Alana threw a knife with much vigorous adrenaline at a moving target, the knife hit on bullseye.

Sighing she looked up at the sky in the open training ground she was on, not many people came here which is what she liked. Every target in front of her had been pulverised by Knifes, cut in half by her kicks or mangled due to her punches and Alana didn't feel up to replacing them for the next person.

Just as she walked up to a target to retrieve a knife she noticed a change in the wind, it made her wonder what was happening with the commotion she had witnessed before, perhaps it had calmed down now.

It was then that she heard a crunch of footsteps, quickly Alana spun on her heels crouching with the knife in a defence position when she saw Dylan. Immediately she relaxed her posture and straightened half smiling "I see you found me then. Was everything alright or is there more trouble to be expected among the delegates? I don't get involved with such politics, but its seems Midnight is growing a few enemies no?"

Dylan smiled seeing all the targets completely destroyed.

"Been busy huh? I told you I would meet you here, I'm good on my word."

He sighed sadly when she mentioned the commotion earlier, he had been hoping to forget about the politics for a little while but it was a good question.

"Sage is mute. Midnight has always had enemies that are jealous or want her position, now Leslie is planning this big party so guys can fight over who gets her pregnant. I feel terrible about it, she is better then this and I hate having to watch her get forced into something so below her in order to preserve her position. I feel bad for Koda to but he actually seems to be taking it well, I would be using Leslie for a pin cushion if she did this to my girl. I am glad I'm not in Midnight's shoes, I would hate to be in a position of power, especially with all the stress. I don't know how she does it. So can we not talk about politics? How about we talk about you. Would you like to sit down and talk for a while?"

Alana

A small smile creeped onto Alana's face, she knew she probably shouldn't be smiling but she couldn't help it, as far as she knew Midnight wasn't being very open with what she wanted herself.

"Has she ever thought that now she's incharge she could just change the rules herself? That way she wouldn't need to get pregnant right?" she wasn't sure on politics but that would have been something Alana would have looked into straight away.

"As for me" she tucked the knife in her boot strolled over towards Dylan "I wouldn't mind sitting down" she continued past Dylan and sat on a padded bench just under a wooden canopy meant for spectators of the training field she was on.

"What is it you wanted to know about me then" for some reason she felt relaxed today, the anger from the previous night had dissipated and she felt comfortable for once, maybe enough to actually be truthful to Dylan. Would he really care about her past that much? She couldn't know, Alana had no clue what feelings were like or what caring was like, only keeping her life mattered to her, thats all she knew.

**

Finn

Finn had his arm draped over a girls shoulder giving her his signiture grin which was hard to resist. The girl giggled happily placing her hand on his chest caressing his cheek with the other, Finn was just about to kiss her when a voice calling his name echoed through the halls.

His sigh was incredibly down, "Just as it was getting interesting" he took the girls hand removing it "Sorry love I have to go, maybe next time?" he said walking away towards Kora's voice.

"Did you have to call me now? You know you just acted as a cock block" Finn frowned at Kora but he spoke in a sort of joking manner, he knew it wasn't her fault that Arucan wanted the team to get together at this moment in time. "come on, best not keep the man waiting" he walked past her heading to the training fields.

Dylan was about to start asking questions and get to know Alana a little bit when a bullet wizzed over his head. He looked over to see Lyda fist pounding the air in excitement. He waved over to Deidre and Rave. He focused back on Lyda.

"Hey come on! Can't a guy have a nice conversation without having birds exploding over his head? Seriously feathers are everywhere!"

She sure as it was feathers were sprinkling down to the ground and coating the ground in fluffy white down.

"Lyda! Come over here and meet Alana."

He smiled over at Alana. He touched her hand gently just to test the waters and see if she would pull away from him, he wasn't going to try to get her in bed or anything he was just finding that he enjoyed her company.

"I would like to know where your from?"

"Be realistic Finn, you had like ten minutes before she realized what you were like and left....or maybe ten minutes is all you need." Kora taunted as she gestured for Finn to follow. It was all joking, but his attitude did get on her nerves from time to time. They kinda had priorities. Play was something you did when there was no work, not instead of working.
Soon she had caught up with Arucan and Mimi, and made her way over.
"Okay, I've rounded him up....had his hands all over a female. What's new, huh?" she remarked.
"Let's get down to business. Shall we?"

---

"I've yet to hear a conversation come from you that was nice Dylan. Think you're givin yourself too much credit. " Lyda called jokingly as she balanced her ear protectors and goggles round her neck and made her way over to the two, rifle sling over her shoulder.
"Name's Lyda, Lyda Fox. I'm a team leader...not that my team is really makin themselves too obvious right now, and not that I've had to do much leading recently, but I still outrank Dylan over here and I can keep reminding him if I want to. I'm also a sniper. Like to think I'm a pretty good shot."

Alana

The sound of a bullet over her and Dylans head made Alana flinch for a moment in an automatic reaction and would have probably immediantely pulled out her knife if Dylan didn't speak.

He was casual and teasing so Alana assumed he knew the shooter which settled her, the comment about the bird though made her smile as a white feather landed beside her. "Not a bad shot considering the distance though" She voiced just as a warm sensation moved to her hand.

Fo the second time she flinched out of surprise when Dylan's hand moved to hers, however she didn't move it like she normally would have done. Alana was comfortable with Dylan which was new to her.

When he asked her a question about where she came from though that made her frown "In terms where I was born, i'm not entirely sure, all i remember is..." she paused shivering at the flash back feeling the burning heat of the flames from her past, she was never comforttable about talking about her past, but he had asked her and she had promised herself she would answer.
"All i remember is a house, burning flames, and a woman, I think she was my mother, she gave me a scent, told me to follow it, I ended up here" It was short but it was the best Alana could do without getting into discussing her fear of fire.

She wanted to keep her fears to herself, after all it could be used against her if others knew.

Just as Alana finished the shooter made her way over towards them, Alana could instantly tell from the girls words that she had a sort of bubbly nature. "Alana Chenai, pleasure to meet you. If your not leading maybe you should take a break? I hear delegates like breaks don't they?" she asked unsure, Alana hadn't really hung around other delegates before, she had only been near them if requested to kill them. "Besides that your shot was pretty good, if you were aiming for the bird that is" her eyes fell on the white feathers.

****

Finn

"Ten minutes is all I need to get a woman to fall for me dear Kora, would you like me show you sometime?" Finn's smirk was devilish and teasing as he winked at her for a joking play just as they came to meet with Arucan and the team.
"Im sure the girls enjoy the work, so pride has nothing to do with it" he shrugged with a hint of smile taking a seat on a bench while Arucan continued.
"Wait is this punishment for being late?" he looked at Arucan guessing the answer and sighed standing up again cracking his neck and then his hands. "alright, but im not going easy on them, I've got a date tonight and I'd rather not have any bruises, especially on my face you got that?" he looked to Mimi and Kora wondering if now they would want to punch him in the face even more.
He hoped they would, he fancied a challenge.

Dylan smiled as the girls introduced themselves. He liked that Alana was getting along with the others.

"I hope you don't take off, who would be here to explode birds and give us this lovely shower of feathers? Everything will work itself out"

Dylan blew some feathers in Lyda's direction smirking. He turned back to Alana, her story made him sad, not to the point of pity, but it wasn't a happy tale. He noticed Hazel bursting outside with some dude quick in tow. He sighed, she always found a way to interrupt everything. He smiled and kissed Alana on the cheek.

"Be right back you two."

He went over to Hazel when she called him frowning, Hazel was such a cock block even if he didn't think about sleeping with Alana at this moment, she wasn't even giving him anytime to get to know her which was what he really wanted.

"You know, though puppy is cute, I am a vampire and it is just degrading and a tad ironic."

The pleasured expression on the guy's face made him just a little uncomfortable.

"Hazel, could you not touch him like that, your freaking me out. I'm Dylan or 'Puppy' as Hazel has coined me. I am also busy, and don't worry about training, I'm going to train with Midnight and get my ass kicked for your viewing pleasure when she is done doing whatever she is doing. Sage said that Midnight could most likely use a way to vent her frustration and asloAnd in the mean time I am hanging out and catching up with Lyda and Alana. Acceptable?"

Alana

"A vacation would be nice... I wonder what it’s like outside of this place being able to do whatever you want..." Alana spoke to Lyda with uncertainty, she had travelled before but that was always when she had a mission so she had never just relaxed or had time to do stupid tourist stuff.

She smiled when Dylan blew feathers at her playfully so carefree, Alana had never done anything like this before, she had never been around people as relaxed as this before.
She kind of.... liked it.

Not to mention something was always going on, for instance a woman Alana recognised from the bar last night suddenly barged into the field, another man at her grasp. It made Alana shake her head leaning on her hand, did all delegates have to be such sluts when single?
Then something warm momentarily touched her cheek sending chills up Alana's spine as she froze in place eyes wide staring straight ahead.
Had... Had Dylan just kissed her cheek?

She could hear him talking to Hazel, but she just couldn't believe that he had kissed her cheek, it was spontaneous, she wasn't used to it. The only time she had ever gotten close to a man was out of raw need for sex, and she never kissed them at all during, she found that far to intimate when all she was doing was sex without feelings. That way she wouldn't be attached to her team members in case they got injured and they had to be left behind, it was especially strict sex the few times she had slept with Bryon.
But she never put any feelings into anything, she was taught to erase them all.
Wait why was she even thinking about her past sexual experiences? That sort of thing, a kiss, would be normal to a guy like Dylan, it would be normal to anyone but her most likely.

She shouldn't think too much into it.

"Your training with Midnight?" she asked when Hazel and Ace left "I keep hearing all these things about her but yet I’ve never even met her" a small smile grazed her "I guess thats weird, considering nearly everyone knows her already, I don't even care about whether the rules of the delegates change, at the end of the day we're still going to be based on learning how to kill others."
She spoke absently a thought wondering in her mind.
"Would you mind if i watched you train? Seeing you getting your ass kicked sounds... amusing" she grinned which made her feel strange, she never smiled, she never found anything funny or sad, she only knew anger, yet somehow she felt a little warm compared to normal.
"Oh!" she kept her smile "If I get called a whore again by that woman I won't restrain to stab her"

************

Finn

The colour drained from Finns face as a sharp sizzling hot pain flushed throughout his shoulders. He could feel his arms weaken and the strength they had lesson incredibly, he had never been so glad he over trained his arms at that moment, or that the girls weren't his enemies.
However Finn knew far better than to ever let anyone see his pain.

"Cock sucker? Only if your around Mimi" he smirked just as his favourite dagger turned into a helpless spoon making him frown a little annoyed .
"Fucks sake. Your changing that back once were finished"
It was the only momentum he had been given by his father. If she didn't change it back later, he didn't know how he would act.

Suddenly he used all of the will power he could muster to use his arms and grab the wrists of Kora behind him, the expression of his face showed all of his agony.
Taking a firm hold of Kora he made a battle cry whilst summoning his strength to flip her in one swift movement right over his head as she sort of flipped and was flung right onto Mimi sending them both crashing to the ground.
"I don't always need a weapon to be vicious you know" he spoke without the casual grin he usually carried making his tone serious.
Finn didn't keep up his cocky attitude much when pain surged through out him; he had a tendency to get pissed very quickly.

Alana:

Just as Dylan finished speaking to her a second woman from the previous night entered the field. Alana frowned when she saw her using sign language, she was sure the girl could speak; she had insulted her before after all. It troubled Alana as she felt confused, but she nodded in thanks when Sage apologised for calling her a hooker as she left the grounds content.
However what Alana witnessed between the earlier three, with Hazel and Ace, made her raise an eyebrow.
It wasn't often delegates were disrespected of their post; the obvious newbie was already stepping on light ground.
"You may want to think seriously about your team, you know the ones your with to the matter of being able to function without needing to be asked too right? You should always value team members like that, because once their gone, nothing ever runs as smoothly again"
Alana spoke recalling in her mind her old team of assassins.
They had all died expect for her.
"As for this attack on Midnight” Feeling the uneasiness of their memories Alana threw a dagger at a target to focus her mind.
"She doesn't know I exist, none of you did before last night, so if I were to join you in a training surprise attack, she may be caught off guard even more. I have never lost a fight, in my profession if I lose I end up dead, so you I can tell you I have been trained for nothing other than to win in order to stay alive. I have also been meaning to try something out with my powers anyway; I never got a chance to see if it would work though as I had no-one to train with whom could tell me."
Alana half smiled, if it succeeded she would become the perfect assassin.
"Would you like to see my ability?" She would never have showed it to another’s eyes in a million years as it meant her kills would known. However she had too so she could work on it to try a new technique with their help, thoughts of whether she had murdered either of Lydia’s or Dylan’s acquaintances flittered to her mind, and whether they would feel anger towards her and attempt to kill her, but it was a risk she was going to take.

Dylan sighed frowning a bit. He didn't want Sage to cause a huge scene with Ace and Hazel but she was so damn dramatic he couldn't have stopped her.

"I think about my team all the time. We all don't function well together as we should. Hazel is great and all but she totally plays favorites. Doesn't help that Sage is totally head over heals for her and everyone knows it. I am jealous of Midnight's team, even with Grant always messing things up they just work so well together. They fight but they really are like siblings. I don't have that with my team and I want it badly."

He thought about what Alana said about helping to attack Midnight. It could be useful but Midnight could also think that Alana was legit trying to kill her. If Midnight didn't know about her and she all of a sudden sprung on her, Midnight wouldn't hold back and might just kill her.

"We would have to be careful because she doesn't know you Alana. She may think your an assassin trying to kill her and then she may kill you. I know you are capable, you wouldn't be alive if you weren't. Midnight is five hundred years old, werewolves only get more powerful with age. I am concerned that she may mistake your intentions. But I would love to see your abilities, I will show you mine if you show me yours."

A sly grin crossed his face. He liked this girl, she was a little cold but Dylan felt like he could warm her up and introduce her to new emotions that she didn't know she had.

Grant blinked. Were Rave and Bella really ignoring him? "Ugh, guys? Did you hear anything I said? Anywho... Well I am going down to the training area, why don't you guys come down to watch?" He wasn't going to stand around where women were ignoring him so he left the room and headed down to training. He found Alana, Lyda, and Dylan. "Whats up guys? Midnight is going to be heading down here soon, I say we grab her in the hallway before she even get's close to the training arena. We should have a plan this time that best utilizes our abilities. Since I can take away powers and all, if I can grab onto her I will be able to take away her powers. Problem is Midnight never let's anyone get close to her so maybe we can run a distraction on her or something. Any other ideas?"

-*-*-*-

Shisou nodded and walked off to the training arena where the group was gathered. "A plan would be good this time. She is always pushing us to plan ahead. My shadow abilities are good but not anywhere near the level of hers so they are effectively useless against her. But electrocuting her still works, may buy us some time."

Sage shook her head for a no. She didn't have anything to add, she really wanted to get out of here, maybe she could run into Arucan or the others. This was just not the place she wanted to be at the moment. She smiled slightly at Hazel's attention, but it felt superficial.
"What do you need my help showing the new guy training wise?" She signed now completely calm.
Work first and then she could go and do whatever she wanted, mainly plotting against Midnight and finding ways to make her life hell.
"Midnight is going to be training a large group, Maybe it would be good for new guy to watch and see how training with the more skilled fighters go."
And so she could see exactly what new tricks Midnight had learned. Midnight had turned five hundred recently and everyone knew werewolves powers evolved the older they grew. Sage was quite sure Midnight had some new things that she was planning on showing the training group and Sage was not going to miss it.
"Midnight might actually go down this time, with so many against her. I'll buy the popcorn!" She signed smiling.
Play on words, perhaps... But in all reality there was a large group against Midnight and that would be a challenge even for her. Sage would not be surprised if Midnight yielded for once. It would be a welcome change of pace.

Alana

Alana took the flower that Dylan handed to her in mild curiosity at his power and a little shy to have received a gift, she wondered if she was blushing, but then again her curiosity seemed to dim that thought.

"Ice? That’s very useful, you could literally freeze a target at the feet to stop them from escaping, or the floor if you wanted someone to slip" she smiled making a slight joke, something not normal of her but she was feeling more and more at ease around these people.

"I take it you use your 'silver tongue' for interrogating people sometimes? If not, I guess it’s a waste" then she suddenly perked "You haven't used that on me at all by any chance have you?" her eyes narrowed slightly suspicious as was her nature but she doubted that Dylan had as she shook her head at him playfully.

Alana took in what Lyda said though, Lyda had a right to think the way she did, it made Alana soften her expression as she sighed at the heavy feeling that had began to consume her chest before lightening up as she tried to avoid thinking about her past.

"I've been trained not to estimate or even think about my opponents strength, if they are stronger than my own than that is the day I am defeated and have become obsolete from my task." In other words, if she loses, she dies, end of, that’s all there was too her life, she had no holdbacks to consider how to stay alive when a target was given.

It was as though one person after another kept popping into the training grounds as. Grant? Alana recalled his name wondered in, soon followed by Shisou if it wasn't for an argument or a possible greeting she wondered how this meeting would go down. Surprisingly what he said made her perk her interest.

She felt Dylan's hand on the back of her arm; it encouraged her to speak up a little bit.
"Well, as fun as the exploding birds are" she smiled at Dylan's joke "I've been meaning to try a new thing with my powers as I said earlier which if they work may help, and as for the distraction, I hear Midnight is liable to helping the injured no?"

She didn’t look at Grant or Shisou in the eye, she didn’t know them after all and sometimes direct eye contact could be misinterpreted.

"So, just tell me what happens alright?"
She asked to them all on a basis taking a step back away from them. If her theory was right she could erase her presence from ever being in a place once it was, so what if she did that in the present terms?
Meaning what if she could erase her presence from the moment in time instead of after, in other words, what if she could make herself invisible from other eyes?

It was only a theory but, she needed others to tell her if it had worked or not.

Taking a large breath, closing her eyes she envisioned herself disappearing from others sight, she felt her body tingle at the process and her skin crawl like ants were scurrying on her but she continued her concentration before opening her eyes .

"Well? What do you see?" Hesitantly Alana asked the group unsure if she had done anything at all.

Midnight smiled chuckling lightly. "Alright well add that to the weakness list. Temporarily blind. Lovely, but it is fair. But the point of this exercise isn't to be fair it is how to defeat a stronger opponent. If you did that to a target that was just walking by they would know that something was going on, best thing to do is catch them off guard. If that fails like it did here and your forced into direct combat exploit every weakness the individual has. The goal is for your team to take out the target, meaning me in this case, as quickly as possible and with as little casualties to your team as possible."

Midnight slid her foot against the ground the sand making a very distinct and decently loud noise. The sound bounced off of the walls and all the people in the room alerting her to everyone's location. She would not hold up blind in hand to hand combat so she was going to play a little game of keep away for now. She had no desire to go punch for punch with any of them unless there was just no other way. She grounded her footing into the sand at least she could hear them coming. "You all are allowed the first move since I am the target you you are the attackers."

Shisou casually walked over to a power box on the wall and flipped a large switch on. The huge flood lights turned on with a loud click. It was getting dark and Midnight would be more powerful in the dark. If they were going to win they would have to exploit all of her weaknesses. He unbuttoned his shirt and tossed it to the ground not wanting to give Midnight anything to hold on to. Normally he would protest at fighting five on one but the one was Midnight and it would take a miracle to bring her down.

Shisou ran his fingers through his hair and sighed. "Let's get this over with then." Even if they did defeat Midnight he would not feel like it was a successful fight. She was heavily outnumbered and they all were skilled fighters. Still training one on one with Midnight was useless because she was just too strong. This way they all would get a better lesson while actually inflicting damage on Midnight. He really still didn't enjoy this method not to mention he felt very weird about hitting Midnight, she had raised him after all.

He poised into an attack position, having turned on the lights he was at a disadvantage as well but he could still electrocute her as soon as Lyda got out of the way and that was exactly what he was going to do.

-*-*-*-*-

Midnight could hear someone behind her and she was going to disappear but she could hear the flood lights click on and the shadows recede from the area. Just what she needed. This fight was a little one sided and she would really need to use her ingenuity to win this one. They were getting smarter, something she was very proud of.

Her move was a little late as she turned to avoid Lyda's bite, her fangs grazed Midnight arm and she felt the sting of teeth on flesh. She had only a second before Lyda darted away from her or continued her attack so Midnight took the opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. She grabbed Lyda spun her around and tossed her in the directions of the flood lights. A loud crash and the sound of electricity crackling, glass shattering, and metal collapsing on the ground followed.

Midnight smiled, pleased to have taken out at least one of her disadvantages. She took a second to collect the shadows from the room around her and black out the whole training field. If she was blind then they all would be. The only person it wouldn't effect would be Koda since everything was black to him.

Midnight melted into the shadows and out of sight for the moment waiting for someone, anyone to make a noise so she could pinpoint a new location.

-*-*-*-*-

Grant had missed a vital moment to steal Midnight's abilities while she was distracted with Lyda but the look of Shisou scared the shit out of him. He could tell that Shisou was going to start throwing around bolts of lightning and somehow Grant always ended up on the receiving end. Grant thought that Shi was punishing him for all the shit he did over the years. Fucking women in his room, throwing a bucket of water on him so Shi electrocuted himself when he was being an asshole, stealing his food, hiding Shi's TV remote control.

Grant moved away from Shisou and pulled his shirt off as well. There were ladies in the crowd and Grant always was a crowd pleaser. "Shi I swear to god if you electrocute me like you did last time I will fuck Bella on your bed and then hide all your electronics."

Ace could not help but to scoff when she asked him such an absurd question.
"No, I am not scared of Koda. I just am fully aware that he could break me if the idea came up in his head. I just respect him more. He is Midnight's treat anyway so he automatically is higher up on the food chain." He chuckled.
He followed after Hazel, a smirk on his face as he aproached Dakota.
"Why, hello there." The smirk slipped into an easy smile.
"Glad to see you again." When he mentioned Midnight, Ace could only nod.
"Indeed, you are quite lucky." He hated that Hazel continued to use his first name, but there was nothing he could do about her decisions. Only someone on his level would he bitch at.
It was already getting under his skin when Koda let the name pour out so simply. It disgusted him.
"So, seems as though there is alot of drama in these parts. No doubt, it seemed worse back south in Washington, but this is pretty comparable." His eyes stayed on the field as he observed the fighters.
He nodded to Hazel, he knew Midnight had a dark side, and regardless of how much he would male fun of someone, watching Dylan's balls get crushed he cringed. His hand reacting to clutch himself in empathy for the kid. He could feel his pain, but not physically. But he could feel even more the triumphant aura surrounding the field. "Good job." He complimented her with a wink. "I'd hate to stand up against you."
Lyda's presense did not surprise him. He could feel her rapid speed of heart rythm and footsteps. There was no way getting past his personal GPS.
His empathy kicked on and he sent bolts of pain and weakness through her, making her an easier target for whomever chose to defeat her.

Dylan sprung into action after Koda was done with his assault. Grabbing Midnight off the ground, or what he thought was Midnight. He instantly froze the form that he touched sending a thick layer of ice over the body hoping that it would hold the person long enough for Grant to take away her abilities. He was mildly concerned with suffocating Midnight but hey this was a fight and if she couldn't avoid an attack like this she didn't deserve to be in the arena.

"Grant get your ass over here and take away her shadow bending. This will not hold her for very long."

Of coarse he didn't know where Grant was or if he could even find them or if he had even grabbed Midnight. He assumed it was her by the slender arm and soft skin he had touched. Damn he was going off of nothing in this darkness. He hated not being able to see but hopefully Grant would step in and take away her shadow control and turn the lights back on. He had a new found respect for Koda, being blind sucked the big one and for Koda to be able to fight in this condition was intense. He would make sure to tell him so when the fight was over. For now he concentrated of layering thick sheets of ice over Midnight so she couldn't break out and completely destroy his guy parts.

Dylan screamed as he was thrown out of the arena by some strange force that he could only identify coming from Midnight. Dylan hated heights. He crafted a slide out of the ice so he could make it back to the arena without getting caught up in the substance that reminded him of the shit they made roads out of. Black top or something like that. He made sure that he had a strong barrier of ice between his feet and the darkness on the ground. It took him a few moments but he slid into the training field and straight into Midnight knocking her off of her feet.

Dylan laughed like a child sliding around the arena with Midnight close in tow. He had quite the bit of momentum from sliding from a high point and he was going to use that to his advantage. He knocked her around a bit, the ice slamming her up against random objects and tossing her in the air only to catch her again and propel her into something else. This wouldn't last for long and he knew it so he had to make the most of it. The ice licked at her pulling her in two different directions at once. He formed a huge block of ice about 12' X 12' and dropped it directly on top of her. He was expecting her to move but as she did not, it hit her full on. He didn't really take into account that she was blind and couldn't see that coming. Her body crumpled under the weight and Dylan stopped for a second wondering if perhaps that was a little much. He knew Midnight was strong but really, that could have killed any one of them easy. He didn't want to lift up the block and see a dead Midnight and he also didn't want to lift it up and see a pissed off Midnight. No matter what this would end bad for him.
