There are reasons why Yasu is called the calm one. He’s always just had a serene aura that radiates off of him, practically lowering the tension of a room just by being there. He has a gentle yet playful smile that can soothe the most troubled of souls. Being in the Host Club, he is great with customers, including the occasional male one; he knows exactly what to say and when to say it.
But Yasu isn’t just some shallow, airheaded flirt. He’s actually rather intelligent and clever, and he can come up with ideas and thoughts easily and quickly. He’s also very musical; he plays guitar and piano and has a beautiful singing voice. He is protective over those he is close to, and one of the many reasons he is a popular host is because he can remain calm and cheerful but also be strong and firm when he needs to be.

|History|
Yasuo was born to a very wealthy family; as most of the students at Ouran are. So he grew up comfortably with anything he wanted. Yasuo doesn’t remember much from his childhood; its all a boring blur to him. He does remember that he and his brother, Ryuu, were very close when they were young, and then one day that changed. The day they learned of how one of them would inherit the family business. Since that day, the two of them had been at each other’s throats’. At first, it seemed as if Ryuu was winning their little “competition”. Yasu was about to give up when something happened… He still isn’t entirely sure what had happened, even to this day.

Ryuu had disrespected their father or something along those lines and was practically kicked from the family. Yasu had resolved to heal the broken relationship between him and his brother, even though he knew that he was going to be the one to inherit the family business. He figured that the since the two of them were in the Host Club, they would be able to spend more time together. Although their competitive flame is already sparked, their relationship is much better than what it had been years ago. Yasu remains as the only connection between Ryuu and their family.

{ “Whoa. What’s going on? And this early in the morning?” }

Shit… gonna be late again…

Clutching his bag and black guitar case, Yasuo was practically sprinting through the halls. People managed to stumble out of the tall man’s way as he dashed by them. Even though he himself thought that he looked like a complete fool, his lean yet well built figure showed off just how athletic and graceful he was.

This was actually a rather rare occurrence for Yaso; he was generally one of the first ones to arrive at the club. Yasuo would’ve been on time if not for that fact that his little kitten, Ushiso, which he had just gotten a few weeks ago, had started to get sick repeatedly this morning. Yasuo probably would’ve stayed home if not for the fact that his mother convinced Yasuo that she would take care of the small animal.

So here he was, running through the halls. Yasuo honestly had no obvious reason to run; there was still a few more minutes before he would technically be late. But, secretly, he wanted to reach the club before the twins. Its not like Yasuo hates them; he himself doesn’t believe in having enemies. He just thinks that the two were quite the bad influence on his little Eri. The urge to protect his innocence burned deep within Yasu; he believe it stems from the fact that he always wanted a little brother. Or perhaps its something more? Who knows, really.

Out of the corner of his eye, Yasu spotted the two blonde twins a few feet away. He paused in his hurried manner to catch his breath. He arrived just on time to see Raion pick up some sort of piece of jewelry…
Before Yasu even had a chance to process what had happened, another student simply ran up to Orochi and gave him a square jab in the nose.

“Hey.” Yasu called, quickly making his way over to the bunch before things could escalate further. “What’s going on over here?” He asked, his gaze traveling from each guy to the next. “Ok, I don’t know what happened, but I think that punching Orochi was very unnecessary.” Yasu’s words weren’t angry, just firm. Stern. As if he was scolding a child. He crossed his arms, glaring down at the attacker. Meanwhile, he had positioned himself in between the twins and the other student.

“I haven’t seen you around here much… You’re new right?” Yasu tilted his head to the side. “I don’t think it would go by well with the administration if they found out their newest transfer was harassing students already…” Of course, Yasu was assuming many things. He was also unaware of that fact that his words were rather threatening. Yasu might not be close friends with the twins, but they were people, and he hated nothing more than he hated bullies. “I suggest you apologize and hope that Orochi will forgive you.” He glanced over his shoulder at Orochi himself. “You’re not hurt, right?” Yasu asked, his tone practically dripping with sweetness now. He flashed a warm smile.

{"Honestly, I would rather be sleeping.” }

Image

Keiichi Shimizu roamed through the halls of Ouran Academy; a hand shoved deep within the pockets of his black slacks and the other carried his cello case. As the heels of his dress shoes skittered across the linoleum floor, he was careful not to make any sudden move as if one of the rowdy members of the Host Club might come springing out from hiding, and cause a disturbance to this peaceful quietness- at last. He let his mind roam to the daily tasks that usually kept him busy when he wasn't playing his cello, or sleeping for that matter. Then again, when was Keiichi Shimizu not busy. There was always something there waiting for him to do like managing budgets to selling off merchandise in order to keep the Host Club solvent, all while still funding Walker's extravagant schemes; club money that needed to be earned through events, online auctions of personal host objects. It was a surprise that he still manages to keep things "under control" for the Host club; however, he was just...tired. Both physically and emotionally. His bones ached with every step he'd take, and his eyes lids felt heavy as if holding them open drained the energy he barely acquired whole. It was Monday morning after all. Just five more days and he'd be welcomed to the comfort of his bed.

Image

He began to round a corner when he heard noises from within 'Music Room 3' with two, enormous double doors closed shut. At first he thought of ignoring and instead continue on his path as if he hadn't heard anything, but the ruckus coming from inside only made him more curious. Without thinking it through, His hand twisted the door's metal knob, and pushed the door open with it's hinges creaking until he seen the faces of his friends. For a split second he thought of turning on one heel and walk back out the hallway, but it was too late. Damn. Today was not the day he wanted to put up with any of their enthusiastic crap. He was just..tired.

"What in the world is your problem!?"

Hikaru chewed on the inside of her cheek with a bored expression as she let Orochi speak his mind. She realized she wrongfully attacked him, and she knew she owed him an apology, but she was too prideful. On the outside, she seemed pretty cool about it now that he spoke up. Her expression was pretty aloof, almost as if she'd never attacked him in the first place.

"Apologize?! Yeah, you should apologize, for not being born with common manners you brute."

She instantly twitched at the label of "brute" he'd tagged on her. I'm three inches shorter than you, and you're calling me a brute!? It pierced like a knife, and she instantly clenched her fists, getting angry again. I'm not a brute! Your clone made me lose Grandpa's precious... She was almost ready to explode again, when she heard another voice grew closer. Her golden eyes landed on the familiar male and she instantly gave him a calm glare. She was no longer concerned with Orochi, in fact her attention turned from him entirely as if he'd suddenly vanished in thin air.

"Woah it's you again? Hm? Whats the matter Oro?"

They look exactly alike except for the now obvious height difference, and the glasses... I can hardly blame myself for the mistake of mixing them up.. She stared at him for a minute before pointing at him, "It's your fault I lost my grandfather's necklace!" She snapped angrily, but they were quickly interrupted when Orochi chimed back in.

"Raion do you know this person? They just attacked me for no reason!"

not to mention as people began to stare. She could hear several of Ouran's female population screaming at her for punching Orochi. What the hell is a host club? She asked herself as she heard mention of 'host' 'club' 'devil'. Are they in a cult? She shook her head, deciding to ignore the girls for now, and they were interrupted once more, this time by what appeared to be an upperclassmen.

“Hey. What’s going on over here?”

Her eye twitched as she got a good look at there were now three guys standing in front of her. They were all model-level gorgeous, and the new arrival was super tall, much like the guy who apparently was named Raion. She stayed quiet, pouting a bit. Ouran was far too nosey for her tastes. It was her first day here and people were already sticking their nose in other's business. She stood up tall however, as tall as someone her height could compared to Yasu, Raion and Orochi. She didn't want any of them to think she was intimidated in the slightest, for being the 'short guy'.

“Ok, I don’t know what happened, but I think that punching Orochi was very unnecessary.”

Now she was pretty much facing this guy by himself, due to his choice of placement, but she kept her gaze firm, not necessarily realizing that Yasu wasn't trying to intimidate her with his height in the first place. Though she was still trying to compete, overcompensating for her short stature, "That was meant for the other guy, Raion...or whatever.." She mumbled in a childish tone. She glared up at Yasu as he glared down, unwavering. This 'little boy' was rather stubborn for someone of 'his' height, especially seeing as 'he' was outnumbered three to one.

“I haven’t seen you around here much… You’re new right?”

She went wide eyed, and turned her gaze away, a little disappointed that he'd given up so easily on their little 'glaring match'. I'm taking that as a forfeit on his part.. She thought to herself in a happy mood now... well other than the fact her necklace was still missing, "Yeah.. I'm new. Hikaru Inoue, age 15, first year..." she repeated again, growing a bit tired of her introduction, but she assumed she'd have to do it for the next week until everyone got used to her presence.. I guess that's what I get for arriving a few weeks late...

“I don’t think it would go by well with the administration if they found out their newest transfer was harassing students already…”

Hikaru clenched her fists, glaring again, "Tell him to find my grandfather's necklace!" She snapped, "It was his fault I lost it in the first place!" She pointed at Raion. She took a minute to breathe before once again turning her gaze away, processing the threat. Though her pride and thirst to prove she doesn't conform to the expectations of society got the best of her and she replied in a cocky tone before she could stop herself, "It's not like I care about getting in trouble... I was kicked out of my last school for fighting... Threats like that don't bother me.." Though she was lying. Sure she didn't personally care about getting in trouble or getting kicked out again, but her mom would. She'd never forgive herself if her mom had to go through another move because of her disruptive and rebellious nature towards school administration and her 'sempais'

“I suggest you apologize and hope that Orochi will forgive you.”

She let out a soft growl, realizing that in this moment she came off as sort of a harasser. She hated bullying, mostly because she'd went through it her whole life, and she had to admit that for once, one of her sempai made pretty good sense, "I shouldn't have hit you." she mumbled in Orochi's direction, her expression childish, and she avoided eye contact with him entirely, "That was meant for the other you.." Apparently something Yasuo said bothered 'him' enough to bring at the very least...a pathetic excuse for an apology out from 'him'.

"Now...what the heck is your cult called? A host club...? What is that..and how many devils are in it?" Hikaru asked completely baffled with an innocent look on 'his' face. She was familiar with cross dressing, because she'd done it herself. She wasn't exactly naive, actually she was a bit perverted, but she honestly had never heard of a host club before, "I heard some random girls shouting about it..."

I hope I'm doing alright... this is my first year attending as a male student...

She was running late, very, very late. Though it wasn't like she had a first period, Nemui enjoyed spending her first period studying peacefully for her exams. She ran through the halls of Ouran's first floor until she bumped into a garbage can and was sent skidding across the floor. She sat up, brushing her throbbing forehead with her fingers, and lifted her head just in time to see the new boy punch Orochi. Her eyes widened and she didn't even bother pushing her glasses up. She could tell who the blurs actually were, seeing as she knew who was standing where before they fell askew on her face. O-ow that hurt..... Oh no!! Orochi-kun! Look out! She didn't speak it out loud, she was far too timid for something like that, but she wished she had. The slap to Orochi's face was for a moment, pretty horrific. Even though he didn't seem to have a significant mark on his face, it still probably hurt.

She slowly stood up, seeing as she was a fair distance away and was relieved when Yasuo stepped in to save the day. The short new kid and Yasuo seemed to have a showdown as far as their glare's went, and it caused her to giggle from her comfortable distance. She pulled out a book, opening it up and pretending to read as she watched the scene play out. Eventually it appeared that the small boy apologized to Orochi, but she wasn't sure if the twin deserved it or not. They were always playing pranks on people, maybe he did something that really bothered the underclassmen? She didn't have all the details so she chose to not stress about it. She turned her attention straight back to her school work, shaking her head. I really shouldn't pay attention to them.. they're only trouble. They're a huge distraction.. I mean... I've seen some of their fan's grades.. they're pathetic... I bet those boys don't have many customers with more than half of a brain...

I wouldn't be caught dead in the host club... Way too embarrassing. I can't imagine how many radiant guys would be in there...and then they act... They say stuff... Her face started getting pretty red as she tried to focus on her chemistry book. She'd read a lot of manga, and she heard that the boys practically oozed that kind dialogue out everywhere they went. She shivered at the thought, not brave enough to ever confront one of them face to face. Sure she had a crush on the twins since last year, but that's all it was. She didn't know them personally, so it wasn't like she took her attraction to them too seriously or anything... She only spoke to them once and that was to ask for a pencil right before final exams the year before.

Ugh! I don't even go to the club and I still can't focus!

Orochi adjusted his glasses while growling slightly under his breath. Raion looked at the new male in front of him then at his brother. "Do i know him? Nah sorry. I don't know him know him but he did trip over me earlier." He said before looking at his angered brother. Orochi sighed while adjusting his glasses again."Obviously he doesn't know much about manners. And from the looks of it, his egotistical pride is preventing him from apologizing!" The boys then paused seeing Yasuo appear. They both groaned while hearing the male. He always treated them like they were children; which they truly believed they weren't.

"We didn't need your help Yasuo. Everything was completely under control." Orochi said as Raion nodded. He then began to tug on his brothers arm. "Hey Oro, lets go find Eri. Im sure he's waiting for us." Orochi smiled and nodded before looking back and glaring at the male who had punched him. "Yes Raion. I'd prefer more human company." Orochi then began to walk and soon Raion looked at the male who punched his brother. "You touch my brother again, and your dead." Raion said in his suprisingly cheery and frightening voice. He soon whistled and began to follow his brother.

"No need to worry Oro. I got this sweet piece when that guy fell. Long as I have it, he's not getting his mits on it. Well, not until he apologizes." Raion said while showing his brother the necklace that the male was looking for. It was not around his neck. Orochi smiled. "You hold onto that Raion." Soon the boys began to approach the music room. They spot the male they were looking for then smirked at each other before quietly sneaking up behind him. Raion quickly picked Eri up and sat him on his shoulders. "Gotcha!"

{ “Of course they’re up to something.” }

"We didn't need your help Yasuo. Everything was completely under control."

You’re just reinforcing the reason why I want to keep Eri away from you. Yasu clenched his jaw ever so slightly, though it was not enough to be noticeable.

"Hey Oro, lets go find Eri. Im sure he's waiting for us."

... Shit.

After a few overly-dramatic words from Raion, the twins left, leaving Yasuo with the Orochi’s attacker. “Well, this is awkward.” Yasu shoved his hands into his pockets and stared at this Hikaru. Suddenly, something clicked in Yasu’s mind. “You said you lost your necklace or something, right? I think I might know where that is… I assumed Raion was just picking up something he had dropped, but he was never one to wear necklaces like that one.” He nodded and scratched his chin. “If you follow me, I’ll be able be able to help you get it back. Raion has it; I saw him pick it up. He’s the one without glasses.” Once again flashing his award-winning smile, Yasu turned and began walking up the stairs, hoping Hikaru was following.

Yasu was taking his sweet time. He attempted to make conversation with Hikaru, but he wasn’t much of a talker. By the time the music room was in sight, he spotted two blonde twins with a small boy on one of their shoulders making their way to the same destination. Raion appeared to be holding some sort of cloth… “Oh, no…”

The last few steps toward the music room were much quicker. Yasu practically threw the door open, but it was too late. Tsuki was already crying and staring at the twins with wide eyes.

The normally calm Yasu felt his eye twitch. “Orochi! Raion!” The deep, commanding boom to his voice filled the room. His tone expressed a mixture of sternness and annoyance. He made his way over to them, his bags dropping to the floor. “And you two wonder why I treat you like children! Eri is more mature than you!” He had momentarily forgotten about Hikaru. Taking a multitude of quick steps towards them, he, in one swift motion, grabbed Eri from under his shoulders and hoisted him off of the blonde. Cradling him to his chest, Yasu glared at the twins menacingly.

“Are you two fools? Do you know what itching powder is made of?” His voice was filled to the brim with disdain. Yasu snatched the towel away from Tsuki and tossed it in the twins’ direction; it was a towel, so it wasn’t as if it flew through the air. Yasu’s gaze softened as he looked at the club’s manager. “Tsu-chan, don’t touch your face, alright? No matter how much you want to scratch it: don’t. I’ll help you in a moment.”

His eyes hardened as Yasu looked back over at the twins. “If you get the stuff in your eyes it can do serious damage to them! Not to mention your lips, and ingesting it is very dangerous! Most of your pranks are harmless, but this is ridiculous! You two attend one of the most prestigious schools ever; you should probably get your act together before you seriously hurt someone and get your family in more legal trouble than I’m sure you’ve already caused.” There was poison in his words. Yasu was generally much more kind, but the twins pushed it too far. And if there was something Yasu hated, it was bullies who harmed others for their own amusment. And the twins seemed to fit that bill well.

Still holding Eri tightly to his chest with one arm, he looked down at the small boy. “Its not your fault Eri, so don’t worry. I’m sorry I was so late. It won’t happen again.” His tone had changed; it was lower and displayed his disappointment in the twins and himself.

Turning on his heel, he grabbed Tsuki’s wrist gently. He wasn’t sure if she had gotten it in her eyes and was temporarily blinded. What he did know was that it was his job to take care of her since no one else seemed to care. “C’mon Tsu-chan. Let’s go see if the nurse has anything for the itch.” He walked towards the door again, still holding Eri and dragging Tsuki behind him. He paused in his steps to look at Hikaru. “Raion has your necklace,” Yasu repeated, “If you have any trouble with the twins, talk to Walker, the other blonde beauty in here. I’m sorry I can’t help you much more.” And with that, he was gone. He continued on his way out of the room, Eri and Tsuki in tow. He was so blinded by his temporary anger that he hadn’t really bothered to ask what the two themselves wanted to do. He just kept trudging along in the hall towards the nurse’s office.

The twins couldn't resist it anymore. They stood next to each other and began to burst into a laughing frenzy. They couldn't take it. Tsuki was always so easy to fall for their pranks and her naiveness was what they loved most about her. Sure she was their manager but she was still a friend, and like all their friends, no one was safe. And the nose bleeds just made things a lot better. But, like a dark cloud from the Netherlands, their fun came to an end.

Yasuo's appearance and taking of Eri ruined the entire mood. Even giving the boys an odd feeling that people would often see as guilt. The two stood dumb founded and a bit in rage. Yasuo always treated them like children and regardless of what they did, always scolded them. As if he were their parent. Orochi folded his arms and glared at the male before them. They dodged the towel just in time but it just made them even more angry. "Shut up. Your aren't our dad, so stop addressing us as if you have authority of some sort that we should care about." Raion pouted and looked at Yasuo. "Give me back Eri!" Seeing the male leave with Tsuki and Eri and the male from before in the room, the twins quickly began to make their escape. Orochi grumbled under his breath. "Stupid Yasuo with his stupid face and stupid stupidness! Thinking he can talk to me like im sort of brat! Like im some sort of baby!? We'll show him!" Raion held onto the necklace that he had found and hid it in his shirt. He looked back to see if that male was following. Raion grumbled. "Man he's such a fun ruiner. Tsuki isn't gonna lose her sight. That dummy dumb. I bet he doesn't even know how to have fun....."

Orochi stopped in his tracks and squinted angrily. "I think a little pay back is in order, don't you think Raion? Quick, whats something important to Yasuo?" Raion began to blink blankly and think. "Uhhhh!... Uhhhhh!!.. His stupid hair!" Orochi smirked. "Close. Try again." Raion thought again. "Uhh... Hosting women?" Orochi nodded; his evil brain beginning to scheme. "Thats correct! Without women adoring him, Yasuo's just dead wait to the club. No women means he's just going to sit there a bored mess. But no, this plan i have will do much more than that. By the time were finished with him, no woman would come within 1 mile of him!" Raion's eyes widened in curiosity as Orochi began to looked around. The brothers bumped fists and Orochi began to walk down the hall with a smirk. "Come Raion. We have much work to do." Raion smiled and nodded. "Righto Onii-chan!" He said before running after him.

Too much surprise, Yasuo came off aggressive towards the twins. It was known he didn’t support them and their ways since he did not favor bullying of any kind. He often seemed to tolerate them and treated them like children. Tsuki understood that yes, he Imagetwins acted childish. However, she acted that way as well. The prank the twins pulled did a bit far for Tsuki’s standards, but she understood they were just having a good time. Too forgiving for her own good, she didn’t feel the need to scold them on their actions. Perhaps that’s why they constantly pulled tricks on her, because she didn’t put a foot down. Perhaps the reason they target her was because she doesn’t hold it against them in any way.

Yasuo had taken Eri from their grasp and scolded them heavily; Tsuki attempted to speak up, but was too much in shock about how aggressive Yasuo was being. Next thing she knew she was grabbed and pulled away along with Eri towards the infirmary. She turned to the twins and watched them fade in the distance, they weren’t pleased. ‘I hope they don’t try anything on Yasuo…’

Walking through the halls she noticed the looks the other girls were giving them, after the cues towards Eri and Yasuo she got glares. The itching sensation on her face was incredibly irritating, but she tried her best not to scratch as Yasuo had told her. “ Yasuo…You didn’t have to do that, they were just playing around. I’m an idiot for thinking they meant good intentions, you know how I am.”

She felt hesitant to speak, it was one of the very few times anyone has stuck up for her. Her cheery attitude always made things seem as if they were nothing of a problem.
Quickly perking up, hoping to help soothe his worries and Eri’s who looks troubled with guilt. “I’m sure the nurse will have something that can take care of this, I could have gone myself too! I’m pretty tough, although I don’t look like the type.”
They had arrived to the infirmary where the nurse simply shook her head and went off to get what Tsuki needed, Eri was apologizing which simply touched Tsuki’s heart…even if he was being held by Yasuo, lucky kid. “ Eri, don’t worry. I’m alright I’m alright. Yasuo thank you for the help, sorry for the trouble~“ She tried to keep the atmosphere positive, it felt tense. “ Ah…I hope the twins don’t try to pull anything. I would keep an eye out, but you really shouldn't let them get to you. It only makes it worse, even if they are acting like kids. “She sat down on the infirmary bed and seemed different from her usual goofy self.

“ I think a day will come that they will realize that their childish ways might chase away someone they really care about; I do hope they apologize to me though. Them admitting defeat though that might be a long shot though. Thank you though, for standing up for me.“
she laughed.

“Today while everyone is hosting I’ll have an announcement, Halloween is coming up and you can guess what that means!”

{ “I… I’m sorry.” }

"Y-Yasu.." Eri whimpered softly. "I'm sorry! I-I didn't mean to make you angry... And they were just kidding... They would never wanna hurt T-Tsuki-chan... Don't be mad at them. Please?"

Yasu let out a deep puff of air from his nose, his nostrils flaring like that of an angry bull’s.

“ Yasuo…You didn’t have to do that, they were just playing around. I’m an idiot for thinking they meant good intentions, you know how I am.”

By now, Yasu had realized his wrongdoings. He was already calming down with his jaw slackening from its previously tensed position. “I know… I’m sorry. I went a bit over the top with that one. I guess they just… hit a nerve.” Yasu let out a deep, frustrated sigh. He felt terrible. He shouldn’t have snapped at the twins.

Yasu decided to stay quiet as Eri and Tsuki exchanged words. Tsuki even tried to talk to him, but Yasu wasn’t in the mood to talk. He felt as if he’d said enough. Once they had reached the infirmary, he gingerly let Tsuki’s wrist go. In the meantime, he squeezed the crying little Eri in his arms. “Eri, I’m sorry for scaring you… I didn’t mean to raise my voice. I’m not mad at them anymore, and I was never mad at you. So don’t worry, ok?” Yasu even smiled warmly down at the boy. Hesitantly, he planted a soft kiss on the top of Eri’s hair.

TIMESKIIIIP

“Yasuo, you don’t seem like yourself today. Has something got you down?”

Yasu’s mood had been gloomy ever since this morning. He felt extremely bad for shouting at the twins. “Yes.. I said something I shouldn’t have this morning, and I’m regretting it.”

“Perhaps you should apologize then?” Per usual, his clients tended to care for him more than he did himself.

Yasu looked over at the two of them and flashed that soothing, tender smile, his head tilted to the side ever so slightly. The two of them visibly swooned, their hands pressed to their heart. “I promise I will. Thank you for your help.”

As soon as Yasu was done speaking, Tsuki called for the attention of the club. As she spoke, Yasu couldn’t help but smile. He was already excited for this. As soon as she was done speaking, Yasu excused himself from his clients and told them he would be back momentarily. He walked over the Oroshi and Raion, who were also there with their clients. “Excuse me ladies, do you mind giving us a moment alone?” Unlike this morning, Yasu’s tone was anything but angry. It was more… cautious. He was afraid of say thing something wrong again. He heard some grumbling, but they complied. Yasu sat down so he was facing them.

“Alright, you two, listen. I just wanted to say… I’m sorry for this morning. Seriously. I shouldn’t have let my emotions control my actions. Bullying has always been a touchy subject for me.” Yasu looked down and frowned, biting his bottom lip soon after. “Two years ago, my best friend was bullied to the extent where she tried to take her own life. Her parents forced her to transfer and cut off contact between everyone at Ouran. I haven’t spoken to her since.” He ran his fingers through his hair; a nervous tic. “I hope you guys can forgive me. I’m very sorry.” Without wait for a response, Yasu stood up and walked back to his clients. He was wondering where Eri was. He felt inclinde to apologize to him again.

And so the evil plotting and planning began. The boys began to put operation: Ruin Yasuo's Life in action. They were still steamed about what he had said to them. Yelling at them as if he were equal to a parent. A PARENT! And so, as a result, the boys began to use their quick wits and muscles to put everything together. Their goal, to make no girl like him. Ever. If no girls come to visit him at the club, then his purpose would be useless. After that, they would feel they have gotten even.

They began to spread rumors about him and show embarrassing photos to any girl they wanted. This was going along swimmingly. The boys leaned against the wall and began to listen. "Hey did you hear? Yasuo's got a flesh eating disease and it's super contagious!" "I heard that he's engaged to marry a prince in another country!" The group of girls began to cringed in disgust. Orochi and Raion smiled and gave a celebratory fist bump. If they were some sort of evil science duo, now would be the time for an evil laugh

~Tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime Skipitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttty~

By the end of the day, the news of Yasuo's various problems spread to the majority of the female population of Ouran. As a hidden bonus, the boys gave a bit of self advertising to the girls saying that they would be there for them if they needed someone to talk to. But soon, the man of the hour began to approach them. They folded their arms and glared at him knowing that in the back of their mind, they had done something that would ruin him. But, all the hidden smirks began to leave when he apologized. They didn't expect that, especially from him. Orochi and Raion looked at each other with a confused glared. "Uh... Yasuo?" Orochi said but it seemed to be no good. Yasuo got up and left just like that. The boys pouted and looked at each other. "Onii-chan? Are we dead" Raion said. "Yeah... Seems like it..." Orochi responded before the boys began to go to their customers.

Hikaru did as she said, she skipped all of her classes and stayed in the 3rd Music room. It wasn't long before she slipped off into boredom though, and eventually passed out on the couches. She awoke just as the hosts entered, followed by screaming girls. She sat up, yawning a bit. Why is there so many screaming idiotic fangirls in here? She glared a bit, sitting back against the couch in exhaustion. She hated girls like that, seriously...they were so air headed. She rubbed the back of her neck, though it didn't comfort her much. The furniture in the room wasn't nearly as comfortable as it looked... her whole body felt cramped and sore.

When are they going to give me back my necklace so I can go home? Her brooding left a dark aura around her, and she sulked inside it. She was growing irritated and whatever kind of business these boys ran wasn't going to prosper very well with the bad vibes oozing off the angry 'boy' lurking in the corner of the room off to himself. Hikaru had changed into 'his' normal clothes by now, and for such a rowdy troublemaker, she dressed pretty...plainly for a 'rich boy'. She didn't see anything wrong with the tan sweater she wore on top of the white button down shirt that came with her Ouran uniform. black knee-length shorts. Well, nothing other than the fact that she was burning up in the sweater. 'He' wore plain black boots, overall Hikaru looked pretty ordinary, other than her oddly colored hair and eyes.

Image

She sat there, letting out a sigh, after a while catching on. Oh...so they're sort of like PG-13 male escorts... They're getting paid just to be nice to girls? What a rip-off.. She scoffed, shaking her head at the scene, staring with an idle expression. They'd eventually give back what was stolen from her, or she'd continue to loiter around until her presence hurt their business. Her necklace was precious...Not to mention it was the only lighter she owned. Her mother didn't know she smoked, but she could wear the necklace without arousing suspicion, because it's sentimental value to both of them. If she showed up without it, her mom would investigate. If her mom investigated, she'd find out Hikaru has been lying to her for quite some time....and Hikaru couldn't let that happen. She couldn't see her mom cry again on her account.

"Stupid Raion.. Stupid club... I wish I never met you. I could be home, playing video games if it wasn't for those two obnoxious dopplegangers..." She threw off the sweater with a frown, cursing a bit too loudly and attracting a bit of nearby attention.

Random customer chatter

"Oh look, Mimoi-chan... There's a boy over there in the corner.. Isn't he's so adorable...? He looks so angry though..."

"Shhh! That's Hikaru Inoue, he's a well known delinquent. He skipped all his classes today I heard, just so he could go out on the roof and smoke cigarettes... I heard that he used to get in a ton of fights at his old school. My cousin was in his class."

"Sugoi... what's he doing here? Is he going to be a new host? Wouldn't that be a little dangerous? I wonder what he would be... the Rowdy type? Defiant type?"

"What about the rebellious type...?"

End random customer chatter

"Great... now they're staring..." She frowned, pretending to hate their gossiping. She was never going to admit it, but deep down Hikaru found the attention to be a bit nice... She didn't get much of that, ever. It was different. Though now he thought was just as good of a time as any to start a ruckus. He stood, brushing himself off before starting to speak in a loud enough voice to catch the attention of a fair amount of the room's inhabitants.

"Excuse me, I don't mean to interrupt, but I have an important announcement. Hi, my name is Hikaru Inoue.. and I'd like for all of you girls to know that you might want to watch your purse...your beloved hosts have a thief among them.. He's stolen.." Her eyes softened a bit as she hesitated to mention the personal bit, "A present my grandfather gave me five years ago. He's dead now and that jerk won't give it back. Do you even realize what type of guy you might TRULY be spending time with..?"

Boom. Hikaru planted the seed of uncertainty among the girls, letting them whisper about 'his' announcement among themselves, "Thank you, proceed." she ushered her hand, sitting back down as if she'd done nothing wrong. Then she noticed the cake among the room. Her stomach growled and she pouted a bit.

Shamelessly, she slowly approached a small boy's 'station' for himself and his customers in the room. She'd seen in the room earlier being carried out by the man who revealed which doppelganger stole her necklace. Hikaru looked between him and his customers, stomach growling again. She spoke up, but suddenly there was a blush on 'his' face, "Oi... can I join you guys and have a piece of cake too?" she asked in an uncharacteristically bashful tone. Was Hikaru a Tsundere or something?

It had been a perfectly normal day, up until the Host Club. Even for a nice few minutes, Walker had been able to spend some time with his favorite regulars, treating them the way they wanted to be treated, pampering themselves by pampering him. He almost wanted to call it a motherly complex, but he knew the main reason was because they wanted a slice of the American Pie(DAMN being the foreign person and the hotness is implied!). THEN a new first-year, Hikaru he believed her name was(Again, you try growing up around THEATER people and not learning how to tell who's a crossdresser and who isn't. Not that difficult unless they've gotten surgery for it.), stood up, insulted the club by not directly speaking of who the thief was, and then DARED to ask to join so she could enjoy a piece of pastry. Excusing himself from the crowd of girls surrounding him, he stood up, walked over to her, and tapped her on the shoulder, hiding his instant distaste for her behind a smile like any other he'd give to the clients.

"Excuse me, Miss Hikaru," he said, keeping his voice down so the clients wouldn't hear, but enough for Eri to hear, as this was a matter for the club, not just Walker OR Hikaru, "But if you wish to join for our delicious cake, you're going to have to say out loud to EVERYONE who the offender is, for even though I can see you're telling the truth and you most likely know the offender's identity, making all of the club look bad rather than just the actual thief is an insult to the rest of us. And I don't know about Eri's feelings towards this, but I rarely feel generous when insulted." Turning around to face the whole room, Walker clapped his hands twice, the attention of most every client in the room snapping to him.

"Ladies, fellow hosts, Mister Hikaru's story has given me a WONDERFUL idea!" he said, making sure to use the word "story" to dissolve a little bit of the tension Hikaru had built, then raising a fist up in front of his face in a pose, "A trial! A trial for the missing mystery heirloom! He shall name the accused, and we, as not a club, but a jury, shall find the truth in the darkness! Make the light pierce the gloomy unknown!" Walker swept around, now pointing at Hikaru, "You, the defendant, must state the name of the accused for all to hear! Who is the dread thief that whisked away your closest, dearest treasures?" He let the last words hang in the air, building tension and suspense. He knew at least half the clients would be eating this up right now, as ANYTHING would surpass the tedium of everyday life at a private school, even one as interesting as Ouran. He felt the weight of all the eyes shift from him over to Hikaru, the heat building with each passing moment.

Hisoka opened her mouth to speak but the girp beat her to it. She spoke about how she'd never give up Hisoka's secret and then why it seemed she liked her so much. Oh. She has a crush on me....that's a first.

Hisoka's cheeks puffed out as she let out a deep breath. 'Well then...Our secret then blondie.' Grinning now Hisoka punched her lightly in the shoulder. 'I expect you to take this to the grave now. You hear?'

Content now Hisoka sat back again and rested her feet on the coffee table. She didn't have to worry about her now. And really it felt nice to have someone to trust. Hisoka truly believed her secret was safe.

'Well now that you're here sit down blondie. Relax. If you sit here hopefully no other girls will bother me.' With a content air about her Hisoka turned to look at Madoka. Behind her rather familiar looking boy began spouting about stealing. To top it off Walker seemed ready to turn this into a court case. Hisoka rolled her eyes.

'What a bunch of-'

'Ohhh~ I bet it was Hisoka-kun! Both of them are bad boys so Hisoka-kun must of wanted to prove he was the best!' A customer pointed at Hisoka as others behind her gasped.

Honestly Hisoka wouldn't find this suprising. It was true most thought her-er...his- name when it came to bad behavior. And out of all the hosts the idea of rivalry with someone like Hikaru Inoue it made the most sense to picture Hisoka.

That still didn't mean she couldn't be mad.

Hisoka slammed her fists down on the table and stood. 'Bullshit! I didn't steal his stupid present!' She pointed at the boy-seriously he looked so familiar-and growled. 'You! Tell them it wasn't me!'

Tsuki had been going around and chit chatting with others guests, making sure all was well in the Host club. She was being asked many questions regarding the Halloween event and what the hosts planned on dressing up as, she merely said it was a surprise. She had found herself chit chatting away with three girls. "Being the manager must be so much fun~ you get to spend a lot of time with the boys don't you? Do they act differently when we aren't around?"
Tsuki laughed, a bit tense. Some of them didn't always get along that was for sure, but that wouldn't be something she would mention to guests. " They aren't much different, perhaps more casual I suppose. They very much enjoy seeing all of you, it brightens their day." whether that was true or not, it would make them happy to hear that.

"There must be one you prefer, riiight?"
Tsuki laughed, a little embarrassed from such a question. " I guess I do..."
" Who! Who! It must be the twins, you got crazy over boy love."
" Eri maybe? You always chase after the poor boy?"
" The prince himself?"
Tsuki simply smiled brightly and replied to their guesses " I like all of them."
The three girls simply gave her a disappointed look and all had the same response " Idiot." Tsuki simply laughed " I'll keep building my harem!" she continued to chit chat with the girls, them teasing poor Tsuki about her reply to their questions. Tsuki enjoyed customers who didn't scoff at her, they often did because she got to spend so much time with the boys.

Image
Straying away from the conversation she noticed a group of girls beginning to leave, they were coming from where Yasuo hosted. They seemed disturbed in some way, she quickly excused herself from her conversation and approached them just as they got to the door to leave. She greeted them with her normal enthusiastic tone " Why where on earth would you all be going in such a hurry? Did something happen?" the girls hesitated, but one of them spoke up...clearly appalled. " You didn't hear? Yasuo's got a flesh eating disease and it's super contagious. He's also engaged to marry a prince in another country. We don't wish to visit someone like that, especially if it risks our health."
Image
Tsuki was a tad surprised to hear something like that, but Yasuo had grabbed onto her wrist yesterday and Tsuki wasn't in any pain today. What was wrong with him being engaged to a prince!? Tsuki may be dumb, but she caught on that these rumors didn't add up. " Might I ask where you heard this...?" she asked. Their replies consisted of many different people, until finally a name matched that made sense...or should she say names. Tsuki saw Yasuo begin to approach them, she decided this was in his hands to handle. She thanked the girls and turned and walked passed Yasuo, giving him an expression that clearly said ' Good Luck.'

Just then a boy who looked quite aggressive began to make his own announcement:
"Excuse me, I don't mean to interrupt, but I have an important announcement. Hi, my name is Hikaru Inoue.. and I'd like for all of you girls to know that you might want to watch your purse...your beloved hosts have a thief among them.. He's stolen.. A present my grandfather gave me five years ago. He's dead now and that jerk won't give it back. Do you even realize what type of guy you might TRULY be spending time with..?"

'Great' she thought. Even more rumors will spread now, but she couldn't help but over here the chatter from the other guests. They seem to be interested in him, perhaps a chat with the president wouldn't be a good idea about this boy. Though Tsuki couldn't help but feel that the rumors all collected to the same place. The Twins.

As she turned their direction a girl approached her with what looked like money. She scanned the girl in front of her, she looked...familiar. "N...Nemui right? You're in my class aren't you?" Tsuki nodded, now confident in the girl's identity. "Don't worry about paying, this one will be on me. You seem a little timid, this must be your first time here right?" she couldn't help but feel comfortable with this girl, she seemed kind. Then she mentioned the twins, maybe not so innocent after all~ " Oh~ You like the naughty type hm?" she Imagegave the girl a wink. " Well you're in luck, I also need to speak to the boys, seems they caused some trouble as usual. Would you care to come with me and scold them?" she gave Nemui a comforting smile, but didn't hesitate to begin pushing the girl into their direction. " You two~ You have a sweet girl here to see you. It's her first time so don't be too hard on her." She didn't know it, but Tsuki's cheeks were flushed. The way she was wording things could obviously be taken in a wrong sort of sense and she knew it quite well.

"I also have something to discuss with you two. Seems some rumors of Yasuo are going around, something about him being engaged and having some sort of flesh eating illness." She looked at the two with a suspicious expression. " You two don't just let people get away with something that irritates you, don't go around spreading something like that." She put her hand ontop of Nemui's head " What if you drove away our precious customers like this one? " becoming a little less serious with the boys and brought up their little prank. " That doesn't go for me though! I'm free to take whatever revenge on you two one day! Just you wait! So don't got messing with others or I'll hand it back ten fold! " she laughed a bit, feeling rather light hearted. That was until the president made his announcement.

She glared at the twins " Did you have something to do with that too...?"

{ “What is even happening right now?” }

Yasou was hoping that Oroshi and Raion would forgive him. He was too busy staring at the ground to notice that his area, where he met with his clients, was empty. He looked around with a puzzled look and spotted his clients, who looked like they were about to leave, with Tsuki. Cocking his head to the side, he began to make his way over to the group. A few steps before he got there, Tsuki turned and walked in his direction. She didn’t say anything; she just gave him a very interesting look and continued on her way.

As soon as Yasuo took another few strides toward the girls, they squealed and stepped back. “Whoa, whoa, whoa… What’s going on?” He asked, furrowing his brows.

“Stay away from us… You’ve got a flesh eating virus or something!”

“Wh… what? I don-”

“Its not like you’d want to meet with us anyways… You’ve got a prince to yourself! You’re going to marry him, right?!”

If Yasu was confused before, he was absolutely bewildered now. What ever could they mean…?
“Where did you hear these things?” He asked, narrowing his eyes.

“Yasu looks scary…”

The girls then gave him a multitude of answers… Whatever was being said about him, they were obviously rumors. It would be best if Yasu stopped them before they went any farther.

Yasu let his eyes soften and his stance grow more relaxed. “Wherever you’ve heard those things, I can assure you they’re untrue. If I had been ill, I would make sure to seek the appropriate attention so I wouldn’t get anyone else sick. I wouldn’t want any of you to be in danger…” He could already see their expressions changing. “And to be engaged to a prince… that sounds like something out of a fairy tale… but I don’t really need a prince. I have you guys to be my princesses.” To seal the deal, he smiled and shut his eyes, angling his head to the side ever so slightly. It was as if sparkles and rose petals exploded around a bright pink background. The girls all gasped and returned to their infatuated trance.

“Oh, Yasuo! We’re so sorry! We shouldn’t have believed those rumors... “

“Don’t worry, its not your fault. But… if you could do me a favor?”

“Anything Yasuo, anything!”

“Could you please help me clear up these rumors? I would hate for people to believe false information is true.”

“Of course, of course!”

“Thank you ladies. So much.”

Just then, it seemed as if chaos erupted behind them. Yasuo tuned in in time to hear Hikaru announce that someone stole his necklace. Oh no… I forgot about that! Yasu bit his bottom lip anxiously; just another nervous tic. Soon after, Walker shouted about having a trial.

Yasu stepped forward immediately, his arms crossed. “Please, Walker. I think that’s very unnecessary." He raised his voice to the attention would be drawn to him. "Perhaps Hikaru just dropped it and someone picked it up? I recommend he check the lost and found before making such wild accusations.” This obviously was a bit of a white lie… and Hikaru knew it. Yasu turned his head and glared at Hikaru. It wasn’t an intimidating one; it was more of a please, please, please, just go with it glare. There was also a bit of a pleading glint in his eyes.

Yasu shook his head in a sort of exasperated way as he began making his way over to the twins now. At first it seemed as if he was just going to walk by them. But he paused and muttered something under his breath. “Give it to me now and I can give it to Hikaru afterwards. All problems will be resolved and you won’t need to be revealed to the club… Please?”

For the moment, the twins lived it up quite well. Some of Yasuo's girls even came to their corner to interact with them. It was actually a bit of fun; well, while it lasted. Soon Yasuo began to approach them, we all as Tsuki and another girl. It seemed that the owner of the necklace that Raion had taken was making quite a ruckus. The twins looked at each other and then looked at yasuo.
"WERE SORRY WE SPREAD THOSE AWFUL RUMORS ABOUT YOU AND SHARED EMBARRASSING PICTURES AND MADE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!" The twins said in unison. Soon Orochi began to speak. "We perhaps went a bit too far.... Were sorry about that." Raion nodded while agreeing. It seemed that the girls began to gasped and looked at the twins in disgust now.

Raion then paused while hearing the male complaining about his heirloom. He pouted then sighed while removing it from his neck. "Here.... I don't even want it anymore...." He said as he handed it to Yasuo. They watched as the girls began to slowly move away from their corner. Orochi gasped and whispered to Raion. "Quick. Activate opperation Weeaboo." Raion nodded before clearing his throat and wrapping his arms around his brother. "No everyone hate's us Onii-chan...." Obvious the word acted as a trigger making the girls stop instantly. Orochi sighed and blushed while turning his head away. "I-It seems like it Raion... Hey get off. Y-Your face its..." The girls gasped in interest as they began to move back towards them.

Raion pouted and rubbed his cheek against his brothers neck. "Is it warm Onii-chan? I can't help it. Im always warm around you..." It seems those words made the girls squeal and blush in excitement. Soon they began to quickly go to which ever host member they wanted, once the crowd died down the brothers bumped fists. "Operation successful." Orochi said while Raion laughed. They then turned to Tsuki and a girl they hadn't seen before. The boys bowed respectfully. "Sorry about that Tsuki.....Well well. We welcome you to our little slice of heaven." Orochi said. "You remind me of strawberry cake and thats awesome." Raion said.

Ryuu stared at the mirror, a bit horrified at the monstrous that was happening in his doo, and lets not get started with his attire. Sighing, he turned the water on, "If only I had michelle phan as a wife.. then I dont have to worry about looks no longer." He scoffed, before brushing some water against his hair, pushing it back to something reasonably classy. Afterwards, he just made sure to properly tuck in his shirt, and fix his tie- He examined his short work, "Presentable."

Taking a step back from the mirror, making sure all was well, he turned to leave. "Well time to get to wor-" "Ryuu-Kun!" Several girls appeared at the door of the changing room, he blinked rather surprised. "We thought you werent here today!" The girls nodded in unison, and he merely laughed, "hahaha Sorry ladies, I had a pretty rough morning." He sighed tiredly, "Dont you wish we got more sleep." The girls began to chatter, starting a conversation among themselves, talking about how they study so late or have to do this for their fathers. He listened in keenly however, noting the stresses they all have- a skill he developed for not the host club, but just to interact with people in general.Image
"Well ladies, why dont we have a seat? I made you wait all this time so.. heh." He chuckled sheepishly, before giving them his signature grin. From the sight, they all smiled warmly, seemingly loosing their worries at that moment.. and it was because of his smile. They didnt know why, but whenever they saw it, they felt comforted and ready for tommorow. Ryuu was the one to talk them through with problems they may have or just worries, he seemed to know how to deal with it.. like a natural friend or boyfriend. Maybe he wasnt as exciting as the ones with the sexy grin, or the fetish (FOR THEIR TWIN BROTHER) but it was just nice to be with him. "Its alright Ryuu-Kun! We didnt mind waiting.." Another girl added, "Mhm, we were just worried that you caught the.." She hushed, the girls murmured among themselves, before whispering, "The flesh eating virus..."

Ryuu blinked. "Flesh.. eating virus?" Well surely that didnt scare him one bit. "Yeah I heard Yasou got it..." His heart clenched, but only for a moment. That was false, he knew it was.. right? He laughed nervously, "Come on, that couldn't be true, where did you hear that?" He pulled a few chairs out for them, sitting them down one by one, "We arent sure? Just buzzing around."
He grinned, "Well luckily.." He looked around, and spotted his brother (they dont know) "He is over there, dont see him bleeding."
The girls glanced past him, and giggled, "Yes I suppose its a rumor." "Thats probably right" "Uh huh, how silly we were!"
Ryuu smiled, taking a glass to drink.. lifting to his lips, he closed his eyes ready to quench his thirst- "But what about Yasou being with prince." His eyes widened.
He fumbled with his drink, and when he finally caught it, he looked at them with shock, "Eh EH!" The girls blinked, and smiled among themself at the idea of such a scandel, "Mhm~ Ryuu you didnt hear?"
"I-I wasnt aware... h-heh." He coughed, gaining his composure, "But Im sure this only adds to your imaginations." The ladies blushed, nodding shyly, this caused him to laugh once more.
"Well Im not sure if thats true, but anyways.. hows your day ladies? Coco did you make it to the deans list.." As he began to start up a new conversation, he glanced at his brother.. 'Was it true?.. of course not.. right?'

{ “This has been a very.. eventful day.” }

"WERE SORRY WE SPREAD THOSE AWFUL RUMORS ABOUT YOU AND SHARED EMBARRASSING PICTURES AND MADE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!"

“Ahh, its alright.” Yasuo rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. “It’ll clear up eventually… I deserved it anyways…”

In regards to the necklace, Yasuo was glad that Raion gave it to him without a fight. He quickly slipped it into his pocket and hoped no one would notice. He was going to turn and walk over to Hikaru to pull him outside and give it to him, but he paused to watch the twins’ little show. He chuckled and rolled his eyes at their behavior and attention grabbing tactic.

Once again, the moment Yasuo was about to walk away, another girl walked over to them. She intrigued him, for she was very shy. He wondered why she would go for the twins opposed to one of the calmer hosts, like himself or Ryuu or perhaps Eri. She could barely hear here. She spoke so softly, but everything he heard was quiet and stammer-y. Yasu tilted his head to the side as he saw her hand something to Oroshi. He probably looked odd standing there and simply watching, but he’s glad that he was.

The second the paper left her fingers the girl’s knees buckled. “Jeez!” Yasu exclaimed as he darted forward and wrapped his arms around her to prevent her from hitting the ground. She was completely limp in his arms. “Someone call the nurse!” He shouted over the entire room, his oddly extremely loud voice echoing throughout the room. Yasu picked up the girl, she was fairly light, and lay her onto one of the couches with her feet propped up on the arm. He knew what to do. The first thing he did was tilt her head upwards, thus clearing her airway. He then pressed two fingers to her neck. He found her pulse and let out a breath of relief.

Yasu held her shoulder and shook it lightly. “Miss? Miss, are you alright?”

"O-Oh... Here, you can have-"

Hikaru perked up as the boy began to cut him a slice of cake, "Arigato-" then an unfamiliar face approached. She tilted her head, not affected by the approach until he called her 'Miss Hikaru'. She instantly felt her fingers twitch, tempted to punch his lights out for revealing her to Eri. Sure the boy was nice enough to slice her some cake, but could he keep her secret a well....secret? She wasn't too sure about it, but she'd have to ask him later. She didn't want the truth getting out. Everyone looked at her differently when she got into fights as a girl. As a boy, everyone just expected it.. and she kind of got praised for it. The praise made the violence become far more frequent. She loved the attention..even if most of it came from girls interested in 'bad boy Hikaru'.

"Excuse me, Miss Hikaru but if you wish to join for our delicious cake, you're going to have to say out loud to EVERYONE who the offender is, for even though I can see you're telling the truth and you most likely know the offender's identity, making all of the club look bad rather than just the actual thief is an insult to the rest of us. And I don't know about Eri's feelings towards this, but I rarely feel generous when insulted."

"Bite me." She smirked at the guy's statement, then took a bold bite of the cake. He told her she couldn't eat cake; her inner voice demanded that she must do it. She swallowed and nodded a bit, "Gotcha. I'll apologize to Eri-san, right now." She then spun on the heel of her foot in order to face Eri instantly. Seeing as they were of similar height she really didn't have to look up or down to address him. At best there was possibly a few inches between them, "Gomenasai. I didn't mean for you to be included in my speech. I hope you forgive me. Sorry that you were dragged into my problem." The apology was toward Eri alone, but at least she felt remorse for someone...right?

She then faced Walker again, a smug expression plastered on her face. Eat that, pretty boy.. He interrupted what Eri was trying to say to her, plus her chance to eat cake in peace so she wasn't exactly feeling friendly toward him either. The hostile feelings were definitely mutual. Then he brought on double the dramatics she started, after trying to allegedly defuse things...he seemed to make matters far worse. He clapped to get the entire room's attention, most likely to humiliate her, but little did he know he was reinforcing her cocky behavior. Sure Walker made it far more public than Hikaru intended, but she didn't back down from her claim. She liked attention, good or bad. She knew who stole her necklace.. the tall guy with the cool hair from before told her so.

"Ladies, fellow hosts, Mister Hikaru's story has given me a WONDERFUL idea! A trial! A trial for the missing mystery heirloom! He shall name the accused, and we, as not a club, but a jury, shall find the truth in the darkness! Make the light pierce the gloomy unknown!"

Was this guy dropped on his head as a child? Hikaru thought to herself in a monotone trail of thought. She almost felt sorry for him, but kept in mind he was the only thing standing between her and a slice of cake. She crossed both arms behind her head, looking to him defiantly. She didn't want to play along, but if it granted her cake, she'd give him the answers he so desperately desired. A trial it is then... He pointed to her, and she gave him a bored expression. How did this crap get switched around on me?

"You, the defendant, must state the name of the accused for all to hear! Who is the dread thief that whisked away your closest, dearest treasures?"

She didn't mind the stares, actually she just grew more confident with each set of eyes that started to stare. She closed her eyes and let out a small laugh, "If you really want to know, I'll oblige.." She responded with a sigh, "Though once he gives it back I'm going to wipe the floor with him. Thieves make me sick. Why should a rich kid have to steal anyway?" she replied in a calm, but very pissed tone.

"Actually, I think-"

Her eyes turned back to Eri, but found he was once again interrupted, this time by Fujimori. She twitched a bit at this. Why does this guy get blamed for it? Well... Judging little snobs.. Just because he's got a bad attitude doesn't mean he's a thief.. Tch...Stereotypes are so petty..

"Bullshit! I didn't steal his stupid present. You! Tell them it wasn't me!"

She rolled her eyes before verifying that Hisoka was telling the truth, despite her chance to finally ruin one of her bullies, "Fujimori didn't steal it...and anyone who automatically assumed he did based on his appearance and personality, you're shallow and should be ashamed of yourselves."

Her attention then turned back to Eri, "Sorry. Everyone just has so many opinions, some people get overlooked. What were you trying to say...Eri-san?" She asked with a warm smile, far different than her expressions with everyone else. Apparently simply the mutual worship of cake was enough to make Eri her friend.

She gave the boy proper time to speak before deciding to out the real thief now that she'd cleared Hisoka's name, "The real thief is-"

"Please, Walker. I think that’s very unnecessary. Perhaps Hikaru just dropped it and someone picked it up? I recommend he check the lost and found before making such wild accusations.”

She went wide eyed, recognizing the man who approached the bench. She shook her head, realizing she was starting to get into the whole 'court case' scenario a little too much. She was about to out Raion anyhow, but something about the look in the tall man's eyes made her choose otherwise for his sake. That wasn't something she did often. He better know what he's doing...

"Yeah, we can check there... on one condition.." She mumbled to Yasuo, "You'll have to show me where it is, I'm new so I don't know where to go." something in her tone was still smug despite being defeated, but otherwise she seemed relatively cooperative.

"WERE SORRY WE SPREAD THOSE AWFUL RUMORS ABOUT YOU AND SHARED EMBARRASSING PICTURES AND MADE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS!"

Those two just cause trouble all around... She glared at them, twitching a bit in anger. Then she noticed Raion seemed to have handed something to Yasuo. Her eyes widened and for a moment her heart skipped a beat and she blushed. She didn't mean to, it just sort of happened. Something about him going all 'white knight' and retrieving her precious trinket.. it embarrassed her, and she wasn't quite sure what the other feeling was. Though it was short lived.

“Jeez!”

Apparently one of the customers fainted from the evil duo's antics. She frowned a bit, but blinked as Yasuo lifted the girl with ease and moved her over to one of the many sofas. She approached shamelessly, cake in tow now that the situation was mellow once again, well aside from the medical emergency, "You can give the item you confiscated for me to me after this all blows over..." She whispered, taking a mouthful of cake afterwards, "A-arigato.. Do you swoop in to aid others like that a lot?" she asked, referring to him covering for the twins, and his skillful timing with catching Nemui.

“Miss? Miss, are you alright?”

"I didn't catch your name..." She added, trying to ignore the fact that she was still flustered by his act of heroism, "I got to get back to Eri-san soon and thank him for the cake. I really didn't deserve it.." and she knelt down near Nemui, "I do this when I have panic attacks." She smiled up at him, putting one finger over her lips "Don't tell anyone that. She just really psyched herself out... It's no surprise.. she seemed scared of her own shadow."

Once she assured him that Nemui would wake up good as new she stood, dusting herself off. She walked back over and sat with Eri, but not too closely. She didn't want to anger his paying customers, "I want to start over. I'm Hikaru. Thank you so much for the cake, Eri-san." she extended her hand with a friendly smile.

Ryuu blinked, hearing his brother's voice ring through the room. People began to buzz, whispering, "whats happening?" "Huh who is she?" "is she okay?"
Getting up, he apologized briefly to his guest, before jogging over- he halted. His eyes widened a fracture, noticing the situation.. A girl fainted. 'Eh isnt that Miss.Nemui.' He took a step forward in worry, but he saw the nurse coming near. Evaluating the situation as well, it took a few moments of suspense before the nurse gave the ok, he sighed in relief. Smiling softly, he kneeled close to his brother and the girl, "Glad youre alright Miss. Nemui." Glancing toward his brother, he scanned his worried expression, before smiling to himself. His brother was such a good person.. He was glad. "Good Job, did, didnt expect much less from a hero." He commented, before getting up again- waving off the small crowd that formed, "Please return to your host! It was just a little incident." He was surprised this fainting business didnt happen more often, but good thing they had a nurse on staff.

Watching the crowd clear up, he noticed girls swooning, and squealing about his heroic act- "Maybe I should faint next time too~"
He laughed nervously at the idea of girls dropping like flies, he looked over his shoulder.. "Prepare to catch a few more in the future, neh Yasuo?"

Walker wasn't showing it, but as the situation defused itself as intended, he felt himself really wishing he could have at least shouted "OBJECTION!" once... Ah well. Food for thought. And his instant conclusion that Hikaru was as bad as she had made herself out to be was delightfully proven wrong as she at least apologized to Eri and smugly took a bite out of the cake. He knew that look all to well. It was the look of someone who put up a tough act, but was DYING to be let loose! TO FLY FREE- Sorry. Got distracted there with my own little fantasy. It was also one that thought the owner victorious and the other the loser. Hikaru thought that he had been trying to EMBARRASS her of all things! Far from it, Walker was doing what Tamaki had taught him to, dragging attention to a subject whether people wanted it or not so it would be solved right away. He had wanted the club's good name cleared, she wanted the heirloom back. The dramatics were merely to keep people focused on the panem et circenses that the Host Club symbolized rather than the drab and dreary thought of theft. He lifted both hands, slumped over, and sighed heavily, deliberately overacting to his audience so it was obvious he was just acting the clown.

"And here I had an entire speech prepared. 'For this heinous injustice' and everything... If only I could take solace in the company I share..." Walker snapped into a much more cheery pose, "Wait! I'll do just that! With our problem solved, we can let the Host Club continue on as before, and please remember, we're not here for the money, we never were. We are only here..." he paused, sliding his rose out of his sleeve to smell it(and also appreciate the fact he had bred thornless roses for this exact purpose, they tore up the sleeves otherwise), his eyes smouldering over the petals at his clients, "For you." The following squeefest was a reward to him the same as the roaring applause of a stadium. He'd even gotten a couple of the other host's clients to squee a bit. And was that a fainter? Wait, no, Nemui. Walker mentally cursed the twins, they were probably going to end up being the death of someone one of these days. As he walked back over to his clients, he stopped by Eri and ruffled the smaller boy's hair.

"Doing okay over here, little bro?" Walker asked, knowing he risked angering Eri's overprotective clients by being within breathing range.

Hisoka blinked as Hikaru defended her. That was something she wasn't used to.
'Y-yeah! What he said!' She nodded at Hikaru but didn't turn away. Something about him seemed so...familiar. Like she'd seen him before. Still it didn't effect her much. Not really caring about the whole stealing thing unless she was part of it Hisoka sat back down.

The blonde sat next to her and offered to get tea or cake. 'Hmm...no thanks blondie. I'm good.' She flashed a grin and sat back. 'Now that everything is settled down why don't you tell me your name? Blondie's a cute nickname and all but I'd like to now your name.'

Turning to face the yet to be named Hisoka finally got a good look at her. She was probably a bit older and Hisoka would admit she was pretty cute. She had nice hair. Much better then her own.

It's nice having someone that actually defended me. That hasn't happened in a while. Who knows, maybe I can actually have a friend? Wow...I haven't had one of those in a while. Okay Jun...don't scare her off. Try at least. You need to talk to more people then Kein. But she obviously scares so easily.

These thoughts settled on Hisoka and after a few moments she giggled quietly. It seemed pretty funny someone so meek would like someone like her.

Eri blinked as things began to calm down again. He let out a happy breath, though he hadn't appreciated being interrupted, he was used to it and would get over it. Hikaru came and sat next to him again afterwards, this time he looked a lot more calm and happy. "I want to start over. I'm Hikaru. Thank you so much for the cake, Eri-san." He said, or maybe 'she' said? He had no idea, as Walker had hinted about Hikaru being a girl earlier. He just giggled and smiled. It wasn't his business anyways. He took Hikaru's hand and shook it softly."It's nice to meet you Hikaru-kun"

Just then Walker came over and smiled at him. "Doing okay over here, little bro?" He asked him. Eri nodded to him happily. "I'm fine... I am just having fun with Hikaru-kun and the women here." He said sweetly and looked back to the girls. "You can have some cake too ladies.." He said, genuinely caring as always.

Eri's attention was then pulled over to Yasuo when he saw him catch a fainting girl, right by the twins. "Oh.." He hummed. He felt like he should go over, but he truly trusted Yasuo and the twins, and knowing them, everything would be fine. Why did he get a bit sad when he saw Yasuo holding someone else though? These were weird feelings he tried to ignore, looking back to Hikaru instead. He took a big forkful of cake and held it up to Hikaru with a giggle. "Say Ahhh~!"

As the twins apologized for their wrongdoings, Tsuki was a bit surprised. However she felt also proud, she was glad they were grown up at least a bit. However, it seemed that the customers were beginning to not like them as much as they did before. That was until the twins broke out their secret weapon that not every customer was so lucky to see, they way Raion pressed against Orochi's cheek and his comment of it's warmth brought all the girls to a squeal. Tsuki was no better, she was so easy to play with this kind of stuff. Her cheeks were flushed until the gauge built up to it's maxing point yet again. Tsuki turned her head so it wouldn't spurt over near Nemui's direction, in fact she hoped the girl didn't notice her bad habit. " Tissue! Tissue! Why do you two always do this~! You are pulling our heart strings!". Some of the customers were giggling and one graciously gave Tsuki a couple of tissues, which Tsuki quickly cleaned up with plugged her nose up with. " Atleast Ryuu thinks this is a sexy part of me." she laughed turning back to face Nemui.

The girl was passed out.

"Eh? EH!?" Tsuki didn't do well under pressure, she wasn't sure quite well how she should react. Thankfully other hosts swooped in and caught the poor girl before hurting herself. Sadly however, it was Yasuo who had done so. Always the hero hm? she huffed. Tsuki's expression no longer seemed concerned for the girl, but was clouded by something else.

It would be nice if I had fainted.' she had thought, clearly jealous of the situation. Tsuki was being rather selfish to even be thinking such thoughts when a girl could be in danger. However that didn't stop her, her cheeks were puffed out in frustration and she was sure others may have noticed it themselves. It wasn't to say Tsuki liked Yasuo in THAT way, but perhaps felt some affection towards him. He did after all show concern for her after the twins little prank, but she was like this as well when Eri was being held by Yasuo. It was attention from him that she wanted, but it wasn't clear the kind of attention a big brother would give a little sister...or something more.

ImageThe loud mouth boy came over to the couch Nemui was resting at and being attended to by Yasuo. It would seem the girl just got flustered and faint, much like how Tsuki gets her nosebleeds. She sucked up her bad attitude and approached them, reciting her normal enthusiastic voice. Anyone could tell though that she seemed a bit off. " It looks like the Twins did a good job on this one, I would expect her to be a regular customer with this reaction~! Why don't you let her rest? I'll stay here with her to make sure she does fine, she looks cute resting like that. Makes me want to eat her up." Tsuki smiled, Nemui did look cute as she said. However, her offer wasn't just for her sake, but for herself as well.

Tsuki forcefully made her way through and plopped herself on the cough, placing Nemui's head on her lap. Despite her own jealousy, she did like this girl. " Finally someone who might just have a bad habit similar to mine." she trailed her fingers through the girl's short hair. " Yasuo you seem to be everyone's hero recently, why don't you give others a chance to shine?" her words had a small sting to them, but never the less...she kept a smile. " Go back to hosting, I'm sure the customers are eager to see you now more than ever."

Turning to the twins she made a small remark " I said to be easy on her~" Tsuki's mood had changed, a happy face, but a sadistic tone followed.

"Jeez!"

Nemui heard Yasou say before she fell into darkness. As she started to regain consciousness, everything she heard she couldn't tell who the the voice was coming from. her mind was foggy and lagged. Everything she heard was muffled, it actually sounded like she was under water. She couldn't find the energy to stand and her eyes just wouldn't open. She could hear voices everywhere, but one in particular seemed fairly close.

“Some...the.. nurse!”

She couldn't quite place the voice, but it was definitely familiar. She felt someone pick her up, but space and time was just all jumbled. She wasn't even sure if what she was experiencing was even real. For a moment nothing seemed to happen, she felt nothing at all, but then she felt sick. She was growing dizzy, and she wasn't sure why.

“Mi...? Miss, are you alright?”

Little did she know, it was Yasuo shaking her, and she heard the voice again, which actually belonged to him. It was frustrating, not being able to do anything to show that she was still listening. None of her body was following her demands. She wanted to speak, to stand up... but nothing was functioning properly. She felt paralyzed... in and out of consciousness.

"Glad... alright... Nemui. Prepare to catch... more in the future... Yasu...?"

That's a different voice... Who is it..?

" It looks...Twins...good...expect...regular customer.... reaction~! I'll stay here..cute...eat her...."

I'm definitely not hearing everything...I...I think... that's Tsuki's voice...? She couldn't move, but she felt her eyes twitching a bit, little by little she was regaining her strength. She felt someone lift her head, and she finally felt her eyes flutter open. She didn't have the strength to sit up yet, seeing as her vision was blurred and still adjusting itself back to normal. She chose to just listen in for now.

"Finally someone who might just have a bad habit similar to mine."

She blinked a bit, half because her vision was still foggy and half because she was confused by what Tsuki was saying. Bad habit? What's her bad habit...? She definitely hadn't witnessed it. The other girls fingers brushing through her hair was pretty relaxing, and helped her mind focus better, but her curiosity was beginning to eati her alive. That is, until she noticed something else that caught her attention. Something in the way she spoke to Yasuo. It was venomous.

"Yasuo you seem to be everyone's hero recently, why don't you give others a chance to shine?"

She glanced up at Tsuki, feeling a bit guilty. She didn't mean to pass out, but the hosts were quite overwhelming and she hadn't been in a room with that many attractive guys, ever. Though she didn't mean to make Tsuki upset. Does she have a crush on Yasuo-san? She wanted to ask, and despite feeling her energy returning, Nemui kept it to herself. Not because of the customers. She didn't voice her question because obviously Tsuki has never brought it up before. Apparently she was fighting an inner battle as well. Maybe we have more in common than I realized... Gomenasai... Tsuki-chan... I'll be more careful about your feelings...

"Go back to hosting, I'm sure the customers are eager to see you now more than ever."

As she sat up, she noticed that Tsuki turned her attention to the twins now. She looked between Tsuki and the twins, rubbing her head. Oh no.. She chewed on the inside of her cheek, tilting her head, "Tsu-" but she was too late, by the time she tried to interrupt, Tsuki already started.

"I said to be easy on her~"

Her eyes widened and she quickly stood. It wasn't a good idea to stand so quickly, because she wobbled a bit, but she stood in Tsuki's vision, not exactly blocking her vision of the twins, but giving her a visual that she was alright, "I-It wasn't their fault... I-I knew about my..." she had to think for a word about her creepy tendency to pass out around attractive boys, "..condition..." it didn't exactly sound normal, and it possibly made her come across as even weirder, but it was the only word she could find to suit the situation, "It's why I've avoided the club so long. I only meant to return the paper Orochi-san dropped when Hikaru punched him.. I thought I could handle it here if it was just for a quick moment."

She looked to Ryuu, Yasuo, and Tsuki, "Thank you..." then without really thinking about it, she ran over and hugged Tsuki, "Gomenasai... I didn't mean to cause anyone trouble..."

Orochi paused as the girl began to hand her the papers. "Oh hey my documents. I dropped those in the hall.... Did you get them to bring back to me?" He asked with a smile. He lightly placed his hand on he papers slightly touching hers and paused as the woman that was just handing him the papers passed out before him. He blinked blankly a bit confused. "Oh. Big brother you broke her." Raion said as everyone began to gather to help.

Orochi stood a bit confused. Did he do something? Did he scare her? There were so many questions. Raion looked around and slowly found some cake to keep him busy. He returned to his brother who stood next to the passed out girl. Orochi sighed and held his head. "Ya know. Im starting to get tired of being blamed for things...." Seeing the girl sit up, the boys gathered around her slightly. "It's nice to see that your not... dead... I guess. Please do be care miss.... What was your name? I don't believe i caught it." Raion looked at his brother then then girl in front of them. "She reminds me of Tsuki.. But a lot less blood. Do you want some cake ma'am? Ill share with you." He said while offering her a fork full.

Orochi then looked at his brother who returned to stare. They smirked slightly. "Well you did come all this way to see us...." Orochi said. "We'd feel pretty bad if you came all this way to just pass out." Raion said. Orochi then smiled. "We'll just stay by your side until you feel all better then. Your free to rest up in our corner if you want."
