Seiji is the only child to a wealthy widower. His father is a rather busy man, and even when behind closed doors with Seiji, keeps a business aura about himself. Growing up in such a formal environment has caused Seiji to crave attention and affection outside of his home, which before he joined the host club, caused him a lot of problems. Due to his short height and feminine nature, Seiji always had a way with girls, making boys angry with him, boyfriends especially. He used to get beat up a lot in the past by guys who hated him for his popularity with girls, but little did they know, Seiji had no interest in taking the girls away from those boys anyway.. Though he could never admit his sexuality, due to it's controversy. He cares for his family name quite a bit, and despite the bullying he dealt with through the years, Seiji is a very bright and caring individual. He is Asthmatic, and Diabetic. Though he is diabetic, most times his blood sugar is too low, hence his sweet tooth. Whenever his sugar is in good standing, he typically declines his beloved sweets, even though he wishes he could eat them without limitation. Despite knowing he has to be selective with his diet, sometimes Seiji tries to cheat, and even his father has went as far as hiding desserts from Seiji until he needs them. Seiji enjoys talking to just about anyone, and despite his hatred for bullies, he's usually very forgiving and loves hosting. Although he uses his appearance to his advantage at times, Seiji isn't a very mischievous person.

Determined || Yes || Once his mind is set, it's hard to deter him.

Opinionated || Yes || Seiji seems to have an opinion on just about EVERYTHING.

Proud || Sometimes || He is proud of his family name, but aside that Seiji doesn't have many issues with being too prideful.

Stubborn || YES || Once Seiji has gotten in one of his moods, he is almost impossible. His tantrums are NOT pretty.

Quiet || Rarely || He has to be in a very depressed mood, sick, or asleep.

Friendly || Yes || Seiji is typically friendly to anyone, even if they hate his guts, even if HE hates their guts..

Affectionate || Often || He is very fond of physical affection. He is often seen with his head in his customer's lap, or clinging to one of his fellow hosts. He is obsessed with physical contact.

Curious || Very || He would do well to grow a pair of cat ears. Seiji is always bursting with curiosity. He would be the first one to start searching around the club room for his gift if they hosted a Secret Santa event.

Emotionally Controlled || Rarely || Seiji's emotions are typically on his sleeves. This would be a rare occurrence, only during dire circumstances.

Charismatic || Often || He is always bubbly and sweet, quite the charmer. He gives compliments graciously and typically means whatever he says.

Fearless || No || Seiji is afraid of a lot of things; Spiders, Dogs, his past bullies, etc. He can't watch horror movies because they give him nightmares.

Defensive || Rarely || Only when he's feeling embarrassed or stubborn.

Sarcastic || Rarely || He deems sarcasm a negative trait, so he rarely utilizes it.

Grudge holding || Rarely || It really just depends on what you've done to him.

Persuasive || Sometimes || He doesn't like to manipulate others, but occasionally he taps into his lesser person to get what he wants (ex: sports)

Calculating || Rarely || Again, he doesn't enjoy manipulating others, so he typically doesn't utilize this ability.

Intelligent || Yes || Seiji is quite intelligent, he just enjoys easygoing and childish behavior because it keeps his mind off of reality for a while.

Insecure || Very || He doesn't make it known, but Seiji is actually very insecure about his sexuality and his physical appearance.

Humorous || Sometimes || Just depends on the situation.

Secretive || Sometimes || He doesn't broadcast his life, but he is honest when approached with questions.

Honest || Yes || Nine times out of ten, Seiji is honest. He dislikes lies and uses them as sparingly as possible.

Blunt || Yes || It's something he has little control over. His words typically come out before he gives them much thought. Though he can filter his mouth as a host, it has gotten him in trouble in most other situations.

Loyal || Yes || One hundred and fifty percent. Once Seiji deems you worth his loyalty, he considers his relationship with you as a ride or die scenario. He is possibly unhealthily loyal to the host club.

Serious || Rarely || Although intelligent, Seiji rarely indulges in serious behavior. Occasionally he puts his two cents into the mix, but he doesn't enjoy being serious most times. He doesn't display his serious side often due to his lack of interest in things that bore him.

Romantic || Yes || Although he is rather laid back and easygoing, Seiji can be romantic. It takes a lot for him to feel romantic for someone, but once he does he would definitely spoil them with affection, praise, and homemade gifts.. perhaps he'd even play piano for them.

Flirty || It's complicated || Depending on your viewpoint, this answer varies. Seiji is kind to nearly everyone, and often his kindness is misunderstood for flirting. Honestly Seiji doesn't know how to actively flirt, but much of his behavior is defined as subconscious flirtation.

Sympathetic || Often || He finds it easy to sympathize with others, hence his ability to easily forgive others....once his stubbornness wears off.

ImageBrave || Rarely || He is easily frightened, so it is rare for him to express moments of bravery. Very rare.

Optimistic || Yes || He doesn't like the negativity of life, he always prefers to look for the brighter side of things and ignore the bad.

Independent || At home || He's not very good on his own, he sulks and just overall doesn't function very well. He gets quite depressing really.

Dependent || Yes || Quite. He often attaches himself to others, because he has to be independent and lonely at home.

Logical || Sometimes || Yes he is logical, but he doesn't like to overdo it. Too much logic just makes life boring. He doesn't try to use logic to explain everything... and during conflicts his logic goes out the window.

ImageKind || Yes || He is very kind, and quite generous. He would probably attempt to befriend his old bullies if he thought they'd accept.

Jealous || Yes || Once he wants something, he is quite jealous when someone else gets it, and acts rather immature and sulky. What he wants he deems as his own and doesn't like to share.

Childish || Yes || Very. He isn't very mature for his age, regardless of how serious he can be or intelligent he is. Even if he showed his customers his personality, one hundred percent, he still is very childish and pouty.

ImageHostile || No || He does not like hostility or violence, he avoids violent situations and returns once the violence is over.

Argumentative || Sometimes || When he is throwing a tantrum he is very argumentative, but otherwise he is quite agreeable. Once again his tantrums are disastrous.

Demanding || Sometimes || Only when his sugar is really low, he's angry, or he's tired. These two situations typically cause his tantrums.

Protective || Yes || Once he cares for someone, Seiji becomes very protective and will go out of his way to make sure those he cares for are being taken care of properly. He's terrified of losing another loved one since he lost his mother to illness.

Possessive || Yes || Very. Once he deems something or someone his, he gets very irritated when someone else uses/takes it/them.

ImageSocial || Yes || He loves socializing, and it doesn't really matter who with. He is very talkative and just enjoys getting to know others.

Active || No || He's rather frail so he isn't very active. Most of the time he's focused on trying to keep his blood sugar up, and due to his asthma he doesn't do a lot of physical activity.

Impersonal || No || It just isn't how Seiji rolls

Competitive || Yes || He is a bit of a sore loser sometimes, but most of the time he handles a loss with grace. He hates losing, and if he keeps losing a game it does make him angry.

Amoral || No || Nope. Seiji has a lot of morals, he is just sometimes easy to manipulate into compromising his morals.

ImageArtificial || A little || While he does have the ability to be a serious young man, he doesn't enjoy it. He leans more towards his fun-loving side, because it is easy and enjoyable. He pushes his other half of his personality aside, so some could define that as being a little fake.. though he really doesn't like facing the true reality of his life.

So begins...

Ever since he joined the Host Club, Seiji noticed no one really bothered him. Other boys kept their hands off of him, he didn't get beat up anymore.. He owed the club a lot, so he really hoped he could repay them one day. Putting those thoughts aside, he made his way to the club room, "Ohayo! I'm here, sorry I'm late!" He grinned to his fellow hosts, announcing himself in a very loud and childish manner. He skipped over to his station and sat down cheerfully on his designated couch, right next to Aki. There were plenty of girls waiting on him, including the girl he sat next to, named Aki Saito. He was a little cautious, because this girl, along with Riko Murasaki were known as what the club likes to call 'Host-hoppers'. They also joking called their habit the 'Host-Hopping disease'. Seiji wasn't too concerned though, because he didn't mind if she chose another host as her favorite, he simply enjoyed eating cakes and talking with the girls. He would enjoy their time together, regardless of how short she decided to make it. He would have no hard feelings once she decided to leave him. It wasn't like Seiji was attracted to girls anyway... He was strictly attracted to guys... He only enjoyed the company of girls as friends, nothing more. Though he kept his sexuality a secret, he didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings.. besides, if they found out he was homosexual, he might lose customers and thus hurt the club in the long run. He let a pout cross his lips, but played it off gracefully with his next statement.

He looked over to Aki with an apologetic look, then to the rest of the girls sitting around him, "Gomen ne. I need to check my blood sugar before we begin our evening, ladies." He blushed a bit, pulling out a small black bag with his materials inside. He quickly pulled out the materials, making quick work of the process. With a quick poke of his finger by a little pen-like device, a small bead of blood formed on his finger and he put it on the little strip. He waited a moment, then grinned in an ecstatic manner, "Yay! I can eat cakes~ My blood sugar is low~" It wasn't good news, but for Seiji it was the best. He hated when his sugar was high. If it was high, he had to watch his diet, and that meant he couldn't eat a lot of sweets... most of them were really high in carbohydrates and sugar, neither of which were good for him when it got too high. He put up the device that checked his sugar, and properly disposed of the dirty testing strip before giving the girls a huge smile.

"Alright, all done! What do you want to talk about? We'll start with Aki-chan, and take turns. Sounds fair, right?" He nodded to each of the girls in a chipper tone. He grabbed himself a piece of cake, serving one to each of the girls before sitting down with his legs crisscrossed Indian style. His olive green eyes shifted to Aki, "What cha wanna talk about today, Aki-chan?" He asked with an innocent look on his face, curiosity bleeding through. He began wondering who he would ask to the dance, seeing as he was expected to go as a host. It kind of was their duty to attend... The only girl he knew that was around his height, that didn't already have a date was Aki. He honestly didn't want to go with a girl...and had one or two others in mind that he would prefer to ask... Hideki, Ryuu.... but he wasn't sure if either saw him in that light.. or if they were even interested in guys to begin with. That was the challenge, being attracted to other guys...it was hard to ask another guy if they were bisexual, heterosexual, or homosexual...many took the question offensively. He took a big bite of cake, and giggled happily, awaiting Aki's topic.

By the time Hisoka had slid to the ground she realized her mistake. Why did she run? The girls did stuff like that all the time, wanting the Host's lives to be their own personal soap opera. She was used to it by now.

But she had never had another person with her before. One who stuck by her despite knowing her secret and didn't even ask about it.

And Hisoka knew that Madoka was frowned upon for being near her. The one who replaced Eri, along with a few others seemed to assume Madoka was just as bad as her.

No! Hisoka wanted to shout. Madoka was not her. Madoka was kind, and funny. The kind of person people should trip over to get to.

In the back of her mind she thought herself selfish. Madoka deserved someone else yet still she stayed my Hisoka's side. True people had tried to get close to her but Hisoka always pushed them away. She had tried to do the same to Madoka at first but the words of I don't want to be by you never came. Instead she found herself laughing, and enjoying her time with the blonde.

There was no doubting it anymore. Madoka had wormed her way into Hisoka's heart. Just what her place was, she still didn't know.

Hisoka sat for a good ten minutes before getting up. Madoka was no doubt still in the Hosting room. Maybe (hopefully) waiting for her.

Not wanting to leave her to the customers Hisoka half walked half jogged back to the room. She opened the doors quietly and shuffled towards the couch. The girls had left and everyone seemed to be avoiding or just not seeing the crying girl.

Hisoka's heart twisted at her sobs and steeling her face she sat and rapped an arm around Madoka and pulled her into her side.

The boy could talk.

He blabbered on and on and truthfully Aki wasn't paying attention to him. Only the use of her name snapped Aki from her fruitless daydreaming.

'What Seiji-kun? What do I wanna talk about?' Aki had a small smirk on her face now but she did well to disguise it into a more friendly look rather then the satisfaction she was feeling.

'Oh Seiji-kun!!' She began, placing a hand to her heart. 'You're such a gentleman! But I wanna talk about you Seiji-kun. You're family or hobbies. Anything.'

Hideki was slightly relieved to learn that he wasn't the only one that wasn't exactly thrilled about the whole Ball thing for Valentine's Day. "Who are you going to ask, Hideki-san?" Hideki lowered his head before looking around the room. His eyes passed over Walker, and then over Seiji, and then back to Nemui. "I'm not sure, honestly.. I have a couple of people in mind, but I'm not sure if it would be 'okay' to go with th-them.." Damn you, stutter!

Suddenly, the doors crashed open and after a moment there was a loud voice. "Walker! I wish to join this Host Club!!" Hideki turned to see who it was. Erai. He didn't know much about the kid, but as far as Hideki knew, he hated the Club. Why does he want to join??

Image

Suddenly, Madoka had an arm around her and was being pulled into someone. She looked up from her knees to see Hisoka holding her. The sobs came on even stronger as her heart practically broke into a million pieces. "H-Hisoka.. Y-Y-You d-don't have t-to be nice to m-me.. I-I know that th-this 'relationship' i-i-isn't r-real.. It's o-okay.." Madoka managed to choke out, her sobs making it extremely difficult for her on top of her slight stutter.

More than anything, Madoka wished the relationship truly was real, but she knew that it couldn't ever be that way. There was no possible way that Hisoka could feel the same way for her. That fact tore Madoka up inside, and part of her wished that they'd never met.

"What Seiji-kun? What do I wanna talk about?"

Seiji nodded intently, taking a small bite out of his cake. He loved hearing about the girls and their daily struggles. It was cute, and he did his best to give advice, but needless to say he wasn't always very helpful. His green eyes looked to each of the girls, and he took a napkin in his hand, wiping a bit of cake off of one of the girl's faces. She blushed a dark shade of red and Seiji just gave her a warm smile, his main focus still on Aki as he awaited her topic.

"Oh Seiji-kun!!"

The girl put her hand on her heart, and Seiji tilted his head a little confused by the action. He stayed silent however, taking another bite of cake. I wonder what she's going to choose to talk about. He thought to himself excited, almost jumping up and down in his seat, that is, until her true topic came to light.

"You're such a gentleman! But I wanna talk about you Seiji-kun. You're family or hobbies. Anything."

Seiji instantly felt his stomach sink to his toes. He hated talking about his family, and his hobbies...? It consisted of musical instruments and baking. None of it he found very interesting for casual talk.. He let out a small sigh however and put the brightest smile he could manage onto his face before taking one last bite of cake before he began telling the girls about himself. Several were sitting on the edges of their seats, some where recording with their phones, others were snapping photos of him, it wasn't actually allowed, but Seiji didn't see the harm in it. It was just a few photos and a video about his personal life, which he didn't plan on going into great detail about, "Well.. I like to play the piano and the flute." He admitted, rubbing the back of his neck with a blush on his face. He never really admitted his hobbies to the girls before, seeing as he was a replacement, he was the new candy. They didn't know anything about him, "They're pretty fun, and when I'm not doing that I'm baking, or playing games with the Hosts."

Then he took a big bite of cake. He really didn't want to talk about his father so it would take a little motivation to get the topic going. He scanned the room for Ryuu, but to no avail. Where's Ryuu-kun...? Then his eyes searched for Walker, who seemed incredibly busy, and finally they landed on Hideki. Hideki didn't seem too busy, but he didn't know how to excuse himself from the ladies. Eventually, he gave up, looking down at the floor, "My Okaasan (Mother) died when I was younger, I live with my Otosan (Father).. It's just the two of us. Not a lot to tell. Gomenasai~" He laughed it off, offering each of the girls more cake before his attention turned back to Aki. Her questions made him nervous, but he had to be a pleasant host. He had to suck it up. He kept his playful smile on his face as he addressed her, "Aki-chan, anything else before another question is asked?" He inquired, making sure she felt just as special as his regular customers. Just because she was a host-hopper, doesn't mean she wasn't just as important as the rest. In fact, it kind of made her and Riko special. They gave all of the guys attention, but he figured they'd pick a favorite eventually. It's a lot like tasting cakes.. Now that he thought about it, that comparison was kind of dirty. He was really glad he didn't say it out loud.

"That girl...Riko-chan... S-she..." He almost began crying just watching her cry, and eventually he did. He knew Walker wasn't trying to be mean, but seeing girls cry, it really got to Seiji. Most of his customers began trying to calm him down, offering him cake and other sweets in attempt to soothe him. Though Hikaru ran after him, making Seiji smile a bit, "J-just like a Hero." he whispered under his breath, wiping his eyes, "S-shall we continue ladies...? G-gomenasi.."

Seiji stood in the boy's bathroom, tugging at his tie and fixing his hair rather obsessively. Everything had to be perfect... he never chose a date after all. He was going to ask Ryuu or Hideki but he never got around to it.. Oh well, he'd dance with the customers, hang out with the hosts, and maybe get to sneak a dance or two with one of the hosts. It was really suffocating, not really being able to be honest about his sexuality, though he knows many of the girls would go on an angry rampage the second they found out he was solely interested in boys. It would crush their slightly questionable dreams, and questionable or not, he couldn't be the reason a girl cried. Whether it was unintentional or not, he'd hate himself if he hurt a girl's feelings. Finally, once he felt he was ready, Seiji stepped out into the Host Club music room, noticing only Hideki, Erai, Madoka, and Nemui. He waved to Nemui and Hideki with enthusiasm before approaching Erai. He was the fresh face of the club now and Seiji wanted to say hello. He never got a proper chance before now, and as the previous newbie, he felt it was only right to welcome him as well, "Hi, I'm Seiji Shirokawa, 4th year. I joined the Host Club a few months ago to fill the gap of Boy-Lolita, how're you liking it here?" He knew that Erai hated the club, but he assumed the guy had his reasons. Perhaps he was giving the club a chance? Regardless of Erai's motives, the boy wasn't passing any judgments today. He sat down across from the taller male, serving himself some cake and tea, "Would you like some cake with your tea? It's delicious." Seiji didn't even think of checking his sugar, since he was trying to make friends... he'd just have to be mindful of how much cake he consumed tonight, seeing as he didn't have his sugar strips or blood glucose meter on his person. In his rush to make it on time, he forgot both at home.

Riko didn't show up to the Host Club the entire week, but decided to go to the dance anyhow. She'd just avoid Walker if worst come to worst. She knew she'd get some weird gazes, from those who chose to believe Walker's princely speech instead, but she knew she had a few people in her corner as well, especially Hikaru. She heard the boy run after her, but she chose to remain silent. He was ruffled the entire day, and even came to check on her the next day at school. He was rough around the edges, but overall seemed to be a great guy. She couldn't wait to see Ryuu and Hikaru. She began to wonder if they'd like her dress? She bought it specifically for the Valentines Day Dance. She couldn't wait to show it off. Not to mention she had a new mission. Of course her crying act made her appear immature, but that really did help her in the long run... because she had a certain girl in mind that could be her Senpai... and that would get her closer than ever to the Hosts. All she had to do was get close to Nemui and the whole club would crumble. That girl couldn't detect a bad person if they wore neon lights around their neck. She was the perfect candidate. Riko strutted into the room, smiling at a few of the customers she'd grown close with and waved to them and their dates before approaching a girl she wasn't quite familiar with, in fact despite Riko not knowing her, she seemed oddly familiar...it was something about those golden eyes.. Little did she know, she was talking to Hikaru.

"Hey.. I'm Riko Murasaki, First year. What's your name? Where's your date? A cute girl like you should definitely have a date.."

"Hideki-san.. You look nice.." Hideki turned to see Nemui. She looked beautiful. "O-Oh. Th-thanks, Nemui.. You l-look very pretty," he said awkwardly. "Where's your date?" she asked, and Hideki sighed slightly. "I-I don't have one.. I n-never asked anyone.." Hideki looked at the floor, kicking a dust bunny away with his shoe and slipping his hands into his slacks pockets, his thumbs remaining out of them. "I'd wanted to ask Walker..but I realized that he's way out of my league.. Asking Seiji also came to mind, but why would he want to go with me anyway??" Hideki said softly so that only Nemui could hear and laughed awkwardly about the whole situation. "What about you? Do you have a date?" Of course she does, you idiot.. He smiled shyly at his stupid question.

"Hi, I'm Seiji Shirokawa, 4th year. I joined the Host Club a few months ago to fill the gap of Boy-Lolita, how're you liking it here?" Erai almost choked on his tea at the unexpected voice speaking to him. "I like it just fine.. Walker seems pleased about my presence in the Club..as far as I can tell anyway." "Would you like some cake with your tea? It's delicious." Erai blinked in slight shock at the blatant friendliness that Seiji was showing him. "Uhm, sure. I don't normally eat sweets..but I guess I can make an exception." Why is he being so nice to me? What's an adorable kid like him doing sitting with me and offering me cake? Though Erai wasn't exactly sure how he was supposed to react to Seiji's friendliness, he couldn't help but feel a little bit happy at the company he was providing.

"I like it just fine.. Walker seems pleased about my presence in the Club..as far as I can tell anyway."

"Ehh.. Gomenasai. I didn't mean to startle you." Seiji rubbed the back of his neck, shooting Erai an apologetic look. He really just didn't know where to put himself. Most people were just arriving, so he really couldn't even begin dancing with the girls quite yet. Most people were just conversing to be quite honest.. He wouldn't have chose to bother Erai if Ryuu was present, but luckily for Erai, Ryuu was running late. He was beginning to feel like he was bothering Erai, until he accepted his offer for cake.

"Uhm, sure. I don't normally eat sweets..but I guess I can make an exception."

Energetically, Seiji took no time at all. He immediately got to work, cutting Erai a piece of cake and carefully placing it on a plate for him. He extended it within Erai's reach, a napkin tucked under the plate as well, because accidents always happen. He had quite a few mishaps with strawberry glaze and colorful icing, "I don't get to eat as much as I want, being diabetic and all.." He responded kindly, then looked to the other man curiously. He was sitting by himself as well, was he here alone or did he ask someone. Curiosity eventually consumed Seiji, but he attempted to silence it by eating more cake. After a minute or two, it became uncomfortable to hold his question to himself, "Did you ask anyone to the dance Erai-san? I came alone, because I don't understand how someone just plucks a random girl from the crowd.. I wouldn't be satisfied with that.. Who would?" He asked his fellow host, tilting his head. He didn't really care about dances, he just enjoyed dressing up, hanging out, and eating cake.

"I was wondering if you'd be able to make it, Fumiko! When I'd heard your flight had been delayed, I was terrified you wouldn't be able to enjoy tonight!"

A familiar voice rang through her ears, but at the moment it sounded like nails on a chalkboard. She wasn't in the mood to start her night off by running into Walker. Though she just 'luckily' chose to converse with his date, apparently. Though that was complete sarcasm. She wanted to punch herself for choosing to talk to this... Fumiko. If it wouldn't be considered rude, she would have walked away from the pair immediately.. Just great..

"It was a small matter, honestly, there was an error in landing times. Two planes were scheduled at the same time. My mother drove me, she's such a nitpick.."

The girl began talking to Walker, apparently they knew each other fairly well, because she wasn't exactly a squealing fangirl in his presence, it made her like the girl a bit more, but the mere fact she was interested in Walker made her judge the girl rather harshly. In fact, any girl interested in the host club boys was considered mindless garbage as far as Riko was concerned. These guys didn't fool her, they didn't TRULY care about their customers, clients, whatever they wanted to name the girls that payed them to be nice to them. She couldn't stand a club that got paid to be charismatic and romantic... it was just gross.

"And you look every bit as beautiful as expected, but it's missing something... Something a certain two someones were kind enough to let me borrow from their room without my asking. Now, it's only a loan for tonight, since my dear friend Hikaru has been worried sick about it, but since he's not here to get it, he can wait."

She watched Walker put something around Fumiko's neck, and could only assume it was the necklace that Hikaru had been yapping about for months. How did Walker retrieve it without Orochi and Raion noticing? She wanted to gloat towards the two, but they were apparently not present thus far. The only time I want to see them, they're not here.. Figures

"Ah, good evening, Miss Riko, I do hope there are no sore feeling about my decision? As I said before, I'm more than willing to put forward a good word for you as a manager next year or even hire you this year if you feel like putting the effort to earn it forward!" He wouldn't, of course, but that was simply something she wouldn't, or rather, couldn't know. It would throw off his entire plan, and he rather liked this one.

She gave her best smile, waving it off, "It's water under the bridge." She stated, shrugging her shoulders, "No blood no foul, or so they say." She added, looking between Walker and Fumiko. This girl seemed familiar, but she couldn't place her finger on it. She tilted her head, but no names came to mind. She knew she'd never met her...so why did she feel like she knew this person? It was really unnerving, it was getting irritating, "How long have you two known each other? You're cute together. If I was your customers, I'd be jealous right now." Riko giggled with a genuine smile. They did seem to fit rather well, seeing as they matched fairly well and all. Though she wasn't being entirely nice, she honestly figured one idiot was suited for another.

Hideki was only half-listening to Nemui, which he felt kind of bad about but he couldn't help it. His brain was rattling with thoughts. "Even if I were to have the courage to ask Walker to dance, he has a date, and I wouldn't want to steal him from her.. That's if he even agreed to a dance with me, which I doubt he would." Hideki scanned the room some more and saw that Seiji was sitting with Erai. That's unusual.. Hideki thought to himself. "I'm sorry, Nemui, but would you please excuse me?" Except before she could answer, Hideki was already making his way casually over to Seiji and Erai.

As he approached them, he saw that Seiji was eating some cake. He watched Seiji get a forkful, and kneeling down beside him, Hideki gingerly grasped his hand and stuffed the bite of cake into his own mouth, smiling at Seiji. "Oh my. I-I'm so sorry, Senpai.. Your cake just magically made it's way into my face.." he said once he'd swallowed the cake. He smiled genuinely at Seiji and let go of his hand. He pulled a chair over to where the two were sitting and grabbed a cup of tea before joining them. "I apologize if I've interrupted your chat.." Hideki said, blushing slightly and turning his head away before looking back at Seiji and winking.

"Um...I've never actually had a date to a dance before Doka-chan. I don't really know what to do now. We could dance I guess. Or just sit and talk. I'll even mingle with other couples if that's what you want," Hisoka said. Madoka smiled, genuinely appreciating the effort that Hisoka was putting forth.

Madoka just began to kind of sway in a "dance-like" way, though admittedly Madoka didn't know how to dance. She just closed her eyes and smiled at Hisoka, having the time of her life regardless of how embarrassingly she was dancing. "I don't want to embarrass you, Hisoka-kun~ I don't really know how to dance, but this is fun anyway. I'm glad you're here with me~"

(My dancing isn't that embarrassing is it?!? Etto..) (No, no, Madoka.. It's..it's fine.... *sweat drop*)

"Did you ask anyone to the dance Erai-san? I came alone, because I don't understand how someone just plucks a random girl from the crowd.. I wouldn't be satisfied with that.. Who would?" "And why is it seemingly necessary to pluck a girl from the crowd on top of it. We should be allowed to bring whomever we wish.." At his own statement, Erai realized he probably shouldn't have said that aloud and especially not to someone he barely knew. Ugh.. He probably thinks I'm a creep.

Just then Erai noticed Hideki had come up to them and took Seiji's bite of cake. Erai gave him a slightly taken aback look. "Oh my. I-I'm so sorry, Senpai.. Your cake just magically made it's way into my face.. I apologize if I've interrupted your chat.." What the....?? Erai really didn't understand some of the Host Club Members. Not one bit.

"And why is it seemingly necessary to pluck a girl from the crowd on top of it. We should be allowed to bring whomever we wish.."

Initially he was shocked by this statement, seeing as most guys were not so bold about their preferences, but a warm smile crossed his lips once the surprise factor wore off, "I was kind of implying the same thing..." He mumbled a bit, staring down at his cake, picking at it as they spoke. He thought it was a bit ironic, but simply smiled at Erai in return to his statement. Seiji was about to admit something he'd never done before, mostly because Erai was the only person to ever bring up such a topic to him. Most people felt he was asexual simply because of his child-like attitude and appearance, but it wasn't the case. Albeit his "I'm only attracted to guys... but flirting with girls is nice, plus I really do like them, in a friendly way." He informed his fellow host, finally dipping his fork in his cake, snaring a piece and was about to put it in his mouth, but alas, his attempt was sabotaged when someone seized his hand and motioned it to themselves.

Seiji's green eyes widened, causing him to turn his attention to the culprit, first a little sad that his cake had been stolen, but his spirits perked up as he caught sight of Hideki, "Hideki-san! You look spiffy." He complimented, looking the other guy over for a moment. Though his attention turned to Hideki's words that justified how his cake had been stolen.

"Oh my. I-I'm so sorry, Senpai.. Your cake just magically made it's way into my face.."

Seiji knew better than believe in magic, but smiled, nodding his head, "I don't mind sharing my cake." He stated in a happy-go-lucky tone of voice, offering Hideki another bite. Honestly, one piece was all Seiji could eat, but he didn't like discussing the maturity of his disease. He preferred to just follow the primary rules. If Hideki wanted to share cake, he'd sacrifice not being able to get another slice, especially since he noticed Hideki was dateless as well.

"I apologize if I've interrupted your chat.."

Seiji grinned, shaking his head, "No, no. We were just talking. I don't mind if you join us, do you Erai-san?" Seiji inquired, tilting his head innocently. He didn't grasp the full gravity of this situation, but that was mostly because he didn't like being a serious person, he was chosen for that exact trait. He was not inherently innocent like Eri-kun, but he was good at enjoying his own innocent side nonetheless, "We can be the three bachelors, kind of like the three musketeers, without the outfits and weird hats!" Seiji stated, seeing as there were three of them, and all three were linked by the fact they didn't have dates.

"Fumiko was one of my first friends when I came here to Japan, actually! She was sitting in the seat next to me on the flight coming from the States, and, chatterbox that I am, we ended up talking and becoming pen pals after we touched down and parted ways. I didn't want to cause tension between the girls fighting to be my date, so I asked her if she'd be willing to attend. And now we're here. Anything else to add, Fumiko? I'd hate to be the one to put the words in your mouth!"

Good for them, it's almost so cliche that it makes me want to throw up. She thought to herself, but feigned interest, nodding along, smiling when she should, and giggled as he mentioned the tension between the customers. That brought another thought to mind, but she'd save it until after Walker finished and Fumiko had her own chance to speak. She wanted them both to listen.

"I think you covered the jist of it. It happened so quick, I barely remember it. I'm just passing through for a few hours, They will have their prince back before tonight is over, I assure you. I have a flight to catch tonight or I'll miss out on school and ruin my attendance. It's a long ways away to where I live."

"That's a relief.." Riko said with a hand on her chest, eyes closing as she let out a long sigh. She wasn't lying for once, but she assumed Walker would believe she was, "Some customers have a violent streak when they get jealous." She warned 'Fumiko'. She'd watched Nemui getting picked on for weeks, but she didn't plan to let on she's known this long, that would hurt her own reputation after all.. "I have seen Nemui struggle the last few days... has she mentioned it to you, Walker? I thought I'd keep it as discreet as possible, but now that she's standing alone, I couldn't help it, I had to tell someone." Now there was the lie, she wasn't concerned for Nemui at all, she didn't care about what happened to those idiots that supported the club. For all she cared, those girls could push Nemui down a flight of stairs, "Someone trashed her locker yesterday and right after she had that fainting spell, one of the customers hid her glasses from her.. I thought it was over, because it didn't happen again, well, until now..." She gave another bit of truth, seeing as she had to keep her act believable. She had to bury lies within the truth, it seemed like a much better tactic than those she's used before. She looked to 'Fumiko' with concern, reaching out and cupping the girls hands in her own, I wouldn't want to see you get subjected to bullying.. That's not what this school is about, I hope you have a nice visit her at Ouran." She said, dropping the girl's hands and giving her a reassuring smile, the best she could offer at least, looking over to Nemui for a second, then back to the current conversation.

"How cute, Walker, look. Don't miss it!"

And now there is boy love... Great, just like a shounen-ai manga... Someone kill me...

"I don't mind sharing my cake... No, no. We were just talking. I don't mind if you join us, do you Erai-san? We can be the three bachelors, kind of like the three musketeers, without the outfits and weird hats!" He's just..so adorable. Hideki thought to himself. Hideki looked to Erai. "I'm sorry, Senpai, for interrupting your chat with Seiji-san.." Hideki blushed slightly, turning back to Seiji. "I'm surprised you don't have a date, Seiji-san.. I would think someone with your looks would have had no issue getting a date." Am I being too forward?? CRAP. I'm going to ruin everything. Ugh! Hideki stood to get himself a cup of tea. Earl Grey, his favourite. When he returned, he sat beside Seiji again, "accidentally" nudging his chair slightly closer, hoping that Seiji wouldn't notice his subtle move. Hideki looked around the room and noticed Hisoka with their date. "How cute.." he said. He put his hand over his mouth. "Did I say that out loud??" CRAP! Not again..

"I've seen enough boring old people do this. I think we can do a slow dance," Hisoka said, putting Madoka's hands on her shoulders and wrapping her own hands around Madoka's waist. Madoka blushed and giggled slightly. "H-Hisoka.. I-I'm really glad we came together.." Mdaoka said, looking down at their feet as they swayed gently. She wrapped her arms around Hisoka's neck and leaned her head on Hisoka's shoulder and closed her eyes. This just feels so perfect.. Madoka thought to herself, sighing in relief that tonight was actually going well, regardless of how awkward she was.

"I'm sorry, Senpai, for interrupting your chat with Seiji-san.." Hideki turned back to Seiji. "I'm surprised you don't have a date, Seiji-san.. I would think someone with your looks would have had no issue getting a date." Erai rolled his eyes at the first year's frankness with Seiji. Why not just tell him how you obviously really feel?? Erai thought to himself, rolling his eyes again. "How cute.." Hideki said, his eyes looking towards a couple slow dancing to no music. "Did I say that out loud??" the first year said as he clasped his hand over his mouth. "Yeah. Yeah, you did." Erai rolled his eyes once more. How can these host act like this and no one thinks it's just fricking weird?? Erai sighed, hoping this dumb event would start as soon as possible so that it could be over as soon as possible.

"I'm sorry, Senpai, for interrupting your chat with Seiji-san.."

Seiji shot both boys a bright smile, glad that the two were not arguing. Seiji rose to his feet scooping up his chair and pulled closer to Hideki's chair, "Since we're sharing." The shorter boy's tone was friendly and innocent as he explained his actions, which wasn't exactly an act. He liked Hideki's company and he truly was giving Erai a chance as a fellow host.. He not entirely clueless to Hideki's admiration, as he led others to believe, though in Seiji's defense, he was not entirely aware of it either, it was more of a subconscious gut feeling. His actions however were not romantically driven, and were of purely innocent intent.

"I'm surprised you don't have a date, Seiji-san.. I would think someone with your looks would have had no issue getting a date."

"Nah, I'm only friends with the customers.. I don't like girls like that." Seiji replied with a light laugh, a childish grin on his face as he took another bite of cake, enjoying what little cake he could fit into his diet, "I was actually just telling Erai that it's unfair that we are expected to ask girls." He spoke so openly, he was so nonchalant about the topic, it didn't even bother him to admit he was gay, albeit he was a little too naive to realize when he was crushing on someone.

"That's a good brand, Hideki-kun." Seiji smiled, admiring Earl Grey quite a bit himself, though the boy Lolita didn't necessarily have a favorite as long as it went well with cake.

"How cute.."

Seiji tilted his head as he examined Hisoka and Madoka. He didn't have anything against the couple, but to him he didn't see why it was special either. They liked each other, end of story? Regardless he smiled, glad Hisoka was having fun as well.

"Did I say that out loud??"

"Yeah. Yeah, you did."

Seiji was about to nod and say something but was best to the punch by Erai, "They do look well together. Why shouldn't we state what we like to see? There's no harm in it." The shorter boy tilted his head at Erai, pouting a bit at the reaction of the newer host. He didn't like that Erai seemed to be bored with their company now, and he was oblivious to what changed his more sociable atmosphere into this moody one. Seiji shuffled his feet against the floor, staring down at the remains of his and Hideki's cake. Seiji wasn't prepared for awkward situations like this so he simply smiled a bit. Suddenly he caught Walker practically sneaking off out onto the balcony and he got a mischievous idea, "Let's go see what Walker-kun is doing! We can be like spies." He told Hideki and Erai enthusiastically. He stood from his seat, approaching the windows and crouched down so he would be lower to the ground and less detectable by Walker or anyone else on the other side as he parted the drapes a little, just enough to watch with one eye. Walker was out there with a girl! She looked familiar, but definitely wasn't an Ouran girl. Who was she? The scene seemed to be getting fairly lovey-dovey as well.
