Setting
Completely opposite from its neighboring community to the west, the Tranq, the multifarious population of CasDio harbors a blistering culture which attracts countless industries of commerce. The inhabiting community exemplifies a level of standards and principles unseen throughout the majority of Terran societies. The freedom of exploration, journeys of self-liberation, boundless creation, and the absolute triumph of injustice are all encouraged to enrich the ideals of the common Solinian.
Commanders of their own destination have arrived in the heart of Solinus City to seek out prosperity.
Bright lights from all manners of sources illuminate every corner of every establishment until dawn. Any living complex maintains an automatic shield system built into each window to prevent the rare case of burglary, and to block out city lights that might hinder sleep in the night. CasDio rolls out thousands of compact air-droids throughout the day to assist Solinians with basic day-to-day life in the district or notify them of emergency; traffic control, crime watch, waste management, and directional guidance to any locations they may wish to visit. Powered by the most efficient solar absorption mechanisms known to Terran-kind, the droids often patrol CasDio in sequential cycles during the night for security. They are easily accessible by cellular device of any inhabitant and always present somewhere overhead.
CasDio favors the bold with high class casinos, gyms, hotels, fashion boutiques, clubs, and a myriad of other recreations. The demographics are many, though younger generations often populate the more active establishments. The older, wiser, more successful leaders of business have contributed skyscrapers which entrance visitors with a prominent skyline.
The CasDio of today was built on the persistence of intellectuals and scholars in honor of Cassius Dio, an historical Roman statesman whose charge was the historical record of Rome itself. As the people of CasDio traverse far and wide throughout the land their history will be recorded.

"Agares, my boy..." Mr. Ereb looked up from his tablet and eyed the trooper from behind a pair of reading glasses. "This is the start of an excellent chapter for our enterprise. I have a feeling the new building will serve us well for some time - especially with these new deals being formulated with the Terra Novans."
"Yes, sir." Agares replied with his normal enthusiasm.
"Perhaps we can expand the Alpha Trooper program while we're at it... Offer a pension plan for retired or disabled veterans that want to get back into the fight. So many possibilities..."
"You're really something here," Her friend noted to Synthe.
"Should be one hell of a show!" Synthe nodded in return, still grinning. She gazed out of the window as they made their way through Solinus City, and finally into CasDio. A huge billboard took up one half of a building. On it was Synthe's face.
"Holy shitmas!" Synthe elbowed her friend in the rib and pointed at the billboard. The two of them were silent the rest of the way to the hotel.
