Setting
The streets and hallways are bustling with life, and steam helps to ward away the cold - however even within here the strain of keeping the machinery in working order has begun to show as several regions of the District do not enjoy this luxury. This District largely serves to contain a wide assortment of stores, houses, and people - most of which are full. Those that aren't inhabited have fallen into disrepair as resources are better spent elsewhere. There are also several Biodomes and Biochambers located in this District.
There are several tunnels and passageways that lead to the Engineering Level, which contains contains the management source of the electrics and plumbing in the cities as well as two attempts at creating new biodomes to contend with the city's growing population - but limited resources have thus far left this venture unsuccessful.
Various stairs, ramps, and elevators provide access to other parts of Central District,
as well as the Upper District.
Northlight Central District
The Central District serves as the biggest and busiest district in Northlight. This District largely serves to contain a wide assortment of stores, houses, and people. There are also several Biodomes and Biochambers located in this district.

Rachel followed Wolf with caution, she knew he wasn't telling her something, for as long as she could remember she had been lied to, cheated and stabbed in the back by the people she thought she could call friends so naturally she immediately knew something was up. "is that so?...well i just sort of appeared here" she looked towards him casually, looking him in the eyes as she spoke, "tell you what how about we play a game? you tell me why and how you got here right from the beginning and i'll tel you the same!" she had a great big grin on her face, hoping that this would work.
Wolf Robin Raven looked at Rachel. He was momentairy stunned. "It's a long story. Like, really long. Annoyingly long...." He walked over to a balcony that looks over Central District. It was massive. Platforms, Floors, and Bridges expanded upward from the bottom floor. The place was much like the outside, except less snow. Here, the people could wear much less warmer clothes. Children, younger then either of them, ran past them both, playing some sort of game. Some robots were around, doing stuff. It was rustic, but beautiful. It had character. But it did not lack advanced technology.

Rachel sighed, guess he isn't that easy to fool then she followed wolf over to the balcony and looked across the city, "this city is amazing..." she thought out loud forgetting for a moment that she was with someone. With that she closed her eyes and held her arms out enjoying the warmth of the inside, she let her hair rise up and float around her glistening in the light of the city.
Wolf Robin Raven looked around the city. There were not only elevators that go up and down, but elevators that go side to side as well. Like a fast transit system. That's when he looked around. He saw a building below, that looked like it was open. "Well, I guess it is time to explore and find a new place to live...". He went over to one of the elevators that went side to side. "I am going to take a guess that you don't have a place either?"
"well no...but i can find my own way nice to meet you" with that she turned on her heels and began to explore the city.
Having left Wolf to go find a place to stay, Rachel had hung around a port watching the ships going back and forth and had managed to bribe a captain to take her back to the Milky way, to take her to Terra where she could tell her 'kin' about this safe heaven then they would trust her...if they believed her that is.
