Motto/Catch Phrase: "You've made a enemy of the earth beneath you and the air in your lungs."
Personality:
Aura is a... moody person. She thinks she has a bipolar disorder. One minute she's happy and skipping through flowers, the next she wants to incinerate your family. She tries to control her moods, but she finds it difficult. Then cries about it. Twenty minutes later she thinks nothing of it for the next week. Most of the time though, she is kind to others and is concidered 'bubbly.' On the outside she's telling you how nice she is to meet you, but inside she judging everything about you. She never stops moving. Her foot is always tapping, she's nodding her head, humming. Something. "Its probably ADHD" is what she says, then shrugs it off.
Aura is also easily distracted. She'll be listening to you talking about how your grandmother died, then she'll interupt you and ask what was for dinner when she ate breakfast twenty minutes ago.
She cannot stand small spaces, and thinks she is claustraphobic. When she is put in a small space, she flips. Flailing, punching, kicking, trying to escape or just make the place bigger.
She is also a lover of music. Her singing voice is beautiful, and she can by shy when singing for others. She plays many instruments, including electric guitar, drums, acustic guitar, flute, electric bass, and piano.
Aurora has a short fuse. Don't light it. Just don't.
She seems to act a lot younger the she actually is, and has a tendency to cry like a little kid when she get hurt or gets yelled at or something along those lines.

Dislikes:
-Electricity
-Sharp things
-Getting hurt
-Loud things
Weaknesses:
-- Electricity. For some reason, Aura is weak to electricity. It makes it feel like her blood it turning into molten lead and her head is going to explode. A small static shock is amplified and hurts much more then it should.
-- Easily Tired. Aura has very little stamina when it comes to using her powers. Though she can run a mile in five minutes, trying to use her powers for that long make it feel like she hasn't slept in a week, and she has the tendency to pass out.
-- Not Very Pain Intolerant. Small wounds hurt Aura more then you think they would. If she were to be cut on her arm, she wouldn't be able to use that arm until it was healed. If she twisted her ankle then she wouldn't be able to walk.
Fears:
-Death. Aura has always been scared about dying. After watching her mother die infront of her took its toll. Nightmares plague her sleeping mind most nights.
-Small Spaces. Flips out when in a small space.
-Hieghts. She can jump from a three story window, but would never go sky diving.
Theme Song: Absolutely (The Story Of A Girl) By Nine Days: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RatJeKHQa5k
Lyrics:
This is the story of a girl
Who cried a river and drowned the whole world
And while she looked so sad in photographs
I absolutely love her
When she smiles
Now how many days in a year
She woke up with hope
But she only found tears
And I can be so insincere
Making her promises never for real
As long as she stands there waiting
Wearing the holes in the soles of her shoes
Now how many days disappear
When you look in the mirror
So how do you choose
Your clothes never wear as well the next day
And your hair never falls in quite the same way
You never seem to run out of things to say
[Chorus:]
This is the story of a girl
Who cried a river and drowned the whole world
And while she looked so sad in photographs
I absolutely love her
When she smiles
Now how many lovers would stay
Just to put up with this shit day after day
Now how did we wind up this way
Watching our mouths for the words that we say
As long as we stand here waiting
Wearing the clothes or the soles that we choose
Now how do we get there today
When we're walking too far for the price of our shoes
Your clothes never wear as well the next day
And your hair never falls in quite the same way
But you never seem to run out of things to say
[Chorus:]
This is the story of a girl
Who cried a river and drowned the whole world
And while she looks so sad and lonely there
I absolutely love her
When she smiles
[Guitar solo]
Well your clothes never wear as well the next day
And your hair never falls in quite the same way
You never seem to run out of things to say
[Chorus:]
This is the story of a girl
Who cried a river and drowned the whole world
And while she looks so sad in photographs
I absolutely love her
This is the story of a girl
Whose pretty face she hid from the world
And while she looks so sad and lonely there
I absolutely love her
This is the story of a girl
Who cried a river and drowned the whole world
And while she looked so sad in photographs
I absolutely love her
When she smiles
When she smiles!
Powers:
^Manipulation of the Four Classical Elements - Aura can control the four classical elements of Air, Earth, Fire and Water, though she has many limitations and drawbacks when using them. I will explain them seperately for each element:
Water is Aura's favorable element. This is also the one that she has the most control over. Though, she cannot control water if there isnt any. She can't control the water in your body, like in your blood. Aura can, however, take water from other objects. If she sees a fire extinguisher, she can make it explode and give her a water source. She can make water freeze into ice, and can make the ice go where she wishes, but this requires the utmost concentration, and has only done this successfully twice.
Air is Aura's second favorite element. She uses air to concentrate in blasts to knock foes off balance and and into other things. It also helps her increase her jump hieght and running speed, but not by too much, because if she over works herself, she will pass out. When in desperate times, she can pull the air out of your lungs. She hates doing his because she doesn't like killing people, so she only holds until the person passes out. This is very hard for her to do, and she has to be completely focused, or she will fail and become vulnerable.
Earth is not her best element. She can pull rocks out of the ground and launch them at someone, but thats the most of it. Occasionally, when in a panic, she can open up a hole in the ground and swallow up her opponents. Though she cannot close the hole, for she thinks she would kill the person by accident.
Fire is the worst of them all. She can only use it when she is angry enough, and when she uses fire her eyes turn red and you can see the heat coming off of her in waves. She can ignite her hands when angry, but when infuriated, she can light her entire body. This only last for a minute, because it taps into her energy and knocks her out ever single time she does. She can launch fire balls from her hands when in her 'rage mode'. When only slightly angry, her body warms up and her hands turn a light shade of red, and if she touches anything alive she gives it third degree burns.
General Skills:
^Fast Runner- She was a champion at track at her old school.
^Extremly Flexable- She took up gymnastics at a young age, and has practiced ever since. Because of it, her upper strength has been increased, making her stronger then she looks.
^Martial Arts- Knows many forms of hand to hand combat
^Aura can speak many European languages.
*Arch Nemesis:
"All them baddies!"
Family:
All of Aura's family is dead, reasons of which are in her history.
History:
Aura was a normal kid⊠well for the first few years of her life. Her powers gradually came upon her, in different years of her life. Events triggered her powers, causing them to go into effect. It was only a year ago that she learned of the fourth element.
When Aura was five, she had gotten a new puppy for her birthday. They had taken him for a walk on the beach, when his collar came loose. He jumped into the ocean where the current was too strong for him, and he was swept out into the sea. Aura was screaming her head off, when a sudden geyser exploded, and the puppy landed in her fatherâs arms. Events such as this one had confirmed Auraâs parentâs suspicions of Aura not being a normal child. So they thought it would stop with water, but they were wrong.
Aura was always teased as a child. Grade school, middle school, high school. Doesnât matter. She was bullied brutally for being different. The kids would chase her home, throwing water balloons as a joke, telling her just to throw them back. She couldnât control her powers very well, so she was defenseless. One day, when she thought she would have a break from the bullies, she saw them round a corner. For some reason, she didnât take the same route home. They chased her down multiple streets, until she came to an alley with a fence blocking the end. She was at a dead end. They cornered her, and she closed her eyes. Without even trying, she was launched into the air by a sudden small whirlwind around her, and landed on the other side of the fence with a grunt. She was amazed, and gazed through the fence at the shocked looks of the bullies. She ran home and told her parents. They were now puzzled even more than before. Maybe it would stop here? Nope.
The bullies never let up. Aura practiced with her power with every minute of spare time she had. No one was friends with her, so she had a good amount of spare time. Her water skills were increased by tenfold, though she was having trouble with her air powers. Sure it got her out of close calls, but that was all it was good for.
Her earth powers revealed themselves when she was around the age of ten. Once again, being chased home by bullies. Nothing new. The running was beginning to build up her stamina, and strengthening her legs. She could out run them about 9 out of 10 times, but sometimes you just have those days. She seemed so sluggish that day, the bullies easily caught up to her. Being cornered once more, the earth seemed to sense her fear and panic. A rumble was sent through the ground as a crack formed under the bullies feet. It split open to a six foot deep pit, and they all fell in. Aura, crying, informed her parents of her new powers. She didnât know when it would stop. Her parents began to fight. They argued about what to do. It just made everything worse.
Her father traveled a lot for a living. Aura was very attached to her mother, her mother took the place of her father. One day, about a year ago, when her father was in Europe for business, Aura and her mother had gone for a walk around town. They were chatting happily, when sirens began to go off. Both were very confused, when a man walked out of the building they were standing next to. The building was the bank. Without a second look, the man pulled out a pistol and shot her mother in the head.
Something happened in Aura. Something⊠snapped. Broke. Crumbled. Not even thinking, she lunged at the man, and dragged him to the ground. All she could see was red, and her blood was literally boiling. She could hear faint screaming, for all she could really hear was the blood roaring in her ears. Before she knew it, the flesh on the man begin the melt, until he was a puddle of liquid. She crawled off of him, and flopped down on the ground as her eyes rolled back in her head.
There is still a large scorch mark in the concrete ground in front of the bank today.
She awoke, and hour later, in a hospital bed. She looked in a mirror, and had to blink a few time before registering the fact that her eyes were red. The doctor came into the room and told her that her mother was in fact dead, and her father was coming home.
Aura was devastated. Her mother was really all that she had. Her father was a mess. He took on drugs, which ended his life only half a year later from an over dose. Aura truly didnât have anyone left. She was placed in an orphanage, where she still attended school. Every night she would cry and images of her motherâs lifeless body crumpling to the ground would replay. Nightmares. Every night. Her life became a living hell. She started cutting. No one knew. It may have only lasted for a few months, but it was still there. She stopped about three months afterwards. Though the scars are still there. A reminder of what happens when she gets low.
She heard of the Teen Titans. She wanted to help the world, to prevent what happened to her family from happening to others. She never wanted anyone to have to go through that pain.
