Description
Charles Dolohov Foster in appearance isn't some spectacular being that stands out against the crowd. Girls think he's handsome, sure, but he's never been one of the "popular" guys. Charlie, as he's known to as his friends, stands at an average height of 5'11 and around 130 pounds. He isn't buff, definitely, but isn't out of shape. He's lanky with big hands and feet. He usually has short dark brown hair (but is known to cut it or dye it every once in a while) and light blue eyes. Charlie is 17 years old with a slightly higher than average (but not a weird kind of high) and quick voice.
Since he's lived on the streets for a while military surplus clothes were all he could buy and eventually the style grew on him and it's all he wears even though now he can afford a bit better. He also has an old pair of Rayban Aviators (dark black lenses) that he got when he was 15 and always wears.
Personality
He's a troublemaker, but a charmer. He's facetious to no end, to the point where it's annoying but finds friends easily. Charlie's known to play pranks and be a bit mean, but in all he's a good guy. Loyal to his very last bone. He's one of those people, either you love him or you hate him, and he has enough people that hate him so hey, let's be friends. (and if that's not enough for you more will be known about his personality in the RP)
Equipment
He can manipulate fire, and that's probably his best tool, but he's also a good fighter with melee weapons. He carries his life in two bags, one that has all his belongings and his other is his guitar case (a Gibson Songbird Deluxe). The bag that has all his belongings is a military surplus bag with some extra pockets he sewed on himself (he's so proud of it) and matches with his uniform. His uniform includes a green military style jacket with military pants, a black button up shirt and combat boots.
History
For a long time he was a happy kid. He grew up in a normal family (a bit of a large family although) of 7 kids. He's exactly in the middle, three elder siblings and three younger siblings, but only one of the two boys in the house. His father died when he was young (sadly to cancer) and his eldest brother (who's now 23) had to take care of the house. Charlie had to take care of the younger siblings, at only 11, while his eldest brother George, who was at the time 17 himself, had to take over the father position for the family, earning some of the income. Charlie was often the forgotten sibling, missing from family photos because he's never noticed missing, opening all his presents alone because everyone cleared out before they noticed he wasn't done on Christmas. But when Charlie turned 12 he discovered his powers. he was all of a sudden the star child. People in his neighborhood knew he was different, but they just called him weird and went on with their lives. Charlies of course was forever changed. He helped the family as much as he could for the next four years, but when he was 16 he knew it was time to go, time to stop burdening his family. He left his mother a note, also one for his older brother, saying that he wasn't running away, he was leaving. Charlie started to make a spectacle of himself, neighbors didn't associate with his family, and he knew it was because of him. He returns home sometimes but never stays and when his mother tries to convince him to he always leaves in the middle of the night. He finished High School (only a few months before our story line) a year early because he tested out, even there people treated him differently because some knew he was from the streets. Now he's trying to find a way to live with his gift. But he's also not the perfect kid, he's known to be an avid pot smoker, a habit that started a few months before he ran away from home.
