The Nagels
Originally known as Nuys Garden, The Nagels would receive it's new name from the Dutch population that founded Van Leugen. As the city expanded, Nuys Garden was chosen to be home of the city's skyscrapers.
Architectural masterpieces that would set Van Leugen apart from other cities on the planet.
White lights attached to the upper parts of each skyscraper gave the appearance of fingernails when viewed at night, leading the Dutch populace to jokingly refer to the area as Die Nagels, Dutch for The Nails.
The name would catch on, and eventually people would stop calling the area Nuys Gardens.
Today the Nagels is considered the place to be in Van Leugen due to being relatively safe in comparison to other areas of the city. This is likely due to many businesses, the police headquarters, and a university calling The Nagels their home.
High-profile law firm, Hartrow, Baring, & Lynch is based out of the area, as well as the newly reformed Jupiter Corporation.
