Setting
The structures themselves reflected a long history of turmoil. In some places buildings were patched from explosions, in others just the foundation remain. Between the deli's sat bunkers, and even the yards of the residents boasted doors to underground escapes, their roofs holding turrets high. Either way, it was apparent by the architecture that Wing City would be standing for a while.
Like any suburbopolis, the traffic was horrible. The only real time to drive was at night, when the hover-bike gangs and hot-rodders took their wheels for a spin.
Energy, Ki, Aura, Magic, Chi, Chakra, Raietsu. All of these follow a single common factor, they are all forces inside an individual's body that allowed them to draw strength and achieve god-like feats. Echo knew this as she spent many years studying this cosmic force and phenomina, and could 'see' or 'feel' his particular type. As well as, she assumed anyway, the opposite.
The man on the building was no exception to this rule either. As a result, Echo would turn her head to the direction Sukuna energy came from. "Though it would seem we are being hunted at the moment" she said in a calm tone even though the feeling was sinister. "I hope you aren't the Hero type, cause im no damsel, If a fight breaks out we need synergy, not romanticism savvy?"
He took a pleasurable nod in her agreement but his gaze shifted as she seemingly plucked out another who'd been quite a distance off. He hadn't felt the individual, so he could only presume they weren't Ki users, but could only surmise she'd been able to feel him out. Such was the ins and outs of this nexus point of cross-world amalgamation. It came to no surprise really. Turning his attention toward Sakuna, his hawk-like eyes studying him for a moment, he waved a sudden dismissive hand and offered out a hand. "I've just arrived, as have you. I've no intentions of barking up the wrong tree. I'm not sure of what they're capable of, but my patience wouldn't allow for it to draw out more than half a minute." He explained, or was that a warning? True he'd been known for his gentle nature, but considering all he'd gone through in the past twenty four hours...it was likely that his fuse was, indeed, short. "So damsel or not, I'd suggest we get you clothed and such. If they're adamant enough on hunting, they'll give chase. If they can fly, then we'll have trouble...if not, well, they'll likely get caught up in traffic..." He mused, dropping a snarky little line at the end.
Bukujutsu had wonderful advantages.
Gojo started strolling down the alley way holding his pda in the air to get a better signal, and trying to find high energy from a distance, and which he did, in fact he found two, just a couple of miles away from where he was. A grin appears from his face, as he reached his back with his right hand, and a large scythe.
The scythe taller then he was, and began sprinting towards his target. "Once I'm at a good range I can see if they are slaying worthy, the higher they are, the better the reward." He says to himself.
"No, Vegeshin Kanahashi, I can't fly" She said putting her arms behind her back "But, I can jump rather high and run rather fast and levitate. However I cannot fly"
On Exaldin, Flying and Levitating are two completely seperate things. Levitation is similar to flight but requires magic to propell and lift. It also allows an Anthian the ability to seem as though they were standing on Air. Flight, however, cannot be achieved though magical means and is normally found passively in mostly animals or creatures born with wings. Most Anthians, when 'Flying', use a technique that is something akin to a Double Jump.
"But why must we fly? Couldn't we walk and perhaps chat more? I see no reason to streak of into the night, from the feeling I get from that person....." She said as walked past Him and began to walk down the street "He's trying to size us up and see if we're going to be a good fight, If we walk, maybe he'll think we're lame or something and just go away right?" She said stopping and spinning on her heel to look back at him with the same glowing eyes and kind smile.
The Hell's Raven stared at him furiously her wings opened so she stayed aloft, "Besides you are too young to be waving a scythe around like a damn pretender. So what say you, annoy these people or die in the most awesome yet horrific way, you have until my cannon recharges, if you don't answer then I'll recharge my blast and fire again, even an immortal can't take that much radiation, so your choice bucko." yeah she was pissed off, utterly livid and this genius had now decided to show up, one the whole scythe thing pissed her off as she knew he was not worthy of such a device and also his intent on annoying others that really got her mad. Nonetheless her shots had to be controlled while in city, if she let loose her full power levels, well it would be utterly distastrous.
Gojo had glared at the girl who was flapping her wings, hearing every insult that was aiming towards him. The beginning of the stick of his scythe to the ground. A laugh left from the boy, and he smirked. "Big talk for a wannabe angel, and me being a kid doesn't have to mean anything, I just easily deflected your unexpected attack with this scythe right here" He says as he show's off his scythe.
"In that case, a little kid deflected a powerful attack, so don't underestimate me." He barked, he had wondered where the girl had came from, and wanted to know the reason why she would suddenly attack for no apparent reason, since he has never encountered anyone before.

A light beam was shot out of no where, though it wasn't heading towards the girl, or gojo, but towards somebody else, maybe the two unknown beings that he was trying to take out until he was disturbed by a random angry chick. "I wonder if that person is on my side, but I was hoping for that person to aim at her instead of them, but it's all good." He says to himself.
"Looks like there is some sort of conflict going on between those two, but I'm not the type of person to engage into someone's fight, though I did steal two of his targets, but eh oh well" The boy who shot from his rifle from the ground away of sight.
His identity was all covered with a white, and purple suit, with white arrows on his arms, and his sniper which he is holding with him. He just came back from a mission, and he didn't feel like resting just yet.
"I don't want him to think that I am on his side, surely I don't partner up with anyone outside of my group" He says putting his rifle away, and beginning to move swiftly, and undetectable with his suit still active.
Much like Ki, he could deflect various other forms of energy simply by timing it right and coating his extremity in a thin layer of Ki to act as refractive shielding. As it harmlessly bounced off of him, his eyes narrowed on the individual who'd done so. Another who, for whatever reason, saw fit to try and execute he, or her. Both. Whichever. Visible, or not, it wasn't difficult to ascertain the point of origin a beam round had been loosed from. It were times like this that he remembered how infuriating the city could be. His days as a Militiaman tested his patience time and time again...seeings as he'd been akin to an officer of the law. Just with added perks and benefits and the ability to do things that normal officers weren't quite cleared to do. Since then, though, his privileges had been rescinded and he was back to being the typical vigilante hero the city apparently didn't want.
Closing the gap betwixt himself and Echo, his eyes casually flit across to take in the scythe wielding maniac and the strange female who'd chosen to make him her priority. Whichever the case, she proved to be the fleeting distracting he'd needed. Without another word, he turned his back on both the woman and the scythe wielder and paid zero heed to the individual who'd fired upon Echo and himself. He had no interest in this current conflict. If it continued to draw out...perhaps after clothing the scantly clad lady before him he'd return to clean up. For now? She'd been his priority.
"Again, I wouldn't worry about either of them..." He began. "My priority is to get you situated. And as you are, bare assed..." He continued, hardly holding back his tongue at this point out of mild frustration. "I think it best we get you into some clothes. Not carry off on a jolly stroll around the streets of Wing City when events such as this spring up more often than not." He offered. There was no need to wait around to hear her protests, either; instead he moved to scoop her up and over his shoulder, despite the obvious clean shot of her bare bottom being put conveniently in his peripheral sight. He'd just have to ignore it. "Not to mention I find it awkward wandering around with a young lady in no panties borrowing my shirt. And that leaves me bare chested. It just doesn't look right."
Without another word to add, if he'd managed to scoop her up he wouldn't hesitate in parting ways with the ground; his figure lifting into the sky.
Long experiences with her improbable friend taught her that the chances that she was dead was basically negligible. It was annoying, but Molly had that effect on all probability. If it could go wrong, it did, but she always survived. Absolutely maddening.
"I can't believe it. I can't believe it. This is why you never leave a demon for dead...asshole pulled through and recovered. I came after him to finish the job, but he had help. The help did THIS to me. Maybe it's time for me to hang it up...oh, hi. Ever fought a guy with a rapier, hangs out with a redhead succubus? I almost had them, but I fell into their trap. Only by the grace of Pelor did I manage to break free, and here I stand, a shamed paladin...young warrior, you must assist me in my quest."
"Roy, afliggen," she commanded, and the dog sat. "Everything alright here?"
He threw his helmet on the ground with a loud CLANG, revealing white hair and a salt and pepper beard. Blue eyes conveyed his holy wrath at Kaitlynn. "Though I suppose we can and should work with the secular authorities. Greetings, Officer. I am Father Gary Mandolera...is this your animal companion? I seek assistance on my holy quest to slay a demon."
"Second...who's a cute puppy, you are, yes you are!" Kaitlynn has a severe weakness to fluffy animals, and given she was now on her knees scratching behind the dog's ears, cooing to the dog. It was a bit of a weakness. "And yes, demons are evil, let's kill all the demons and so forth." She commented blandly before she turned her attention back to the dog.
He seemed a bit out of touch, to say the least, but at least he looked old enough to excuse the anachronisms. But his heart was clearly in the right place, as evidenced by what looked like priestly vestments under the slime-covered metal coat.
"But you two can work together. I can find Molls on my own. It won't be too hard. I'll just follow the trail of sheerly improbable events." Was he seriously saying dost? She was not working with anyone who said dost. Still, the woman continued to pet Roy. Dogs were so much better than people.
The officer disappeared, before another young woman walked across the street, a staff on her back, and a rather elegant, though somewhat revealing, outfit on. Her hair was long, and changed from black to a bright blue at the tips. She walked with confidence, with just the right amount of naivety to hint at her youth. The woman stopped in front of the two.
"Hello, I could not help but overhear your predicament? Odette Bellerose, of Meridian Isle. Can I help you out? I always did fancy an adventure!" She smiled and looked at the paladin innocently. "Besides, a Paladin like yourself might be strong, but you can't possibly work alone."
"You know, I don't really want to neutralize one of my best friends. Get rid of the possession, yes. Other than that, not so much. But you and Odette here have fun." She said firmly and backed away. "I'm going to poke around the police station, see if any of them know Molls."
Weird paladins and teenage girls carrying staffs. just another weird weird day in this weird city. God, she couldn't wait to get Molly out of here and back home. With that, Molly turned her back on the other two and left, intent on finding the police station to see if Molly was there, or if they might know where she was. Seriously, how the hell could the other get away with these shenanigans. It just wasn't normal.
