Human Village

Arwen Montague set down her hammer with a thump as she finished the last workday of the season. She'd continued serving her local villagers with her expertise craft, even after a roaming adventurer had given her more than lifetime's salary for a single set of armor. The bug in her mind about the material he'd brought with him was still stirring in her mind, but now was no time for adventure.

She wiped her brow with her forearm, sighed, and headed through the stone archway that led into her home. Peeling off her apron and the rest of her clothing, she smiled as she remembered the lovely woman who'd sewn her beautiful outfit for the evening. The one night in the year she'd allow herself a break, she moved on from the anteroom into the house to bathe.

There was a party at the Scarlet Devil Mansion tonight, and she was planning on enjoying herself.

Arwen Montague finished bathing and donned her dress, checking herself in the mirror one last time before heading towards the door.

She laughed to herself, then headed out onto the street to make her way out of town towards the mansion.
