Celeste rubbed her hair when Teddy mentioned lingering blows. ”There’s a reason why I decided to come out. To wait out the lingering pain, it’s nothing to us but for Ebba...I’m afraid the poor girl is not used to pain as you seen. A few scratches and she breaks down. I will relay the message, and I will drop the topic today but I will be wary for now. Regardless...While I am here, anything to ask?” She replied.
"Yes," Teddy replied with a nod, "I did have a few things I wanted to say and ask."
He paused a bit, looking down for a bit as he began to muster his thoughts. He then looked up at Celeste, having his first topic ready. "As you probably know, I was talking with Lazarus on basic education for Ebba. I know you may have to learn a bit of stuff yourself, but if I'm away and Ebba doesn't have an instructor, I think I would prefer it that you be the one to help her learn and go over the materials I want to get for her. I'm worried that Lazarus may not be firm enough since this is pretty boring stuff we're talking about, and Supinity is way too wild to be interested. So how does it all sound to you?"

”So you want me to teach Ebba basic education...And you want to ask me because I’m the best choice. Honestly...From what I have seen survival skills seem more important right now. There’s a war going on right now, and I don’t think teaching her basic education is good right now...” Celeste replied. She obviously still thought basic education was not neccecary.
"Oh," Teddy replied, after a while, he shrugged, "You just seemed like the teaching type was all."
After a brief pause to get his thoughts together, he then had one thought of interest cross his mind. "Out of curiosity," he began, "Do you, Supinity, and Lazarus identify each other as sisters? You and Supinity especially give me the impression of bickering siblings rather than true enemies. You can't live with each other, but you can't live without them, so to say. Lazarus especially comes off to me as the eldest sibling."

”Sisters? Bickering siblings?...What a quaint way of looking at it. We are not sisters, we don’t view eachother as such. We are simply neighbors occupying the same space. Lazarus is certainly mature, but that’s because she has no one to argue with...She is kind yes, she is mature yes...But she lacks true skill.” Celeste replied.
Sheesh, Celeste is pretty rude about this stuff. Teddy couldn't help but let what she said process in his mind. He could at least see a pattern between the three now: Lazarus is kind and helpful and sincere, with no discernible combat prowess outside of support. However, she can also be kind and helpful to a fault it seems like, a bit naive. Supinity was strong and assertive if she wasn't trying to aggressively bring harm onto others, but she is driven to holding others to standards and does seem to give respect if those standards are met. Celeste, Celeste though, she was the one that may be the hardest to befriend, she's protective and more professional, but she also chose to close herself off, her facial expression especially showed it. She even keeps herself closed off from Lazarus, and considering how she might have the potential to be sickeningly sweet at times, is quite the feat!
He knew because of this, Celeste might not hesitate to come into Ebba's defense if she perceives him as attempting to attack or pressure her. In a ways, she may be more dangerous than even Supinity! She did look the part.

”I see you are seeing the pattern there. As expected, I as the armor hold a passion for defending their owner from harm. Through the most difficult times I will stand strong. Supinity is bloodlust, a raging beast with low morals seeking to kill if it sees a threat. Lazarus, a healer, a sage...Anything else you wish to ask?” Celeste asked once again. She was certainly straight to the point.
"I was actually the host of a being myself once, actually," Teddy had begun, looking at Celeste with upfront eyes, "Where I came from, it is possible for people to be empowered with magic by their emotions. I was one of the many few that got the short end of the stick though, and got stuck with not only black magic brought about by negative emotion, but with said powers being derived from what was called a, 'Caged Beast.'"
Celeste gave a slight sigh. ”You should speak to Ebba about that. I would not know how it is to have a body being occupied by another being. As for magic power by emotions...I don’t use magic. Lazarus might be interested but not me.” She replied as she soon turned to removing the dirt from her head.
"I'll spare you the details and just say that it was neither fun nor pleasant," Teddy replied, "I was able to get rid of it."
Celeste honestly wasn't really interested in anything he had to say. "Maybe later you'll be interested in talking about yourself?" He asked.

”Myself?...As long as Ebba says its okay then I guess I will listen. Just dont cut into any training time.” Celeste replied as she removed the last dirt from her head. The pain was almost gone, perhaps a few more minutes.
"I plan to go off world soon, as I told the others," he said, knowing he repeated himself several times, "You can keep Ebba safe while I'm away, right? I was going to try to get money to help support her."
”You don’t have to tell us. Keeping her safe is our job, especially my job and duty. Of course...I will admit getting money is a task when Ebba can’t do that...” Celeste gave a small sigh.
"But it..." He paused, realizing that Ebba will hear this, and most likely, won't be taking it very well, "...It involves me going back into mercenary work and bounty hunting. So anytime I go away, I may not be coming back again. If... She could hear all that, tell her I'm sorry for her having to hear it. With my past, no business worth their weight in salt wouldn't take me in as an employee."
Celeste narrowed her eyes.”If you want to say sorry, I suggest you tell her yourself. I have an urge to attack you the same as Supinity did because I hear Ebba sniffling. In fact I think it would be best for me to leave for your safety.” She stated as a blue light surrounded her. ”You should face it yourself if you have some pride...Damn...I sound like Supinity. Regardless, make her cry hard and I swear I’ll come back and kill you myself...”
Teddy sighed, as Celeste was right, he was going to have to tell Ebba. He was going to have to go off world to get money for the two from mercenary work and bounty hunting, and risk the possibility of not returning to Ebba, or come back to her in a body bag. It was going to be hard, especially since Celeste already said that she was sniffling. Seeing Ebba return to the world and only be faced with the possibility of losing possible her only true friend actually hit him a bit.
Esther, who had faded into the background during this, then began to stand back up. She also had her own news to break to Teddy, something that he would be able to take what she was about to tell him. However, she would have to still wait to for him to talk to Ebba and for the two to come into terms with their situation.
It was going to be a tough few minutes for everyone in the room.

As a blue light engulfed Celeste, her form soon vanished to be replaced by the one person who had those three living with her. Ebba, the shy, quiet, and now sniffling young woman who was covering her eyes. ”Is...Is...Is it t-true?...Y-You could die...B-But your...my first...real...freind...” The poor girl spoke through her sniffling. Probaly threatening to go into full crying.
Teddy paused, then began to look away. He was already conforming to her, getting ready to shed tears himself at this. "Yes," he said to her in possibly the first true guilty tone he spoke in a long while, "I have to. There's no other option I really see. This I'm sorry, Ebba... I only have enough money for us both to get food over a couple of days. Going out and living off of nature isn't an option either, I don't know if suitable materials naturally grow around her, and I have too many enemies out there."

Ebba slowly had tears trailing down her cheeks but something in her kept going...At least, it was just barley keeping her together. ”T-Then...S-Stay safe...S-Stay very safe t-then!...S-Stay...Safe...” She spoke. She seemed to be pleading, but it almost sounded like she was demanding him as well. Perhaps her family’s training helped her. Still...She only had the most furious frown despite her eyes about to burst into tears.
"I'm sorry, Ebba, but this is the way it has to be," he returned, looking down and saddened himself at seeing Ebba like this.
However, Esther had walked over to the two, "I'm sorry for butting in like this," she began, looking at Ebba, then at Teddy, "But Teddy, I did have some horrid news I have to share with you before you do anything." She paused to wait until Teddy looked at her to listen to what she had to say, "That time after you were banished, that time where you had killed Mizer, the body we recovered... It was a fake! Mizer is still alive and out there somewhere."
"Impossible," Teddy mumbled out, his eyes widening, his stance shrinking and his heart sinking at hearing this revelation, "That... That only means he revived the Mizer Program..."
"You can't simply leave her alone, Teddy," Esther replied, "He'll no doubt come after her when you're away. None of us are safe, Ursa, of what you just said is true, then he may have any impostor out there watching us."

Ebba was not sure what was going on. She was ready to cry when Teddy just on,y apologized again, however the woman told Teddy not to leave her alone. She understood very little, so she could only wipe her eyes. Remember what Celeste taught you...Remain Calm...Don’t cry out yet. And Supinity said if you are sad, make an angry face like hers...They helped a lot.
Teddy and Esther looked at each other, despite these two supposedly being friends, this particular situation had growing very uneasy.
Suddenly, Teddy tried to reach for his pistol, but Esther suddenly rushed him and swiveled around to his back, forcefully turning him to Ebba's view! She now had an arm around his neck and she had extracted her own weapon and pointed it at Teddy's neck!
Whoever this was, it wasn't the Esther Teddy knew or had loved, "Don't move a muscle," she threatened, "Prometheus was right when you said you were smart, Ursa, you saw right through me."
"Ebba, get out of here!" Teddy said to her, "Don't worry about me!"

A being called, 'Shadow Draco,' settled in the northern reaches of Collenham Mountain range, has been the source of noticeable interest from my master."
"A dragon it sounds like," Teddy began, "What better way to murder me than have to fight something like that?"
"You don't have to kill that thing," the possible clone said, pushing the barrel of her gun into his neck, "We just want you to go in and steal one of his scales. Prometheus wants research performed upon the creature, so a small specimen should suffice. Just outside, north of here, there will be a motorcycle waiting for you. Ride it to the mountains and you should reach it within the span of a few days... And don't keep us waiting, you do want to keep Ebba safe don't you?"
