; Admiral Blitz stepped to the helm of the Ziegar, one hand fixed to the communicator as the main airscreen of the supercruiser activated. In a matter of seconds, the Zeitgar's heavy cannons were online and directed; dual 250 inch railcannons threatening to send hyperconductive slugs through enemy shielding and armor at the moments notice. The first of the eight other Radegast battleships linked their magnetic shielding into the Aschen relays, strengthening the defenses for the inevitable diplomatic 'speech'.
"Commander Shaw this is Admiral Blitz of Force-17 -- We will provide overwatch and security while you instruct our new arrivals on the customs of our homeland. Let's give them a welcome."

; Admiral Blitz released his grip from the railing, a holographic display of the Commandant, safe within the confines of Center-9, seemed to soften as the news from the Aschen filtered through the fleet. As the Coalition ships moved to allow the Aschen superships their exit, the cannons that had been turned on the Jackalite starships seemed to lessen.
"That's a big ten-four Commander, we'll handle the party here."

; With a crack of thunder, the skies above Wing City opened to reveal the hulking mass of the Coalition starship as it laid itself over the expanse and sprawl on the ground below. The mass of the Habea stretched far past the horizon, in the night sky the sentinel created a massive plate of black across the sky; dotted only with the maneuver-lights of the starship, and the shimmer of its heavy shielding.
"Laaast time I checked, Wing City was neutral territory. Coalition marines are dead, and there are Aschen fighters overhead. You will cease fire now."

; Noted a certain increase in the bridge of the Habea. The starship's shielding was offline, inactive, all power dedicated to weapons. At least from the outside it appeared that. As Savage adjusted his cap once, he crossed his arms behind his back and nodded once toward a Comms Lieutenant. As he tapped in several keys, the next of several Coalition starships could be seen using low-velocity jumps into the Terran orbit, specifically towards Wing City.
"Under the 4th Offensive I am claiming control of this city for the Coalition. You will cease all operations and disarm yourselves know, or be held in contempt with the Coalition's war-time criminality charge; which is summary execution." As he spoke, his stance would widen as images of several Coalition Heavy Frigate's seemed to loom near the star-elevator. The mobile Slipspace cannons were capable of rending even the Habea's hide with the brutality of the cosmos.
"You, won't be working anywhere. Halo is the bug you defeat by letting it sit. If you want your fight, Shaw, it will have to be done against me."

; Remained stoic, almost joyous as the Habea's bulk moved over the core of the city, a long trail of vaporized energy from the warming of the Habea's Meson array casting a violent purple hue over the city. The Habea remained a dauntless sentinel, vanquished once before but returned.
"You've claimed enough of your 'revenge', Admiral Shaw." Savage's voice was stoic as he glared through the video feed, incapable of seeing Shaw herself, but certain she would hear him.
"What you want now isn't revenge, Shaw, it's carnage." He remarked, it was at that time several photos flashed to life beside the Scatterran; ruined cities in Africa and destitute, starving masses of refugees.
"And no one will stand by and watch that. What you want isn't justice, Admiral, it's savagery."

; Admiral Savage nodded, and offered a simple salute to the holographic video screen. Several other members of the bridge, including the Lieutenant Commander, saluted for a brief moment as well before Savage addressed the seasoned Aschen Admiral.
"My only regret is not arriving sooner -- there were Aschen and Scatterran civilians in Terra, Admiral. We are here to protect both." He said, reaching forward to hold the railing slightly while viewing the city from above.
"The Habea is prepared to offer haven -- if Pegasus can pick 'em up, we can take 'em." He said, finally turning from the bridge and making for the lift to the communications deck of the starship.
"Oh, and Admiral Cain ... My father sends his regards," He called from the lift before stepping into through the doorway and embarking into the depths of the Habea.

; As the star lift collapsed, and the transports broke away from their riggings at the docks of the orbital station, the entire mechanism groaned with one final breath before the orbital platform seemed to collapse within itself and plummet toward the surface of the planet amongst a cloud of debris and shattered metal. With the transports free, it was then the massive engines of the starships propelled themselves through the atmosphere on escape course. Escorted by a contingent of Assault Frigates, it was only until the transport fleet reached the outer limits of the planet's gravity well, that they were joined by the CNS Habea and the rest of the Authority evacuation force.
"Call 'em, call 'em, call 'em. We are boots-high, over. We're on our way home, everyone."

The Scatterran Navy was arrayed against the first defense platform placed above an asteroid on the outskirts of a dual-star system overlooking the expanse of the galaxy in the far distance. As the light vessel was sighted on the far ranges of sensors, the first of a fleet of lighter vessels, destroyers and frigates, had angled themselves in a staggered vee to accept the first sightings of the starship. With little information other than shape, size and class the Coalition sailors were at a heightened situation as the ship neared within an AU of the MB-956 star system.
"Attention unidentified starship, this is the CNS Wanted Dreams of the 5th Fleet; you are in violation of Coalition territorial law, please standby for contact and identification." As the message died away on the channel, which had broadcast repeatedly for ten minutes, was then replaced by a computerized interaction with the starship. It was a simple identification request where the Coalition transported a small piece of the Cage's mainframe AI to the starship, to properly 'identify' the starship approaching.

; Admiral William Blitz held his arms behind his back as the mass of the CNS Wergegrouff loomed above it's escort fleet of destroyers and heavy cruisers. The Wergegrouff supercruiser reached nearly 12 kilometers in length, nestled alongside the asteroids of the system's Oort cloud it could have very easily passed off as a useless piece of rock. As the vessel requested diplomatic council, the Admiral's long coat tailed behind him as as he stood on the helm of the Coalition starship and watched a sea of holographic images and files play before him.
"This is Admiral Blitz of the Military Council; if the ESS Phoenix request diplomatic conversation, I will offer discussion ... " As Blitz nestled himself at the far front of the bridge, looking through the massive air screens displaying the surrounding space in clarity, the Admiral seemed to stiffen as the video link was authenticated.
"But what must first be clarified is who exactly is requesting our diplomacy?"

; Blitz winced for a moment as the signal was interrupted; the consequences of a dormant solar flare that had expired from one of the two star's probably days ago. The message had been received, however, the Erutin Empire had finally arrived with the intentions of diplomatic contact with the Coalition; it was days prior that Blitz had received word of the Erutin, whom he had only read of, commiserating into a trade alliance with the Belkan Hegemony. It was last month that the Apparatus of the Coalition announced it's resolution to remove every Belkan from Coalition territory, along with any of those aligned to them.
"Ambassador ... May I be the first to welcome you to ... here." Blitz returned as the signal did as well, the Admiral was a fairly large specimen with a physique people often found in the art of the Military. Adorned in the darkened gray coat and pants of the Navy, he appeared similar only in look to the men and women standing beside him.
"But I'm afraid the answer to Her Highness will no ... The Belkan Hegemony and the Coalition are in a state of war -- " Admiral Blitz stalled for a moment while looking to his side; where Vice Admiral Savage, the youngest of the famed Savage clan, stood with a rather distasteful look upon his young features.
"Under Coalition law, many relations and associations with enemies of the Coalition isn't prohibited but ... looked down upon."

; The Admiral narrowed his eyes, hopefully unnoticeable to the Erutin, Blitz was instructed to receive all information from extra-terrestrials with a blank face, but a fierce tongue. In the corner, the sound of a rifle being loaded was heard, which drew the Admiral's glance for a moment. Returning, the Admiral placed his arms behind his back and held his arms at the wrists.
"I don't question the Erutin dedication to peace and tranquility, and in the eyes of many within the Coalition that is an admirable dedication ... " While Kampf not only underestimated the faith of the Coalition in this heinous attack, he would underestimate the sheer resolve to stop the Hegemony flood that could easily destroy this galaxy. Something the Erutins may not have perceived, was that the Coalition would be fighting for it's survival as a people.
"Out of respect, we will not raise ourselves against the Erutins, and in other situations the mutual profit would be clear enough ... But what we are preparing for is not something any of us is willing to risk." Admiral Blitz turned away from the camera module for a brief second, his face appearing even more resolute when he returned.
"But our answer to Her Highness will remain for the time being; we hope Her Majesty understands our situation and it's volatile nature, and that peaceful hesitance is the best for many others ... but not us."

; Blitz seemed to lessen his stance, off camera the marine hefted the rifle to his shoulder and nestled the butt of the weapon into his shoulder, resulting in the barrel aimlessly leveled in the air. Vice Admiral Savage was beside the marine, his own weapons, the capsuleer connection with the Wergegrouff, active as he listened directly to the conversation.
"I can only accept her greatest forgiveness, from all of the Erutins, in these times ... It's through hard lessons that we have learned many, many times that threats often ensure the clearest of messages," Blitz notably softened his voice as the silence of the bridge followed.
"When this conflict is over, we will not resort to such ungentlemanly means -- the efforts we must take to ensure our survival are unfortunately greater than another's -- and I will assure that the Erutins may be guaranteed another perception of the Coalition."

The Scatterran Navy remained in it's position at the edge of the asteroid. The looming space platform situated perpendicular to it looming through the path of the stars so distant away. As the Erutin ship made preparations to leave, the Coalition starships waited in silent observation at the extra-terrestrials. On the helm of the Wergegrouff, the Admiral could sense the pang of remorse throughout the sailors onboard the ship. Contact with extra-terrestrials was regarded in the Coalition as situations to receive all in brotherhood; destiny had forced the hands of the Scatterrans.
"May the Gods by with us." Admiral Blitz returned with a salute toward the main airscreen. The Erutins would be granted their exit, uncontested.

The Scatterran Navy completed the drop of the 16-man ODI team and maintained it's position above the snowy plain until the Pathfinder hovertanks disappeared through the horizon of bleached white and angry sky. Pulsing the engines of the massive aircutter, the Prosecutor regained it's nominal altitude while continuing the trek to the Sire's residence. As the eye of the supercell passed above the bay, the silence that would normally accompany it was broken by the loud, ugly black speck smashing it's way through the air as it passed over the mansion below.

The Scatterran Navy was arrayed against the looming starbase, fixed high above a burning nebula barely 6 lightyears from the dual sun of the system, in a deep echelon to receive the flood gate of forces from the Allied nations. As the Habea stalled 2 AUs from the starbase to greet the first Hundred Lions vessels, the heavy carriers and battleships of the 3rd Fleet was already expanding the situational horizon to create sufficient docking and port space for the Lions navies that had arrived. As the MilNet NAVCOM activated, one of several AIs from the fleet began to interface with the subordinate verification data of the Hundred Lions, and it was under fifteen minutes later that the first Coalition destroyers were guiding the Allied starships into the port facilities and neutral gravity fields of the Cage.
"Welcome to the Cage, Allies. This is Admiral Vysolov of the 3rd Fleet. Stand by for direction to docking apertures." The Admiral's voice was a gruff, chortled static message broadcast from the center of the Cage; where a heavy interference practically blinded any eyes looking inward to the star forge that spanned a rough ellipse nearly 400 AUs in diameter.
"Allied Fleet Command to all Allied starships, at 20 Galactic Year, the Supreme Navy of the Home Allies has stationed it's headquarters in the Local Region to receive, repel and destroy Hegemony operations throughout the entire galaxy." Vysolov's image from the helm of the Habea was slowly broadcasted to the Allied fleet. The Admiral was garbed in the billowing navy duster that swept behind him while he cradled the audio-block near his mouth.
"Eleven-thousand starships, of four different nations, for the defense of our galaxy." Admiral Vysolov stalled a moment as the dual-stars of the system burned far in the distance. With the final arrival of the Taiyou Imperialists, the Admiral looked to the Counter-Balance agent at the helm of the starship. When the G-Man gave a curt nod and returned to a blank stare toward the airscreen, V

Admiral Vysolov stepped onto the main lift to the Habea's open bay, and was flanked by a team of Drop Infantry soldiers as he arrived in massive ampipheater overlooking the empty bay of the Habea. Situated around a single Japori class dropship, several of the most senior of the Military Council were flanked by their entourage in the hull of the Coalition supership. Looking out over the expanse of the bay, the Admiral let his eyes trail downward to the incoming foreign starships.
" -- Where's Gunn?" Vysolov inquired as he stepped onto the ramp of the dropship. Hentha and Blitz were already onboard, observing and directing the incoming personnel to their respective bays throughout the starship.
"Buggered off, with VIRGIL in the Command Core." A Lieutenant remarked as an Aschen starship passed below the open hold of the Habea.

Admiral Vysolov kept his arms hidden against his side, beneath the thick fabric of the duster, and nodded as the gathering Taiyou and Hundred Lions admiralty arrived. While the Aschen were pointedly absent, the Cabinet had reaffirmed the statement that the Aschen were still not to be trusted; keeping as large an Aschen force in the Cage as possible meant a lack of idle hands to play the devil's advocate.
"The Aschen hesitancy is not a surprising decision, Admiral. Welcome to the Cage, Admiral Yamamoto, Commander Katamura." Vysolov returned as several marines descended from the belly of the Japori class, carrying several ruggedized laptops and holographic displays with them.
"One missing bolt won't sink the whole ship -- against any Belkan incursions in this region of the galaxy, I'm sure the Allies will have a definite situational superiority."

"Fighting two wars before they've even won the first ... " The call of the Prime Minister rippled through the Coalition entourage, even startling Admiral Blitz as the trio of Coalition figureheads stalked down the causeway overlooking the amphibay of the Habea. Flanking the Prime Minister, who was tailored in a deep blue suit and black underclothing, was the Grand Judge of the Coalition Protectorate and a young, attractive Azrik wielding a tablet at her side. Judge Oslav, reaching his late 60's, wore the bright smile typical of a Scatterran in old age.
"Before the Aschen worry about their asses in the coming five years, they may want to secure it in this one. The Home Allies are the only force standing between a Belkan puppet state -- and if that happens, no one will have to worry about being attacked, you'll all be speaking Belkan."

Prime Minister Rohnfeld inclined into a short bow, Jessica North and Judge Oslav following in tandem, before the Rohnfeld stood erect before the Taiyou Empress and approached the Hundred Lions. Two armed Honor Guards, the Prime Minister's personal bodyguards, were seen nearly 40 meters away, the Catoni bladesmen blankly observing the Prime Minister from the distance. Rohnfeld's own display of camaraderie amongst the guarded figureheads and the military officials.
"The Hundred Lions should fear no threats from people that are claiming to the same hope for our home. It only brings up more suspicion that the Aschen are planning for the benefit only of themselves -- there's certainly nothing wrong with that, Lady Admiral, but no crime goes unpunished, does it not?" He inquired while he extended his hand for a formal greeting. Minister North was beside the Prime Minister, having been the primary advocate of the upgrading and modernization of the Hundred Lions military. The young woman smiled brightly at the Lions delegation.
