Conference Room
Everyone had been called to the large conference room aboard the Yamato Class ship. With the Taiyou officials sitting at one end of a large rectangular table, they quietly awaited the arrival of everyone else, even the Emperor had been called, and was present, sitting on a slightly raised throne, with Shimizu and Yukiko on either side to handle the negotiations themselves.
Admiral Yamamoto was also present, seated near the corner of the Taiyou side of the table, while a young woman in a Kimono approached, she began to pour the men tea, bowing slightly and returning to the ship's galley.
"Now we wait." Shimizu commented, while Yamamoto nodded in approval.
"We will dictate peace terms to the Cybrans, and hopefully avoid a future conflict."

The Emperor swallowed again, stroking his chalky white beard, closing his eyes over before opening them again a couple of seconds later. His breathing was heavy his old hands frail. He turned and looked at the commander to his left, "Wer diesen Krieg begonnen ... Ich möchte, dass sie tot ist."

"Admiral Killigan, you are ordered to leave this ship immediately. Return to your shuttle." The glare of Agency Director Rebekah Issane was a cold, cold sight, the flat tone of her voice holding only a hint of threat. The weight of the order came from the sense that within the UDW hierarchy, theoretically the two were equal. But for one outstanding problem.
"Your flight crew has been informed of the situation in which you find yourself, and a security team on the UDW Kronos will be waiting to take you into custody on your arrival."
"Dismissed."
The man could find no words to speak as the full reality of his recently passed actions came crashing down on him, mutely nodding once and leaving the room. Sweeping past the deposed Admiral, Agent Issane took his seat, casting a glance around the room. Crossing her legs as she waited, the woman settled her hands together on the table before her, to all appearances calm and patiently waiting for the peace talks to begin.

Avantia inclined her head in a polite nod of acknowledgement to Taiyou Emperor, but no such gesture of respect was offered to the Cybran Emperor as her gaze slid past him.
The Matriarch spoke briefly in the rich Volarian tongue, and Shanthi translated her words into the common tongue that would be most widely spoken by those gathered at the table.
"The Matriarch of Volaria extends her gratitude to the Taiyou Empire and those gathered here today for their aid in neutralizing this threat to the Volarian people," Shanthi spoke clearly but with an audible Volarian accent to her words. "She also extends thanks for your patience in awaiting her arrival, and hopes that we might now begin."
Avantia took her seat then, but Tahir and Shanthi chose to remain standing at her back rather than taking the available seats at Avantia's side.

Nobuo remained mostly silent, whispering in Taiyou to Yamamoto, while Shimizu cleared his throat.
"By the grace of heaven, we have come here to demand the total and unconditional surrender of the Cybran Empire. If you refuse these demands, our campaign will continue until total national dismantlement has been achieved." Shimizu explained, before he presented a document.
"Surrender to the Taiyou Empire and abdicate your throne, we will then establish a provisional government."

"Let me tell you something, all of you. All your nations were founded by your forefathers; Yes? How do you think the humans discovered fire? How to make it? Nothing is an accident, unless you leave your Military generals to do their jobs. The Generals have to be lap dogs to the supreme leader. I know I have made this mistake, and the people before me. Yet, you must have to understand that once a Nation begins, it will always crumble somehow. Let it be the fault of you, your fathers before you; your generals; your children, but one thing is always for sure, everything crumbles. I will surrender, but I can not say all my people with surrender. Do you want planets to be destroyed just because of what you did? Do you think that the Cybran people will not continue on. And let me assure you; if your provisional government does not succeed, there will be hell everywhere."

Rebekah leaned forward, unclasping her hands. "Sanctioned or not, military forces under the Cybran name assaulted the Volarian Nation on foreign soil. To keep that from happening again, as part of any surrender conditions, I would demand at least a seventy percent reduction of your military forces, including every single other dreadnaught you may possess. What little that remains intact will pose little capability to threaten the stability of the provisional government, much less any foreign nation that crosses their fancy."
Kilum cleared his throat and spoke. "The cybran people will continue to go about their daily lives, as for your daughter continuing the thrown will have to be chosen for by your people. If of course you say that the cybran people is your top priority then I see no reason that she cannot run for elected office in the new government provided she is clear of any possible incrimination." Kilum looked around the room at the other representatives looking for their approval or disapproval regarding his suggestion.
"The Matriarch says that the Cybrans are not in a position to make such demands, and that it was their own actions that brought this upon them," Shanthi translated. "The Matriarch seconds the demands of the Taiyou. She says the disease that is the Cybrans will endure through anything short of these conditions. It is the hope of the Matriarch that in purging the remnants of their current government, the seeds of sanity can be sown.
He gulped, looking to his commanders and nodded slowly, they needed to make these people understand.
The woman noted the glance between the man and his entourage, the severity of her gaze increasing. Lights played across the glasses she wore, refocusing on the lenses to note the reports of communications between Cybran vessels and the signatures aligning in formations. Glancing towards Shimizu, Rebekah cast a second glance towards Avantia and the representative of the SEC.
"Assuming the the declaration of surrender can be established, immediately, is the primary goal of this council right now. With it, further bloodshed can be avoided on this day, and then the establishment of methods to prevent further bloodshed in the months to come can be worked through. The principle of setting up a provisional government is the idea that our collective nations can help you establish a unified state, Emperor, much like the proposal that your military forces be subjected to a drastic cut is both to prevent rogue elements of that state from venturing out and causing others harm to lay at your feet."
"As well as keeping your people from having the power to wage war on themselves. I truly hope that you can come to see that though some of us here at this table are, by association or directly," Her eyes shifted to the Taiyou contingent. "Responsible for crimes against the other side, we want to help the Cybrans become a unified member of the intergalactic community. And not as an enemy everyone else sees no other choice than to eradicate."
"The Day of our destiny has arrived, do not struggle against what is inevitable. Our enemies who resist, suffer for their arrogance... do not make their same mistakes." The Emperor said.
"Survival is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. Life, or extinction, it is up to you." Nobuo said, his voice firm and gravely.
"We will accept nothing short of unconditional surrender." He added, sitting back on his throne.
Shimizu nodded slowly.
"My father has made his will clear, the fate of your nation is your hands."

"Sir, we have a transmission from the Admiral."
"Put it up then."
"It's for your eyes only."
"Send it to me then."
++Transmission received++
Execute Order Six Hundred and Sixty Five. All units are to continue moving to the Old Order Stronghold, attack then await for further orders.
++Transmission Ended++
"Get all units to push towards the Old Order Stronghold. We are to attack then once the battle is won, destroy all the vessels."
"Sir."
Space around the Chemias System
The entire Cybran Navy's fleet started to move away from the area it had been in, forcing it's way towards the Taiyou ships before jumping into the Hyperwarpium. Within a matter of seconds, the entire fleet had disappeared bar one ship. HDS Peguas.
"Cybran Military forces are on the move ." A cool robotic voice stated into his ear.
Kilum stood and looked at the Cybran Emeror directly. "Emperor, I do not believe you understand the severity of your situation. The more you resist these terms the worse your situation is going to become. If your Military does not cease all operations immediately we will be forced to use force to stop them. If you have fears about your safety we will provide proper military defense in their place. The SEC military will not tolerate this behavior and will engage if you do not reverse that order. " Kilum said staring the man down.
"You will accept full surrender to all parties here and your military will cease all operations. Once this is done we can begin a discussion on providing defense for your territory. I think I speak for all parties involved when I say you have lets say thirty seconds to surrender or we will resume military action to disarm your people. Once you surrender we will protect you from the old order." Kilum said glancing at the others. He knew that this was brash but he needed to give them one final chance after this all bets were off.
The Cybran Emperor had only moments left to retract his orders before his fleet jumped away and likely provoked the Taiyou to re-engage the Cybrans on the battlefield, if the fleet managed to successfully jump out of the system at all with the Taiyou and UDW militarie breathing down its neck. That is, if it wasn't too late already to prevent the Taiyou from moving on the Cybrans once more. Avantia remained unaware of the exact specifications of Cybran military movement as she had not been privy to the transmission sent, and had only Kilum's words to formulate her assumption off.
The Cybran Emperor's whisper might have gone unnoticed by Avantia and the rest of the room, but it would take more than whispers to conceal his actions from the avorian male. It wasn't with words that Tahir spoke, but his thoughts were telepathically projected to everyone within the room, save for the Cybrans.
There was no anger in his like there had been within Avantia's, and he informed them of the Emperor's intentions with a neutral calm.
'The Emperor has already given his associate the order to destroy their records by tomorrow,' his voice echoed. 'Now that they have formally surrendered, I urge that we move to prevent any further communications from leaving this ship before that order can be passed on to another. I also urge that we move immediately to seize their military assets and bases before they can destroy any evidence.'
"You test our collective patience, Emperor. What is the point in this exercise if your own people will not respect your word as their most supreme power?"
The fingers drummed once again. "At this point, surrender has been established. Those of your people who do not acknowledge it will be destroyed, despite the blood already shed, be they Old or New Order. Of those of us at this table, the faction I represent was one of your potential allies during this period, but the callousness with which you cast your power has ended that leniency. Do I make the standpoint of the United Dark Worlds very, very clear?"
"If your people attack us, they will be put down like dogs." Nobuo said sternly, shortly before a single Imperial adviser approached and whispered something in the Emperor's ear, causing his expression to visibly change.
"Perhaps.... we should take an immediate recess from these negotiations. You have your terms for the Cybrans, it is suggested you act upon them." He said, slowly moving from his throne.
"Admiral Yamamoto, assemble your fleet and take it to Sol where you will await further orders."
It seemed something had happened that immediately grabbed the Emperor's attention.
"These meeting is concluded." Nobuo said sharply, before he turned to Rebekah and Avantia.
"If you two could accompany me aboard my ship, I'm afraid I have... some urgent news."
As Nobuo prepared to leave, Shimizu turned to Tahir and the Imperial Warriors in the room. His expression also changing to one of accusation.
"Seize the Cybran Emperor and place him in custody. Ensure all records of Cybran atrocities are preserved, and no communication from Cybran High Command leaves this area without my personal review and approval." The Prince ordered, and the Imperial Warriors almost immediately readied their weapons.
"You understand your actions constitute yet another breach of the peace, and will not be tolerated."
