Setting
Residing beneath Wing City is Abysso, the true home to the Invictus on Terra. Windowless and blindingly white, the underground facility is the perfect environment to experiment, speak, and plan in secret.
Equipped with anti-magic, anti-psionic, and teleportation dampeners Abysso is nigh-impenetrable. That also makes it hard for friend and foe alike to leave, something that could, and would, be used to the advantage of the Invictus themselves.

The true Invictus headquarters, an underground complex comparable to an office building. The walls, floors and other textures are white, chrome or silver. The reason for this color scheme is unknown.

Sighing she asked quite truthfully, "In truth Stryfe how many do you think will listen to this call for action? I am hopeful, but I am concerned, I am a General and a Politician thus can wear many masks. In the end we can only hope it all achieves the goal." shrugging she went on, "I think there is the support, always has been, but very few wish to be help, maybe we changed that today."
Yuriko took in a deep breath, letting out her tension in a rush of air. She'd done well, she thought. She'd maintained a level of reservation that she saw in Stryfe, saw and respected, and she hadn't resorted to dramatics.

Stryfe nodded to the unseen Kianna, "Mary, Viktor knows the police officer, the chief, can you find him and get in contact with her for me? I don't think I've gotten the chance to speak to her." Stryfe said to Phinx, "I'm on my way back to the apartment, I'll catch him for you." Phinx responded.
Stryfe turned to Yuriko, placing a hand on her shoulder. "You did well. I'll be ready to speak in a minute." Stryfe told the younger woman before turning her attention on Athena.

There was a sudden swirling vortex of wing, hot air that would toss papers and other light and small things about. The vortex was dead center in the room, and it quickly began to grow into a fever pitch, strengthening into a howling tornado of air in the room. Sudenly the vortex was engulfed in a brilliant rainbow colored flash of light dancing and spinning about, cracking with deafening thunder.
The vortex suddenly cleared, leaving a well dressed individual standing in the center of the room, his hand hovering over a small wristband like device.
"I never did trust these things." The Strange man said, he didn't appear Aschen in the slightest, more Terran than anything. But of course looks could be deceiving. Kianna on the other hand would recognize the man.

Phinx and nearly every single Invictus member in the room drew their weapons and aimed at the man. "No." Phinx said, she was rejecting his presence.

Blinking Athena, steeled herself instinctively, standing up from her seat so fast, she spilt the glass next to her. Once the papers stopped moving, she relaxed slightly, but still regarded the new face with a mixture of distrust and fear. The fear was more in the predatory sense, in that she was prepared to act if necessary. As it was, he was merely standing there.

Yuriko didn't seem to observe fear of any sort at the man's sudden appearance, though it was certainly a startling entrance. She stood quietly by Fatin's side, observing as the Invictus brought their weapons to bear.

Kevin Triplett remained silent for a moment, dusting his jacket off. "Your new government needs allies, or it's doomed to fail." He said, clearing his throat and stepping forward, hands out and palms up. "Forgive my intrusion but certainly we don't need to resort to weapons. Afterall I am unarmed." He said. looking to the group gathered there.

Kianna frowned briefly as she looked upon Kevin, circling around Stryfe to observe the happenings that had delayed her departure. Mollem had not spoke of sending another, and she didn't much care for surprises. She was suspicious of this man's presence, but curious as well.
"I wouldn't know." Stryfe told Yuriko, raising a hand that prompted Phinx and the others to gradually lower their weapons.
"You see, you're unarmed in a place you aren't meant to be. I'm not sure how you teleported in, maybe there's a bug in the system, but you have to leave. Now." Stryfe told Kevin, "I don't know you. We have things under control."

Listening Athena would only ask one thing, "What do you come to gain from this? It seems rather fortuitous that suddenly you arrive here, almost convenient in a sense. I will leave you in peace." He said, pulling his jacket slowly to show he didn't have a weapon, he then withdrew a shimmering white crystal. The Crystal formed around his right wrist, and a hologram began to flicker on the crystal as it interfaced with the second wristband he wore, forming a gauntlet of sorts.
He checked the alien text on the hologram before he aligned the coordinates.
"I had hoped to gain an ally against the Empire. And an ally to help spread freedom through this Galaxy. From all whom would take it. But as demonstrated by your friend here, Terra has no interest in Friendship with our Project." He checked the hologram again.
"Give me a moment while my transit system aligns itself and I will depart."

"I am Director Kevin Triplett, and I represent the Project for Extragalactic Colonization of the Aschen Confederation." He of course emphasized Confederation. "We've recently learned our government was taken over by an illegitimate and illegal Empire. We seek allies to assist us in the political leverage in overthrowing his government, and re-establishing a Democracy. Secondly we seek to remove the Taiyou from this Galaxy, Completely." He said, nodding.
