Description

Timotei Cozma is what you might call an 'old soul'. And quite old at that, like, Dark Ages old, around 600+ to be precise. Quite an impressive feat when you consider that she's not the most..."structured" creature around.
You see, Timo (as she's called) is a dhampir. And not one of those Blade, daywalker, vampire hunter Buffy types, but the honest to god basic folklore come to life. With no bones and a gelatinous body to call (her)his own. Of course, back then he did at one point have a humanoid form, rather handsome, albeit with large yellow eyes and unruly black hair. But alas, that form lysed a long time ago.

But it's okay, because instead of resigning himself to the dhampir's early death, Timo found a loophole...he could keep himself alive and functional well beyond his years...if he had a bit of a skeleton to curl himself around. So she's a body snatcher, much preferring to huddle up in the bodies of her kills, vampire kind, naturally.

Underneath all that meat, Timo looks like this.
Image

So stylish.

Personality

Timotei has one main concern in life, and that is keeping in a fresh body. When she is not worried about that, she's pretty laid back and actually curious about the world around her and the people that might show up in her prolonged life. She is bred with an absolute hunger for vampires and vamp-sympathizers though, but hey, you can't knock instinct.

Equipment

Being that Timo typically resides in the hijacked bodies of vampires, she has the basic vampire capabilities, no reflection, invisibility, the ability to transform into wind and blow where she so wishes.

So begins...

Timo's Story

That...scent. It reached Timo's nostrils within seconds of Katja walking into the bar. Faint, but distinct. An old acquaintance indeed...a step closer to that man he had been searching for. The wily old bastard had dropped off of Timo's radar for a good half-century, but here his odor lingered...
The man sitting not too far down from Katja lifted his head from his pensive position over a half-drank glass of whiskey. He smiled. His form was a relatively young, handsome one, a bit of stubble on his chin, and dark, wavy hair. His eyes were obscured with a pair of sunglasses. He dipped his pinkie finger into the drink and swirled it before speaking, his voice carrying over to her. "Trying to forget something, my dear?"

Timo smiled at her, finally turning to look at Katja. Sterlescu...it was written all over her plain as day. "Perhaps not. I find myself fretting over the most trivial of things too. I suppose you don't mind a bit of company, would you?"
He didn't seem dangerous, and from the way he held his glass with a half-trembling hand indicated that he wasn't in the most tip-top of shape either.

Without a second's hesitation, Timo picked up his glass and moved to sit beside Katja, tipping the drink down his throat and coughing before recovering. He smiled at her again, a flash of fang. "Actually, just having you here makes me feel a lot better, miss~"
Oh yeah, Sterlescu all over, she might as well have been wearing a shirt with Petru scribbled right across her breasts. He rested his head in the palm of his hands.
"You might actually be able to help me alleviate my mood even more....perhaps...but first, your turn. What is troubling you?"

Timo didn't seem to become intoxicated, whatever alcohol he swigged seemed to be quickly nullified. 600 something years and he still didn't have the whole drinking thing down completely. It took more than a mimicked 'swallow' to get the stuff into him, so he always seemed to be choking and sputtering on his whiskey, though he finished it soon enough.
He nodded and raised his empty glass in acknowledgment of Katja's introduction, replying with his own. "Timotei Cozma. So tell me, Katja, and forgive me if this is too sudden, but how do you know Mister Petru Sterlescu?"

"Ah, I must have been mistaken, because you...and this may come off as a bit strange, I'm sorry, I'm rather blunt....smell like him. Just faintly..."
He tapped a finger on the bar before waving down a second whiskey from the bartender on duty. "I believe he was, last I heard, a doctor of some sort? At least he was back then, who knows what profession he has now..."
He picked up the new glass and swished it, staring at the amber liquid through his sunglasses. "I'm looking for him. He has something I want...rather badly."

"...Nothing much." Timo replied, twisting his glass of whiskey in his hand idly, seemingly fascinated with the liquor inside as he spoke to Katja, his eyes focused elsewhere, though one couldn't tell through the glasses, that is, until he removed them. Where eyes would have been, there was nothing, just red. It wasn't that he was missing his eyes, just that they had been replaced...by Timo's mass. Eyes tended to be the first things to go when his 'borrowed' body started to go bad.
"Just his skeleton and skin. They seem especially durable, I've noticed. Even more so than my usual fare....How's the other one then? He seems...protective."
His abrupt subject change was offputting, and intentional, to determine if Katja had vodka'd up enough to not catch him. By the 'other one', he meant Finch, who she seemed practically steeped in by a scent standpoint. Hazelnut and blood. An intriguing combination for Timo...especially the undertones of...well...his own scent.

"Because I am tactless, please, sit! I mean you no harm!" He pleaded, gesturing back to the vacated barstool. "You'll trip over your own feet anyway if you try to run off."
Timo only knew Sterlescu from their last encounter, back about 60 years ago. He had no clue about Katja or anything of the doctor's experiments in creating companionship. He just assumed that Katja was an acquaintance of the man's. As for Finch...he was merely intrigued. He noted Katja's fingers curled about the hilt of the knife and chuckled. "Oh child, that blade will do you no good here."
He might become a bit upset if she took a swipe at his body, however.

Timo pat the barstool again invitingly. "Come on, before you hurt somebody."
He sipped at the scotch, nodding in agree at her description of Petru. "Oh, no, he is a very horrible man. He's lived for far too long, and I seek to fix this."
Of course, Timo was just as much of a hypocrite, no better than the doctor at seeking to prolong his life, oozing through time body after body, victim after victim. The only difference? He didn't seem bothered by the loneliness of it all.
"If you want nothing to do with him, then we are on the same team, no?"

"Oh Maxwell's his name eh? No reason, I just thought I'd ask." He shrugged. "I smelled him on you too...oh...you know here I go around babbling about things..." He caught himself whilst Katja stared. He scratched his nose with his middle finger idly, trying to best formulate his words. "I'm...a hunter...of sorts. I'd been keeping an eye on dear ol' Petru for quite a while before he slipped away from me. But here you are, familiar with him, so the trail has warmed up again. Now, if I only knew where he is hiding..."
He glanced around the bar suspiciously, as if Petru were lurking in one of the darker corners. Oh there'd be a struggle, certainly, but grappling with an archaic dhampir never ended well...If Finch's bite burned and scarred the doctor, it was nothing compared to what Timo could do to him.

"I didn't choose my lot in life." Timo finished his second whiskey with a cough. "It's not like I enjoy doing it." Well, that was a lie, nothing thrilled him more than taking a new body on its first spin, getting acquainted with the new 'controls' as it were. "If there were any other way to keep myself together, I would take it, but that option has not made itself known yet."
He clinked the ice in his glass to fill the poignant silence that followed. That barely tangible scent was all he needed to know he was being watched. Suicidal, are we, Sterlescu?
However, incorporeal as the doctor was for the moment, there was nothing Timo could do about it except broadcast his soundless message.

"Nosy old bastard, aren't you?" he spoke suddenly to the whisper, absently reaching out towards Katja as if he could grasp Petru's intangible form. He laughed at the bark of possession, rolling his would-be eyes. "You wish, no? If what I'm scenting is true, this Maxwell is not too terribly different from myself. And he has more readily claimed the lovely Katja than you ever could. You're fighting an uphill battle, Sterlescu. We don't give up our mates so easily."
Mate...? How primitive sounding. Animal. Katja's question as to what creature Timo was was answered in that simple proclamation. Whatever he was, he was not human. And by his words...neither was Finch, at least partially.

"Then expect me soon~" Timo crooned back, not caring that he looked absolutely insane to Katja. "I think I like this fellow of hers, and there are so few of us, so I help where I can."
He nodded to Katja. He hated to see people such as Petru run free, but he REALLY disliked when they thought they could hold humans hostage.
"Such bold words coming from a puff of air," he taunted. Coward.

Timo sat at the bar with an empty glass, no ice, nothing indicating that there had once been a drink in the glass. He coughed and sputtered before spitting into the glass, a fragment of vertebrae clinking into it. "Hmmm...Must get to Sterescu soon before this spinal column collapses..." he mused, mostly to himself.

Timo sat in the bar, head bowed, lips curled in a half-sinister grin. Vampires...he could smell them. That unmistakable scent or dust and must and a hint of blood, it hit him full on. He picked at the bone fragment in his empty glass. He WAS starving...but no..no...Petru was well worth waiting for...

Timo cast a glance at Amano, she could hide out of sight but the dhampir could sense her fear of the vampires nearby. He shook his head and beckoned her over with a finger. Hunters were benevolent to the merely human. His ears perked at Parson and Freya's conversation...idly listening in. He seemed too lethargic to go make a big deal of it. Indeed, before he'd drifted into Wing City, he'd never seen so many of the undead pests in one place.

Timo waved back, not removing his sunglasses, flashing his own white fangs back at Freya. True, while he possessed a vampire's body, he was quite the opposite, and the clash of their auras would be palpable, even to the most human of patrons in the bar.

Timo would might have made a swipe at Freya if Jared didn't step in front of him. The dhampir blinked, holding his glass as the Waterpician addressed him. "Errr...Hello..."
His eyes flickered over to Parson, half-curious. Younger vampires...so now they could breed with each other too? What was the world coming to?

Timo spit into his glass that housed the bone fragment he spat up earlier. He blinked at Jared and clicked his teeth idly. he wasn't used to people coming up and being so inquisitive. "Technically, I am half-vampire."

"Unfortunately no..." Timo dumped the bone fragment out onto the bar counter before waving Celinka down and asking her to fill the glass with a new round of scotch. "I'm 'borrowing' this form for now, though he is on his last legs." He scratched his stubbly chin.

Timo nodded in thanks to Celinka and tipped the scotch back, coughing. He pulled his sunglasses off to further examine Jared. He must have had eyes at one point, but now he possessed now was empty sockets...well, not empty...filled with gel....filled with Timo. "...I'm Timo Cozma..."

"You're quick to assume," Timo replied. He sputtered on his scotch before spitting again. "I'll never get this drinking thing down." He grumbled and rolled his skin back like some sort of glove, revealing a replica made of the same translucent gel before dipping a finger into the drink and absorbing it instead. He didn't catch the 'tribble' misnomer...he seemed relaxed. Jared didn't seem to want to run away from him, despite his horrid nature.

"I've seen one of those before...I'm not one of them. I do somewhat hold a shape, just not for very long." He wiggled his fingers, the skeletal structure of the stolen body visible through them. He was just one creature wrapped around the bones of another, held together by skin and stitches.

Timo glanced at the very adamant Tribble and shrugged. "I agree, certainly better than the vampire infestation that seems to have this city stopped in its tracks."
