His name is Zen Chaos. Formerly an Agent for a group known as Chaos he went around doing whatever he wished. Eventually coming across Deputy Serenity, who made it her mission to try and stop Zen. However, they had fallen in love. Before their rivalry drove them apart. Both immortal, Zen is chased down by the Deputy quite a lot. However each time they encounter each other something else happens to interfere. Like a bad guy or other things get in their way of the long standing duel they try to have.
