"Prince Hans was right however." Elsa said seeing his eye roll. "The necklace did indeed unlock something. Only it was not what he expected it to unlock." Elsa had tracked Hans from the shipyard in Stockholm Sweden after he fled Denmark where the Duke of Weselton was buried. Of course he had fled after she marked his heart with her ice shurikiin. When she finally caught up with the man he was confused and cold. But she explained to him what the necklace unlocked. And said that she had hoped someone would have thawed his own heart before she froze it forever.

"All in all, the only thing that this necklace unlocks is my heart, and you hold the other half of the key. Therefore, only you can unlock what is locked with this necklace. That is why you made them isn't it ?" Elsa said with a soft smile. "You did cause me pain, But I understand now why you did it." She said, blushing slightly when he gently kissed her left hand. A brief memory of Prince Hans dagger sticking out of her wrist with her hand in two even pieces still attached to her arm. She shivered slightly, and mentally shook herself down, locking away the memory once again.

When he spoke of getting cleaned up, she agreed, they had running water at Arendelle, tubs mostly, but never showers, she had no idea what such a thing was. However, Mark was always a gentleman; once he directed how to work the thing properly he let her be for a few moments while he gathered required items, a clean towel, clean clothing, {which remarkably fit her perfectly}. He'd even brought her clean clothing as well. Her battledress was in need of extensive repairs and only Gerda knew how to repair such clothing. But Elsa knew that Gerda, Kai, even her sister would not be around for ever. But she would live on. Just like Matthew had.

The new clothing was darker than she was used to, yet it was soft and very light. When Mark mentioned that he had made her an offical coat since she did not have one through the Brotherhood perse. She smiled. His hood was covering his face again. She wondered briefly of why before remembering. Ah yes, he could not really take his eyes off her. The hooded coat was a perfect fit. The colors felt slightly off, as it seemed too dark for her liking. Instead however she'd worry of the colors later. With the outfit on, for the moment at least. She had little to do.

"As I'd said, I left Arendelle to try and figure something out. Or at least find more of those ball things. Have you seen any ?" It was odd she was asking such questions, and yet. She was looking for more, that and how to get home. But she told herself, when she was ready to return home, she'd take Mark with her. She was not leaving him behind. And she did not care what Blackmane or the others would say.

As she explained what the necklace opened, his mouth hung open dumbly for a second, and in that second his heart pounded hard in his chest, and then he smiled. "Of course that's why I made it." he said sincerely. "I can't think of another reason." He added. While he waited for her to clean herself, he gathered the clothing he would give to her, and when she was done and had dried herself, he gave her the clothing.

He smiled as she put on the clothes, a little surprised himself to how well they fit her. He cleared his throat and smiled, chuckling as she put on the coat he had made her. "If you don't like the colors, you can always dye it but...." He looked away and put his hands behind his back, like a nervous child. "...Do you like it?" he asked her again, really hoping that she liked his present.

After a few seconds though he was more calm and collected, and he shook his head at her question. "I don't recall seeing anything of the kind." He said, leading her out of the bathroom now that she was clothed. He then turned and bowed to her, a small, playful bow. "But, I will help you find them if you think they are here." he said, his trademark playful smirk on his face again as he looked to the woman he was proud to call his love, and his Queen; the only Queen he'd willingly bow to, as well.

He went over to the far wall where the racks for armor and weapons were, and he started to arm himself. He first put on his armor; greives, bracers, his breastplate, and then finally his pauldrons. Next went on his gauntlet, the menacing-looking black metal claw at the end of it coming to life as his fingers entered it, flexing into a fist and then an open hand as he moved his arm around, the metal silently sliding and twisting at the assigned joints as it was designed to do. He flicked his wrist out, and out came his hidden blade, looking sharp enough to cut clean through a human with little to no resistance. He then slung his signature sword over his shoulder and strapped it into place.

He turned to Elsa and smiled. "Would you like some armor? I should have an older set of this same armor somewhere." he offered. "Or will you be using your ice?"

"It is beautiful, thank you. I'll worry about the colors later. Thank you Mark." Elsa said softly, the coat was a perfect fit. There was no constrction to her movements. She wondered if she should try to repair her battledress on her own. After all, she had made it. Of course it freaked out Gerda when she saw it the first time. Smiling at the brief memory

"I must say my Queen, you are not going out of the castle looking like that!" Gerda said sternly. Clearly the elder handmaid was not happy with how Elsa, the Queen of Arendelle had chosen to dress herself that day.

"And why not ? I'm the Queen, and I am Matthew's student, he told me to make myself a outfit that I can use when in battle or training. you try running in a dress Gerda." Elsa replied, Gerda never bothered her about the battle dress again, however Gerda lovelingly repaired it when it was damaged if Elsa had forgotten to do so.

But Elsa had constantly shot the cloth through with ice when she repaired it, in fact when she wore it the ice repaired itself when she had respites in battle for brief peroids. So far however she was able to do as needed to a point. But the actual cloth was more ice than cloth with the recent battles and repairing it with ice. But then the cold never really bothered her anyhow. The battle dress could be zero degrees, and bone chilling to the touch, but she'd wear it without complaint. After all, she had made it.

She watched him as he armed himself, his armor went on. But she barely noticed. Just watching him get his gear together. All the weapons, the armor, finally he was done and turned to her. He looked every bit the Assassin she first met more than twelve years before. Which she found very hard to believe. When he asked her if she needed armor she smiled. "I'll be fine with my ice for the moment. I will need to repair my battledress though." It was more ice than cloth as it was even as it laid on the vanity. It hadd seen so much battle in the last year it wasn't funny. But it was a beautiful shade of dark silver shot through with sapphire.

She saw his hidden blade flick out. And could not help but swallow at the sight of the deadly weapon. She had her own, a pair of them in fact. Which she summoned from ice when she needed them. She was tempted to show Mark her Hidden Ice Blades, but chose to wait for the moment on that. She was happy that he'd help her find the answers to her riddle however. So that made her slightly brighter. What was next on the agenda ?

Mark was aware of Elsa's eyes on him as he armed himself, but he was used to that; being watched, that is, so he didn't mind, or hardly even notice it seemed. As he turned, and she answered his question, he nodded and smiled, gesturing towards the door. "Well then, let's gather some info about your little targets, shall we?" he asks, walking towards the door and opening it slowly, listening outside before opening it fully and walking out, leaving it open for Elsa. He'd then close it behind her and start walking towards the more populated area of the city.

Mark suddenly stopped, however, about a mile or so away from the Den, putting his arm up to block Elsa's path and stop her from going any further. "Something feels wrong...." he said calmly, looking around carefully.

Further down the road a man in a black over-coat stumbled into a wall, cracking it from the force in which he slammed into it. He was panting hard and was sweating profusely. He stumbled out into the middle of the road and landed on his hands and knees, coughing and screaming in agony as he pounded his fist onto the pavement, cracking the pavement and making his fist actually create a small pot-hole in the ground.

James Timber was having a panic attack, and that always lead to one thing: Uncontrolled Rampage. What was he having a panic attack for? Well....when one has had as fucked up a life as he has in the past few years, it's easy to have one by simply remembering all the loved ones you've lost, the pain you've felt, the fear of being hunted down and surrounded like an animal.

A scared, dangerous animal.

Elsa heard it before she saw it. Following Mark out of the den she took a look around, the area reminded her of the ruins of the Arko Districta before the cleanup began. She shivered again at the horrifiying memory she willed it away. locking it away so she'd never see it again. The Arko District was the Arko Memorial Gardens now. There was no more horror there. No more bloodshed. No more ruined buildings. Just peaceful gardens marking where people had fallen during the sudden battle.

But she heard it before she saw it. When Mark raised an arm to halt her advance, she knew what she heard had something to do with it. Half ready to summon up a Ice Thrall as Matthew called it. She was more focused on the sudden arrival of the man before her. Watching as the man slugged at the roadway. Making great holes in the ground. It was rather interesting to see. Scary too. Quietly to Mark she said "That is not something you see every day." Because it wasn't, at least, for her.

As if on a thought, ice collected on her arms, legs and chest as her ice armor seemed to grow from her clothing. It was not exactly her battle dress, but the assassin robes worked just as good if not better. Though she honestly prefered the freedom of movement her battle dress gave her. Even though it turned heads everywhere she went when she wore it.

She looked around, it appeared the two of them were the only two on the streets plus the man hitting the pavement. At least until she caught sight of a woman in black and silver did Elsa grab Mark and pull him backwards into an alcove. "Another is coming!" She hissed quietly. She peeked around the corner and spotted another person, the same she had seen just seconds before, one she surmised as female by the look of it. And she had a dog with her

Miray had lost track of James; But with Snow she'd managed to find the trail. Better her than the police, or those weird shadow things. She hated those shadow things so much. Mostly because she'd been cut by them before at places. When Snow halted and started whining and pawing at a cold spot on the ground Miray almost ran into the dog had she too not stopped when she heard the whining. Bending down Miray patted Snow and felt at the ground. "What is it girl ?" Snow whined again and gave off a chuffing sound as if saying it was cold. Miray felt it. Almost like she was touching ice.

Great, ice; in the dead heat of summer. Not good. Snow took off at the sound of yelling. James! Miray thought, scrambling to her feet as Snow took off in the direction of the sound. Moving to the nearby low rooftop of a ruined building, Miray took to the rooftops and followed Snow as best she could.

Elsa poked her head back out when the dog bolted past, the woman in black and silver was nowhere to be seen. What the ? Then she heard footsteps above. And her gaze snapped upwards as someone darted overhead. She looked to Mark. What was happening now ?

Mark watched the dog bolt past them, and looked up as he heard the foot steps, his teeth gritted as he looked back to the the man further down the street, who was now puking out the contents of his stomach in their entirety. "I don't like the feel of this at all, Elsa...." he muttered calmly.

Snow ran up to James, but as he looked at her, she immediately yiped and ran off again to hide. By this point, James's eyes had turned yellow instead of their usual green, and he had also begun to convulse violently as his body seemed to pulsate, growing larger in size.

Bones, muscles, tendons, and joints all snapped, reshaped themselves or moved along his body, and then reformed themselves as he grew in pure size. His entire head seemed to morph as well, sending a huge howl of pain from James's throat out into the air as it shifted into a more bestial form, the teeth sharpening and the lips curling back while the ears lengthened and fur grew from every part of his body. His clothing tore, revealing nothing but rippling muscle underneath, black fur growing in thick, matted patches.

After five grueling, agonizingly painful and loud minutes of transformation, it stopped, and James now stood on his haunches, thrusting his chest forward and his head back as he let out the most piercing howl; one that echoed throughout the entire city, no doubt.

The great, 10 foot tall beast then slumped down huffing as if tired, letting out huge, loud, snarling breaths. It was waiting....but for what?

"I agree, I.... AH!" Elsa's hands went to her ears as the howl pierced the air, as the howl rang out, she leaned against a wall and waited it out, her eyes closed. It was loud enough to break glass it sounded like. It sounded more like a shriek as those that had died had let off at the Arko District. For a long moment she kept her ears covered. Her ice formed thicker than normal however. Mostly out of fear. When the howl faded she had created a Ice Thrall as a bodyguard. Well, that was unexepcted.

With the Ice Thrall guarding the only doorway, which was more of an archway to a small garden of sorts. Things were slightly better it seemed. Elsa lowered her hands, her ears still rang and was painful to even think or try to focus her hearing to listen for movement. Instead she said softly at the sudden quiet. "Got a way out ? I'd rather not be wolf food." She remembered her sisters story of how she and Kristoff had lost the old sled to a wolf attack. To say that Elsa was scared of wolves, that was an understantment. For the moment, Elsa never saw what occured to the man on the street. Too focused on staying out of sight.

There was one other person however that heard the voice. Since she could tell that there was pain in the tone of the voice that was speaking, Miray kept her distence, yet stared when she saw the massive ice creature Well, that was not something one saw everyday. She thought. She heard Snow give off a scared yapping and bolt off somewhere. What the hell ? Turning swiftly, Miray jumped from a high roof to a ruined half burnt building and dove through the window to the ground below; rolling into a alcove the woman peeked out.

Not seeing James, but seeing instead what scared Snow. What in the world ? A wolfman ?? You gotta be kidding me. James was on this street, that was where Snow had gone, and then something spooked her and she bolted. So where had she gone ?.... "Snow!" Miray said all but tripping over the dog, Snow was visibliy shaken and scared about something. Miray patted her gently, "Come on girl calm down. That's it, calm. Take it easy. What's got you riled up ?" Miray was too focused on calming down Snow to notice anything else around her, and that included the massive Ice Thrall that Elsa had created as it wandered the street, acting like one hell of a bruiser

James merely continued to sit there, his breathing loud, echoing slightly in the streets. Snow whimpered and looked to James, licking her snout; her own little sign for "James."

Mark looked at the Ice Thrall and blinked, looking to Elsa. "Unfortunately...I don't, unless you feel like sneaking away on the rooftops." He said. He seemed eerily calm at the moment, but buried deep within his voice was fear. He then started to sneak out towards the street, hoping to be able to turn around and climb up the building without making too much noise. He climbed up, and as he was climbing, one of the bricks he held on to snapped, making him fall to the ground. He landed on his feet, but he landed loudly.

Hearing this, James suddenly froze and from his slouched position, turned to look at Mark. His lips peeled back, his teeth yellow and parted slightly as he let out a vicious snarl of pure blood lust- one that Miray had heard a few months before against that group of were-creatures and hunters. One that could only come from James.

Snow whimpered again and hid in a corner, her ears back, head down, and tail between her legs, shaking visibly from fear. The ice that had formed on the ground didn't seem to hinder James at all, his claws digging into the material easilly to keep his balance as he walked, bipedal on his hind legs, standing roughly at 7 feet tall at the moment as he approached Mark, fingers curling and then extending, the knuckles cracking loudly.

Another snarl came forth from his maw, and he somewhat crouched.... He was ready to make a kill.

So much for sneaking out. Of course Elsa had spoken while the creature was howling, which meant she was not heard while the creature was making noise. But now. Mark started up the wall. Then dropped back down. Oh no. No. Not now, not when she just got him back! She whistled. The Ice Thrall ambled around the corner and jumped for James. With the ice Thrall acting as a distraction, Elsa darted forwards, Grabbed Mark and all but threw him towards the building. "Up, Quick!" She herself scampered lightly up the wall to the ruined rooftop.

Once at the top she turned around and held out a hand to help Mark up next to her. She then watched as her ice Thrall had created a few weapons for it to use. Mostly sheets of ice, a club of sorts, and what looked like a window. Elsa herself had created thicker ice on her arms under her coat.

Miray recognised that sound however. Oh no. No. James! Miray thought, she looked around the corner and saw him advancing on someone further down the street from her. "James!!" Miray called out loudly, hoping to get his attention. What had caused his transformation ? She knew of it yes, but what had caused it ? Why did he flee his apartment and come running there ? She recognised this area, a little, she had stayed there a bit before she had found James. Maybe if he saw her he'd relent ? Or at least talk to her so she'd help figure out what happened to him.

Then she caught scent of it....

Damn!

Hunters.

She spotted it before it was triggered, "James! STOP!!" There were four men, clad in armor she had never seen before. Each armed with a weapon aimed at James. "Its a trap! They're hunters!!" With those words she picked up a brick and threw it like a regulation football at one of the hunters. She wondered however why there was a snow monster blocking James path ?

As the snow monster distracted him, James straightened out to his full height of 10 feet, clawing and tearing away at it like a rabid animal, snarling and barking and growling viciously. As soon as Miray spoke, however, he launched a kick towards the Snow monster, sending it back with a chunks of it missing. He stared at Miray and then sniffed the air, growling as he looked at the Hunters.

His hackles raised immediately and he looked to be twice as big as he normally did. A weapon pointed at him posed a threat, and therefore it was the object of his unforgiving rage. He launched himself forward, the hunter fired his weapon, and James was sent flying back into the buildings behind him, smashing them. A loud yipe came from James's maw as black mist suddenly filled the area. It swirled James's body and he suddenly was back in his human form.

"Whaddya know...it worked." the hunter said, loading another shot.

Mark grabbed Elsa's hand and hopped onto the building, watching everything happen. As soon as he saw the hunters he grabbed Elsa's arm and pulled her behind an old air-conditioning unit to hide her before he, too hid. "Great....what the fuck...." He muttered. With the claw of his gauntlet he quickly drew the situation out on the roof in front of him. He drew arrows for possible plans and scratched them all out, the roof sparking under the unbelievably sharp claw of the gauntlet. He then pulled from his sheath his sword and looked to Elsa.

"You ready for this?" he asked. He need not say more, she'd know what he meant: fight their way out.

James lay in a pile of rubble, the mist becoming his clothing again as he slowly stood up, dusting himself off as he looked at the hunters, the low, feral growl of his returning as his now dark green eyes flashed yellow. He vanished from the spot and appeared on the roof opposite them, crouched down into a fighting stance.

Ducking behind a construct was easy enough as it was, but she had no idea just what she hid behind. Instead she focused on what Mark was doing on the ruined rooftop. All sorts of designs were drawn before being erased and redrawn. Finally he either found one he liked, or decided to wing it when he withdrew his sword and asked her if she was ready. She nodded. Though her weapon was nowhere to be seen. Then she remembered; Mark had never seen her create the beautiful sword of ice, he always saw it either in hand or in her enemies.

She did just that. Focusing a small pinte of ice on the rooftop between them as a hilt sprang into view from it, she gripped it and pulled lightly. The sword formed as it was seemingly pulled from the small block of ice until it tapiered into three destict points and there was no ice left.

She nodded again. Yes, she was ready. They had to fight their way out. She recalled the Ice Thrall and increased the ice densitiy of the creature before sending it out again. She looked to Mark, waiting for his signal.

Miray too shrieked something unintelligble as James was hit; however she managed to clock one of the four hunters dead on. Causing his fellow to turn her way. Ducking swiftly out of sight as the shot rang out, shattering against the ruined cement. Miray hoped James was alright. It sounded like a painful shot too. These weren't normal hunters. She turned to Snow, "Stay here until James calls you. OK girl." Miray said softly, giving Snow a gentle rub on the head before fire transporting away in a gout of fire.

Mark peeked around the corner, and he observed the situation before them. Three of the hunters looked at James, and another looked for Miray. Their armor looked sturdy enough to allow them to be hit by a truck and survive without so much as a chip in the paint. He gritted his teeth at that.

As he saw Elsa form the sword, he blinked a few times. "So that's how she gets it." he thought before turning again.

James stood before his opponents, the wind flaring out his coat before his eyes flashed yellow again, he appeared before the hunters, slamming into one of them and knocking him back before tackling another and turning him around as his friend pulled the trigger, the round bouncing off the armor before James pushed the man off the roof anyway, snarling as he went for the next guy, grabbing for the gun.

Mark took his opportunity to bolt towards the fray, gauntlet out stretched and sword behind him as he entered the fray silently, engaging in combat with the man James had originally slammed into. Mark's wrist flicked multiple times, but it never extended the hidden blade. Mark was first looking for a weakness in the armor they wore first, expertly dodging the equally expertly swung punches and kicks.

James snarled and managed to kick the gun from his assailant's hands before charging him and tackling him off the roof, slamming into the man and proceeding to begin to pound on him, the armor denting from each swing from James. The man James had thrown off the roof grabbed James from behind to remove him from his partner. The werewolf quickly switched gears and jumped backwards, making the hunter fall back and James land on top of him while he struggled to get free.

Elsa observed for a moment what was happening and flicked her left wrist. The hidden ice blade slashed the air leaving a vapor trail due to how cold the device was. Sharp yet ice cold. Deadl yet beautiful, On her arm yet completely unseen. It was one of her favorite close combat weapons. She swapped her sword to her left hand and flicked out her right. The snowflake lanucher that Matthew's friend Taku had thought up flickered into exsistence, with Mark focused on the target. Elsa loaded a snowflake into the lanucher. Her aim had gotten quite good at the target field.

She turned quickly and fired a snowflake with a small trail of ice with it. It hit one of the hunters dead in the chest, seemingly slicing into him directly as if the armor wasn't there. That was the power of the ice she possessed and could control. The ice hit the man dead on, he fell backwards and off the roof, frozen solid as he hit the ground and shattered into countless pieces.

Elsa felt the heat however behind her as Miray had appeared. With a gout of flame, the silver and black garbed black haired woman snapped out a whip for Elsa's back. Elsa ducked quickly and span on her feet, kicking up part of the broken roof that acted partly as a defense and mostly as an offense. Snapping out her left wrist she slashed quickly at Miray heo dodged aside and threw something. No, withdrew something. A hoop of sorts with a blade around it sprang from nowhere.

Elsa created an ice barrier and then dove for cover. Miray ignored Elsa then seeing the last hunter aiming for James. Too far away to use her whip, she did the only thing she could. She threw her hoopsword, calling out "James!! Catch!!!" The silver hoopsword sailed into the air towards James.

James's hand went up and he caught the hoop sword on his arm, spinning it around his arm and body quickly, using it as if he'd trained with it all his life, tearing apart the armor of his final enemy and then finally decapitating them with one final wing of the sword, also letting it go and fly back up to Miray in the same swing, the blood falling from the blade, leaving it as clean as it had been before Miray threw it to him.

Mark had managed to tear apart parts of his opponents armor, and his hidden blade flicked forward, darting for the opening as the sword parried another punch. A spinning back-kick from Mark sent the man to the ground, and Mark lunged, jamming his sword straight through the breast plate where the armor had been picked away.

He then sighed and pulled his sword back, sheathing it after flicking the blood off of it. He then turned to Elsa, walking towards her and getting between her and Miray as James appeared beside her, Snow beside him as well, happy that her Master was okay, and enjoying his touch.

"These hunters...they're calling in more experienced and deadly ones....it's only a matter of time before they call...[him], don't you think?" he asked, referring of course to Miray's Father, who, in a wild twist of events, was still alive and kicking. Very alive. However, with Miray the Huntress being friends with one of the most wanted Were-creatures in the land, her usual targets, it made things very complicated.

Elsa flicked up her own hidden blade as a hunter came flying in her direction on the ice she'd created. Losing his balance he landed dead ontop of her exposed ice shard of sorts. Stabbing dead into his neck. She then felt the dead wieght of the man as he died ontop of her, the armor weight a bit too much. Forcing the ice to make the man easily slide off her took some doing if she thought ti right, then she remembered how Matthew did it. In and out inside a heartbeat. With that thought she disappeared into a small flurry of snowflakes and ice shards before reappearing about a meter from the dead mans body in one piece. She called her sword to her hand from where it was wedged in the ruined rooftop.

All in all the fight took about five minutes.

The ice faded off her body as the man spoke, he seemed, healthier from the look of him, though he needed a shower. "They're after you because of me ?" The woman in black and silver asked the man. "That does not make any sense. Why would they hunt you when they know I'm with you ?" Or was it because of her, Bane of Count Yanerin ?

Elsa looked to Mark and moved closer to him as the ice Thrall ambled up and all but took out what was left of the doorframe as it walked through it. Miray took one look at the weird ice creature. OK that was indeed not something one saw every day.

Elsa moved closer to Mark, all but hiding behind him and peeking over his shoulder. A bit scared, a little bit of ice appeared on his armor where her hands touched it. Well, scary indeed sometimes, but the pattern the ice took was beautiful. She hoped the cold did not bother Mark. As the armor looked careworn. She hoped she did not damage it. She'd let Mark speak for her.

Mark glanced at the ice that formed on his armor as Elsa hid behind him, and then he looked back to James and Miray, changing his voice so that it sounded lower, and much more powerful than it usually did; a trait given by his insane ability to mimic just about everything. "You two...what are you doing here?" he asked.

James sighed at Mark's voice and looked at him. "Drop the macho act. I'm leaving." he huffed, patting Miray on the shoulder twice before turning and vanishing, reappearing on the ground, walking away, snow beside him happily.

Mark watched him vanish and then turned to Elsa...."Well....that was certainly strange..." he said. He then hugged her gently, to calm her down so she didn't freeze the joints of his gauntlet.

Miray nodded as James patted her, she knew what he meant, after living with him for nearly half a yar she'd learned a lot from her shifter friend. When he disappeared and rejoined with Snow she turned to the other two, the woman in what looked like ice armor of some form. "Please don't mind, we're under a lot of stress recently." And it was not because of the bills or local gangs either. They were always watched; and at times, actively hunted. With a simple nod of farewell, the woman in silver and black disappeared in a gout of flame.

As Mark hugged her Elsa leaned onto him, suddenly tired. Casting not just her ice armor, but also the Ice Thrall nearby drew a lot from her, sure she had mastered her powers to the point of doing things without thinking it. "Yes" She replied softly, her breath causing small icicles to form on his neckguard armor as he hugged her. "It was strange. All things considered, I think I will first focus on repairing my battle dress." Without Gerda to repair it, Elsa had to do it on her own. Which meant she needed to gather the needed resources, in this case, cloth, thread, needles. The works. Maybe find a tailorshop to do the repair ?

Which also meant she wanted out of the ruins of the slums. It reminded her too much of the ruins of the Arko District back home, now a parkland. So she asked simply "Can we get out of here ? This reminds me too much of Arko before we cleaned it up." She said, She wanted to get out of the Slums and possibly find a tailor or clothing shop to get some cloth.

Mark's breathing was steady, and didn't change at all as Elsa's ice began to form on his Neckguard. If anything he actually lowered his chin towards the ice, and kissed Elsa's head gently. For a long while he just held her in his arms calmly, humming a slow, calming tune in a low, deep voice that sounded like he could use it to cast magic, if only he knew any.

After a while, he then patted Elsa's back and took her hand gently in his. "Come... We'll find you a Tailor in Wing City." he said, smiling. He then hopped down from the building, Elsa in his arms again before putting her on the ground again. "There is one major difference between the Arko District and these slums, My Queen." He said, walking beside her towards the city.

"It doesn't reek of death, or of Templar influence." He said, smiling at her. With that he lowered his hood and pursed his lips, whistling a bird call perfectly. With that, a beautiful blue-bird came and landed on the extended finger of his gauntlet-covered hand, and he looked to Elsa.

"I hope you haven't forgotten my ability for mimicry?" he says, smiling, his tone playful; wanting to change the subject to something happier.

Elsa let Mark get her to the ground and then gave him a soft kiss on the cheek. As they walked she listened to his words. Thought on them carefully. The Arko district was the largest, if not the only residental island of the Kingdom and main city to begin with before it was destroyed two years before.

"There are no Templars here, thanks to your doing. And we managed to clear them out of Arendelle as well. But Matthew left shortly before I did on my quest." She said thoughtfully as they walked along. Remembering their last conversation, though brief. All Matthew had said to her before he left by ship was two words. "I'm sorry." He then had turned and boarded his ship and left Arendelle forever, Elsa never saw him again. But what was he sorry about ?

At the sudden sound of a birds call Elsa's eyes went up first in confusion, then she remembered as she saw a beautiful bluebird land lightly on Marks hand. She had not forgotten his skills at sounds of birds. But she had missed in severely. She recalled that one night in the forest while hunting some of Prince Hans cronies outside Roughwater District. They'd made camp in the woods, and She'd slept like a rock all night long until first light when the sounds of birds woke her and Mark nowhere to be seen. Sure he had spooked her, but he had also gone on ahead having two birds remain and guide her to his location. The birds were similar to the one on his hand, only much more louder and a lot more larger, McKaws it was said to be. Beauriful green and red parrots. Loud mouths too.

"I never forgot what you could do with your voice." Elsa said at long last after mentally shaking herself down. A hand went to the bird, but it sensed her reaching for it and flicked its wings and lifted off Marks hand. She watched it. "Instead I missed it dearly. Many a morning I spent wondering where the sounds of birds had gone outside my bedroom windows." She said. She missed waking up to the sounds of many beautiful birds and seeing Mark out in the ice rink courtyard feeding said birds. Every single morning, until that disaster at Arko. When the day after, there was not a single bird to be seen anywhere near the castle. Save for a few Cockrobins and Yellowbellied sapsuckers.

Mark smiled and chuckled, "The Templars are gone from these slums simply because there is nothing here for anyone, not even the Assassins." He explained. And for a while he was quiet aside from the humming he continued to do, though, louder and more happy sounding as he gently held the hand of his beloved Queen Elsa in his own hand.

"Oh! I almost forgot. How is everything back in Arendelle? Anna finally marry Kristoff? He did mention it to me once....." he said. "And is she watching over the Kingdom while you're away?" he added, genuinely curious. "Also how is everyone else? Anna? Kristoff? Olaf? Sven? I miss them all.....I should like to return with you, if it isn't any trouble." he explained calmly.

After she commented about his voice and the birds. "Well...now that we're here, I can entertain you with my voice all you want. And if I go back to Arendelle with you, well....the same logic applies." He said, smiling a small, goofy smile.

Elsa smiled, just hearing his voice and his wonderful humming he continued to make. When he asked her how everyone was doing she smiled again, as they walked she was silent for long moments. "Anna and Kristoff, are engaged; I told them that when I got back I'd bless their wedding. After all I am queen and I told Anna I'd only be away exactly one year. That was eleven months ago." She said. So it was a full year and then some since he had left.

"Olaf and Sven are still chasing butterflies, and Kristoff is trying to get used to a roof over his head. He's spent far too much time in the stables with Sven. I even said he could bring Sven into the castle too. you remember how he stammered on about reindeer poop and whatnot to worry about." Elsa herself couldn't keep from laughing at his stammering at the time, that and Svens look said it simple.

"Though sometimes Olaf gets into snowball fights. And its actually kinda silly too." Olaf getting pelted was one thing, but Olaf pelting everyone else was even sillier. In fact Elsa had found it much more relaxing to just not be Queen for a day; just relax, explore, sleep in. "He still likes to give warm hugs, though he the hugs are warm I'll never know."

"Anna misses your company. I have yet to tell her you're.... dead. I can instead tell her that I met up with you on this journey. She's running the kingdom in my stead, Kai and Gerda are helping her, Kristoff and Snowfeather are there to protect her at my request." Even though Snowfeather had sworn her swords to Elsa when they first managed to speak privately, Elsa saw the pain in Snowfeathers eyes when she left on her yearlong journey.

She turned to him, "What do you mean 'if you can come back' ? You mean 'when you go back' Don't you ?" After all, she had asked him, or was it ordered him, never to do it to her again. "Because as far as I am concerned, I am not going back to Arendelle alone. Not without you. After all, you possess the key that unlocks something very important to me and my sister." She gave him a look, that look that said 'no arguing, you're stuck with me'

Mark laughed and smiled as Elsa told him everything. Looking back on it now, he missed Arendelle a lot more than he realized. He missed the birds that he'd feed every morning. The Blue-Jays, the Sparrows, the Mockingbirds, the Parrots, the occasional eagle. Never once had a sea-faring bird come close to the castle while he was there, too; they kept themselves at the docks, content with what they find there.

As Elsa stopped and turned to him, he stopped, and lightly leaned back, actually partially intimidated by the show of force from the Queen, even though he was physically much taller and stronger than she was. He did this out of playfulness, and actual loving respect for her. He put his hands up and held them up, palms facing Elsa.

"Okay...Okay, jeeze...." he said, smiling, "as you wish, My Queen. You don't gotta be so pushy about it." he teased, poking her chest gently with a chuckle as he straightened out. "Besides....I was planning to go back by the end of the month anyway. Surly you saw the bags laying around the Den I'm using as my home?" He asked.

"They're not there just because they can be, y'know. They're there because I eventually couldn't hide from the truth forever, and my curiosity was killing me; I need to go back to Arendelle, not just to see everything and everyone again, but to be with you again." He confessed, smiling, and scratching the back of his head since his hood was down at the moment.

Elsa almost broke down laughing as Mark poked her on the chest. Instead she hugged him. "Then you can go back with me and see everyone when I go back home. Even speak with those you might have wronged. But no matter what they say, I do not want you to leave me; whatever the others say, you're not leaving Arendelle without my say so." Was she proposing ? Gosh no! She remebered the first time they really got to know each other, they had at the time treated each other like siblings. Mark was a sweet man at the time, but shy as heck at the time too until he got to know her. "You could even be present at the Wedding as well." After all, she had to bless the marriage!

In her heart however she started having doubts, should she continue on this trek, one that has gone for almost a full year ? And return home empty handed just to be present for her sisters wedding ? Or should she instead continue, and work to finish the quest as promised ? But since rejoining with Mark, yes, she thought, she could finish the quest as planned and return with Mark. Yes, that was her new quest. Return home with Mark. In a month.

She nodded then and listened to him speak of his luggage and wanting to go back to be with her in the first place. The fact he was planning to go back in the end the month made her inwardly smile. She could work with that. "That is good then, because it is not if, it is when you come back. And when you come back to Arendelle, its with me. And that way everyone there will know that I do not hold you responsible for what happened at Arko. I blame Prince Hans and his brothers for that. Thanks to Miri" Miri was a very well to do Courtesan of the Courtesan Guild that Blackmane had rebuilt against Elsas inital wishes; however, Miri proved quite helpful and very informative to the point wherein Elsa had appointed Miri to the Arendelle Court as one of her advisors. It was through Miri that Elsa learned of the attack on the Den within Arko, and of the Templar plot to retake it or destroy it.

She leaned up and kissed Mark on the chin, "Come on; lets go find that Tailor." She said.

Mark hugged Elsa back happily as she hugged him, smiling as she spoke, out of a small habit he'd developed from his more intimate moments with her, he gently pulled her against his body, and deepened the hug into a border-line cuddle. As she spoke, his smile remained, and he chuckled. "You'd let me be at your sister's wedding? I must be a lucky guy." He chuckled.

He sensed for a brief moment doubt coming from her, but when it faded his smile returned. "As for returning with you....does that mean we can officially say that we're a couple as well?" He asked, curious. "I mean...if it wasn't obvious already, that is." he adds. "I have forgiven myself for Arko....I'll see it again, soon." he said, winking to Elsa.

As she leaned up and kissed his chin, he in return kissed her nose. "Very well, I know the best one in town, and I can get you a discount." He said, patting her back gently. So for a while they walked, with Mark either humming or whistling, attracting birds to them of all kinds, but mostly he hummed calmly, until they began to enter the more populated zone of Wing City.

"Um...Wing City is a bit different than most cities, My Queen...you'll see why in, well, a few minutes as we get further in." He said. He knew not if she knew what cars were, or planes. He wasn't sure how she'd react, but he gripped her hand in his to let her know that she didn't have to be afraid, and that he was right there for her.

"I think at this moment Anna and Kristoff are spreading rumors about me going off to find you as it is." Elsa said as they once more started walking along the sidewalk. She smiled at the thought; remember that the first time they had really started seeing and working with each other, they really just treated each other as siblings. A brother that Elsa never had for example. Sure she had Matthew, but he was her teacher in both controlling her powers and the Assassin Arts.

She smiled when Mark mentioned Arko District. It was parkland now, a memorial garden in fact. Patrolled and kept clean. Each year she had set up a day of remembering those who had fallen by leaving flowers at each grave marker. It was a yearly thing and so far as far as she knew, it had happened twice.

As they walked along, all sorts of birds flew around them. Yet with Mark attracting them, Elsa knew not to worry of anything. He was with her again; that is what counted the most to her. But as they got closer and the areas they passed through got more populated, she noticed him humming less and less. And when he mentioned the city being.... different, and then giving her hand a gentle yet firm squeeze to let her know he was still with her.

She nodded; willing herself to stay calm she said softly, "Lead on Mentor." She said, mostly because in terms of the ranks; as far as she was aware, He was a denmaster now. Even though she was a Queen. In experience among the Brotherhood, he outranked her.
