Reith possesses a very powerful and rather disturbing ability know colloquially as 'Fleshcrafting'. It falls into two main parts:
Biological Synthesis: Reith can create any form of organic matter, from blood, to bone, to neurotransmitters, to full body parts. She is able to create blood that is drinkable by vampires, and has consumed blood that she's synthesized herself for years having been essentially 'off the grid' for most of her life, lacking any clan or organization connections. Reith is somewhat limited in this as it takes up energy in order to create the cells. It is also dependent on her understanding of the structure of a substance, so the more complicated something is, the more work she has to do to make it. Blood is simple, constructing a functioning eye would be much, much harder.
Biological Manipulation: The second, and much more sinister branch of Reith's power. Biological manipulation allows Reith to alter the structure of living things, including herself. This can be used benevolently to cure illness, aid the healing of injuries, or cure defects. It can also be used to enhance the abilities of others, by strengthening bones, adding natural armor or weaponry, or boosting certain senses. Reith herself can use it in combat or self defense, forming spikes, bony armor, deadly tendrils, or vicious claws. More disturbingly she can do massive damage or cause huge amounts of pain to others if she can gain physical contact, by altering them. As a result few people like to get within arm's reach of Reith, especially considering her volatile nature.
Reith's Fleshcraft ability is extremely useful to the Delegates due to its versatility, however there is something extremely sinister about it, even beyond the rather unnerving nature of what Reith can do with it. The power itself seems to have a degree of autonomy, seeming to work by itself to a great degree. It is extremely protective of Reith, but also seems to have a degree of influence over her. As Reith becomes more adept at her ability it seems to hold progressively more sway over the vampire and her life, and has pulled her psychological stability into question.

Reith was quite an accomplished user of her ability at the time she was recruited. She received training both from Rex and Nia Arian, and from Benjamin Cray during her younger years, giving an impressive grasp on abilities. In raw power however, her ability outstretched theirs. Her powers will often work on their own, without her bidding, and are capable of immense amounts of destruction without much application of technique, something that makes Reith quite a dangerous individual. She's trained and studied intensively since her arrival to try and improve her grasp on her abilities, perhaps with a little too much focus than she should. As a result she's gained a lot of different techniques.
Personality: Reith is a rather complicated individual, that much is clear. Her experiences earlier in life have done a lot to effect her attitudes and behaviour as an adult.
At first glance, it is clear that Reith is not the most social of people. She was alone frequently while growing up, and seems to look to escapism in the form of books or video games or similar rather than attempting to seek solace in other people. That is not to say that Reith dislikes other people. In many ways she craves companionship, but is highly mistrustful of others, fearing ulterior motives in any display of friendliness towards her.
She is a rather spiky individual, quite quickly moved to anger, and irrational actions driven by emotion. She is easily offended and tends to get defensive very fast, something that can serve to further alienate her from others. She was deeply effected by what became of her clan, and certain things, such as the smell of cooking meat, tend to upset her and provoke an unexpected reaction.
Reith is a pretty independent, self-sufficient individual, almost to a fault. If she can't handle something, she won't tell anyone and will most likely continue struggling with it.
Beyond that however there is a far darker side to Reith, something that has become more prominent over recent years. She has a distinctly vicious, sociopathic streak which can sometimes show itself, and seems to be connected to her powers. She can be cruel and sadistic, something that is combined with a spiteful and childish attitude towards others. She seems to develop contempt for others without them being really deserving of it, often this resentment being based on envy or some perceived slight. In the last couple of years this has come to the forefront again and Reith has become a highly volatile individual, to be feared, or regarded with disdain, depending on the attitude of the individual.
Flaws: While Reith's powers give her a phenomenal capacity for destruction, Reith herself is not very physically strong. Beyond the alterations to her own body, she is quite weak in comparison to other Delegates, even those not necessarily trained for combat. Indeed the alterations Reith has made internally are drastic to the point that it's questionable as to whether she could even survive without the presence of her ability.
She is quite an intelligent individual, however she is fundamentally irrational in a lot of her actions. She is very easily provoked into taking rash actions, especially is someone knows what buttons to push.
Reith has suffered from insomnia for years, and often struggles to concentrate as a result.

Reith spent the majority of her life by herself and was always rather lacking in social skills, tending to come across as rather shy and awkward among others, especially when confronted with the rather more self-assured Delegate individuals. Despite this she initially attempted to make friends with others. She struggled however to make a lot of ground, and eventually found herself spending the majority of time on her own, reading, playing video games or watching TV. She still remained on reasonable terms with the others. In the last few years however Reith has become far more hostile to those around her, this ranging from insults, to threats, to direct attacks on others. As a result she is tends to get left to herself unless she is working.

For the majority of her life, Reith was an individual of little consequence aside from her links to Cray. However, since the toppling of the Exsanguis and the Arian family, it has become evident that Reith is the only remaining second generation vampire of their bloodline, making her a figure of respect from many clan members. This has little impact on Reith's life, due to her tendency to avoid others, but she has received offers from clans in the past to take up positions of authority.
History:
Reith was born to parents and turned at a very early age, in some variety of ritualistic turning, though she was too long to remember the details. The clan her family belonged to appeared to be very closely knit, an almost cult-like organization that was based in a remote area. Reith, it appeared, had been destined for a powerful position. She was given a lot of attention and affection as a child, and was spoiled somewhat by those around her.
The clan however was apparently responsible for the death of several Delegate operatives. As this took place in the time of Byron's leadership, the organization struck back on the clan without any mercy. The clan itself was wiped out almost completely, the bodies left in the courtyard to burn in the sun. Reith herself had become lost away from the main building the day before, and had sheltered in some woods to avoid burning, so it was only on her return that she discovered what had become of the others. The sight that she met there traumatized Reith deeply, and had a considerable effect on her personality.
From there, she practically raised herself. Ben Cray had a degree of influence on her, though in general had greater concerns than the welfare of his 'sister'. Reith spent much of her time trying to scrape a living by herself, using her powers in order to pose as an adult. She attempted to justify what became of her clan, but eventually a combination of envy over the way the reformed organization had been lenient on others, and the influences of those around her, had driven Reith to hate and resent the Delegate organization.
Reith aided the Arians in the plot to destroy the Delegates, but she backed out after her interactions with Shisou gave her cause to rethink how she felt about them. The decision almost cost her her life, as she was nearly murdered by Rex. After that, Reith did her best to aid the Delegates in getting rid of the Arians and Gabe.
Following the events of eighteen years previous, Reith took on a more permanent role in the organization. Her ability made her a great, and very versatile asset. She was able to help with a great number of issues, including Kora Neverwinter's genetic disorder. However, as of recent years, Reith's behaviour has declined very steeply. She was always quite a socially inept individual, but has ended up reclusive and outright hostile, often directing it at the Delegates' children, something that is doubtlessly not appreciated by the parents. She tends to hide out in her room at all hours, shunning company, only emerging for work, looking pale and tired and addressing those around her with a barely concealed hostility. It's gained her the longstanding nickname 'Creepy Reith' by some individuals.
The vampire's growing instability have called her status among the Delegates into question, however the usefulness of her power has meant that few are willing to dispense of her completely.
