Setting
"Well it seems this place needs to be brought back to life." Bigsby muttered as he tapped the butt of his staff against the stone floor lighting up the place with a few simple translucent purple orbs that basked the entire area in a rather unique glow. The ground beneath the table began to shift and from the stone several thrones sprouted up from the earth being born into the world with a purpose.
She shook her head, trying to stop herself from thinking about that mansion. It's rare to come across this area so she might as well take a tour of the area. Lifting up her suitcase, she struggled, stumbled but retrieving her balance again.
This suitcase is too heavy, I probably shouldn't of bought so many clothes and stuff...
Florazel immediately felt the presence of magic, reviving this area once again and she quickly ran to look for the source. She suspected it was going to be another wizard causing this. Eventually she spotted an elderly man called Bigsby
"Shields?" "Shields at 22% and falling!" "All hands abandon ship! The void core's going to implode!"
The crew began evacuating as ordered, a majority of the ship's surviving compliment making it to their escape pods. The Prince however was not so lucky, moments after the last pod's launch the core imploded, crushing the entirety of the ship into one thousandth of the space it once occupied.
Meanwhile, in the real world, the Prince was unceremoniously dropped upon Bigsby's table though a tear in dimensions. The purple skinned being groaned as his armored form slammed into the table.
The question was enforced even more as the water that filled some of the areas within the temple began to glow along with the orb atop of the wizards staff and what vines were climbing the walls suddenly began to transform into a horde of buterflies that would suddenly fade out from existence before their very eyes.
Florazel glanced towards that purple skinned being and spokeIf this was your new home, I suppose I was giving myself a tour...
The young girl was very astonished and confused of what was going on. But the amount of magic bringing this area alive would definitely bring attention if there were any threats around.Acquaintance of yours?
It's safe to say you're a wizard,am I incorrect?
"This doesn't look like anywhere in Infraspace." he added, looking around, the people were certainly different, and there were a lot more colors than he had known existed.
"proper introductions could not be possible without food and drink am I wrong? I know the Dwarves of the silver mines in Urtherstead would agree with me." The old man spoke only to give a flick of his wrist as a scroll came out from the sleeve of his robe to the palm of his hand opening up revealing a strange jagged language scrawled all over the paper. "Please sit and allow me to entertain you for a bit as we discuss something a bit more relevent of the situation we are all in. Verna Ishval Harlkre!" His final words set the scroll aflame in a strange green fire that consumed the vellum in hand and rerouting the energies to produce a grand meal that appeared upon the table with drinking goblets set out for the three of them and all of which were filled with an amber liquid. "Please eat and enjoy yourselves."
This young girl was still confused on what was happening here though. Bigsby gave signs about how he expected Ebon and herself. Was this the so-what quest that was arranged for her by her father. Who knew but this would be the utmost interest of hers. Once she gets the quest out of the way, she can live in the comfortable life she always had before.I don't know what caused this feast, but thank you for your hospitality. If you don't mind me adressing myself first, my name is Florazel, from the Syro family. May I ask of your names?
I'm surprised someone claimed this land, their home, but why this area if I may ask?
He took the goblet in hand all the same, examining it subtly, something state dinners with his father had made him very good at, making it look like he was eating without doing much of that at all.
Bigsby chuckled and suddenly leaned back in his seat only to wave his left hand up into the air forcing the already floating purple orbs to change color to a deep blue while he himself took a rather deep breath just to let a sigh of relief escape from his lips. "My name is Berthas, Berthas Ignias Hoarercrux, Master Wizard and the keeper of The White Tower but you may simply call me Bigsby if you so desire. Though in all honesty I am no more great or powerful than the next man and with you two here I find myself full of rather interesting questions of my own. But sense you decided to speak first I will answer your questions Florazel to the utmost of my abilities."
The elderly wizard took up his goblet filled with the amber liquid only to sip at it just to relax himself as he pondered on how to appropriately answer the question as to why he had claimed to this area. "Tell me Florazel do you think that anyone else knows about this place? It is out of the way for most people to simply walk here. Also lets go over the damage this place has already sustained due to the lack of care or maintenance. To put it simply I need another place to call my own as the demiplane I create can get a bit cramped. A new style so to speak and also a perfect place to keep from prying eyes if I so wanted to."
She asked with curiosity.Did you expect us by any chance Bigsby?
Florazel looked over towards Ebon, revealed her hand for a handshake
. This temple was beautiful and what Bigsby said was true, the books she had read gave information of this area being isolated. It was the wonderland of a location. If only Florazel made this her home sooner, she wouldn't have to return to that mansion. Tsk always been bound to use my magic for governmental and business. It's a pleasure to meet you Prince, hope we can get along fine
Florazel is slightly glad that she got kicked out of the house for some bizarre reason. The suitcase she was carrying, was placed next to her seat. She replied to Bigsby's compliment
Well it's common sense to always have your best manner at somebody's home, I feel rude enough intruding.
