Waiter: "Hello, welcome to Eat Out, Tierge has been expecting you two." he would smile and point in a formal manner towrad the door.
"Shall we?" Heralding would ask the elf, in awe.
He wasnt at all unintelligent, in fact, he studied in the arcanum specialising in the sciences but after a tragic accident involving his mother Brass decided that , at least for now, he wanted to do something more freeing.
He took a seat at one of the many tables and lifted a menu to order. and his sleevelest vest moved to the various ripples of his muscles.
Leighana was dressed in the Restaurant Maid attire, it was her job to serve, and wait, but she was greeting at the door for the next 5 minutes. Waiting for something interesting to happen, or someone interesting to show up for her to wait. She had 7 other waiters on the Patio, doing the same thing, so she would wait.
The Patio was and the entire resturaunt was floating on a magical surface, provided and designed by her boss...Tierge was an excellent magician to be able to put it above Wing City Plaza, so she admired that. It was also see through somehow, it you were looking form the ground. But she wasn't nervous, from up here, there was solid ground. Plus all you had to do was 'think' about the patio, or leaving the patio if you wanted to go or leave...engenius.
Brass was a dancer, a man who enjoyed the art of expression through movement, and after his long day busking on the streets for the love of it he decided he'd treat himself to a fine meal.
He wasnt at all unintelligent, in fact, he studied in the arcanum specialising in the sciences but after a tragic accident involving his mother Brass decided that , at least for now, he wanted to do something more freeing.
He walked up to the entrance, and being a single man he was alone. @good evening, miss. Table for one, if you would be so kind.' he said in a friendly and polite tone to the woman standing just inside the door.
Waiter: "Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to come with me, you aren't supposed to just sit anywhere, especially without a reservation. Unless you plan to order a special with bottle service, then you can keep your seat." The waiter was all smiles, but very serious.
Leighana looked back at the person who greeted her kindly, he was tall, and kinda cute. But Leighana had little interest at the moment, so she smiled and did her job.
Leighana: "Sure mister, right this way." As she walked into the restaurant, she opened up the way for him, passed the Patio door. "Welcome to Eat Out."
"Hey, I gave you my name earlier, you gonna return the favor? Or do I have to get you drunk first?"
Zii asked as they approached entrance of her former master's restaurant. There was a doorwoman waiting, she was going to approach in a moment to give them exclusive tables. But Zii had her wait, using a quick hand gesture, as she turned and waited on the answer.
Zii was escorted into the restaurant at that last sentence.
The doorman did his usual polite introduction, delivering a slight bow. "Yeah, Yeah, Go and fetch me someone, I'm literally and figuratively starving." Makthus rebuked, He took the closest seat, Kicking his chair dangerously far back as he placed both his boots onto the table. The restaurant was pretty empty, a few lonely patrons scattered around. The only real interesting one was the apparent drunk stumbling outside the restaurant. He looked quite lost, out of place so to say. He looked like he would be confused even if he wasn't what looked like piss drunk.
He stumbled back inside, still trying to get used to his surroundings and the general gravity of the new universe that he's been exiled to. Still, he didn't like being eyed at by the employees, even if he did literally just walk out of a tear in space and time that just mended itself back together as he walked out of it. What caught his eye was the shady fella that was looking at him. Al would very much like to go back outside, but the place was far too eldritch for him. Al looked around with his eyes. After a good ten seconds he asked "Hey, how are ya?"
It took him a few moments until the man threw out a greeting. "Well, how courteous. Personally I'm doing just fine, it takes a couple of stabbings before I lose my humor. You, you don't look all that good yourself." Makthus swung his hand up pointing directly at Al. "Really, you do look like someone who is about to get shot while turning the next corner...
Makthus leaned forward whispering gently ...That wasn't meant to sound as much of a threat as it did"

Ah, it's okay m'dude, I understand. Also, if we're actually in the bar I think we may need to switch locations.

Al looked around before actually introducing himself. "Anyways, m'name's Al. Uh. I don't mean to be rude but...how do you greet each other in this universe?" Yes, this place was so eldritch to him that he couldn't grasp the seemingly simple idea of shaking hands. In his universe, they'd wander around in other peoples minds and implant thoughts in there. But here, he couldn't do that to anyone.
