"Hmmmmm" Said Vlad rubbing what could only be his chin under the shadows of his hood. If he indeed had a face at all. He grabbed one of the phoenix feathers and stuck it into the slot of the machine. which whirred and actually took the feather. "Did that work?" he asked taking a step back. The machine whirred and made an odd grinding noise before bursting into flames.
