Setting
Due to the recent rise in tourism that Volaria has been experiencing, and the recently officiated alliance with the AXIS, this former airport has been undergoing heavy renovations to better accommodate for space-fairing traffic.
Entire sections of the spaceport have been closed off while renovations are taking place - though several regions and additions have already been completed to accommodate for their inter-galactic alliance with the nations of the Andromeda Galaxy.

First he ignored it, expecting the swords to react if she were to pull them away from him. But instead, it seemed she took advantage of the swords returning to Vladamir and disintegrated them. It was considered an insult to touch a Shadonian's weapon without his/her consent, but destroying them is punishable through death back in the Shadonian Empire. Well, that law won't work since Vladamir was exiled a few years ago.
He stared down at the blank area where his swords were kept, it took time for the situation to make it's kick to the shocked Shadonian warlord. Rage began to boil through his body, it was made obvious when his sleeves began to blow around and shake as his shadow arms seemed to boil, the shadows flowing like a liquid defying gravity by flowing from the pointed fingers which enlarged a little, all the way to his shoulders. The arms themselves grew thicker.
"You know, it is considered an insult to touch a Shadonian's weapon without consent. I was going to place them down as long as you don't touch them. But now. Destroying a Shadonian's weapon is the equivalent of destroying his soul." Vladamir hissed through gritted teeth. The rage causing his eyes to bleed under the blindfold, the blood drips down his face as shadows begin to leak out from underneath. "I hope you know how to build new ones. Or how to pay me back." He spoke as he lashed his arm out to grab onto the woman's neck.
Not a flinch, not a waver. No warning. The female Agent gritted her teeth as she lashed with her electrokinesis, hammering back with an even full dozen powerful arcs of electricity, each in their own enough to bring down an elephant and to stun it so surely, it would be minutes before it stood back up. The stench of ozone tore into the air as she threw her power forward with the speed of electrical energies, targeting the outstretched arm, his face, his other arm, legs, torso, and groin.
The backlash wave of her charged mind flung her coat in billows, riding phantom winds as the full weight of her mental presence settled to a point. The effect was tangible as arcs of electricity flared around hands that shifted out, fingers splaying wide, one leg shifting backwards. Energy rippled around her like a deadly storm. The display was enough to justify her query, seeming so long ago, to the entrance guard about whether or not her psionics should be considered a weapon or not.
Should nothing interfere, the bolts would strike and deliver their massive charges, hurling the Shadonian back into the cell and leaving him stunned, if not outright killed by the power gathered in them.
The very bullets fired by the officer would acquire a charge, simply by her presence and mind. "Sit the fuck down, you fool."
The super-conducted bullets fired from their sidearms were energized in an electromagnetic field - well capable of piercing heavy armor and disrupting shields. Against an unarmored opponent, the bullets would meet little resistance. Vladamir would be peppered with gunfire as Rebekah struck him with her own debilitating attack.
The officers response to Vladamir's abrupt attack had been swift, and with lethal intent. Should he survive Rebekah's attack, he would still need to contend with numerous bullets that would rip through his body and vital organs with fatal precision. The officers had reacted on instinct to neutralize the threat.
Adding to Vladamir's predicament was the pointed lack of shadows within the open space of the room as the solar energy fields of the containment room activated to prevent escape should he manage to subdue the officers within the room - as unlikely as it seemed.
With slight twitches of her anti-gravity drive, slinking down into Terra's orbit, a handshake was established between the medical corvette and Volarian ground control at Port Astria. During the first half of its descent, communications achieved authorization to land, listing its berth, and re communicated Director Issane's missive regarding the no weapon laws. Clearance granted, the Fire of Life accelerated her landing speed, settling just below sonic speeds for its approach. Roughly half an hour later, the corvette settled with graceful ease in her dock.
As the disembarking procedures began, Captain Isaac Tanner and his sister, Commissar Mai Tanner, met with members of spaceport security, turning over manifest and request forms. Crew scuttled over the ship, detaching two Ox skimmers from the hull and assisting the suited medical team in loading nanite crates, a semi-doc, and shipments of antibiotics and anti-microbial retrovirals, among the more standard medicines and supplies. The truck sized skimmers were unarmed, their long beds soon piled neatly with the teams required equipment.
As the teams prepared to depart, Captain Isaac addressed one of the spaceport officers. "Commissar Mai Tanner was also ordered to meet with Director Issane. Could you inform her, or direct the commissar to the Director, please?
