The Multiverse

Setting

Dark, Gothic and spiralling above the castle keep, this tower is the unmitigated highest point of the location and contains some of the most striking of Castle Vankoryth's architecture.

On the inside, access is granted on the upper floor of the castle keep, behind a wooden that creaks to alert all denizens of tower and castle alike that someone is intruding...

And inside the tower, spiral stairs wind around the inside walls, and any dead light manoeuvring it's way through the scarcely placed windows often highlights something related to the undeath; most common being the signature pot containing dead rose.

The tower contains several rooms, all used for some purpose or another, but the one at the very top - in the 'attic' of the tower, is firmly closed; bolted shut by thick, iron locks and bars. And the view inside this room through the window reveals nothing, as thick drapes hang behind glass.

He awoke with a chill.

Casren Bistreo knew not the source of the dream, or why he was selected. He knew not why it plagued him every knight; only that it did. So vivid was it, like a memory.

Was this the call?

A vast temple to his back, Aslund at his feet. Snow and ice trying their best to disturb his dead flesh. Actually, it did disturb him. It was frigid cold and bit like ice, but despite the pain he stood strong. There the snow gathered at Casren's feet, his frame encased in a frost through the time.

Every night he weathered the storm.

It was as if the very Terra was challenging him to fall. Casren stood, and in his dream, as his outer self realized it was all a dream, there was a surge of...Was it triumph?

Looking around the silent room, he pushed papers from where they had collected under his head. How did he fall asleep? Reading? Researching... After a glance at the headers of a couple documents, Casren realized he had been piecing together a large, formal map of Aslund. Only the far north and the south west were missing. The far north.

Casren emerged from behind a gargoyle boasting a ruby encrusted sword. Keeping to the shadows, he maneuvered towards the stairs. His scent was masked with sage, or so he hoped.

Stephanie fell asleep in a beautiful meadow amongst the daffodils, buttercups and daisies.
She found herself in an isolated stoned area. It was a ghost town. She got up off the ground and looked around. Viewing the new scenery.
Her heart pounded looking around. She was very disorientated her legs shook beneath her and she was wondering how she got too this new place.

Luxandria dryed herself clean from her privious bath of rose and milk. Dressing she equipped her armor and clipped her locks away from her face. Her mission was clear now and the sense of unease no longer haunted her mind. Exiting the room she began to walk, confused as to where she was going she aimlessly wandered around doubting herself. And slashing the roses with the arrow she had retrieved from her back.

Suddenly, a swirling vortex appears to the down. You can see something appear in that direction.
