Spyri stared blankly, flushed, still ready to fight. But her opponent was gone.

"COWARD!" She screamed after, stomping her feet, beginning a light tantrum.

Spyri calmed down almost instantly, looking to Sir Matthias. The girl turned beet red. It had always been a dream of hers to be a fierce warrior. Now that she was, why didn't it feel so great.

"Yeah, well," Spyri shrugged, "What's your sword called?"

Matthias took a deep breath and smiled. His age showed in that moment and he shrugged his cloak over the right shoulder, drawing out the blade with his left hand, even though he was right handed. Knights of the 13 Segregates wore their blades beneath their main hands as a sign that they were not immediately ready to commit violence.

It was absolutely beautiful. Spyri also displayed her rapier, Cha'tlag, a relic sword from long ago also delicately engraved. It was ice cold to the touch. It had come with grave prices, too.

Eiki had started her search for Komachi, her subordinate.
She wanted to start at the first obvious building she saw, which was this place. She could barely read the sign on the front of the building. "Master's Dojo" it read. Eiki thought this was odd, Youkai always spontaneously fought Spellcard Duels. They wouldn't just go to a pre-planned place for the fight.

"How odd." Eiki said.
She could see various figures duelling and fighting. Some used Swords and Weapons, Others dueled without weapons. But she could not see any Danmaku fired, which she thought was practically impossible. Moreover she couldn't see any Spellcards floating around them; Usualy in spellcard duels they would have their cards circling them for easy access. But she couldn't see any at all.

She didin't have that as her top priority though. Most importantly, Komachi wasn't here; So she might as well leave. But her curiosity overtook her, So she looked for someone unoccupied with dueling. She planned to ask questions about this place.

"I’m going back now."
Eiki looked all over the place but she could not see a single person unoccupied.
It was like everywhere she looked was the same. Two people fighting without spells.
It was becoming a waste of time for her. She needed to find Komachi.

So she walked to the door and exited.

A young girl who didn't have much purpose, and much of a true existence beyond coming from the future! She had no idea how she came about here, but she knew this was a dojo. She picked up a training sword and gave a couple practice swings with it to test the weight. Perfect! Maybe she can do a bit of dueling while she had the chance. After all, she had nothing better to do for now.

Dante looked twice at the invitation in his hands before entering the ancient dojo, his heavy frame sinking into the wooden planks with a creak. Were these numbers correct, or was it a child that had activated the invitation?

Nevertheless, there she was, already with a sword in hand.

Younger and younger these days, it seems.
he said with a smirk as he removed his jacket and began to unbutton his sleeves.

Raising an eyebrow Toamna grinned wide, tilting her head while examining this rather large man. Not quite what she was expecting either, though nonetheless she wasn't too concerned. Twirling the training sword within her hand, she took a couple steps forwards to show him she was ready. "Young? Old? Either way, I hope you're okay with getting roughed up a bit!" With that, she awaited for him to draw closer, wishing to see what he'd do - and a bit curious to see if he'd use a weapon or how he'd try fighting.

The prey was acting unusual, her eyes producing sudden tears, and all at once the Vampire was uncertain in her actions. With another practiced pirouette, she swept the Mutant girl into her arms, embracing her into a tight but restrained hug. "It's okay," she chided like a grandparent. "Things can be very skewed and complicated, but that doesn't change the fact I'm here to help resolve it all."

Akshasha nodded, as if her words resolved every conflict Gabrielle might have been feelings, giving her a genuine smile. "The Prince doesn't trust just anyone to be his Scourge. I'm quite good at logic puzzles, we'll find dear Renee. Let's start at the dojo, places of blood and sweat tend to be the best when it comes to starting searches, especially of this nature." As quickly as the Drow's embrace started, it ended and she was dragging her prey along yet again.

Master's Dojo was well known in Wing City, many of the Huntress's prey had fled here seeking asylum, only to be cut down before they could reach it. I've oft wondered of this "Master" only to be told not to stick my nose where it didn't belong by the Prince. How curious that my nose be suddenly shoved into it.

Their lope was a bit too slow for Akshasha's taste, but she made due, it was truly an exhilarating hunt by now. Gabrielle exhibited all the traits that made the Dark Elf love mortals, and she was keen to keep the game going. "Is this the place then?" A building rose up before them, somewhere the Vampire was told to avoid. The thought would've made her heart race, if it could race.

"Oh! Your hand, let me heal it, scar tissue isn't becoming on a model." She smiled, as warmly as she could manage, before whispering "Curare," in an unintentionally vicious tone. She released the teenager, holding a ball of healing magic in both hands, the healing spell causing an awkward glow on Akshasha's face that seemed to reflect magnificently off her fangs.

When she was suddenly embraced, Gabrielle froze and had absolutely no idea what to do. So, she did the only thing she could at that moment, stood as still as a statue. It felt weird having an almost complete stranger attempt to pacify her and she hoped that Akshasha truly could resolve the secrecy surrounding Renee. Releasing the breath she didn’t know she had been holding, the teenager ran her fingers through her hair and just breathed deeply, knowing without a doubt that her mother was laughing at her from the grave. That thought brought forth a slight twist of her face before she managed to push away the unwanted emotions and memories.

“Alright, to the Dojo then.” Smiling faintly, Gabby let the Drow drag her along the sidewalk yet again as they headed to a place she had never been, but had heard many rumors about. Figuring the elusive Master wouldn’t be there, she was a little disappointed, but knew he wasn’t who they were looking for. From what she understood or remembered, Master was an old friend of Remy, or at least she was pretty positive he was, but then again, she could be thinking of someone else. Pathetic how she barely knew anything about the people she loved.

“Yeah, this is the place.” Gabby answered as soon as they reached the Dojo and she scrunched her nose up a little, hoping it didn’t stink too badly inside. The sudden interest in her hand caught her off guard yet again and she just shrugged at the notion of having a scar on her hand since she was a model.

“Wouldn’t be the first scar and probably won’t be the last. What people don’t see is better for them… better for me.” Leaving it at that, she couldn’t help but step away a few feet at the vicious sounding incantation, not sure if this was a good thing or not. “Err… you don’t have to…” Gabby managed, noticing just how the glow accented Akshasha’s fangs. Her gaze fell back on the door of the Dojo and she stood from one foot to the other, waiting for the female to either heal the injured hand or disperse the spell.

Gabrielle recoiled, stepping away from the Huntress's violent tone. Oddly enough it sort of offended the undead Dark Elf, though she didn't let it show, instead grabbing the mutant's hand and letting the ball of healing energy engulf it. Within seconds the Lebeau girl's hand began to heal itself, sutures forming out of pure magic and knitting the flesh back together. In less than a minute Gabrielle's hand was as it had been before it was sliced open.

"We all have our own unique scars, dear, it's how we react to them, and attempt to fade them that truly matters. Scar tissue simply doesnt hold up as well as normal tissue. I can't return you in a worse state than I found you, tis simply poor etiquette." Akshasha waved a hand in front of her face, as if dismissing a notion as foolish.

The place smelled of Lebeau, truly, but it was hard to tell who. Remy, Renee? Mayhaps both... Either way the scent is old, they're long gone from this place, but... A few trails branched out from here. Indeed the mutants in question had came and left this place more than a few times. "Huumm...."

"One of your kine WAS here... but it seems no longer. Just how far removed were you from familial issues? The trail smells quite old at this point. At this rate I'm going to need to speak with th-the Primogen." The Vampire shuddered at the thought of speaking with the 'Elders.' Such was the title given to the oldest Vampires who served the Prince, even though she came from another planet and was, in fact, much older than the children playing at seniority on this Hell-hole. My sire would make this whole thing seem as child's play. If only he were here...

Akshasha shook off the thought, turning back to her companion and trying to keep the hunger on her mind hidden, "She's not here, neither your sister nor her... um... companions.... er, Childe?" The last word formed oddly in her mouth, being too similar to the word Kindred ascribed to the newly-turned Vampires, and entirely reminding her too much of the centuries past where she was but a Childe. "Lebeau blood's scent trail spreads out too much. Did your father used to frequent this joint, perhaps your sister's lover, or even children of hers? I'm not working with HER blood, and as such i'm uncertain in saying this, but some of these scents don't.... quite... add up." The Huntress frowned, stymied for the first time in ages. Did I get in over my head?

][OOC: Sorry for the delay. It's hard for me to get on a lot.][

When Akshasha grabbed her hand in order to allow the glowing ball to do its stuff, Gabrielle couldn’t help but watch in slight awe. She wasn’t generally phased by glowing things thanks to what all her family could do, but this was something else altogether. Blinking a few minutes before wiggling the digits and hand around, she let the cloth drop to the ground and just shrugged a little at the notion of not being returned in the same shape she had been in when the two met.

“I guess you’re right. Thank you for healing that hand.” Smiling softly, she felt the corners of her lips turning down when it was made clear that the trail had gone cold, so to speak. Frowning deeply, she felt her cheeks blushing, realizing she had been far more removed than she realized.

“Err… I lost contact with them when I was kidnapped. That was … a while back. What’s a Primogen?” She mused, biting a little on her lips before exhaling in exasperation. So neither Renee or Liam were around? Where in the hell did the two idiots go? Unable to help the light growl, she squeezed the bridge of her nose, unable to figure things out.

“Yeah… Remy probably came here often and Renee did too. I didn’t because I wasn’t into fighting. I don’t know who her lover is… nor do I know if she ever had the kid she had made with whoever she was with. I just don’t know…” Whimpering softly, Gabrielle felt the burning in the corner of her eyes as she started to softly cry.

][OOC: lol it's okay, I was also very busy these past couple weeks >_<][

The Lebeau girl thanked the Drow for her healing magic. Is magic unlike mutations that grant you power? Certainly it could be said that magic is just a form of mutation, much like what the LeBeaus do... The Vampire's Elven ears twitched at hearing the word 'kidnapped.' Something about the word was ugly and destitute. Certainly many blood banks kept their supply going by kidnapping people and farming their blood, but it wasn't something Akshasha approved of.

Gabrielle asked a question that took the Dark Elf by surprise, "Y-you were quite sheltered, weren't you? The Primogen run this city behind the scenes; they're a council of next to immortal Kindred that play puppeteer to many high ranking officials that control Wing City. They serve as council to the city's Kindred ruler, the Prince." The mutant girl held her nose, explained she had an aversion to fighting, and began to sniffle and cry.

Oh crap, she's crying again. With her free hand, Akshasha put a consoling hand on Gabrielle's shoulder. "There, there. Sometimes it's necessary to cry, but now isn't the time, we're just getting started." The Drow took the stopper off the vial and smelled the mutant girl's blood again. "Some of these blood trails are a little closer related than others. We should get started, I need to retire for the night soon. No guarantee I can find her before than though."

She flexed, her armor making small metallic noises as she did, the sword on her back clanging lightly as she did. The Vampire feigned a yawn, while she stretched her would be tired muscles. "I've been up for awhile, i didn't expect this night to be so, um... exciting." In truth the sun was coming up soon, and the Dark Elf needed to retire before the sunlight killed her. "Should this take too long, is there somewhere I can meet you tomorrow night?"

“I guess I was pretty sheltered. Mom didn’t want me to be like her… and I guess like dad and Renee, so that’s why I left to start modeling. Well, part of the reason, I suppose.” Gabrielle managed to get a hold of herself while Akshasha explained what the Primogen was and by the time the female had placed a consoling hand upon her shoulder, Gabby had finally stopped the tears, though she did sniff every once in a while. Watching as the vial of blood was sniffed once again, the teenager found herself nodding in agreement.

“Yeah… we should get started. I … I guess it’s okay if we don’t find her tonight. I mean it’s been this long, what’s another day?” Shrugging a little, Gabrielle wrinkled her nose up in thought before stretching her arms above her head, letting her back and shoulders pop in an attempt to get rid of some of the tension that had been building up. When asked if there was somewhere they could meet tomorrow if it took too long tonight to find Renee, Gabby nodded her head a bit.

“Sure, you can find me at Gambit’s again. That’s where I’ll be heading when you’re ready to head off to sleep.” Smiling softly, Gabrielle ran her fingers through her hair, yawning just a little. Tonight had definitely been something else, that was for sure.

"Yep," Spyri hopped out and adjusted Cha'tlag again. "That rode very smooth, I like it! But yeah, we have arived. This is a great place to train," she continued as she led Niku towards the front.

"Many really famous people trained here. It's not even expensive, like you would think it would be. The whole place is basically a haven for training."

Spyri pushed open the front doors. The main atrium wasn't elaborately decorated, and you could tell it had been there for a while. There was power in the air, that was for certain. Power, and a bit of sweat. Spyri took a deep breath in. This is one of the places she felt free.

“Great!” Niku declared as they entered the place. There were a few people casually working out. Niku immediately started running around and examining anything and everything. It was all so alien to him. After a few minutes, he returned his attention to Spyri and said, “Now, I have important question. Who is master here and does he or she know the art of chi? It is something I must master if I hope to defeat Emperor Pit. He is the invader who took over Carne,” he explained. “You know what chi is, right? I can show you. It is the energy of the spirit manifested in a controllable electric and/or explosive form. You know of this?” he inquired, pressing his hands together. He closed his eyes in concentration and a ball of glowing blue energy gradually appeared between his palms. He used his hands to mold it into the shape of a jagged sword, performing a few demonstrative thrusts before allowing the energy to dissipate.
