"Also I made sure to delete all the files on creating synthetic Neo-Hunters, and since the lead scientist doesn't trust anyone else to view his files, and also suffers from memory loss every night at midnight, he has to look over the files he created to remember what he's done, so yeah, really lucked out there." Said Trixie.

Alpha whistled, "When you do work, you sure leave no stone un-turned do you? Thats good. That means that only people who are making synthetics is Project Indigo...", he said.

"Oh those guys, I'm pretty sure father ordered the troops to hunt those guys down and kill them, the lead scientist refuses to work on projects others have already done, so father told him no one has done it yet and he ordered the troops to hunt down those guys so the lead scientist won't find out and destroy all the work he's done on the project, although they may still be around, they won't be doing anything massive scale for a long, LONG, time." Said Trixie. "That reminds me, The Mechanic once mentioned something about a brother and sister he discovered when he raided a Project Indigo base a while back, do you know what happened to them?" Asked Shade.

Alpha sighed, "Their not going to find Project Indigo. Even I haven't found them. They cover their tracks well, almost too well. Besides, the only living remnants of Indigo are me, and Tex". He thought about what Trixie said, "...most of Indigo's subjects weren't related...those two...Lyla...and Razor. They're living out somewhere on the edge of the universe...a few years back, when Indigo was our biggest concern, about half of the test subjects and I, found and attacked multiple outposts that had tie to Indigo...the ending results weren't pretty, thought the experiments that they were conduction inside those facilities were just...horrific...worse then anything I had ever seen. From my memory, there was a third girl...Mary...she...she was taken in during one of our raids. We haven't seen her since...and a powerful psionic like that? If they somehow harness her, you could walk right by their largest facility, and only see an empty field. I've been around, trust me, and she has the most powerful mind I have ever seen. I also met up with to old enemies...clones of Tex...they were part of phase two of Project Indigo, I was phase three. I was supposed to kill all of them, but I left two alive, Jekk, and Mercy...they're still around somewhere. Honestly not much is left from Indigo, and what is has been so cleverly covered up it would take years to find again", Alpha said, "Sorry if that was a bit long, or too dense". Tex crossed her arms, "So Jekk and Mercy are still alive?". Alpha jumped back, "Gees Tex, I have a really bad heart! But yes. They are. I dont know where, but their still kicking. Last I heard, Indigo should be on phase four". "Which is?", Atlas asked. "Make The Perfect Lifeform", Alpha said slowly.

The Mechanic was passing by holding a cloth bag of materials. "Lyla, Razor, Mary...those names sound familiar...WAIT!" Said The Mechanic. The Mechanic then handed the bag to Ace. "Take that to my step-father." Said The Mechanic. Ace nodded and ran off down the hall. "They're alright?! Do you know where they are? Or at least the world they're on?! Even the general area the world is in would do!" Said The Mechanic. "Mechanic, I know that look, it's the look you make when your friends have gone missing for a while and you become extremely concerned if you have no clue what happened to them, and it's also when you stop paying attention to all kinds of warnings, just because you want to make sure your friends are safe." Said Trixie. "Not now!" Said The Mechanic. The Mechanic turned back to Alpha hoping for an answer.

Alpah and Tex exchanged glances, Tex nodded. "Lyla and Razor are fine. I don't know for sure where they are living, but its very remote. Indigo will never find them as long as they don't make too much noise. As for Mary...she was taken...I have no idea where she is, or could be. Im sorry", he said. Tex sighed, "It happened a long time ago. We were raiding an outpost doing research for Indigo. We weren't paying attention, and Mary got nabbed...haven't seen her in over nine years...I honestly doubt that we'll ever find her", she said solemnly.

The Mechanic's eyes then went black with white pupils, and he punched the wall leaving a large hole, he then pulled up a holographic monitor. "Maria? Is the program finished?" Asked The Mechanic. "Yes, it just needs you to review it." Said Maria. "Change of plans, add it now." Said The Mechanic. "But you said-" Started Maria. "I KNOW WHAT I SAID!!!" Yelled The Mechanic. "Okay." Said Maria. The Mechanic then seemed to disappear, but in reality he was just running to the cockpit. "I will find them, and I'll make them pay, I promised them, I broke that promise, but I'll make it alright." Said The Mechanic. The Mechanic then started messing with the touch pad and pulled up the list of people that have been in the Rift Rider and selected Mary, he then locked onto her location thankful that he added a code a while back to get around psychic abilities, he then slammed on the gas and the Rift Rider teleported.

After being created from the santification of Violence, the now born archangel flew upwards top the world of the High Heavens. Great towers structures with intricate architecture and gorgeous vistas. The world here was far more less toxic and felt pure, even just. Nonetheless she was not sure what to expec. Garbed in pure golden chestplate shimmering with effervescent beauty. The gleam showing polished and even well-crafted cuirass. Her four splendid wings more like gossamer than feathers, blue and welcoming with such ethereal visage. A cowl obscuring the eternity of her features and only her bodily structure indicating her gender. She knew her name as Auriel. Knew and understood she was the representation of pure hope. The Light of Hope. There was still questions, many she was deeply curious of.

Confidence radiated from her despite her naivety, nonetheless, curiosity drove her onwards. Finally she stood before the gates and spoke, "I Auriel, Light of Hope I come seeking allies to chain the liar Prince Lucifer again. I was born when the sisters Eve and Lilith consecrated Violence. In that moment hope was born. I am that hope. Hell can be defeated those two proved it. I stand here to offer my services and restore the status quo. Will you have me?"

The gates of heaven opened but Auriel was not greeted with silence or a vast emptiness that most assumed. Angels of all shapes and sizes stood before her with weapons at the ready but little to no intent on how to use them. Few trumpeted and parted a path for the angel and if she would traverse the heavenly host eventually she would find the throne of God.

Its structure was indescribable and no one color could be pinned to its solid glory. The only thing that was certain was sitting by the mighty throne sat another whose features seemed almost to divinely crafted to be any of the seraphim or other order of angels. The figure wore a mask that was featureless and simple clothes and in its hands was a simple looking book which it seemed to be reading.

"Auriel." The masked angel spoke up as it flipped through the pages of its book. "Light of Hope. A strange title though I suppose strangers things have come to light." The angel flipped through a few more pages before turning his sightless gaze over towards the newcomer and shutting his book. "I am Raziel, Archangel who chiefly resides over the thrones of Heaven and keeper of the universes secrets." The Archangel smiled and slowly stood and placed himself between the newcomer and the throne of God.

"You have come seeking? So ask and I shall deliver."

Enarmoured by the pure and noble entourage the young archangel stepped forward with purpose and spoke clearly. Though her voice had a harmonic quality to it, somewhat radiant but also calming. A mixture of placid splendour and powerful majesty, "Greetings Raziel I am encouraged the High Heavens are not abandoned because when I witnessed what occurred in Hell I was horrified. I know I am just born, but I could not understand how such a thing could be allowed to occur. I know it was foretold he would not be free until end of time. But here he is, so what has gone wrong?" she asked earnestly despite her grandeur, after all respect was due, nonetheless she continued, "I have come seeking allies, my duty I know is to fix this wrong and restore the balance, but I realize those who would stop me. I felt the powerful just aura from this place and knew I had to come here if only to get more answers. I represent Hope, but I am prepared for strife, know that. So although I may appear merely symbol, this armour is not decoration and with my cord---."

With that she conjured a long white cord into her hands, it stretched far and seemed more like a whip than anything else, "This is Al'maiesh it is my weapon of choice, although I can just as well use a blade. I am prepared to fight against Infernal Depths to end Hells clench over the planet and free the citizens from its whispers."

"Things have been foretold, yes, I am more so aware than most of the things to come." Raziel muttered as he began to walk towards the newcomer. The Archangel simple placed his book close to his chest and clutched it tightly as if protecting it from all but himself. He simply raised his left hand towards the young angel and smiled beneath his mask.

"Hope is indeed something that is required but allow me to provide for you a bit to mentally chew on." Raziel finally placed his outstretched hand upon the others shoulder and used his book to lightly tap her upon the forehead. "I have left this holy place on several occasions. I have lived among the creations of our most Holy Father and listened to their words."

The Archangel of Secrets simply chuckled and pulled away from his sister only to turn his back on her and removed his mask. A face hidden by the mask now revealed a supple looking young man with dark brown hair and light blue eyes. His visage was not shown to Auriel but instead he simply stretched his golden wings of vellum but did not turn to look at his sister. "Humanity needs our guidance to return back to the path of righteousness. However, now might not be the time, one might agree that the rising problem within Hell could cause a bit of a problem. No the true problem would be if there should be any intervention whatsoever."

Finally Raziel turn to look at his sister only to smile and glance down at the written text within his book. "Do you feel that order is truly needed in order for humanity to survive? I might add that every man, woman, and child has survived almost far worse as nightmares and monsters of all kinds roam the earth and feed off both the imagination and their fear." Raziel closed his book and stood before the Light of Hope with both arms open and with book and mask in hand. "Dear sister do you feel like we need to act?"

Once more earnest she gently nodded her head with reverance and respect, "Brother I do feel we should act. For now hell is weakened, Violence been completely consecrated and there is signs a civil war could break out there. This would seem the perfect time to make our move. Hell is weaker without unity and though Lucifer has returned he still does not control all of the circles." bowing with genuine cordiality she went on, "I am merely born, but I sense much darkness in this world... I would never accept purging or complete annihlation of mankind. We are the protectors, and our duty is to them and the Lord Almighty. Nonetheless I do truthfully feel that striking at Hell is ideal strategy if only rout them while they are weakened... Of course..." she paused gazing at him in thought, "I realize I been born only few hours, and would not be presumptous and claim to understand the situation with perfect clarity. In fact there is much I don't fully understand..."

Still gripping her cord or whip, she nonetheless spoke further, "I do know we have a chance that would never have been imagined, a Hell facing civil war and without a head. It was foretold Lucifer would be invincible if he gained absolute control... Currently he does not have that... Still I won't go in blindly, I need allies and I need knowledge to make sure I do things right..."

Raziel smiled and simply could not comprehend what to do next. The Archangel of Secrets simply pondered what he could say or do in order to bring a certain light to this entire situation.

"The world is indeed filled with much darkness. Filled to the brim with anger, falsehoods, and zeal of the likes which has not been seen in millennium..." The angel simply held himself in his rightful position and continued to smile. "My dearest sister I'm afraid that it is not our place to act on such accords. Change is a constant which all beings face and even here within the most holy of sanctuaries we even seek out a different way of preserving things."

The Archangel simply guided his companion over to the throne of god just to simple show her that it was empty and without the most holy on high. "His grace has not been present in sometime. I do not question my roll I play or even assume that I know what is best.....yet I do tend to step down and live amongst the mortals only to see how they have progressed."

Listening with reverance and respect, Auriel tried to understand wisdom her brother clearly possessed but it was difficult to fight ones nature. As she had been born from the sanctifying of Violence, there was innate desire to act. Of course she did not believe she knew better, but as of most youth she was impetuous and truly believed she was more in the right. Not so much a brat, just idealistic in her views, "I understand what you say dear brother, but is it not our duty to prevent the tide of darkness? Lucifer has returned and thus his return set certain events in motion surely? Thus it would seem wise for us to act on this valid opportunity?" pausing she tried to think exactly how to phrase all this? It was difficult to explain this, "We are meant to be shepard's of Humanity. Our duties are to perserving the status quo. Lucifer would intend to unhinge this and remove what once truly mattered in grand scheme of things. Thus as Shepard's we must act? That is my understanding brother, I may be young, but I was created for a reason. Hope is rare nowadays. How can people have hope when the shepard's are doing little to protect them? Lucifer is a wolf and we are letting him in the field with helpless people."

She did not meant to sound angry, or even full of unending strife, but her creation obviously was meant to serve a purpose surely? A purpose meant she must act, stalling or debating philosophy was not going to help humanity who were already entrapped in the dark promises and lustful whispers of the Prince of Lies.

The Archangel simply smiled and listened to the young warrior of light and hope. If she would not listen then maybe it was time to take a different approach.

"Take the fight then against the viper who was cast down." Raziel took on a commanding tone as he placed his mask back upon his face as to hide his features. Behind the featureless face he now bore a frown would remain hidden. "Might I suggest that if you are to fall down upon that long and treacherous path."

Raziel began to walk away from the younger thing only to chuckle to himself. "Call upon me if you need to escape the Hell your about to open up. Lucifer has made many friends and enemies over his escape." The Archangel of secrets simply vanished from the throne room as he once more took up a life bellow upon the earth to truly witness what he already knew.

"How they all change." Said a rickety bird composed of small changes of growth made by mankind.

All changes catalogued among the expanse of many eyes. The celestial record remained unbroken even if none sat upon the throne to read it. One of sixteen faces that tended to the record flew across the field of singing cherubim to deliver knowledge to heaven. Also one whom was the barrier that would take a man the course of 2500 years to surmount. A creator of the bulwark to keep one very particular worm whom in the fullness of time became merely a bystander. No more than many others that struggled against the fate of mankind even if it named both heaven and hell its enemy. The worm was not the one whom the bulwark was ordained to constrain.

It glided through the host of heaven with little interest in what was already well written. The host must be informed that the worm had broken through the bulwark and that the cursed shadow of a cancerous state had come with it.

Paradise.

It was once home for him, or more specifically...it was his home before being cast out. Lucifer still felt that knife deep within his gut like a burning inferno, heightening and intensifying the rage that he felt. Despite ruling over Hell and watching over it for so long, things were...stagnant. For a long while nothing fun had happened in Hell, nothing to entertain him. Though collecting souls used to be fun, he wanted more excitement than just that. He wanted something to do. Something meaningful that'd break the stagnation.

Of course, this was manifesting in a very foolish yet potentially endearing idea. Walking right up to heaven's gates. With a spring in his step leading him there, he tapped his knuckles against the ol' pearly gates that lead to paradisio. Each tap rang out, not like a tap, but as if someone had scraped their nails upon chalkboard. In normal folk (and even some supernatural beings) it sent shivers down the spine just from its intensity alone, serving as a sort of 'ding dong, the devil's here'.

"Knock knock...who's there? Heaven. Heaven who? Heaven's ex is checking in with the winged crew. Gotta make sure daddy's running a nice resort up here unlike the resort down there. Soooo...anyone around to listen to an ol' sinner...?"

A small bird made of discarded human tools appears glides over the high gate of the heavens. The feathers were thin aluminum sheets, its ribs the bone of bird and human, a small identifiable light of heaven somewhere inside its head. Ophanie, keeper of the celestial records and high scribe of change. Lucifer if any would know of the insular angel as the impartial record keeper both ever in the hall of records and alight in the world recording changes with his thousands of eyes. He'd written down every word Morningstar had said uncompromising with the insistent interpretations of meaning on behalf of the denizens of heaven. Even the ones lucifer had just uttered at the gates of heaven with a neutral exactitude marked in ophaniel creation. Until the last light went out in this reality the scratch of his stylus he would insure a celestial record continued unaltered by bias as best as his intellect and awareness could muster.

The small raven-sized bird settled on Lucifer's shoulder though not a heavy thing even as the odd metal parts inside it trundled away it was an airy creature. The thin voice hidden deep away echoed out a wooden raven's beak between two gold gears for eyes, "What changes have you brought in all the time apart from here, Morningstar? I have neither been here o'erlong. Perhaps heaven cannot change. But, then, from whence comes yourself at all I wonder?"
