Personality
Past
Tiaan has seen the fate of her people, and knows though she wants to blame people, that it was largely to do with her own people. This has made her very shy and someone to stick to herself. Sticking out like a sore thumb has caused her to dress in a heavy dark robe to avoid any people seeing her true identity. When she was with her people didn't fit in well, as she wished to, everything about her focused heavily on improving relations between her people -- thus why she begun her pilgrimage, to understand the 9 Divines and not just her own.
Now:
Lately Tiaan been more happy but seemingly still seems in guilt. Most notable is she switches moods rapidly and generally cries a lot more. She loves Kitten but too afraid to say, she thinks often why did she survive? So much self-loathing and hate has made her at time confusing, one time she's kissing kitten passionately, next she's crying into her shoulder or chest.
Love has improved her, but also made the depression more evident.

History
Past:
Tiaan came back in secret and slowly found out fate of her people and saw them in the caves, blind aggressive monsterosities, some would call a perfect fate. No amount of magic she used could help her to understand her people. In utter hopeless state she left Skyrim, left anywhere where the humans and the old religions stood. In desperation she found a way to leave the dimension. With one last solemn wave to the world she lived in, she opened the window and walked through.
Past few months in Wing City were hell for Tiaan, she lost control of her magic almost died five times and was in a state of massive culture shock. Time passed and she got more used to the many quirks of this world. Although she was always generally morose and depressed, only being motivated by finding the drug maker who almost killed her. As chance would have it she met another person struggling with things, and in a long conversation romance blossomed.
Tiaan is now living with hunter whom she calls Kitten and has agreed to help her get revenge, but she began to think both their reasons will lead further down the rabbit hole.
They grow closer, but Tiaan holds back, never taking that final step, just fine with steps between, but never further.
Afraid she's betraying her species by not continuing them by having children, worried she's selfish or shouldn't have this.
Eating less than she should.
She may be more happy, but Kat knows the elf is hiding something.
The source of her eating less was soon found to be her wishing to weaken herself enough so her longevity of life was decreased, after some persuasion she stopped.
Finally the truth came out about what happened in Skyrim, she was a Head Priest and was one of the people who made the decision to take amnesty with the Dwemer, things seemed fine for a time, but then people began to vanish and eventually she joined them. For months she was tortured and experimented on, burned in various places all over her body, all to test her reaction, branded with the word slave on her head.
In fury one time she finally got out, and with revenge on her mind she froze their bones to solid ice and watch them shatter.
After all this was revealed she wanted to marry Kat, but sadly for her things never last...
Now
Tiaan is now a Vampire, she gave herself up because Kat been missing for months and months, she searched high and low, but can't find them. Recently she met a woman from Skyrim too, a Vampire one the former race, she found a kindred friendship, a rare kind, it blossomed and eventually she gave up on Kat and assumed her dead, thus taking the kiss and becoming a vampire.
So begins...
Climbing out the window out of her world, she looked around nervously, gripping her blade nervously, and with the other hand, she created a small glow to see further. Fear almost caused her to go right back, but what did she have left in Skyrim or anywhere, her mission had been for nothing, hubris had destroyed her people, and now she the sole normal one of them left. Lifting her hood off, she tried to motion the 'candlelight' to survey around her. Lots of trees were around her, great tall gnarly black bodies, reaching with their arms to block out the light. Where does she go now, she had taken nothing, but a few scrolls, her weapon and some magic, with a bag of food on her shoulder. Where to go now? Was this a mistake? So many question burled through her mind, sighing she sat down on fallen tree and tried to think about her next goal.
Tiaan: Nervously she stepped into the fresh-hold of the bar, and looked around, marvelled and also scared at sights she saw. Stairs that seemingly led to nowhere, machines the Dwemer could only dream of creating and drinks she never knew existed. Out of fear, she almost turned back and left, but saw two people, one dressed in what she could only conclude was armour. Armour it may be, but certainly not composed of any minerals or materials she knew of.
Keeping her hood up over her face, she nervously went in further, taking a last look at entrance before taking seat, next to person in armour.
Keeping her voice low she murmured, "Is that Daedric designed..." she paused before continuing, "I mean the armour."
Tiaan:Jumping near out her skin, she clung to her hood to keep it on, craning her head around she saw another strange person, and what was that weapon she had, it looked like nothing she had ever seen. Swinging back around, she waited for an answer, keeping her ears trained on the other person, listening as they approached.
Tiaan: Nodded to the answer, still half paying attention, but hearing enough to know this world was so very different, "I see, is it stronger than Dragon Breastplate?" What the hell was she doing, banter like this was dangerous in Skyrim, here she had no idea what to expect, at least she had her blade and magic though, hidden.
She may appear demure, but she was a master in destruction school, especially ice magic, so if things got too hairy, she could have these people frozen and then be gone. Although would her magic work in this world, that was question.
Tiaan: laughing she simply replied, "Trust me lady, that would be impossible." She had heard legends of people who could fight dragons, but that was long ago, before her people fell. Trying to keep her emotion steady she continued, "Although could probably stand up to many of the beast's of Skyrim, not insult you Ms." There that should make things improve a little.
Finally paying attention to bar, she carefully thought about what to order, so many names she hadn't heard, she wanted something really strong, "Would any of you know what is strongest beverage here?"
Shrugging she waited, listening to what was going on around, and trying to decide how long she would stay here.
Tiaan: A puzzled expression erupted on her face, and she tried to fathom what was said, be simply saying, "I don't think I understand, where is the barkeep?" What was going on here, this is a little unnerving and the way people speak and threaten each other. Certainly Nords spoke big, but they didn't have magic to rely on... Were these weapons magical? Or were they some other power, she couldn't hope to understand, let alone grasp.
Tiaan: Nodding once more, she pushed the buttons as instructed finding a drink appear out of nowhere, "The Dwemer could have only dreamed of this technology, I thank you." she took a sip before continuing, "Tiaan, I'm the last of the snow elves, this isn't a boast... It's a tragedy, my own people are mere monsters of what they once were." Maybe that was too much information, but honesty did often help.
Taking another long sip, she tried to figure out the taste, and note that it was rather delicious, if not exactly like Skyrim swill, it wasn't much better looking, but certainly much more sweet.
Tiaan: "A glassed planet?" What did she mean, glass was a material, how could one use that material on a planet. She took another long sip considering the taste, and whether she liked it. It was really hard to tell, although that besides the point, she needed a place to stay, did this tavern have rooms for people? How would she pay, immediately she felt herself getting a little nervous, "I don't have any money, how will I afford a room." she had said it out loud, but it was also a plea to her new friend.
Tiaan: Carefully taking all the information she pulled out a piece of parchment to write a few quick notes, before putting back in, "I thank you for your kindness. I'd forgotten humans could be good, you're not a Nord, that is for sure." Taking another long sip she put the glass down and considered leaving now.
Tiaan: "I'll be leaving, and thank you for all the help. I would wish to see you again if possible?" This one was risky, but she needed friends and this person seemed to offering friendship. It was whole new world she needed some social contact, and better to have a close friend than risk antagornizing people accidently.
Tiaan: Waving goodbye Tiaan stood up and left the Tavern happy she has made some progress, keeping hold of the device she smiled before shutting the door behind her.
Tiaan Shyrias: Tentatively stepping into the threshold of the bar, she looked around carefully before approaching the machines. In Skyrim such machines weren't even conceived by the Dwemer, and if she hadn't seen them herself, she would have laughed the very idea. Looking at the instruction she'd been given by a kind denizen, she pushed the cold plastic and then typed in order. A loud mechanical whirring issues, and the sound of pouring could be heard. Out from the hatch of the machine popped out a steamy beverage, which she took with her left hand, and slowly sipped. Deciding she liked this, she continued and took a seat next to the bar. Glancing around, still a little unnerved at this world.
When she had left Skyrim she had figured she would go wherever opened, but this new world, was overwhelming. It seemed much more chaotic and less control, there seemed no immeasurable force in charge. No Jarls, no Princes, no Kings, just anarchy by all appearance.
So how had it existed so long then?
Tiaan wandered into the bar, it wasn't common for her to go here, to be honest she hated it here, at least the bars in Skyrim felt homely. Here she saw dried blood and other liquids just from her first observations. Now there appeared to be something going on, experience taught her to grip her blade and be ready for any trouble. For now she's just observe, keeping close eye on her drink and what was going on.
Tiaan now feeling bored and wondering why she came here, she drew some power into her hand, channelling it carefully, before flinging the electric globe at a table. With a loud zap the thing fell apart. Normally she wouldn't make be so conspicuous, but she was bored and these people were dull. Not to mention, she missed home, and wanted something to give her purpose, as home was impossible to return to.
Tiaan: Scowling she replied, "It's not a magic trick, I'm not a mere conjurer, I can summon forth great snow storm if I so wish." Really, magic trick, snow elves were magically gifted and suggesting that it was some sort of joke or even harmless, was insulting, "That being said, I'm standing here because this place is disgusting and the amount of blood on the floor makes me think I'd be better to be on my guard."
Tiaan: "I don't have any wish. My whole race is dead. Death would be a honour I'm not allowed." She wasn't depressed persay, just sick of this place and sick of the fact she couldn't go home. All she wanted was something to make this feel more like she belonged.
Tiaan: Grinning she channelled the magic carefully, before whispering the words and letting loose an almighty storm of ice and sleet into Gambit's many people ducked under tables and other just stared bemused, some just shrugged and said, "That's Gambit's for ya."
Tiaan: Looking confused at the people, she replied out loud, "This isn't fun time, this magic is deadly, I could kill people in here. And you people, you people are insane. I've never seen such..." unable to finish she just stared. Truly this must be Hell or something, because magic was being mocked and treat as a kid's toy. What universe did this?
Tiaan: Waking up she blinked a little before it hit her, making that careful moves she tried to work out what was going on. Why on earth she'd chosen to sleep here was beyond her, but nonetheless here she was. Shrugging she tried to summon a light globe, but only could master a hint of light, edging her way around, she tried to speak with as much authority as she could muster, "I warn you, I'm well trained in the magicka and if you don't leave now. I'll be forced to use much more force. The whining and inane frequency meanwhile seemed to be drilling into her head and she couldn't for life of her, figure what on earth was happening.
Tiaan: Started walking towards the figure gripping her weapon tightly in it's sheath, unsure of how to act, still trying to summon more light, but it was as if it was being blocked or her magic was being sapped.
