Hagan Avenue
Hagan Avenue is named after the founder of Tech Con, Miles Hagan, and its former Chief Executive Officer. Hagan Avenue is home to the Terran corporate headquarters of Tech Con and is the premiere location in Wing City for all things Aschen. As a result, Hagan Avenue is the central pathway upon which 'Little Tauron' perpetuates itself. The bloodline of Aschen culture on Terra, the street is dominated by Aschen-run businesses, restaurants, bars and hotels.
Among the most prominent locations on Hagan Avenue are the Tech Con Spaceport, the Tech Con Mercenary Barracks,, the Tech Con Mining Annex, and the Tech Con Terran Headquarters.

As Marcus burned, his skin reactingly violently to the chemical, the Hooded Man just watched. He stood on a nearby roof watching the chaos he had helped create. Where there should have been an angel on his shoulder, there was nothing but a devil.
No remorse, no regrets, no sympathy. He had a job and he had done it at the cost of several lives. Some innocent, some not-so. The blaring alarms were like music to his ears, yet also a reminder that there was more to be done. He had more work to do in the next few weeks, this was just the beginning of the end.
