Personality

Personality description: Kind and merciful is what describes Zaccheus. Not one to speak with weapons or vile words, Zaccheus is a rather polite and chivalrous man. It’s obvious that he’s a lover, and definitely not a fighter. Because of this, people view him as either a coward or queer, but Zaccheus doesn’t care what’s thought of him for he is a rather mature individual person and chooses not to stoop down to most people’s level. Courteous and open minded, Zaccheus reveals himself to be of the noble cast for he has an expanded knowledge of reading, writing, and mathematics.

However, he is quite curious for his age as well, which can lead him into some trouble, depending on the situation of course.

Personality when angry/annoyed/agitated: Not one to show his darker side, Zaccheus tends to be much quicker and snappier with his replies. His facial expression often spells the feeling of distress he is in. However, it can be masked very easily due to his kind demeanor. When not in the best of moods, Zaccheus tends to try and keep to himself or try and busy himself with a book to read or something. However, when forced to face his inner demons and snap at someone, Zaccheus will apologize for his actions soon after he makes the mistake of either yelling or insulting someone.

Personality when sad/depressed/dejected/rejected: When saddened, Zaccheus tends to seclude himself from the rest of the world for he fears people worrying about him when other things are much more important. He often attempts to do things which will make him feel better, but it’s a fifty out of a hundred chance if doing the things he likes will cure his blue mood or not. However, if he wishes to seek comfort, he’ll most likely go to someone who’s close to him, which is someone he can trust.

Personality when neutral/blank/indescribable: Not one to be in an emotionless state, Zaccheus often gets to be this way whenever he’s trying to mask his sadness, or anger. However, he doesn’t succeed much in doing so for he is an emotional person.

Temperament: Zaccheus was blessed with a long fuse at birth for he was raised to believe that anger is a negative and it does more harm than good. But he knows that anger is one of the basic emotions and it is natural to get that way. Zaccheus however, does have a great control over his temper, which often has people view him as the type of person he strives to be, which is someone of a kind heart and personality, who people can look up to for guidance when there is no one else to turn to.

Religious views/beliefs: Even though he is part of the Greek faith, Zaccheus also believes in something called karma, which is a belief of when a good deed is done; something good is done in return. But if something bad is done, the outcome is also bad. An eye for an eye or so it goes.

Likes: Bird watching, gardening, reading, poetry, astrology, star gazing, eating delectable fruits, and exploring different cultures.
Dislikes: Fighting, violence, arrogance, disrespect, certain species of insects, hot days, too superstitious people, and strenuous activities.
Hobbies: Gardening, star gazing, bird watching, reading, and exploring the power which he possesses.
Interests: Travel, finding other people who possess magic like he does, and learning new things.

Fears: Death, the dark, and his asthmatic attacks.
Superstitions: All windows in the house should be open when someone dies so the soul can leave, a dream of a lizard means you have a secret enemy, if you break a mirror, you’ll have seven years of bad luck, crickets bring good luck, and if the first butterfly you see in the year you see is white, will bring you good luck for the rest of the year.

Equipment

Style of clothing: Zaccheus prefers to wear loose fitting clothing such as robes and shawls. Even though this is awfully queer for a man to wear, Zaccheus pulls it off very well.
Main outfit: A white under robe with either a light blue or purple robe on top made with the most expensive silks and dyes, along with a white shawl with gold trimming which is placed over his shoulders, and dark brown sandals or white house slippers.
Secondary outfit: A red and light pink robe loosely fitted so that part of his chest is exposed, and a pair of sandals made with gold trimming.
Occasional outfit: A plain, gray robe which he most likely wears to bed at night, and a white long sleeved shirt which is tied up in the front with string and a pair of loosely fitted shorts.

Accessories: Sometimes a fan or maybe a book.
Jewelry: The ring which he wears on his nipple and the gold and silver chain he wears on his belly button.

Personal belongings: Books, clothes, some saved up money, along with his pet ferret named Romeo and a white crane named Yucca.
