The Montesquieu Twins were standing at the back, the pair somewhat listening to ear shattering music among within the crowded set. Booze passed freely and haze of drug induced smoke loomed over certain parts of the place like clouds. Edmund was the first to light up hearing the sound of a guy that had lungs.

The pair owned the joint, they owned several clubs and hot spots across the city, not that they fronted it, the last thing they needed was attention from the wrong crowd. Still it was places like this that really combed up the coolest of the cool or in this case, the hardest of the hard asses.

"What do you think about this one?" Almario uttered, the set was intense and that was very much an understatement. The bar room had erupted into chaos, the walls were vibrating by the shaking noises that was dead center of the stage.

The noise was so loud and brutal that the pair were talking through holodevices in their hands, emitting small messages telepathically to one another. "I think with enough stim injected in enough people we could murder someone with that voice." The other explained taking a gander at the very riled up group of people in front of them.

The Montesquieu Twins merely offered their grins and their respectful nods, though they did not entirely scream 'pampered rich kid' they certainly stick out among the piercings, long hair, bracelets, t-shirts and other memorabilia. The pair had been chatting in the back, mostly talking about the performance and some matters involving the room in general. The bartender behind the counter was short, black and fat but almost heavily laced in tattoos and looked like he beat a man half to his life on several occasions.

She looked to her employers for a moment, they nodded back before she turned back to the shredder. "Performers don't need to pay the rounds." The bartender filled up the shots. "Don't abuse it." Was all she said still silently expecting a good tip.

The Montesquieu Twins were somewhat relaxing along pool side, summer heat was on and the young adults wanted to enjoy it as much as they can. The house which they reside in was a very wealthy looking place, several stores tall that rested along an incline plain, bellow it was a few acres of beautiful gardens and grounds, fountains and marble walk ways that stretched across almost a canvas like image of an old mansion, gated off by iron bars next to several other prominent homes of great wealth.

Edmund was busy reading a book by poolside, wearing an open robe for the fun of it all while Almario was resting comfortable along a pool floater. The first brother slightly chuckled to himself as an attendant arrived with two freshly blended smoothies. "Thank you Emanuel." Edmund graced in his southern aristocracy voice.

One would expect children as rich as they were would be mean and spoiled to their servants, but it was quite the opposite. Those with the money especially ones whom had is passed through generation knew how important it was to be kind, gentle, reasonable and understandable to the staff. After all, this was not 1776.

The pair somewhat relaxed staring at the back of their sizable mansion as Almario began to speak "When is he coming!? I hate to share this pool for just us." The other brother slightly whined. The pair had invited Judas Bautista for some pool fun at their estate. They offered to pick him up via chaffuier and asked him to bring his own swimming trunks if he wanted to take a nice dip. After all, todays heat was asking for a fine dip in the crisp clear filter pool space.

The Montesquieu Twins were somewhat still lounging about without a care in the world. Why on earth why they be worried? They were wealthy and independent from their father who was trillions upon trillions of light years away. A woman arrived inward, she was much older than the pair combined dressed in a very formal pants suit. "Mr. Montesquieu and Mr. Montesquieu, your guest has arrived, I am going to have Andrew drive him to the front of the household."

Her name was Rebecca Sinclair and she was one of the best household managers in the business. "Thank you Mrs. Sinclair." Edmund graced very politely. "We'll be certain to see our guest in. Could you please ask the kitchen to prepare a third place at the table?" The woman diligently opened a PDA as though checking something.

"I have already send out that request, everything should be ready by noon." She instructed. The pair grinned, this was why Rebecca was their butler. "Mrs. Sinclair, may we eat outside today? Its a rather lovely day." Almario requested lifting his head from the floater.

The manager turned her head over "I do not see why not." She answered "I will have Emanuel send you the trays when the kitchen is ready." With that the woman walked back inside the large estate. Both grinned before Almario and Edmund raced out of the pool.

As they did Almario snatched his pool side robe which laid right next to the door frame in the back. The pair of young adults moved through the many, many rooms of the very large house as Edmund tied his robe back onward while Almario just let it flow. Soon the two reached the front doors opening it and waiting for their friend to arrive.

[i]The driver didn't scoff, infact the professional attempted to refrain from laughing as the man nodded his head driving the vehicle away. These weren't the high brow butlers in fig you see on T.V., these were personal assistants, hired gym trainers, illegals working the grounds work, everyday people just doing a job.

"Thanks." Edmund announced with a grin. "Oh come now, an amusement park in the back of the house would be barrels of fun but it would also be somewhat classless." Almario commented with a sly grin. The pair lead the man in, the house's rooms were very spacious, had alot of windows to let the light in just right, rich material and antique furnishes. Two Ecuadorean ladies were scrubbing down the silver as Edmund spoke out in surprisingly fluent Spanish "(Mrs. Gomez! Mrs. Parra! Would you like something cool to drink while you work??)" The young man inquired.

The pair somewhat grinned turning back as they somewhat chuckle "Oh yes." The first spoke in a heavy accent. "Your doing much better with your courses Maria." Almario commented as the woman nodded. Edmund pulled out a cellphone from his robe pocket and opened it to a holographic image of the fully stocked kitchen. "Emanuel, please send two mango smoothies to the folier." He instructed before he hanged up the pair departing as they moved further down. "Nice old gals." Edmund commented.

The pair arrived at the back, it looked like they stepped into a modern version of ancient greece. Their was comfortable cobble stone for the feet around a very large rectangular pool. There was a station for a lifeguard if nessecary, though since it was just those three it was not nessecary. The deep ends were marked appropriately as their was a diving board. "Here we are."

The Montesquieu Twins slightly chuckle at that joke. Almario just shedding the robe underneath it was a euro briefs that served as very water resistance swimming trunks. Without word the young scion took a graceful dip inside the pool, the water was refreshing as he rose back up.

Edmund turned around somewhat speaking to Judas "There is a changing station over at that side of the pool." He offered in decency, pointing to what appeared to be a very large shed with air conditioning that was built for the exact purpose of changing clothes comfortable. In fact, there was a built in shower at each station.

"Not that we mind either way." Almario hinted like a giddy school girl rising from the water again as he leaned along the fancy floater.

The Montesquieu Twins certainly admired the view. The pair's grins grew as they enjoyed the show, the Adonis of a male specimen presenting himself for their viewing pleasure. Edmund was almost shocked and flustered when Judas went even further completely stark naked as his face glow in a bright nervous blush.

"Well aren't we the naturalist." Almario cooed instead admiring the 'view' more and more. While Edmund chose to classly hide his body some more by tightening the belt of his robe, Almario went the complete 180 as he mischievously placed his soaked trunks along the surface of the floater.

"Coming in?" He suggested suggestively.

Edmumd offered a simple grin somewhat rising awkwardly from where he was. "No problem at all." Edmund denied as he paced calmly over to the chairs outside taking a nice relaxing basking for the moment. His hands lifted to pluck up a novel continuing to read.

"Oh Edmund you can read all you want later! Join us!" The other brother teased. The naked skinny dipper eyes directed back towards Judas and his powerful form, the lightly muscular young adult admiring the view before him. He continued to kick his legs to remain afloat, casually waddling in the deep end of the pool as his eyes remained on Judas.

"You look great." He complimented as they were a few inches between one another. "My Brother and I took advanced swimming courses when we were very young, made the swimming team a couple times." Those were certainly interesting days. "Would you like me to show you what I learned?" He requested

The Montesquieu Twins somewhat cuddled up with the warm, wet Judas somewhat finely snuggled with the naked man at the shallow end of their pool. They felt... very comfortable with their friend on that side as Edmund reached an arm over and dragged his book over to lightly skim through the contents with a soft smile across his face.

"You were amazing." [b]Almario
complimented, it took a lot of guts for a guy of his frame to just allow to younger skinnier things to just take full privileges "But then again your always amazing." He complimented somemore.

The Montesquieu Twins paused at the second to last phrase uttered, but nothing nothing of it thinking he was just talking hyperbolic. As he tangle through the hair Edmund just smile liking the feeling as he read a bit more. He placed the book downward as he spoke "Why lunch of course, we can't expect our guest to get hungry." he proposed.

"Indeed." A new voice came. Rebecca Sinclair had returned completely unsurprized as she set down a trio of trays. "Do not do that in the pool again." She warned simply rising up as the professional household manager was preparing an attendant to clean the pool when they were finished with it.

"Yum." Almario praised, the trays were able to float rather nicely as the twin was certain to present the meal to Lucas before he got a plate for himself and Edmund. It was a four star chef quality, extremely delicious and fine cuisine cooked up by the professional chefs in the kitchen.

"Roasted pork spread with a special decidable zesty sauce that complimented the spiced meat well, finely smoke cook in a special dutch oven for the course of six hours which hads been fed a bosal wood that will provide a fresh aftertaste with each bite." Edmund identified, he was rather skilled at theses things. Dinnerware was passed out between the three, the ustesils were made out of a smooth curious wood. "SO it won't cause an unbalance of flavor." Almario explained as the two opened each tray to reveal the beautifully cooked and delicious meal.

By all means, dig in. They somewhat paused seeing Judas just pork down on pork and somewhat chuckled to themselves. "It sounds like you were very hungry." Almario commented as he began to eat as did is brother. "So, what are your plans after lunch?" They felt confident they had the entire city at their diposal.

Almario mentioned as he exited out the pool to get dry "Don't try to impress us, buckle your seat belts." He prose. Edmund got out as well somewhat getting the robe back one. "(Mrs. Gomez, can you bring the dry clothes out when you have the chance? and please to tell Martinez to prep the car)" he empathize as though the vehcile was rather famous among the staff and household.

It was actually really nice in the Wing City Gardens for once. Usually the serene peaceful envorinment of the city planned public recreation was admittedly beautiful but also boring. There was also always one twit without a shirt either tossing a Frisbee everywhere or playing a guitar. Put with the constant flood of political ads, newsprint, internet, blogs, and hell even annoying memes starting to sprout up; a retreat to the Wing City conservatory was really needed.

Almario and Edmund Montesquieu were pacing down the walkway just enjoying spring, enjoying the planet really. Two years of political instability and constant disaster had made it almost impossible for the two young adults to return to the planet they had strangely adopted for their own. The immigration process was close to complete, dual citizenship was something they could always brag about.

“Oh no…”

Almario expressed, their day ruined by yet another reminder it was election season. Booth with a bunch of people that looked like they belong on Variety chatting up something. Edmund tugged on the other’s arm for them to get closer.

“No… No… No…”

Almario was dragging his heels. Goodness he could be stubborn.

“Common, your about to be a citizen soon, voter registration is apart of that.”

Of course it was, the carbon copy whined a little “Why can’t I just make up my own political party and get some tax exemptions instead? Common we’ll even make out political animal into a peacock. No… Lion… Lannister Red Lion.”

Edmund was not at all happy that the other was not taking this serious.

“Stop joking like that, I am going over there and either you can come along or I will see you much later.”

Almario said nothing. A scoff was added but the petite double did follow his twin.

“Don’t expect me to be at all polite. I am going to be super crazy conservative prep school.”

“Oh don’t.”

The two trailed closer somewhat speaking to each other as they passed right by Roxxy. Edmund remembered his manners, southern rich kid offering a receptive smile and greeting.

“Good day.”

“Well! Its great to see my hard working tax dollars repossessed and forced to be placed into some pinko whiner horty towty wasteful big government bloated garden party! Most certainly not a good day to you! Or anyone.”

Almario added right out of the blue. Edmund groaned quietly to himself. Tip of the iceberg of what was going to be a difficult experience.

Heading towards the town square that housed most everything government, the dirty white Humvee barreled along the road at an insane speed. Serving across lanes of traffic, even going against traffic at times. All to get to her goal. the government had picked up her newest charge after she had left the pepsi bottling company days before. She had managed to track the eletrical signature the young man gave off rather easier then she thought.

She felt a trap

And the only thing she was going to do, was spring it, cause a massive ruckus. The bigger the ruckus she could make the better a chance she had of rescuing her charge. Why those men with blue hands wanted him she did not care about, only as soon as she could get him back, safely.

"Ah, haha. I can only hope this will go far. I'm just initiating: it's up to the community now," smiled Giles, grasping Julian's hand in a firm handshake. He gave Julian's wife a sweet smile. "Was he, now? Well, Julian, I can't be more flattered! I feel this will be a good step towards our goal. Even if I don't get elected, this will remain. I have to thank you, Mr. Harris. I owe you."

The woman who was standing not far off from Roxxy, who had a head of short white hair, bleached, was sorting through papers when she looked up at the other woman.

"Hey, there," said the white-haired girl. "My name is Delta Vargas. How can I help you? Thinking about joining the watch?"

Her eyes flickered up to the twins for a moment, but Mr. Harris seemed to have them taken care of.

Pinko whiner horty towty wasteful big government bloated garden party?

Julian seemed more perplexed than insulted by Almario, who seemed a fair bit confused. Still, appearances were important and he put on a pleasant enough smile and offered a hand to the two gentlemen.

"Julian Harris," he introduced himself. "If it's the gardens you're looking for, they're about a block... in well any direction. I don't know about any government garden parties though, unless I missed the invitation."

A few volunteers and a couple of police officers to answer questions were mingling in the area, but the 'bloated garden party' consisted of nothing more than a modestly simple booth that was setup in the city square to sign up volunteers for a neighborhood watch program.

"If you want to volunteer for the neighborhood watch program though, I'm sure one of these gentlemen can answer any questions you have," he added.

A small line of citizens was beginning to form, but they were ordinary enough people. Aside from Julian and Giles, there weren't any politician sorts at all. Where Almario had got an impression of a government party perplexed most of the people on hand who were giving him strange looks.

”Please don’t mind him at the moment. He’s really just being an idiot and a blow hard.”

Edmund expressed woefully.

“Please… don’t enable him any further.”

Almario took the hand of Julian suddenly “Nice to meet you Mr. Harris!” The other twin seemed a little excited with a hardy handshake at the other’s gentle smile. What nice eyes to.

Neighborhood Watch? Huh… Edmund looked back to Delta Vargas a little smidge of intrigue over the idea.

“Could you tell me more about just…” How could he put it in words? “…Well what a day in the life of a member might be like? What exactly would we be doing? Would it interfere with my studies at all? Would it be considered a community outreach? How well does it look on a college transcript?” Alright maybe he was placing it in words.

Rosy smiled and nodded to the woman who had introduced herself as Delta. "Nice to meet you, I'm Roxxy."

She hadn't taken the time from her reading to acknowledge the two young men who had also approached the booth. She didn't regret it, however, because one of the two didn't seem all that good at first impressions.

She looked up at the man standing with his wife and their dog. He seemed professional enough. Looking closer, she recognized him as a face involved with the Wing City elections. Arching her brow and nodding her head, she silently commended the group for their efforts. She was pleased with what she heard from the small bit of conversation she had walked upon.

She looked up hearing the question regarding, "interrupting studies". She had always respected a college education, even if she did consider those involved to be annoying brats. "I would imagine there to be loads of crime worth reporting within campus." She couldn't help herself, but only said it loud enough to be heard as a mumble.

Roxxy turned her attention back to Delta and spoke directly, "I would love to be involved with as much or anything that I can be. I've only recently come back to town, but am very impressed with the representing posters and speeches raining out over the broadcasts. I think something like this would be great for the community!"

Despite never finding those she had been looking for, Faith never left Wing City. Like usual, she stayed in the shadows, doing what needed to be done to keep those that needed protection safe, and punishing those that needed to be punished. She made sure that no one ever truly saw her and the blonde had done fairly well in helping the innocent from being mercilessly slaughtered. Wanting to do more during the day, she found herself wandering around the Town Square, peering at the architecture with little interest. It definitely looked different during the day, that was for sure. It wasn’t long before she spotted a group of people standing around what looked like a booth of some kind. Figuring she had nothing to lose, the lithe female moved closer, her fingers twitching a little as she shifted her baby blue eyes around cautiously.

As she moved closer, she noticed what the booth was and couldn’t help but grin inwardly. Neighborhood Watch? Yeah, that was definitely right up her alley. As she tried to figure out who was actually running the booth, Faith slipped in close enough to snatch up information and scooted off to the side to read it. She would let whoever was in charge speak to her first. Her body was currently covered by a pair of blue jeans, a green wife-beater tank, and a pair of blue and white Nike shoes. Of course, the top of her clothing happened to be covered up by a blue hooded jacket, the hood up over her head.

“Hmm… Neighborhood Watch… sounds mighty interesting…”

"That's great!" said Delta, smiling at Roxxy. "I don't think there's a single good person here that disagrees. With all the crime, the rogue vamps, the crooks, serial killers, and gang activity, along with a billion other things, we need the community to start helping out. We'll be holding meetings every now and again, in every district. We highly encourage anyone to report anything suspicious that they see, and that they do their best not to get involved for their own safety. You think you could take part? It's backed by Giles Fabron and Julian Harris. You can expect to see a lot more of this kinda stuff from them in the future."

"Hey there," Leon, a WCPD officer, spoke up as he approached Faith.

The crowd was beginning to grow and people were lining up to sign up and ask questions, and a few other police officers mingled among them to help out. Leon was among the volunteers for the afternoon, and the first to reach Faith as she was reading over an information pamphlet.

"I'm Leon, with the WCPD. If you have any questions, I would be happy to help."

Faith peered around a little, silently listeing to all of the different conversations without actually actually hearing them. She slid her fingers through her blonde hair, pushing it out of her eyes before glancing around once again. Feeling something nearing her location, she took note of a WCPD officer nearing her location. That wasn't what caught her attention though. No, it was what the individual was. She could tell immediately that he wasn't all human, but she really didn't care about that. Sighing, she looked back down to the pamphlet before shrugging a little.

"Eh... well, I guess what's the point of this? I mean, like, what exactly are you wanting the civilians to do for this Neighborhood watch deal?"

"Well, it's to help get more eyes out there on the streets to help make the city a safer place," Leon explained. "The program is primarily about spreading awareness and helping you, the citizens of Wing City, to learn what to keep an eye out for, and when to call the police. There will be seminars, group meetings and community support. And the more crimes being reported, the tighter the law can come down on the criminals."

"So, we're just to call the cops? Not anything else? Hmm... sounds kind of weak." Faith shrugged a little before glancing down at the brochure once again. Well, it wasn't like she had anything better to do and it didn't necessarily mean she was going to stop doing her other activities.

"Alright, color me interested. What do I do first?"

Leon chuckled. "This is a neighborhood watch, not a police force. If you're interested in a badge, we're looking for some new cadets down at the WCPD," he said with a wink before guiding her towards the booth where there were clipboards with signup sheets. "You can signup here. The first meeting will be next Tuesday. We're going to have some volunteers from the police department offering some basic self-defense courses as well, for anyone who wants to participate."

"Hah! I don't do police officers. Not my cup of tea. Ya'll have to follow far too many rules. No, thanks." she snorted, rolling her eyes before following him over to the booth. Peering at the clipboard, she once again mulled over whether or not this was something she absolutely wanted to do.

"I don't believe I need self-defense. I come from a pretty uhh... anyways, my family taught me all I will probably need to know. Where's the meeting going to be at...?" Faith grabbed a pen and signed her name, Faith Blade, onto the signup sheets, hoping that no one would come hunting her down. Maybe she should have used an alias instead... that way her past wouldn't be able to hunt her back down. Oh well, what was done, was done.

"Well, glad to have you on board," Leon replied as he offered a hand to Faith. "You're welcome to attend the classes even if you just want to volunteer as an assistant instructor," he offered.

Musing a moment or seven, Faith finally took his hand and shook it, flashing him what she hoped would be taken as a harmless grin. She wasn't used to all this people stuff, but surely it wasn't that difficult, right? She couldn't help but snicker at the idea of being an assistant instructor and decided that would bring far too much scrutiny down on her and right now, she still needed to remain incognito.

"I'll pass on helping out as an assistant instructor, Leon, but thanks for the offer. I look forward to the first meeting."
