doryn's mouth.

"I have always been named Doll, thank you." She said softly, stepping slightly over toward them, ball jointed knees giving a slight creek.

The Doll shook her head to her form of dress, she either dressed in Kuro, or Shiro...nothing else. Nothing else suited her delicate frame, she was designed for the doll like attire to be sported. Her jointed fingers held onto the bar counter as she halted in her steps, standing a little closer to the group, but not too much, letting her eyelids open up more.

"Kuro Lolita is a relatively new compared to other styles, I shall not modify to anything else." She replied with a small bow of her head to Motoko, it was a sign that if anyone knew of her choice of fashion, then they gained a small point of respect from her.

The Doll realized that Motoko was having to keep up at least three different conversations at once, something that Doll wasn't too fond of, so she would at least wait for the Empathy lady to have her say before she gave her answer to Motoko, rolling her eyes within their sockets to set them on the male of the group, wondering just what his input was to the conversation. If he was like any other within the bar, it was more than likely nothing. Doll looked downward, eye lids half closing to a narrow as she wondered if she was able to sit down with them, in all truth, she had no idea really how to answer the question of being raised, she held no idea.

Her joints let out another small creak as she moved her weight from foot to foot, small black heels glinting with the lace and bows that where glued to them, ears keying into the other conversations of the bar.

The Doll decided not to sit down, figuring that the bar stools where a little to awkward for her form to move up into, as she listened to Motoko asking for help and heaved a soft sigh, her lips still unmoving with her words as it may have looked that they where indeed unable to part, apparently. Closing her eyelids once again with a soft 'click' sound, she listened to the sounds of the bar around her, listening to each conversation as they went on, how pitiful.

It was then she looked at the oil, eyelids clicking open wide as she blinked. "What..?" Her words whispered out, fingers reaching out to pick it up as she brought it up in front of her eyes, examining it...what was she supposed to do with it? Drink it? A sound of disgust spilled into the air, and putting the container down. "Where, exactly am I?" She asked Motoko, while there was a pause in conversation.

The Doll turned her face toward Doryn, not expecting to hear much out of him that was directed at her, since he seemed to be so disapproving of her figure to begin with. "Gambits....bar?" Doll repeated slowly, tilting her head slightly toward the side, sending black waves of hair downward, working her fingertips up to her mouth, pressing her index finger to her bottom lip. "And it is usually so...uninviting?" Doll continued to question the man, her words not faltering though she blinked a little with the reasoning for oil.

"It is just a loose screw." The Doll informed Motoko, pushing the oil further down the bar top, not liking it in the slightest, too dirty and hard to get off of her skin.

The Doll let her eyes narrow slightly as she glared downward with dark gray eyes at the...thing...that had collided with her. "I, should think you are." Doll whispered softly, and yet it was hard for the patrons to imagine possibly how she was able to speak without her lips, or jaw moving at all. Her eyes rolled a little in their sockets to set them back onto Doryn, waiting for a reply of her question. Before she quickly looked at Motoko, was this woman so obsessed with nonhuman bodies?

"I am not confidant in your abilities with my body." The Doll replied plainly, as it was true that she should have really fixed the problem herself, and yet she had found no time recently to bother.

The Doll listened to the two of them, heaving another sigh as she closed her eyelids, feeling a tug at her waist, a sort of forced pull at her torso as she opened her eyes quickly again, blinking quickly as she raised her hands up into the air softly. "I must depart. I am sorry." Doll informed them, holding her hands in front of her as she gave a slight bow, abruptly turning to slowly move toward the exit of the bar.

The Doll took a moment outside the door, her painted face gazing at the door for some time before she bothered to open it, ball jointed wrist giving a slight creek with the effort of shifting such a heavy thing. The creeks of her joints weren't often, but they where still a small annoyance to her ears when it occurred. She had been drawn to the bar the other night, having engaged in a conversation with a robotic lady, a vampire and...some strange male that was intent on making things as awkward as possible. Completely black dress adorned her frame, lace and bows a given but not usual to see someone in them, and yet, the Doll appeared to be made for the purpose of wearing such delicate clothing.

The Doll moved up to the bar counter, gray eyes rolling a little in her sockets as she moved her fingers onto the wood of the counter, eyelids blinking slowly while making a tiny 'clack' noise. She let her eyes fall onto the tomato, on its own. Now had it been a normal bar, located somewhere, more, normal...the Doll would have no trouble in processing the image of the solitary tomato, but for now, she merely watched it, wondering what it could really be.

The Doll let a sigh float through the air even though her lips did not move, the Doll's soft gray eyes rolled again, looking around the room, she had tired to staring at the tomato, maybe thinking to get back to it later but, for now she wished for decent human conversation. Yet that Doryn male from the other night was correct, people did, hardly go up to the newcomers of the bar, making it a pretty depressing scene. Tilting her head slightly toward the side sending tresses of wavy black hair downward as she wriggled her fingers through it, just to try and ease the boredom.

She closed her eyes once more, leaning against the bar counter to open her eyes again, looking down at the tomato, and reaching a finger out to it, giving it a slight poke.

The Doll let her eyes slowly roll around within her eye sockets, glancing at the only person who had noticed her entrance, blinking gently she then heaved a soft sigh, it escaping without her lips ever parting, watching him leave before returning herself to face the bar again. Her eyelids closed half way, giving the appearance of a glare to her face even if her expression could never change from such an equilibrium.

Curling her fingers into her palm, she rest the closed fist onto the bar top delicately, opening her lids fully to take another glance around the bar with a small grumble, ball joints giving a soft creak as she shifted her weight.

The Doll slowly turned around, being, nothing but a doll..so felt nothing from this strange being. Turning her figure back toward the bar counter, she tapped her fingertips against the wood, wondering just when a tender would arrive so she could have some conversation, instead of being amongst small groups that where so comfortable on their own, and not wishing to travel outside of their comfort zone.

Not that, Doll appeared to be very normal, she was sure, that there where plenty of people that had presumed that she couldn't speak due to her...well, being a doll. Working her fingers up to her wavy lengths of black hair, she closed her eyes gently, feeling the small tresses of hair to lightly pull with her grasp.

The Doll gave a slightly aggravated sigh, as she was currently sat within the corner of the bar, positioned upon the chair as her gray eyes rolled a little in their eye sockets, looking across at each of the patrons. She could have easily been looked over for a mannequin, if not for the fact that her ball joints started to creak slowly on their own, knees bending to lift herself upward to stand, looking around as her fingers hooked at the strips of black lace that lined her soft kuro lolita dress.

The Doll slowly moved across the bar from her seat, moving up to the counter top as she closed her eyelids lightly, curling her fingers into her palm as she listened to the chatter of the bar, turning her head slightly as she let her gaze continue to scan around.
