Description
A combined government of races that were united during the Rift Age of Pandum, this nation has various branches and organizations, and prizes itself on spreading peace, being against genocide, and unity.
The Pandorian Alliance was created soon after the Pandorians of Pandum started developing unique Rift Tech. It was unique to them thanks to the fact their planet was in a Rift Hot Spot, and that one of their moons was full of a mineral that reacted to The Rift. The Pandorians used The Rift to travel to other worlds without the need for spacecraft. They developed a neural translation matrix using their own psychic powers and their Rift tech to communicate, and thus formed various Alliances with the species of other planets.
Eventually, under the central government of Pandum, the Pandorian Alliance was formed. This Alliance held strong, till they encountered the conflicted people on the planet of Ralos, which was run by a government called "The Republic". The Republic was an abusive, controlling Government, and saw these species as a threat to their power. They had their soldiers and drones attack in a surprise attack, starting the first Pandum-Republic war. This war went on for two decades before The Pandorian Alliance won. They executed the former dictator of The Republic, but allowed them to fix their government under their watch and control.
A new dictator rose up quickly, and launched a surprise attack again on the Pandorian Alliance. This was lasted about two years, before the Pandorian Alliance evacuated the innocent civilians from the planet and then dropped the Rift Bomb on it. The Rift Bomb essentially killed everyone on the planet, and reverted the planet to its original state with all of its natural resources basically reset, after the old planet was pulled into the rift piece by piece.
Ships: The Pandorian Alliance has a large amount of ships, and a large variety. The largest class of ship being the Gargantuan, and the smallest being the Shuttle Class, it goes like this. Shuttle < Fighter < Heavy Shuttle < GSV (Ground Support Vessel) < Heavy Fighter < Corvette < SSV (Space Support Vessel) < Destroyer < Frigate < Heavy Frigate < Demolisher < Carrier < Super Carrier < Dreadnaught < Mammoth < Behemoth (Capital Ship) < Gargantuan (Capital Ship of Capital Ships)
Some Ship Details:
Most people would stop at Dreadnaughts when thinking about ships. The Pandorian Alliance went further, with three classes of ship. The Mammoth, the Behemoth, and the Gargantuan Class ship. These vessels are customized with some of the following features to make them even more dangerous.
A Secondary Rift Core, allowing them to bend the Rift itself as a weapon or tool.
An Eviceration Cannon: A large cannon that can wipe out life and civilization on a good portion of a planet, or it can be used to wipe out a large and powerful ship. There is almost no hope of a ship that it is directly aimed at of surviving, let alone dodging.
A Fleet Dock: Ships will actually be able to dock inside this vessel for repairs and refueling. Not just fighters, but Frigates and even Dreadnaughts can be stored inside.
A Secondary Systems Section: Basically, it doubles their weapon cooldown, weapon damage, shield strength, shields, life support, everything. A Gargantuan Class vessel with this is something people do not want to fight.
An Invasion Launch Pad: This holds various invasion craft and what not, and will pour troops onto whatever they are invading.
Mammoth: This massive ship is often seen leading smaller fleets, or in a fleet of Mammoths itself. Mammoth class vessels can hold one of the specializations, have massive shields, massive damage, can carry 600 fighters, over 400 various small anti-fighter cannons, 200 medium range demolisher cannons, and 4 super heavy cannons that will break through the shields and armor of most vessels in two hits if not one.
Behemoth: The Behemoth is like the Mammoth, only it has double of everything and is larger. This increased size also allows a secondary customization as well, giving it a total of two.
The Gargantuan, possibly the deadliest class of ship in the universe, has enough armor and shields to survive a hit from the Death Star's primary weapon, and put some dents into it. It has double of everything the Behemoth has, and this massiveness allows it to hold even Dreadnaughts in its Fleet Dock if it has one. A Gargantuan can hold three specializations, and is equipped with a large Rift Reactor so anything it has equiped is better then if it was on anything else.
Infantry Weapons: The Pandorian Alliance use all types of weaponry, from Crystal to laser to plasma to ballistic. They believe they might need any specific type at one point, so they keep all of them handy.
