a character in “The New Camp Keystone”, as played by Lucy100

Description

Name: Luna Hart
Age: 20
What are you: Witch
Human Appearance: Image
Eye Color: Emerald Green
Hair Color: Blonde
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 110
Personality: Over her time away from camp, she became less bubbly, less clumsy. But not just less- those attributes that had basically defined her last year were almost nonexistent. She is now less open and loose with what she says. She thinks before she speaks. Luna still has her quirks, though, that she often uses to distract herself from thinking about the events that occurred over the winter(see history). She has become very crafty with getting out of social events- but she still enjoys them when she gets too lonely or has been thinking about the accident.
Power(s): 1. Potions(healing/reviving, energy refil, love, hapiness, zen, etc.) 2. Cast spells with finger or wand 3. VooDoo 4.Can make charms to temporarily supress another's powers
Cabin #: 3
Likes/Interests/hobbies: She loves burning incense, and making satchets(mix of different herbs) She also enjoys learning new spells, and then using the funny ones to mess with people. She LOVES reading- like pull an all-nighter doing nothing but reading kind of reader. She is no longer fascinated with romance as much, she tries to stay away from it now
Dislikes: Overly excited people.
Crush: Not yet developed
Enemies: Not yet developed
History/Bio: Luna comes from a long line of witches and warlocks, so she's known ever since she was a child of her abilities, she's had a pretty normal life-aside from the witch part- but she is pretty good at concealing that, so it doesn't come to be a challenge very often. Up until the winter after her first year at Camp Keystone she hadn't had any traumatic experiences. But over the winter her best friend Hugo was in an accident. That's all she will ever say about it though, just that it's the accident- nothing more. She blames herself for what happened, but it's truly not. The death of her best friend has taken quite the toll on her, and some would say that she is now a completely different person.
Other: Luna is a piano prodigy. No one but Hugo knew until she revealed her talents at Hugo's funeral. Hugo only knew because he introduced her to piano, and she is eternally grateful to him. Piano has become her safe haven, or somewhere she can go to calm herself down. Her parents were shocked to find out- but have respected her wishes to keep it a mere hobby, nothing more, though they make it no secret that they want her to persist and make a career out of it.

So begins...

Klaus
Klaus sat, looking at the boring road pass him by, and by, and by. The silence of the afternoon was having the opposite effect that it usually did, and instead of Klaus feeling the need to put some music on or talk or scream or something to fill the air. He felt tranquil. At peace. And so he continued, looking at basically the same scenery wondering when it would ever change. Almost as if they'd heard him, the camp appeared. The taxi came to a stop, and Klaus looked out the window, thinking to himself, 'who possibly could've heard me?' He took one look at the driver, and suddenly got very negative and impatient vibes. He decided it was about time to get out of the car, and introduce himself to his home for the summer.

Luna
Luna parked the car. She couldnt take the anticipation. She stopped on the side of the road that had changed her life just four years ago. All the ridiculous things that had happened to her... All the ridiculous things she did. None of that would happen this year. She missed being able to be a clutz, no matter how much she hated it's repercussions. Being carefree was something she truly missed. At this point she couldn't tell if she was happy or sad to be returning. Probably everything at this point. Scared, nervous... It's was too much. She was feeling so overwhelmed with all these old feelings jumping straight into her face. Would anyone recognize her? Surely her appearance hadn't changed much, but her personality. What would they think? She suddenly realized that she had to go. Because the only way she would ever find out what they thought, was to go. Pushing thoughts of Hugo to the very back of her mind, she started the car and pulled up to the camp. Stepping out with no sunglasses, her emerald eyes glistened in the sun. She grabbed her bags and walked towards the commotion. Some familiar faces, most new, she forced a bright smile upon them. She wasn't ready for what lay ahead, but she sure would pretend.

"Teppie", as she'd decided to call herself for her stay at the camp, hung from a tree not far from the area in which the new campers seemed to be arriving. Well, technically it would be more accurate to say that she was floating near the tree, and just holding onto one of its branches so that she wouldn't drift away if the wind decided to pick up. Either way, the general effect was the same, and she was provided with an excellent position from which to watch as people showed up.

Teppie herself had only arrived a few hours ago, showing up in one of her usual guises, a pharaoh in a bright robe, requesting the opportunity to stay at the camp and participate in the activities and events that took place. After that had been approved, she had been given the wristband that currently resided on her left arm, the one currently keeping her in this form. Exactly why it was this form that she had adopted was beyond her understanding, since she had never used it before, but it didn't really concern her. What was a bit irritating was the fact that being a human prevented her from using a great deal of her former strength, and tied her into a physical form, she supposed that it was the price one pays for a change of pace.

The Ice Elf that had arrived first had made her briefly debate whether or not to pop over there with some good-natured pun about him looking a little blue, but she had eventually decided to wait and watch until more people arrived, or possibly just until someone made notice of her, before she would head over. Besides, he'd probably heard such jokes before, and Teppie preferred to be original. After that, it didn't take long for the two to be joined by other counselors and campers, and one of the latter seemed to be accompanied by a pixie-like entity. Yes, the multidimensional being mused to herself, this was going to be interesting indeed.

Athest smirked as familiar faces came to the camp. Bridgette, Luna, the new counselor Johnothan as well as some campers filed into the lot one by one. A few moments passed before he heard a question behind him. "You look too old to be just a camper here." she said. "So do tell me, what I am supposed to do now that I am here?."

Athest turned to find a camper and a slightly smaller camper resting on the first's shoulder. "Shae Moore," He deduced aloud. "And that must make the little one Ren. I'm Athest, the camp director. I'll tell you what Shae," Athest turned and pointed to the main building. "Go sing in there, one of my counselors Johnothan, should be there and they'll get you all squared away."

He patted her on the head and handed here a red bracelet from his pocket. "And you're to keep this on at all times while in the camp borders. Rules is rules and all that." With that he stepped away and met Bridgette, hugging her lightly. "Bridge, good to see you. Been a while." He said a bit disheartened by the memories tied to the people here. No doubt, she remembered Nick and his fate as well.

Jordan Davis

Jordan and her pack had been walking for about three hours in the woods. Since they always lived in there, they didn't see a reason to shift into their human forms. Jordan was walking beside her father when he looked at her and said, '' Jordan, you do not look as happy as I meant for you to be. Is everything alright?'' Jordan looked up at her father, who was far taller than her. She sighed and said, '' I'm just not feeling it. I mean, if I knew that there would be more wolves that I could bond with, then I wouldn't mind so much, even one wolf would do just fine.'' She said that as she, stepped over a fallen branch and walked beside her father again.

Jordan could only think about the woods, the wolves, being close to her father on a cold and stormy night, and being with her pack. Everything she knew was going to be stripped away from her at this, what was the name? Keystone or something like that? Jordan just kicked a stone and watched it as it fell into a small ditch in the ground.

She kept her eyes on the cold, earthy ground, as she saw her bottom, fur covered paws brush through the cold, wet grass. Jordan sighed and kept on walking with her pack, then they all stopped, Jordan looked around, smelt the air, listened to the forest to see if they all heard or saw anything. Jordan frowned, and looked back at her father. She said, '' Father, why have we stopped? Is there something wrong?'' Her father looked at her pack and nodded, they slowly started to make their way back to their camp as Jordan and her father stood at the ending of the woods.

Jordan's father looked down at his beloved daughter, who reminded him so much of her mother. He smiled and said, '' Jordan, you must make the rest of the way by yourself. Only the people going to camp Keystone may leave the woods. The pack and I must leave, we're not welcomed to the camp.'' Jordan only frowned, she hugged her father tightly and said, '' But, I don't want you to go. I'll miss you too much.'' Her father smiled, returned the hug and doubled back to the pack, and left Jordan by herself.

Jordan watched as her father and the pack were out of sight. She looked away, she put her backpack down and grabbed her I-Pod out of it, and her purple ear buds. She grabbed her bag, put it back on her back and started walking. She put her ear buds in and started to listen to some music, as she made the rest of the way to the camp.
Jordan only melted into the music and didn't give a care about the things around her. She wanted to forget and just keep her mind of camp Keystone, where she would be spending this Summer. Jordan Was about fifty feet away from what looked like a group of people and creatures standing around, when something caught her attention.

Jordan took a deep breath, and exhaled slowly. The scent was familiar in a way, yet unknown. Jordan took her ear buds out and looked around, she used her ears to see what the others couldn't see. Jordan could hear a faint growl in the other side of the woods, it was another wolf's growl. Jordan moved her neck to the left, then the right, as she heard a cracking sound she smiled. She smelt the air again and could definatly could smell wolf. Jordan smiled and made her way to the group of people. As Jordan stood with the ever getting bigger group of people, she put her ear buds back in and started to listen to music again. She looked around and saw as some were hugging and talking, Jordan guessed that some knew each other and some were knew. Jordan wasn't in the best mood, so she just ignored the others and got into her music.

Fabien Maddalle
Fabien had been up for hours, just sitting in a tree, looking at the camp. He smiled as he saw people hugging and greeting each other.
Fabien then caught a scent of a she-wolf, he growled slightly under his breath, but then stopped as he ever so slightly remembered it.
He climbed down the tree, grabbed his small amount of belongings that he had,and made his way towards the camp. He slowly made his way through the crowd of people, he felt a little un-easy due to his monsterly appearance that would have any human running. He looked at the other wolf and forced a small smile on his face, he was happy about the other wolf, just a little nervous that she could either be friend or foe.

Luna
Luna observed the commotion around her, finding it harder than ever to find her place. Because before, her place was everywhere. Integrated among the others. Bubbly and happy. But that wasn't there anymore. She smiled, but couldn't seem to muster even a simple "Hi!" She sighed, 'Maybe this whole pretending things isn't for me' And with that thought only, her smile faded into somewhat of a blank expression. She scanned the crowd, avoiding eye contact. Luna chuckled to herself, looking at the mix of strangers, most here against their will. It reminded her of her own first day here. She also found it funny that most people had caught on to what the dreaded bracelets were going to do. She spotted a few campers already avoiding putting them on 'if only I were that clever' She grinned at the sky, examining the cloud, her mood lighter than it had been moments before. Finding only the usual, boring shapes, she looked back at the campers. Her eyes caught a wanderer in the distance, heading towards the cabins. She'd noticed him before, but had only given him a once-over. She remembered his face, and was now telling herself he looked like TimH from the YouTube videos... With a hint of Asian Persuasian. Luna quickly dismissed the thought, as she was reminded of something Hugo might've said. She called after him, her long blonde hair becoming tangled in the wind as she jogged towards him, "Hey lone rider! You lost? The co-motion of the oceans thataway. Let's get you one of those lovely debilitating bracelets and some food before we get too ahead of ourselves." she grinned at the TimH lookalike, waiting for a response. She could tell from his body language, that this was gonna be interesting and hopefully, distracting.

David
David has started towards the cabins, and just as he started to think he was getting away with it, someone called out. At first her ignored it, thinking it wasn't to him, but the person kept talking and was getting closer. "Hey lone rider! You lost? The co-motion of the oceans thataway. Let's get you one of those lovely debilitating bracelets and some food before we get too ahead of ourselves." David stopped and turned, giving the woman approaching him a once over. She seemed normal, though odd after that gibberish leaving her mouth. Peering down at her, he stayed silent for several seconds, considering whether to reply at all. She wanted him to get a bracelet it seemed, which he did not feel like doing. But she'd probably follow him if he attempted to leave. He just chose to change subject.
"You're a counselor, then?" he said slowly, raising his eyebrow at her.
Bridgette
Bridgette blinked as a strange person handed something to Athest. A scroll? And he said something of a guest at the bonfire. What guest? She was about to question them both, when suddenly a blue haired boy came up to them and asked for her, by name. He was obviously a camper, and probably that elf she saw before. Just a lot less blue. Except for the eyes.
Deciding she'd question Athest about all the details later, she smiled at the boy and turned her attention to him. "That'd be me. Anythin' you need?" She asked with a slight tilt of her head.

Luna
Luna sunk into herself, disappointed that her attempt at former normality seemed to have no affect on Mr.Asian Persuasian. Her mood returned, and she was beginning to wonder if she was on the verge of being bi-polar. "No I'm a camper," she deadpanned. She looked at the sky, not knowing what to say next. A fire-breathing dragon floated by, and seconds later, the beast morphed into fawn. Behind the fawn, a lion watched its prey. She looked back at Asian Pursuasian, "Just make it easy and follow me, you'll have plenty of time to anti-socialize later."

David
It seemed his little comment had more effect than he thought it would on the girl, because her bubbly mood was now bitter and mono tone. A smile broke across his face, showing the rows of sharp teeth. "Of course," he said, mockingly half bowing to her. "Lead the way," he added, his voice almost as mocking as the gesture before. He had his black eyes trained on her, waiting to see if she would acknowledge the obvious teasing or would ignore it completely. He didn't mind what she did either way, at this point he was just stalling till he had to add another bracelet. What was that saying? Two's company but three's a crowd? David figured it applied to bracelets on a wrist too. Or it did in his book, anyways.

Luna
Luna rolled her eyes, her emerald eyes gleaming with frustration and 'led the way' to Athest. 'I officially give up' Luna thought, secretly wishing the sociopath wasn't one of her campers, and she could spend the rest of camp with an easier time avoiding him. She longed for Hugo by her side, knowing he'd be running his fingers through her tangly hair, telling her not to assume such kindness in others, just in herself. He always knew what to say. Wiping the single streak of tears from her face, she wiped Hugo from her mind. Tapping Athest delicately on the shoulder, she explained that he needed to be checked in and given his cabin assignment. She would have left at that point, but she forced herself to stay, wanting to know if she'd have Asian Persuasian in her cabin.

Athest took the scroll and glanced through it. His face was as stony cold as ever, but he could feel just a bit of the color drain from it. He had suspected who it was from when the dried blood's scent hit his nostrils. Maybe a few other campers would've caught a whiff of it, but only Athest could tell what it was. Shadronian. He and Nick had fought and bled, both against and with each other and now the aroma was as obvious as pancakes in the morning. "Quod bastardus." he muttered under his breath.

He lost all sense of self after reading the note a few more times. Taking a sheet out of his pocket, he handed it to Luna. "Cabin three." He told her in a stern voice. "These are your campers, Johnothan's are on the back, he's in cabin two. I need to have a word in private with Bridgette. And for Christ's sake," his voice almost immediately raised into a roar that his father would've quaked at. "Leeds! Shrink. Now." Gently, but quickly, he grabbed Bridgette's shoulder and guided her towards his office, locking the door behind them.

By the time they made it to the staff's cabin, Athest's blue camp counselor shirt was shredding in the back, his wings splitting the cloth. He was obviously agitated by the scroll. "Bridgette. You remember four years ago. Nick's brother attacked the camp." Athest managed to reign in the wings, but the more subtle features, his eyes, that one fang that would always rebel against the rest of his smile, still remained draconic. "At the end of everything, Nick, Tyler and I were left and Tyler was dead." Athest shuddered at the memory of bodies in the dirt and cabins burned to the ground. "Shadronians died that day. No matter what anything else says, for the sake of everything holy, that race is gone." Refusing to explain further, he handed her the scroll and stepped back, sitting in one of the loungers that resided in the corner of the office.

Bridgette
Everything was happening really fast. A scroll. New campers. Johnothan having no respect for rules (which was expected). Athest was looking fed up, for what reason she couldn't be quite sure. Turning to the young Ice Elf, she put a hand on his shoulder and said quickly, "You're in my cabin, ask my friend Luna if you need help. That's the blonde girl right there," she added, pointing to Luna. As soon as she finished the sentence, Athest was dragging her off for some "private chat". She'd be scared, if she didn't know for a fact she hadn't done anything wrong.
Athest was looking odd, some of the rather, not human, features appearing. However it looked like he was holding back. He shut them in the staff cabin, and started talking about Nick's brother. The attack. Then how he died, along with the Shadronian race. Bridgette frowned slightly while he talked, but she was more puzzled than anything. Of course she knew what happened. Or at least generally. But she was really confused about the Shadronian race. And how much Athest wanted to say they were gone. More like he was forcing it, than it to actually be true. She was even more confused when he handed her a scroll. Looking at it carefully, she wasn't sure if she should read it or not. Whatever is was, it made Athest quite upset.
"What's this?"

Teppie had been growing increasingly bored with the situation at hand, primarily because she was too far away to hear any of what was being said. She was fairly certain that what was happening was actually very interesting, particularly based on the expressions and actions that the people bellow seemed to display, but she was still mostly out of earshot, and only able to catch some of the louder stuff. It occurred to the being that it was yet another limitation of the form that she now took, as a result of the bracelet's power, but she'd still play along nonetheless.

This train of thought let Teppie to realize that, while she had come to this camp to participate, she'd been doing little more than observing, much as she had been for the past... how long? Well, that was rather open to interpretation, and really not the point anyway. What was important was that she get out there and start interacting with these people, creatures, whatever they were to be classified as.With her path set, Teppie was about to pop down and say hello, (using the Jersey Devil as cover to appear behind, since she was unable to appear within anyone's line of sight, and he was big enough that it would probably work,) when the draconic director's voice became easy to distinguish. Based on the letter, or perhaps it was a note, in his hand, and another thing or two, he seemed rather upset.

"Cabin three. These are your campers, Johnothan's are on the back, he's in cabin two. I need to have a word in private with Bridgette. And for Christ's sake, Leeds! Shrink. Now."

And with that, he was off to the office with Bridgette. As much as Teppie thought it might be fun to try and eavesdrop, she didn't seem much point in it. Instead, remembering from this morning where she had been assigned, she decided to appear inside Cabin 3. It had been a while since she'd last interacted with another thinking creature, sans her request for entry into the camp earlier, and so she chose to start off small, but on the right note, with the whichever of her cabin-mates happened to show up first. From her perspective, the best way to accomplish this was to startle the living daylights out of them. This goal in mind, the extraplanar entity floated a few inches off the ceiling, just inside the door, waiting to swing down face to face with the first person to walk in.

Fabian and Jordan

Fabian and Jordan had been standing around the group of campers and staff members. Jordan got her wristband and she looked like a regular, green eyed, blond haired sixteen year old girl. Jordan the walked over to her cabin to unpack and get to know the grounds until she had to leave for the bonfire that night. As she walked into the cabin, she made her way into her room, threw her bag and back pack on the bed and flopped down on the floor. She sighed and closed her eyes and proceeded to meditate for a few minutes while she had the silence.

Fabian watched Jordan get her wrist band, put it on and transform into he human self, Fabian smiled and watched her walk off to her own cabin. He sighed, got his wrist band and shifted into his, light skinned, blond hair with some brown highlights and green eyed human form. He looked around at the other campers and walked off to his own cabin as well. He walked through the door and walked into his room, he threw what some belongings of his on the bed and walked out of the cabin. He walked over to the beach and sat down near the boat house and starred at the water.

Jordan finished her mediatating and walked out of her cabin, she caught the smell of the other wolf and traced it to the boat house. She stopped and saw him sitting on a rock, looking at the water. As she studied him over some more, she ever so slightly recognized him, she smiled and softly walked up behind him. She took a deep breath and said, '' Uh, hi. You mind if I sit here with you?'' Fabian turned around and looked at Jordan, he smiled and said, '' Sure, make yourself comfortable.'' He looked back at the water and went back to his thoughts. Jordan sat down and looked around. She didn't see many campers yet, maybe they were all looking at their cabins as well. Not like she really cared, being alone was her thing, as long as there was another wolf here, she would be fine.

Jordan and Fabian had been sitting with each other for a while when they saw the sun setting, Jordan looked at Fabian and said, ''Well, we better get to that bonfire or we could get in trouble for skipping out. Wanna join me?'' Fabian looked at her and said softly, '' Sure, I'll go with you.'' He stood up and they walked together. Jordan and Fabian stayed quiet and just walked with each other until they reached the bonfire. There was already almost all of the other campers, and the staff members. Jordan and Fabian looked around and saw some others that they hadn't seen before. Jordan sighed and walked away From Fabian, she walked over to a tree and climbed up it and looked down at the others, she liked being up high, it made her feel safe so she could see everyone and not be suprissed by anything.

Fabian looked back in hoping to see Jordan, but she was gone. He traced her scent and saw her up in a tree, he smiled and just left her alone. He walked over to some of the other campers that were going to be in his cabin and said, '' So, I'm guessing we'll be cabin mates. My name's Fabian, and you guys are?'' He said as he dug hi hands into his hoodie's pockets and looks around, trying to avoid direct eye contact.
