Team Rocket is a criminal syndicate that deals in illegal goods and business. Their favorite trade is valuable items and pokemon themselves. They have an unfortunate reputation for not being all that kind to the pokemon they've stolen.

Description

Vinnie

Age:
"Twenty-three, but why ya askin'?"
Gender:
"You really gotta question that?"
Height:
"Six-foot, one inch. This a hospital form or somethin'?"
Weight:
"Now that's jus' rude. Rude, but again if you gotta know about..Uhh..134lbs or so. I dunno, what do I look like a damn doctor?"

PERSONALITY:
Vinnie is Vinnie. Is that a cop-out? Maybe, but it's also pretty accurate. He's always been strong-willed, independent, and most of all a Rocket. He finds his work fun. Blackmail, extortion, a beating here and there, hell he isn't even above a hit. Thefts are his favorite. There's something about the rush, about that chance for it all to go belly-up at a moments notice that just keeps him smiling. Not to mention he's extremely accustomed to the privilege that comes with his linage, career, and rank. If it's the most expensive thing on the menu, he'll take two. If it has to be shipped from three regions over, he'll make sure it's expressed.

He's plenty ambitious and has his eye set on being a big boss, someday. For now though, he's young and happy to coast from party to party, job to job. He's happy, quick-witted, plenty smart and always knows just what to say, and who to say it to. You couldn't ask for a better friend to owe you a favor. Just don't be dumb enough to hand a marker out to him, and if you borrowed cash? You better plan to pay it back, or skip the region. Doesn't matter if it's a penny, he'll break every bone he can touch if you cheat him.

HISTORY:
Born to a family with a long line of Rockets, from grunts to small-fry bosses Vinnie grew up on alone with his mom. Always waiting for his pops or some Rocket buddy to come home with some new tale, exploit, or toy from god-knows-where. His family never shied away from who they were. Even when he was a kid, who knew where the food on the table came from. Where his mom's spending money was from, what his pops did for work. And as just about any kid probably would, he thought it was awesome. Unlike most kids though, that didn't change with age.

He never hit that rebellious stage. Never embraced good, clean living to spite his folks. Nawh, for as long as he could talk he's wanted to be a Rocket. His parents, though unashamed of their lifestyle pushed him to pursue other options. They wanted to feel they offered him whatever future he might want, but of course. The second he turned eighteen he said to hell with it and signed up with Team Rocket. It's not that he didn't explore plenty of options, it's that none of them felt like home to him. None of them felt like family, like where he belonged.

First time he got paid to break some chuckle's legs he felt whole. He felt home. He's never once regretted his life choices..

You though? You sure as hell might regret his choices.

"Aauugghhh..." Half whimper, half cry, for a split moment Vinnie's tough guy attitude was completely dispelled. His head was splitting, his stomach felt like a pit of acid, his sight was blurred and he could swear something was wrong with his legs. It was not the most fun day to be Vinnie as he stumbled out of the Celadon Gamecorner. He lifted a hand to shield his eyes from the sun, not that it actually helped. It had been a long, long night, and there was no rest in sight. "Ay...Lilith....LILITH!" Where the hell was his lackey when he needed her. "I need a drink, so bad...Any drink..So thirsty.."

Lilith had just stepped out of the alley way, her butterfree in tow, when she heard that familiar voice screaming her name. Her head slowly turned just in time to see Vinnie stumble his way out of the Celadon Gamecorner. She walked toward him, sliding her backpack from behind her, and took out a bottle of water. Without really giving him the bottle, she took his hand and lead him to a nearby bench in the shade. Everyone was looking at them by this time and it was starting to make him look stupid. She had to save his reputation somehow.

She let him sit, before pouring water in her hand and gently slapping him in the face to wake him up, "Yo Vinnie....gonna need you to not look like such a small and pathetic dipshit, aye? People are staring, what the fuck happened to you?" She whispered, grabbing her handkerchief and wiping his face. She had suck a potty mouth, but her face stayed innocent.

Vinne and blindly followed the girl, and offered no protest as she stuffed him into a bench. His head hurt way too much to bother with snarling at her. Until of course she actually smacked him. He snapped too and glared at his lackey, eyes blazing with righteous fury. People staring? She just smacked him! What kinda image did THAT send? For one brief second he debated smacking her back, but it was quickly dismissed. His mother would kill him, literally if she ever found it. He might be a rocket, but he was raised better than that.

He settled for snatching the bottle of water from her with a snarl, and pushing her away a bit. "Alright, alright. Back off ya little shit. It was a long night. I may have gotten a bit drunk, and it might be just working its way into a horrible hang over.Just don't forget who's ya boss, alright? 'Sides. We gotta job today, kid."

She stood up right, grinning innocently. People seemed to lose interest in them. He butterfree flew around her, she gently ran a hand over her wing. Lilith took a moment to make sure no one was intently watching before sitting next to him. "Fun nights like that make you look weak. Learn your lesson and be on with it. Now what is the job?" She spoke softly, leaning in, and smiling up at him. She loved jobs, well most of them. Some of them could get messy, but that was usually Vinnie's vault.

"Ain't much kiddo.." Vinnie shifted to a slightly more comfortable position, finally able to endure the sunlight. He rubbed the back of his neck and sighed, practically ignoring the existence of his little lackey. "Really it ain't even worth it. But boss says do it, ya know? So we do it. Two things, kinda. We got a backroom game goin' up in the Department Store. Ain't nothin' fancy, but one of the grunts thinks a John is actually cheating.." Vinnie trailed off in laughter. To think, anyone walking into a Rocket den and trying to cheat, it was too much. Probably some dumb grunt pissed he lost, but hey. Job's a job. The sheer thought of maybe getting to hurt somebody perked him up too.

He stood up and stretched, then carefully brushed away the creases on his suit jacket. "We're just gunna sit in for a game, Kiddo." He tossed the water bottle back at her, cap off. "Second thing though. That's a trip just outside town..C'mon. Tell ya as we walk."

Lilith frowned at the boring job they had to do. "Is that really all we have to do?" She thought. Her head turned toward the department store. She was really hoping from something of a challenge, lately the boss had been sending them on newb jobs and it was getting old real fast. Her fingers were itching for a steal. She looked back at him in time to see him stand, moving over so not to get in his way. She watched as he threw the bottle and was about to catch it when Butterfree swooped in and knocked the bottle away. Splashes of water hit her stockings and some one her shirt.

Sighing she dusted herself off, "Really, Vinnie? Gonna be that much of a child?" She said, walking with him. She held on to the end of his jacket as they walked. "So what is this second job? It better be good, big, challenging, and dangerous. I am tired of these stupid newb jobs. Like seriously, how are you going to send us to do these kiddie jobs!" She huffed behind him, her innocent face puffing up.

Vinnie couldn't help but to chuckle at her little puffy-face. He turned around, still walking, and covered her face with his hand. "Yeah kid," he pushed, hoping to tip her balance a little. "That's all for in town, but it's the other job that's gunna be a fun one." He turned back around and fiddled with the collar button of his dress shirt. He liked crime, he liked what he did. He even liked the messy stuff, but sometimes..He didn't like having to bring Lilith in to it.

"Some breeders outside of town. New folks, real way with Eevees.." Vinnie slowed down just a little, mentally debating if he should send the girl back to the Game Corner. Boss didn't order her to follow, and a beating was one thing.."They've declined a few offers to sell exclusively to the Game Corner..We're supposed to give them one last offer.." By now he could see the Department Store, it made him a little tense. So many people, so many ears. But this was Celadon! Nobody would rat out a Rocket.

"And if they refuse," he got to the door, putting his hand on the glass and pausing to look over his shoulder at Lilith. "We kill 'em." with that he pushed the door open and stepped in, casual as could be.

Lilith ran right into his hand, muffling unintelligible words. She was about to push her head back when he gave a push himself. She twirled and nearly ran into a young woman, older than herself. She mumbled an apology, wiggling her little fingers into the girl's pocket and stealing her coin purse. Butterfree slid in between the two to distract the girl long enough for Lil to put the purse in her pocket. Smiling sweetly she kept walking, running a little to grab the end of his jacket again.

She listened carefully to what he was saying, since he was saying so lowly. "Breeders," she thought. She met a couple before and never liked them too much. She slightly knew how the business worked, but never actually paid much mind. Her faced flinched at the word kill. She looked around out of habit and walked in. People looked up at them, but she paid no mind to them. Her butterfree purched on her shoulder. Lil didn't really want to look at Vinnie right now. He didn't need to see her face right now. Giving the cashier a look, she made her way to the back of the store.

Vinnie couldn't help but roll his eyes at the kid as he stepped into the wonderfully air-conditioned store. She'd been in Celadon how long, and still acted like it was some bumpkin-fuck of a city? He beckoned her over with a mixture of irritation and amusement, and a sharp whistle. "Yo, human Slowpoke. This ain't our floor. I swear kid, someday you'll learn what a department store is."

He proceeded over to the elevators, jamming the "up" button and grimacing as the display told him the elevator was on the top floor. Just once, couldn't they be read? He tapped his foot and sighed while glancing at his watch. That's when he remembered his mother's nagging for some reason and sighed again, much louder. He glanced back to spot Lilith but didn't turn to address her, wherever she was, directly."Hey, kiddo..My family is kinda doin' this dinner thing tomorra night. I dunno. Some kinda party? Didn't ask. Moms wanted you to come though."

Lilith stopped in her tracks and blushed hard. She was going the wrong way. Turning on her heels she sped walked towards Vinnie. "I wasn't thinking okay?" She whispered at him while looking down at her skirt. The elevator was taking forever and she could feel the eyes peering into her. Didn't they know better than to stare? She tugged at her skirt and was ready to turn around and yell at them when Vinnie broke her attention.

She looked up at him, big smile on her face, "Your mom likes me. She reeeaaalllyyy likes me! Of course I would come! Who doesn't enjoy a Martinello party?!" She laughed out loud and clapping her hands together as she did a little dance. It seemed like the elevator came too quickly. Doors opening up she looked up at him, "After you m'lady." She said trying to deepen her voice.
